Spinal intramedullary cysticercosis is a rare manifestation of neurocysticercosis and may present as a isolated lesion. We report a case of cervical intramedullary cysticercosis in a 57-year-old man. The patient presented with weakness, numbness of the right upper extremity, and urinary difficulty. Magnetic resonance images demonstrated a round cystic lesion at the C4-5 level. We performed C4-5 laminectomy with total removal of intramedullary cystic lesion. Diagnosis was confirmed by histopathological examination. The patient was given albendazole(15mg/kg/day for 30 days) along with corticosteroid. Key words:Neurocysticercosis;Spinal cord;Albendazole;Corticosteroid.

포도 우수경영체 경영의식구조에 대한 질적 사례연구 : 근거이론 연구방법 접근

This study is a qualitative research about farming experience and way of thinking and management structure for grape farmers. The purpose is to suggest better policies to strengthen tree fruit industry through analyzing farming experience of grape farmers using the grounded theory, the most representative qualitative research method in Korea. 5 research participants were selected by theorogical sampling method, The data were collected by in-depth interview. The result was summarized as follows. The outputs of line by line coding analysis were 102 concepts, 33 sub-categories and 12 categories. The 12 categories were balance between ideal and real world, building farming safety infrastructure, diversifying sales routes, consumers satisfaction management, positive acception for real world, way of thinking for job calling, fostering international competition, accummulation of technology asset combining management and new nowledge, decreasing marginal labor productivity, vulneralable agricultural competition, innovative farm management, uncontrollable ecological factors. It showed the grape farmers were fostering farming competition through reviving self-directed learning and community sense, even though various difficulties based on degeneration of management environment, disasters and climate changes. It suggested that the government needs to support soil saving for securing sensitive land, support farmer’s market, make a research cooperation system with rural development agency, agricultural research and extension services, farming technology centers and tree fruit farmers, expand farming technology and management education and educate big-data application.

외상이나 지주막염에 의한 척수공동증의 수술적 치료

Objective:Most cases of syringomyelia with arachnoid scarring were related to spinal trauma or inflammatory reaction. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of arachnoid scarring on the altered dynamics of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) and determine the proper treatment. Methods:Between Jan 1991 and Dec 2001, We have operated on 15 patients with progressive neurological deficits associated with syringomyelia. We analyze the clinical presentations, radiographic and magnetic resonance images. Results:As to cause of syringomyelia, 11 patients were related with trauma and 4 patients were tuberculous meningitis. Shunting procedures underwent in 11 patients and 5 showed clinical improvement. Subarachnoid adhesiolysis and expansile duraplasty were performed in 4 patients and 3 experienced clinical improvement. The 6 patients with shunting procedures were neurologically deteriorated and 4 were reoperated. Conclusion:The arachnoid scarring interferes with CSF flow and causes syringomyelia. Successful long-term outcome in the surgical treatment of syringomyelia caused by focal arachnoid scar appeared to require microsurgical dissection of scar and expansile duroplasty. For extensive arachnoid scarring over multiple spinal levels or after previous surgery, shunting procedure may be indicated only. 중소 제조기업 공급사슬망 고도화를 위한 통합전략이 재고관리 위험방지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Today, the information society led the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and is creating an integrated environment for the entire unit, not individual units, of convergence and integration machines and connections with people. The informatization of Korean small and medium-sized manufacturingcompanies took place a lot between 2000 and 2010 with the will of small and medium-sized manufacturing companies and the support of the government. The information system mainly means the establishment of ERP, and since 2010, as supply chain management (SCM) has beenintroduced in terms of upgrades, it has become possible to establish andimplement consistent plans for external companies (SCM) and internal companies (ERP). This study aims to reorganize the competitiveness of small andmedium-sized manufacturers from the perspective of information systemintegration, and suggests how to innovate and use inventory management of small and medium-sized manufacturers as a source of competition byintegrating and upgrading major functions of enterprise resource management (ERP) and customer relationship management (SCM). In order to achieve this research purpose, a survey was conducted onrelated parties and participants for small and medium-sized manufacturingcompanies using the supply chain network (SCM). 185 of 215 questionnaires were used for research, and SPSS 27.0 and AMOS 27.0 were used for statistical processing. Through previous studies on the supply chain, factors for upgrading the supply chain network are derived and linked to an integrated strategy to suggest a plan to prevent the risk of inventory management. To this end, factors for upgrading supply chain equipment system, upgrading supplychain utilization manpower, and upgrading supply chain operation strategywere selected as integration strategies, and inventory management risk was selected as inventory management risk factors, and the relationship betweenthese variables was analyzed. As a result, it was found that each variable had a significant effect on the relationship between supply chain advancement, integrated strategy, andinventory management risk. The logistics distribution integration strategywas influenced in the order of operation advancement, equipment advancement, and manpower advancement, and the partner companyintegration strategy was influenced in the order of operation advancement, manpower advancement, and equipment advancement In addition, the logistics distribution integration strategy was found to be effective for over-stock risk, and the partner company integration strategy was found to be effective for under-stock risk. At a time when uncertainties in the global business environment are increasing, SMEs need to implement management strategies to upgrade the supply chain from an investment perspective, not from a cost perspective, as the supply chain of small and medium-sized manufacturers is stabilizing rawmaterial supply and demand.

