        취업력 제고의 관건으로서 개인강점 지식 - 문헌정보학과와 사서의 경력개발교육에 주는 의미 -

        이 연구는 경력개발의 핵심주제로 개인강점이론을 소개하면서 강점의 구성요인, 강점의 개성화, 그리고 취업력을 논한다. 개인강점은 취업력에 관건자원이며 단기적 취업과 장기적 경력개발의 핵심적 능력이다. 취업력은 한 개인의 능력상의 강점과 개성에 대한 체계적으로 조직된 정보로서 개인의 직업적 문제해결을 위한 능력의 결정체이며, 이를 적극적으로 인식할 때, 지식기반사회의 전략적 자원이 된다. 이 연구는 취업력을 한 개인이 검증된 자기의 강점으로 일 기회를 찾거나 창조하여 스스로를 고용시키는 능력으로 정의한다. 경력개발과 취업은 취업력 개념을 통해서 가능할 것인데, 사서를 포함한 대학의 모든 학생들에게 적용될 수 있다. 취업력 제고의 과정이 대부분 개인에 내재적 자료와 외부 상황적 자료를 정보화, 지식화하는 것이므로 문헌정보학, 특히 개인정보경영(PIM)과 개인지식경영(PKM)의 측면의, 기여와 지원이 기대되고 있다. This study introduces strengths theory, a core subject of career development and job-getting, and discusses about the factors of strengths(namely talents, knowledge and skills), the processes of strengths personalization, and generating employability. It searches for opportunities to apply the concept of employability to the field of Library and Information Science now thrown under hard pressure from information and communication technology. Employability is defined here as competence to make oneself employable as needed by discovering or creating work opportunities using one's own tested personalized strengths. Employability is a package of systematically organized information about the essential abilities and productive personalities of a person, and it is essential to be duly cognitive of one's employability if one seriously intends to succeed in jobs and career. Since generation of employability heavily involves complex processes of information and knowledge-making, expertise from LIS, particularly from areas of personal information management(PIM) and personal knowledge management(PKM), is expected to help for process facilitation.

        교육과정전개와 효과적 교수방법

        이 논문은 경영학교육에 창업을 포함하는데 있어서 참고할 사항들을 논하고 있다. 특히경영계 대학에서 창업과목을 개설하거나 창업교육 전문프로그램을 창안하는데 있어서 만나게 될 문제내용을 다루고 있다. 그리고 이 논문은 이미 성숙초기단계로 접어들었다고 생각되는 미국 대학들의 창업교육발전과정을 개관하고 있으며,이로부터 창업과목개설을 시도하려할 때,개발성공의 요점을 발견할 수 있기를 바라고 있다. 이 논문은 과목(프로그램)설계에근거가 될 수 있는 이론적 모형을 특정시각에서 한 가지 제시하고 있으며,효과적인 교수방법을 외국사례와 실험적 시도,그리고 저자의 경험에 비추어 논한다. 그리고 창업을 가르치기를 원하는 교수들에게 어떠한 준비가 필요하게 될지를 역시 언급하고 있다.

        +90디옵터 렌즈와 광간섭단층촬영을 이용한 시신경유두함몰비의 비교

        Purpose: The author compared the effect of the cup-to-disc ratio using the Volk Superfield lens and optical coherence tomography (OCT) to evaluate its usefulness in glaucoma diagnosis and follow-up. Methods: One hundred ninety-seven eyes of 100 patients were enrolled: 34 normal, 75 glaucoma suspected, 43 normal tension glaucoma (NTG), 45 primary open angle glaucoma (POAG). Routine ophthalmic examinations, fundus examinations, and cup-to-disc ratio measurement using the Superfield lens after pupil dilatation, visual field test, OCT optic nerve head analysis, and OCT retinal nerve fiber layer analysis were performed. The author compared cup-to-disc ratio using the Superfield lens and OCT in normal, glaucoma suspected, normal tension glaucoma, and primary open angle glaucoma. Results: Using the Superfield lens, the mean cup-to-disc ratio was 0.36±0.07 in normal eyes, 0.61±0.12 in suspected glaucoma, 0.75±0.11 in NTG, 0.70±0.17 in POAG. Using OCT, the mean cup-to-disc ratio was 0.58±0.13 in normal eyes, 0.69±0.12 in suspected glaucoma, 0.80±0.10 in NTG, and 0.76±0.15 in POAG. In all groups, cup-to-disc ratio using OCT were greater than using the Superfield lens and were statistically significant. Conclusions: Considering these differences in the clinical assessment of glaucoma, the combined use of the Superfield lens and OCT would be helpful in its diagnosis and follow-up.

