Primary pulmonary hypertension is a condition characterized by sustained elevations of pulmonary artery pressure without demonstrable cause. It is incurable and progressive clinical entity. The incidence has been estimated at approximately 1 to 2 cases per million people in the general population. The maternal mortality of primary pulonary hypertension in pregnancy was said to be 30% and the first month after delivery represents the period of highest risk. We experienced a 27-year-old women with primary pulmonary hypertension diagnosed in postpartum period. She was transferred from the department of obstetrics to internal medicine due to dyspnea on the first day of postpartum. She was diagnosed by perfusion lung scan, chest CT and confirmed by echocardiography. This diagnosis were supported by findings of pulmonary angiogram and cardiac catheterization. Initially she was treated with diuretics, aspirin and anticoagulant therapy, and as a result of the treatment, her symptoms improved. However after 8months has elapsed, exertional dyspnea was worsening. Thus she was treated with calcium channel blocker, aspirin and diuretics and was followed at 1 month interval on the outpatient clinics.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the factors affecting graduate nurses’ intention to care for emerginginfectious disease patients based on the theory of rational action. Methods: The participants were 127 graduatenurses who had graduated from in Gyeongsangbuk Province. Data were collected from March 25 to April 1, 2022. Descriptive statistics, the t-test, analysis of variance, the Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficients, andstepwise multiple regression analysis were used for data analysis. Results: The mean scores for attitudes,subjective norms, and nursing intention for patients with emerging infectious diseases were 30.60±5.49, 30.17±6.38, and 69.19±8.97, respectively. Nursing intention was significantly different according to major satisfaction(t=-3.02, p=.003) and the presence of medical personnel in the family (t=2.30, p=.023). Nursing intention had asignificant positive correlation with attitudes (r=.44, p<.001) and subjective norms (r=.37, p<.001). The variablesthat significantly affected nursing intention were attitudes (β=.42, p<.001), satisfaction with the nursing major(β=.21, p=.008), and the presence of medical personnel in the family (β=.17, p=.026), with a total explanatory powerof approximately 26%. Conclusion: The findings of this study suggest that the development and application ofprograms on positively changing attitudes toward patients with emerging infectious diseases and increasingsatisfaction with the nursing major are needed.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate on the cardiopulmonary function of working capacity, work intensity and energy expenditure of Yi, Mae-Bang' style Yipchoom in college women who are majoring in dance. The subject of this study were selected of 12 college women who are majoring in Korean dance(average career 6.43years). The subjects participated in 8minute 20sec. of Yi, Mae-Bang' style Yipchoom and maximal exercise test to set maximal intensity. Using a portable gas analyzer, we measured the cardiopulmonary function of working capacity, working intensity and energy expenditure at dance hall of H university. The following results conceming their work intensity and energy expenditure were obtained. 1. The subjects' average HR was 139.29±5.23 beats/min, peak HR was 154.00±19.70 beats/min, during performed Yi, Mae-Bang' style Yipchoom. 2. The subjects' average this value was 54.43 %HR max., 42.34 %VO_2 and recored peak 68.67 %HR max., 52.18 %VO₂. 3. As to average energy expenditure, energy expenditure per body weight and total energy expenditure were 4.89±1.13 kcal/min, 0.093±0.022 kcal/kg/min and 68.50±14.10 kcal during the performed Yi, Mae-Bang' style Yipchoom. According to the results, the intensity and energy expenditure of Yi, Mae-Bang' style Yipchoom belong to the medium exercise, this is considered a desirable aerobic exercise. And it had sufficient working capacity as compared various activities.

취침시간 지연행동군의 스마트폰 어플리케이션 사용 양상에 대한 예비연구

Objectives: Bedtime procrastination is defined as going to bed later than intended, without having external reasons for doing so. According to previous studies, bedtime procrastination is strongly associated to usage of smart devices before bedtime. However, there is a lack of in-depth research about the function of smartphone usage before bedtime, and which applications are used frequently in association with bedtime procrastination. Therefore, the current study, preliminary research, investigates the usage patterns of smartphone applications of individuals with high levels of bedtime procrastination. Methods: Participants consisted of 20 adults (female=80%, age=20.9±2.05 years) who scored higher than 33 on the Bedtime Procrastination Scale. All participants completed a 7-day sleep diary, Insomnia Severity Index, and the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale. On the sleep diary, participants were asked to track the specific type of smartphone application they used and time they engaged in the specific application prior to bedtime. Results: Among the different main categories, bedtime procrastinators spent significantly more time on communication and leisure prior to bedtime. In addition, the correlation between depression and amount of time spent watching movie/television/video, and between insomnia severity and time spent communicating through cellphone messenger service were significant. Conclusions: The results of this study provide insight into which smartphone applications bedtime procrastinators spend the most time prior to bedtime. The results suggest that the main functions of using their cell phone prior to bedtime are for entertainment and social interaction.

라이트노벨을 통한 자아 정체성 교육 - 「너의 췌장을 먹고 싶어」를 중심으로 -

문학 교육에서 라이트노벨에 관한 연구는 미미하지만 그러나 문학과 독 서 교육의 책임자로서 국어 교사들의 라이트노벨에 대한 이해는 필요하다. 라이트노벨은 이미 청소년 문화에 깊숙이 자리 잡고 그 영향력을 더하고 있기 때문이다. 더욱이『췌장』은 청소년들에게 폭발적 인기를 얻고 있는 작품 중 하나로, 청소년의 성찰과 성장을 주제로 한다는 점에서 라이트 (light)하지 않는 사유를 담고 있다는 평가를 받는다. 청소년은올바른자아정체성확립의필요성이대두되는시기이다. 그러므 로자아정체성교육은국어교과를포함한모든교과에서필수적으로이루어 져야한다. 문학작품은자신을성찰하게한다는점에서문학교육에서의자아 정체성교육은 그의미를더한다. 소재의 혐오성, 지나친환상성등의 문제점 을안고있지만『췌장』은타인과의관계맺기와죽음에의직면을통해올바 른자아정체성을형성하는청소년의성장을다룬다는점에서교사의적절한 여과 장치를 통해 자아 정체성 교육의 제재로서 활용할 수 있을 것이다. In literature education, the study of Light-Novel is minimal, but as the director of literature and reading education, understanding of light novel by Korean language teachers is needed. That's because Light-Nobel is already deeply entrenched in youth culture and adds to its influence. Moreover, 『The pancreas』is gaining explosive popularity among teenagers. It is also considered that the theme of youth reflection and growth is not a light idea. Adolescents are a time when they need to establish a proper identity. Therefore, self-identity education must be done in all subjects. Literature makes you reflect on yourself. Light-Nobel has a problem of material abhorrence and excessive fantasy. But it will be used as a sanction for identity education as it is the subject of youth growth.
