대전지역 의용소방대원의 업무 만족도에 관한 연구

의용소방대는 정기적인 교육이나 훈련을 받고 있어 사회재난 등의 재난 발생시 대응조직으로 적합하나 소방공무원의 업무를보조하는 것에 한정되어 의용소방대의 활동이 활성화되어 있지 않다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 의용소방대원의 현황에 대해살펴보고 설문을 통하여 만족도조사를 실시하고 분석하고자 한다. 의용소방대는 정기적 교육이나 훈련을 받고 있고 지역에 장기간 거주하여 전문성이 있으므로 예방 및 대응분야에 적극 활용하고 소집수당의 만족도가 낮으므로 소집수당을 현실화할필요가 있다. 소방 및 기술관련 분야 종사인원의 비율이 낮으므로 교육 및 훈련시 소방 관련 실무 교과목을 확대하여 배정할필요가 있다. 이를 통해 의용소방대원의 만족도를 높이고 재난발생시 적극적으로 활용하여 국가와 국민에게 더 많은 도움을줄 수 있는 조직이 될수 있을 것이다. Volunteer firefighters receive regular education or training to allow them to provide a suitable response in case of disasters such as social disasters. However, volunteer firefighters are limited to assisting the work of firefighters but are not involved in active duty. Therefore, this study examines the current status of volunteer firefighters and conducts and analyzes satisfaction surveys through questionnaires. Volunteer firefighters undergo regular education and training. Because they have long-term residence in the region as well as expertise, their services should be actively utilized in the field of disaster prevention and response. Moreover, because the satisfaction level of the convocation allowance is low, it is necessary to make the recruitment allowance realistic. The ratio of personnel working in firefighting and technology-related fields is low; thus, it is necessary to expand and allocate practical firefighting-related subjects during education and training. Through this, it is judged that the satisfaction of volunteer firefighters can be increased and the organization can be actively utilized in the case of a disaster to provide more help to the country and the people.

의료기관 인증제도, 조직역량, 그리고 조직성과 간의 관계

This study empirically investigates the causal relationship between healthcare accreditation system and managerial performances in hospital organizations. This analysis used the healthcare accreditation system as an independent variable and the managerial performances as a dependent variable. The results of this study can be summarized as followings. First, healthcare accreditation system had positive significances on medical service orientation, innovation, organizational learning and managerial performances in hospital organizations. Second, innovation and organizational learning had positive significances on managerial performances, but not on medical service orientation. In brief, it was founded that it was a causal relationship between healthcare accreditation system and managerial performances in hospital organizations. Also, it was demonstrated that healthcare accreditation system had indirect effects on managerial performances in hospital organizations by playing mediating roles of innovation and organizational learning. Now a days, quality improvement of medical services has been required because of the need and recognition of consumers for high quality medical service. The healthcare accreditation system has a significance due to it can provide patients oriented medical service and expect the affirmative effects on managerial performances in hospital organizations by stabilized settlement in the future. 본 연구는 의료기관 인증제도가 병원 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 검증한 것이다. 이를 위해 의료기관 인증제도를 독립변수로 하고, 병원 경영성과를 종속변수로 하여 조직역량 변수들인 의료서비스지향성, 혁신성, 그리고 조직학습의 역할을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 의료기관 인증제도는 조직역량 변수들인 의료서비스지향성, 혁신성, 조직학습 그리고 병원 경영성과에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 매개변수인 조직역량 변수들 중, 의료서비스지향성을 제외한 혁신성과 조직학습은 병원 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 의료서비스지향성은 병원 경영성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 종합하면, 의료기관 인증제도는 의료서비스지향성, 혁신성, 조직학습 그리고 조직성과와 유의적인 인과관계가 있음이 증명되었고, 혁신성과 조직학습도 조직성과에 영향을 미치지만, 의료서비스지향성은 조직성과에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 의료기관 인증제도와 조직성과 간에 혁신성과 조직학습은 매개효과를 확인하였지만, 의료서비스지향성은 매개역할을 하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 의료서비스에 대한 수요자의 인식이 높아짐에 따라 높은 수준의 의료의 질을 확보하여 양질의 의료서비스를 제공하는 것은 어느 때보다 중요해지고 있다. 환자의 입장에서 의료기관들이 의료서비스의 제공 과정에 대한 규정을 만들어 일관되게 수행할 것을 요구하는 의료기관 인증제도는 수요자를 위한 의료서비스 제공의 계기를 마련했다는 점에서 큰 의의가 있으며, 향후 안정적인 정착을 통해 병원의 경영성과에도 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대된다.