        Biocontrol of Blue Stain in Pine Wood with Lyophilized Mycelium of Ophiostoma quercus Albino Strain

        Mycelium of Ophiostoma quercus albino strain cultured in liquid culture media was harvested, lyophilized, and stored for examining biocontrol efficacy against wood discoloration by staining fungi in the laboratory and field conditions. Dry weight of mycelium grown in brown sugar yeast extract broth (BYB) showed 3.8 times higher than that grown in potato dextrose broth (PDB). The optimum culture period in BYB was 4 weeks. In vitality test of the albino strain, the lyophilized mycelium stored in liquid nitrogen (−196oC) or in a refrigerator (4oC) kept the vitality until 13 months after storage; however, the mycelium stored at room temperature lost the vitality completely after 13 months. The mycelium stored in liquid nitrogen or in a refrigerator protected wood chips from the discoloration by pretreating mycelial suspension on pine wood chips. The mycelium stored at room temperature for 7 months also showed complete protection. These results suggest that the lyophilized mycelium have a biocontrol efficacy only if it keeps the least vitality. In the field conditions, both albino strain and Woodguard® (commercial chemical protectant) showed significant differences (p=0.05) in discoloration rate as compared to the non-treated control when these were treated on the wood logs of Pinus rigida. The albino strain showed better protection than Woodguard®. Isolation frequency of blue stain fungi from the chips of wood logs treated with the albino strain was 0% at three months after treatment, while that treated with Woodguard® was 76.7%. In another experiment, pre-treatment of mycelial suspension on the cut surface of wood logs also showed significant protection from wood discoloration. Spraying of both albino strain on the cut surface and insecticides on the bark also showed relatively good control effects as compared to insecticide alone on the bark or nontreated control.

        In the past three decades the development of methods for quantitatively evaluating cardiovascular. renal and endocrine function has led to a significant advance in the understanding of the mechanisms which regulate fluid and electrolyte metabolism in health and disease. However, many important questions remain unanswered. In .1916, Henderson emphasized that fluid volume must be regulated independently of osmotic pressure. As early as 1909, Starling had postulated that there must be a homeostatic relationship between the extracellular fluid and plasma volumes, renal hemodynamics and the general circulation. However, the renal mechanisms compensating for volume changes not associated with changes in tonicity were long neglected by renal physiologists. In 1936, McCance reported that in normal men on low salt intakes several mechanisms for expanding the contracted extracellular fluid are activated following a severe depletion of s(xlium by acute forced sweating. Subsequently, Leaf and Mamby demonstrated that in sodium depleted, hyponatremic dogs, an antidiuretic mechanism. independent of osmoreceptor control, is invoked, and water is retained to maintain the lxxiy fluid volume. Recent reviews have provided some evidence that in normal subjects acute and chronic hod fluid v UUlume changes may affect the excretion of water and sodium independently. However, the precise natures of these compensatory mechanisms are still not delineated. The study presented herein was designed to provide evidence suggesting that homeostatic mechanisms maintain the constancy of volume of the body fluid in normal rabbits. Furthermore, an attempt teas"made to clarify the nature of these mechanisms. In this experiment, male rabbits weighing around 2 Kg were used. The rabbits were divided into 3 groups, the first group was treated by a slow continuous infusion (O.5ml; rein.), the second anal the third by a rapid continuous infusion(1.5m1 !mir.) of 3% dextrose solution. Moreover, the third group was administered 2 units of pitressin on 2 hours of the infusion. Each group was subdivided further into the normal and the renal denervated. In the latter subdivided groups, body weight, blood pressure, serum Na and K concentrations, urinary volume, urinary Na and K excretions, and creatinin clearance were determined before and during the infusion for 5 hours. During the infusion, blood sugar levels in the all sub-divided groups were controlled within the normal limits by the administration of insulin. After the infusion, the kidney tissues were obtained from each rabbit for specific staining and quantitation of the juxtaglomerular granules by the Hartroft's juxtaglomerular index method. The results were summarized as follows. 1) No significant differences were noted between the normal and the renal denervated in all groups. 2) In the first group, during the slow continuous infusion, the urine flow in-creased gradually but no significant changes were noted on the body weight, blood pressure, serum Na and K concentrations, urinary Na and K excretions, and creatinine clearance. And the juxtaglomerular index of this group averaged within the normal linits. These data support the fact that body fluid is regulated by the osmolarity which is independent of the renal nervous influence. 3) On the other hand, significantly different responses were noted in the second and the third groups as compared with the results of the first group. In the second group, during the rapid continuous infusion, the urine flow increased gradually, however, in the third group, the urine flow decreased markedly after the administration of pitressin, and, moreover, in these both groups significant increase in the body weight (body fluid volume), fall in serum Na and K levels, and marked increase in urinary Na and K excretions were noted, despite the fall in serum electrolyte concentration and the reduced urinary volume due to the administration of pitressin. No significant changes of the blood pressure and creatinine clearance were observed during the infusion in these both groups. At this time,the average juxtaglomerular indices of these both groups were significantly lower than that of the first group. 4) These data on the second and the third groups support the growing evidence that there is a homeostatic mechanism which maintains the constancy of the body fluid volume at the expense of tonicity independently of the renal nervous influence. The results of these data also suggest that altered sodium reabsorption activity in the renal tubular epithelium plays a major role in this responses, and, furthermore, strongly suggest that the juxtaglomerular cell - renin system have important regulatory functions in this mechanism.