Producing organic farm products is one of the high-payoff farming practices considering the rapid increase of consumer's purchasing power. The purpose of this study is to identify the optimal organic farming system in relation to farm income. To cope with the above objectives, present farming conditions and profitability of 15 farmers producing organic products including rice and leaf vegetables as lettuse and cabbage were surveyed in Hongsung and Ahsan Gun, Chungnam Province. Based on the surveyed data, maximization of organic farm income were analyzed under the constrained conditions such as limited monthly labour inputs and competitive use of land by Linear Programming Model. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. 1. In the profitability analysis of 15 farmers producing organic products, rice farmers could earn their farm income more than that of conventional farmers by 50%. On the other hand, the controlled lettuce farmers could get more about 100% than that of it. But the controlled cabbage farm could get more about 40% of it. These organic farm products were saled at high prices comparing with the prices of conventional farm products by 170% ∼ 230% even though the crop yields produced by organic materials had decreased. 2. According to the labor requirement of the organically produced crops, rice cultivation was needed more labour inputs than the conventional farming method by 130%. On the other hand lettuce and cabbage could saved labour requirement by 40% and 80% of those respectively. Especially for the rice cultivation concern, higher labor requirement was due to the activities as organic fertilization, soil preparation and pest and weed controll,etc. 3. With the surveyed data from farmers who produced farm commodities, L.P. analysis was implemented to find out the optimul farming system and the maximum income. According to the results of L.P. analysis, 58% of total farm income could get more than the conventional farming system. In the case of rice cultivation, one ha of paddy was recommendable to save more labour inputs than the controlled leaf vegetables such as lettuse and cabbage. However, in the controlled leaf vegatables, only 73% of total upland equivalent to 0.3 ha should be cultivated under the condition of labor shortage as the restricted 4 workers. And increasing the size of hogs raising should be recommened to achieve self-sufficiency of organic fertilizer. As period out the possibility of organic farming, present farmers producing organic farm products could be able to maximize their income by expanding organic farm size with regard to all conditions of our organic industry. Of course, there are many difficulties in the course of developing organic agriculture. So Government should effort to support the development of our organic agriculture considering the various aspects of production, marketing, quality certification of organic produces.

블랙박스는 많은 운전자들이 사고 발생 시 사고 경위를 파악하는데 널리 쓰이고 있다. 하지만 블랙 박스의 시야각과 용량의 한계로 인해 사고 경위 파악에 어려움을 겪는다. 본 논문에서는 이런 문제를 해결하기 위해 차량 간 블랙박스 영상을 공유하는 시스템을 소개하고자 한다. 이 시스템을 통해 사고 차량은 다각도에서의 사고 영상을 얻을 수 있어 사고 경위 분석에 도움이 된다. 또한 이 시스템을 확장하여 차량뿐만 아니라 주변 영상 촬영기기(CCTV 등)와도 영상을 공유할 수 있다.

This study aimed at finding the factors impacting customer satisfaction (CS) for conversion farm with 2<SUP>nd</SUP> and 3<SUP>rd</SUP> industry, because the most important thing in the conversion farm is enhancing customer satisfaction. The data on CS from 173 pumpkin farm"s customers by on-line survey were gathered. The analysis using structural equation model with Amos was carried out. Product, service and purchasing were determined as 3 factors impacting to CS. The result showed that purchasing is the biggiest contributor to CS. It means the customers using on-line market are very sensitive to farm"s brand and logistics. It is also found that conversion with processing and farm experience activity is definitely affecting to building customer"s trust. In conclusion, making efforts on enhancing CS in conversion farm is the key to success.
