LiNi0.8Co0.15Al0.05O2 양극활물질의 전기화학적 특성 향상을 위한 MgF2 표면처리 효과

Electrochemical characterization and thermal stability were investigated for MgF2 coated LiNi0.8Co0.15Al0.05O2 cathode. The ratio of MgF2 was controlled by 0.5, 1, 3 wt%. Cyclic voltammetry, charge-discharge profiles, rate capability, cycle life were measured for electrochemical properties. DSC analysis was measured for thermal stability. The first discharge capacities of MgF2 coated LiNi0.8Co0.15Al0.05O2 were decreased at 0.1C-rate compared to pristine LiNi0.8Co0.15Al0.05O2. But the rate capability and cycle life of MgF2 coated LiNi0.8Co0.15Al0.05O2 were improved at 2C-rate. In DSC analysis result, the exothermic temperature of MgF2 coated LiNi0.8Co0.15Al0.05O2 was increased and peak height was decreased. 본 연구에서는 MgF2를 이용하여 LiNi0.8Co0.15Al0.05O2 양극활물질의 표면을 코팅하여 전기화학적 특성과 열적 안정성을 평가하였다. 코팅된 MgF2의 비율은 0.5, 1, 3 wt%로 조절하였다. 전기화학적 특성은 CV, 충·방전 프로파일, 출력특성, 수명특성을 분석하였고, 열적 안정성은 DSC 분석을 통하여 이루어졌다. 전기화학적 특성 분석 결과 0.1C에서초기 방전 용량은 MgF2 코팅이 되었을 때 감소하였지만, 2C까지 출력을 향상 시켰을 때는 약간 향상된 방전 용량을얻을 수 있었고, 수명특성 또한 향상되었다. 또한 DSC 분석 결과 코팅이 되었을 때 발열 온도가 증가하였고, 발열 피크의 세기 또한 감소하였다.

Background/Aim: The Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer (BCLC) guidelines recommend systemic therapy as the only first-line treatment for patients with BCLC stage C hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) despite its heterogeneity of disease extent. We aimed to identify patients who might benefit from combined transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) and radiation therapy (RT) by subclassifying BCLC stage C. Methods: A total of 1,419 treatment-naïve BCLC stage C patients with macrovascular invasion (MVI) who were treated with combined TACE and RT (n=1,115) or systemic treatment (n=304) were analyzed. The primary outcome was overall survival (OS). Factors associated with OS were identified and assigned points by the Cox model. The patients were subclassified into three groups based on these points. Results: The mean age was 55.4 years, and 87.8% were male. The median OS was 8.3 months. Multivariate analysis revealed a significant association of Child-Pugh B, infiltrative-type tumor or tumor size ≥10 cm, main or bilateral portal vein invasion, and extrahepatic metastasis with poor OS. The sub-classification was categorized into low (point ≤1), intermediate (point=2), and high (point ≥3) risks based on the sum of points (range, 0–4). The OS in the low, intermediate, and high-risk groups was 22.6, 8.2, and 3.8 months, respectively. In the low and intermediate-risk groups, patients treated with combined TACE and RT exhibited significantly longer OS (24.2 and 9.5 months, respectively) than those who received systemic treatment (6.4 and 5.1 months, respectively; P<0.0001). Conclusions: Combined TACE and RT may be considered as a first-line treatment option for HCC patients with MVI when classified into low- and intermediate-risk groups.

Purpose: Purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting the performance of hand hygiene by parents of hospitalized infants. Methods: The study was conducted with 209 parents of hospitalized infants from one hospital in Changwon. Data were collected from June through August, 2014 and analyzed using SPSS Win 18.0 program. Results: There were positive correlations between performance of hand hygiene and perceptions of sanitary formula bottle (r=.586, p<.001), attitude to hand hygiene (r=.438, p<.001), and knowledge of hand hygiene (r=.405, p<.001) and between parent efficacy and perceptions of sanitary formula bottle (r=.572, p<.001). Awareness of perceptions of sanitary formula bottle (β=.308, p<.001), parent efficacy (β=.281, p<.001) and hand hygiene attitude (β=.207, p<.001) were significant predictors of hand hygiene performance and explained 46.1% of the variance. Conclusion: To increase infection control medical institutions should provide education on hand hygiene and training for parents of hospitalized infants. In order to enhance the performance of hand hygiene, it is necessary to develop and apply nursing programs for hospitalized infants that include hand hygiene attitude, maintenance of the sanitary formula bottle and parent efficacy.