디지털 리터러시 향상을 위한 노인대상 스마트폰 교육의 효과평가

목적: 디지털 리터러시는 정보화된 현대사회를 살아가는데 필수적인 요소이다. 하지만 노인은 다른 연령에 비해 낮은 수준의 디지털 리터러시를 보이며 이를 향상시키기 위한 적절한 교육과 개입이 필요하다. 스마트폰 교육은 노인의 디지털 리터러시를 향상시킬 수 있는 가장 보편화되고 적합한 방법으로 볼 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 스마트폰을 활용한 디지털 리터러시 교육이 노인의 건강과 삶의 경험에 미치는 효과에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 방법: 양적연구와 질적연구를 혼합한 혼합연구방법을 실시하였다. 양적연구를 위해 사전-사후 2차례의 1:1 설문조사를 실시하였으며 대상자의 사회인구학적특성, 우울감, 자기효능감, 인지기능에 대하여 조사하였다. 질적연구를 위해 포커스그룹인터뷰를 실시하였으며 중재교육이후 대상자의 삶의 경험을 조사하였다. 중재프로그램인 스마트폰 교육은 6주동안 매주 1회 실시되었으며 강원도 원주시 소재의 복지관과 작은도서관에서 진행되었다. 결과: 스마트폰 교육에 참여한 이후, 대상자는 우울감 감소와 인지기능 향상에 유의한 변화를 보였다. 그리고 스마트폰 교육을 통해 대상자는 ‘실생활에서의 편의 제공’, ‘자신감 향상’, ‘배움에 대한 욕구 향상’, ‘사회적 관계망 강화․형성’이라는 삶의 변화를 경험하였다. 결론: 스마트폰 교육은 노인의 정신적, 인지적, 사회적 건강을 증진시키고, 정보화 사회로부터 노인의 적응력과 대응능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 중요한 방안이 될 수 있다. 때문에 노인의 건강하고 성공적인 노년기를 위하여 스마트폰을 활용한 디지털 리터러시 교육이 더욱 활성화되고 개발될 필요가 있다.

고래회충 연구를 위한 웹기반 데이터베이스 구축

본 연구에서는Anisakis 연구를 위하여 웹을 기반으로 하는 데이터베이스를 리눅스 Cent OS 시스템이 설치된 Xeon 3.2 GHz cpu의 인텔 서버플랫폼 ZSS130 (삼성) 서버에 구축하였다. 운영체제를 설치한 후에 common gate interface (cgi) 기반의 웹서버(http://www.anisakis.org)를 구축하고 NCBI에서 제공하는 WebBLAST 프로그램을 설치하였다. Anisakis 연구를 위한 웹기반 데이터베이스를 다음과 같은 순서로 구축하였다. 우선 회충목에 속하는 각종 서열(염기서열, 아미노산서열, EST 서열, 미토콘드리아 Genome 서열)들을 멀티파스타 형식으로 다운로드 하였다. 다음으로NCBI 에서 제공하는 formatdb 프로그램을 통하여 BLAST 검색이 가능하도록 데이터베이스화 하였으며 모든 염기서열들과 EST 서열들을 TGICL 프로그램을 통하여 clustering 및 assembing을 하였다. 그리고 NLS (Nuclear Localization Signal) 예측을 위해 EST 서열들은 Genscan 프로그램과 Emboss sixpack 프로그램을 사용하여 아미노산으로 변환하였다. 또한 벡터 서열과 E. coli 서열, 그리고 반복 서열들을 서버에 구축하여 서열들의 오염을 확인할 수 있게 하였다. 본 웹데이터베이스 서버의 구축을 통해 고래회충 및 회충목의 염기서열과 일치하는 서열을 자체 BLAST 를 통해 매우 빠른 속도로 추출 할 수 있었으며, cDNA나 genomic DNA 라이브러리를 구축할 때 라이브러리의 상태를 쉽게 확인 할 수 있게 되었다. 또한 Clustering Res. 인터페이스를 통해 SNPs 연구 수행 시 매우 쉽게 실험용 시발체를 제작할 수 있으며 기 구축된 cDNA library의 활용을 annotated EST를 통해 극대화 시킬 수 있어 고래회충 관련 분자생물학적 연구에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. Anisakis simplex is one of the parasitic nematodes, and has a complex life cycle in crustaceans, fish, squid or whale. When people eat under-processed or raw fish, it causes anisakidosis and also plays a critical role in inducing serious allergic reactions in humans. However, no web-based database on A. simplex at the level of DNA or protein has been so far reported. In this context, we constructed a web-based database for Anisakis research. To build up the web-based database for Anisakis research, we proceeded with the following measures: First, sequences of order Ascaridida were downloaded and translated into the multifasta format which was stored as database for stand-alone BLAST. Second, all of the nucleotide and EST sequences were clustered and assembled. And EST sequences were translated into amino acid sequences for Nuclear Localization Signal prediction. In addition, we added the vector, E. coli, and repeat sequences into the database to confirm a potential contamination. The web-based database gave us several advantages. Only data that agrees with the nucleotide sequences directly related with the order Ascaridida can be found and retrieved when searching BLAST. It is also very convenient to confirm contamination when making the cDNA or genomic library from Anisakis. Furthermore, BLAST results on the Anisakis sequence information can be quickly accessed. Taken together, the Web-based database on A. simplex will be valuable in developing species specific PCR markers and in studying SNP in A. simplex-related researches in the future.