      • S-50 : 위 배출구 양성 협착 환자의 내시경적 풍선확장술 후 발생한 천공에서 클립봉합을 통한 성공적 치료 1예

        서론: 반복적인 십이지장 궤양으로 인하여 십이지장 구부 변형이 발생할 수 있고, 그 결과 위 배출구 협착이 초래될 수 있다. 이러한 위 배출구 양성 협착의 경우, 위 내 정체시간을 늘려 소화불량 및 복부통증을 유발한다. 이와 같은 양성 협착의 치료로 과거에는 수술적 치료가 우선이었으나 최근 내시경 술기의 발전으로 비수술적 치료인 풍선확장술이 많이 이용되고 있고 대부분 안전하다고 알려져 있으나, 심각한 출혈이나 천공의 합병증 또한 발생 가능한 실정이다. 이에 위 배출구 양성 협착 환자에서 내시경적 풍선확장술 후 발생한 천공에 대해 클립봉합 및 보존적 치료를 통해 성공적으로 치료한 1예를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. 증례: 61세 여자가 내원 15일 전부터 악화된 식후 불편감을 주소로 내원하였다. 증상은 6개월 전부터 있어왔고 타 병원 내시경상 십이지장 구부의 변형 및 위 배출구 협착이 심해 수술적 치료를 권유 받았으나 수술을 거부하고 미음 식이 및 약물만 간간히 복용하던 중이었다. 위내시경상 위 배출구 협착이 발견되었고 내시경 통과가 힘들어 풍선확장술을 계획 후 입원하였다. 입원 당시 혈압 130/80 mmHg, 맥박수 분당 80회, 호흡수 분당 18회, 체온 36.7℃이었다. 이학적 검사상특이 소견은 발견되지 않았고 검사실 소견상 특이 소견은 없었다. 입원 후 직경 12 mm, 13.5 mm, 15 mm의 풍선을 3차례에 걸쳐 각각 1분씩 확장술을 시행하였다. 시행 후 별다른 합병증은 발견되지 않았고, 1주일 후 다시 15 mm, 16.5 mm, 18 mm의 풍선을 3차례에 걸쳐 각각 1분씩 확장술을 시행하였는데 마지막 18 mm 풍선확장술 후 거대한 천공이 내시경 상 발견되었다. 이에 클립봉합을 시도하였으나 공간의 제약으로 인해 천공 근위부에만 클립으로 봉합하였다. 이후 금식 및 광범위한 항생제 치료를 시작하여 약 5일 후 내시경적 추적관찰을 한 결과 더 이상의 천공은 관찰되지 않아 1주일 후 퇴원하였다. 이후 퇴원 17일째 외래에서 시행한 흉부엑스레이상 횡경막하 공기 음영은 발견되지 않았고 환자 증상 또한 많은 호전을 보여 현재 외래 추적 관찰 중이다.

        장애인 유형별 제약요인을 고려한 무장애 관광 코스 추천 알고리즘 개발

        This study aims to develop a mathematical algorithm to provide a tourism route that maximizes the satisfaction of disabled tourists with the trend that the number of disabled tourists and the recognition of tourism as a fundamental right spread around the world. The algorithm is based on preferences and stay times at tourist destinations, and these are derived through accessibility to tourist destinations for different disability types. The optimal tourism route is provided within the daily available tourism time based on the assumption that as the accessibility of a tourist destination increases, the satisfaction of disabled tourists rises, and the extended stay times decrease. An optimization technique based on a mathematical model composed of an objective function to maximize the satisfaction of disabled tourists and other constraint equations is applied. The results are derived using IBM ILOG CPLEX Optimization Studio. Through numerical experiments, tourist destinations with high accessibility were prioritized, and differences in tourist destinations visited by different disability types emerged due to variations in stay time. This study is significant in that it enables balanced tourism participation for both the disabled and the non-disabled people by maximizing the tourism satisfaction of people with disabilities. Also, it is anticipated to contribute to the expansion of tourism facilities for the disabled people and to raise social awareness.
