In order to examine the overall aspect of a poet, the poetic consciousness and aesthetic characteristics and the process of formation of the poetic worldmust all be analyzed for how the changes of all the poems written by the poet have changed. In the case of poet Woosik Kang, the change in the perception of poetry is revealed in the relationship of influence according to the circumstances of the times. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of eco-feminism in Kang Woo-shik. Therefore, this thesis is meaningful in identifying the ecofeminist aesthetics andformation principles that make up a part of the world of Woosik Kang's poetry. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the viewpoint of equating nature with women was found in poems 「Ganghwa」 and 「Cosmos」. For Woosik Kang, flowers, which are natural objects, have already been replaced with women, and the seriousness of sexual instrumentation damaged by men paradoxically disproved the oppression and alienation of femininity. This is because it is understood that these poems are holding the banner of anti-war ideology as well as protesting against the oppression of femininity, which is a sexual victimto men who become atrocious through war, which is the poetic background of these poems. In other words, Woosik Kang borrows the image of contemplative purpose or obedience carried by 'flowers' as femininity, passing through the age of the patriarchy, equating nature and the degradingviewpoint of women under the oppression system by humans or men as one. Second, the integrated view of coexistence in nature was considered inKang Woosik's poem. It is an integrated view of ecofeminism that seeks to achieve coexistence through seeking to restore a sense of unity with all things including nature or to seek reconciliation. Here, the poem “This Full Life,” a poem that transcends the ego and promotes the beauty of cosmic harmony in both the natural and the divine realm, and the perspective of recognizing the world move from an individual and isolated self to a three-dimensional and community-aware embrace. There were poems suchas "On the Grass". Third, a case of realizing femininity as an image of infinite growth basedon nature, which is an important point of view in ecofeminism, was observed. By weaving nature and women into one, it was connected to a productive space in which nature nurtures life as a woman using the space of latent germination called the womb. Beyond the women's issue, Kang Woosik's poems actively pursue alternative directions in that he broadened his perspective onissues such as wars by power and ideology, as well as issues such as wars by power and ideology in the differentiated and marginalized class of society, and in that he expanded his epistemological perspective to the realms of God and the universe. Today, the increase in uncertainty along with intensifying competition requires accurate and rapid information in corporate decision-making. If the information necessary for decision-making is provided in a timely manner, the management performance of a company can be improved quickly. Advertising orders, who play a major role in improving the management of local newspapers under an online environment, should try a new marketing methodology. Local newspapers are the best media companies in any era and region, and are representative leader groups representing the voices of the local community. However, in order to maintain the representation of such local media, it is necessary to be faithful to the nature of the company called profit-seeking. This is because it must be maintained as a continuing company through this to represent the local media. The pursuit of profits for local newspapers is being achieved through advertising orders. Advertisers are still not showing progress in exploring and discovering new advertisers and maintaining advertisers' relationships, with local governments and related institutions maintaining the mainstream. In this way, advertising orders are directly related to the management performance of local newspapers, that is, profit generation, which requires the quality and quantity of various and in-depth information necessary to generate profits. As a way to solve this problem, big data is attracting attention, and the use of big data is becoming a necessity, not an option. attention, and the use of big data is becoming a necessity, not an option. This study aims to identify big data from the perspective of local newspapers and link it to the result of pursuing corporate purposes of pursuing profits by creating management performance through advertising orders. To this end, literature research was conducted on variables such as advertising orders, big data, and management performance, and research hypotheses and research models were established and researched. Through previous studies, big data utilization factors were classified into four factors: information usefulness, information ease of use, information utilization accuracy, and information quality innovation. A questionnaire was developed to verify the research hypothesis and research model, and a questionnaire was conducted on about 300 local newspaper workers, and the collected data were statistically processed using SPSS 27.0 and AMOS 27.0. As a result of the study, it was found that among the factors that utilize big data, the factors of information itself usefulness, information quality innovation, and information utilization accuracy are affected. In conclusion, it was found that the use of big data is very effective in pioneering new areas of advertiser search and confirming new possibilities by new perspectives, and as a result, it is very effective in winning advertising. In the end, it was found that the use of big data will create effective performance based on efficiency that leads to advertising orders along with opportunities to search for advertisers.

The physiological aspect of Hatha Yoga was hugely influenced byTantrisme theory or actions. Tantra means 'raw thread' or 'expansion,' andit pursues the merger of holy and profane things as one of yoga systemto expand wide consciousness areas. According to holy men's insights, mindis an imperceptible materialand can experience with senses based on its subjects. In the middle ages, the health of mind and body was pursued withsublimating physical drives when Hatha Yoga was come to the fore, andwhile training catharsis, asana, and breathing, people got rid of impurities out of bodies to expand or flow more consciousness. Bodies were used as the tool of liberation while training Also, they have improved diverse methods of the body purification to have immunity and made their bodies soft to maintain their fixed postures longer and control enough voluntarymuscles. In breathing, it has to be able to control involuntary muscles or the functions of entrails, and they have trained to perfectly clean impurities out of their bodies for normal physical activities. Although asana displays positive synergy effects in health while rapid popularizing in today, it is the time to need safer asana training as much as increasing side-effects of excessive asana performances. Fascia is a subsidiary organ to cover muscles or protect other organs, and it has been come to the fore as a crucial organ in a physical aspect of rehabilitation medical circles. It has a lot of similarities with Nadi in physiology and meridian in traditional Koreanmedicine. Hatha Yoga physiology is the basic study of high level peculiar physiology (mystery physiology). It might not be possible to analyze these super scientific Hatha Yoga's physiology. Through this study, I wanted to explore the functions and roles of fascia in Hatha Yoga training, and withscientific approaching, I tried to get the educational direction for trainingwithout side-effects and yoga coaches' right usages of bodies.

조직행동을 예측하는 변수로 개인의 특성과 상황변수의 역할에 대해 많은 선행연구들이 관심을 가졌지만 , 집단 감성 분위기와 개인의 목표지향성 변수들, 그리고 종업원의 직무성과를 다룬 선행연구들은 매우 부족한 현실이다. 본 연구는 집단의 감성 분위기가 종업원의 목표지향성과 직무성과에 미치는영향에초점을 맞춘다. 선행연구의 고찰을 바탕으로 연구 질문을 구체화한 다음, 실증연구를 위한 가정을 제시하였고, 연구의 주요 내용과 향후 연구방향을 논의하였다.

현행 탐정제도의 문제점과 개선방안 : 입법방향을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to find out the legislative direction of the Korean detective law and the development plan of the system, focusing onthe history and present of Korea’s detective business and the cases of operation of foreign detecrive business. Except for Korea, OECD countries have introduced the detective system to support administrative agencies through high-quality detective work, to investigate facts related to criminal justice, to find missing personsm and to provide a wide range of employment benefits. Therefore, looking at the direction of the introductionof the detective system in Korea, first, it is necessary to unify the titles of private investigators and detectives to ‘detective’ and make it a single title. Second, the scope of work should be expanded to be able to play a correct role as a detective. Such a passive and limited scope of work rather reduses the role of a detecrive and hinders development. Third, the position of the National Police Agency and the Ministry of Justice are sharply opposed to the designation of the competent department, considering foreign cases, national sentiment and the role of detectives in Korea, it’s desirable for the Ministry of Public Administration and Security to form a supervisoryauthority to operate the detective system. Lastly, as an integratedmanagement organization, a tentative name ‘Detective Association’ should be established to entrust detective work; for detailed operation of detective work, prevention of illegal activities of detectives, smooth detective work, improvement of detective qualities, academic research in the detective business, mutual aid business, etc. Sinse the ‘Detective’ related legislationwas intriduced in 2005, each National Assembly has proposed a law, but it has not been enacted due to lack of public awareness. A further developedfollow-up study is needed to help determine the specific legislative directionby examining the public’s perception of the detective system in the future.

Based on this, he had a stage where he wanted to realize the things he had experienced and the things he had hoped for. The United States gave Seol Jung Sik a chance, but also a setback. But despite this sentiment, it seems that he was never able to give up the aura of the American. He leaned on the idea of the Messiah, which was one of the foundations of American culture, and repeatedly expressed his longingfor various evil spirits. However, these are limited to the ups and downs, which may be meaningful at the individual level, but the influence is remarkably lacking at the group level.

자기정체성과 역할스트레스가 회복 탄력성과 행복에 미치는 영향

In order to find ways to raise activation of consumption and the quality of consumers’ life, this study was conducted to investigate effects of consumers’ self identity and role stress on resilience and happiness. Data were collected and analyzed by 250 of experimenters from 10’s to 60’s usingquestionnaires including self identity, role stress, resilience and happiness scale. In the statistical analysis, the reliability and validity of the used scales were confirmed through internal consistency coefficient and factor analysis. Moreover, effects of self identity and role stress on resilience and happiness were examined using multiple regression analysis and differences of resilience and happiness according to level of self identity and role stress were examined using two-way ANOVA. According to the results of the study, Hypothesis I, “Self identity will make a positive impact on raisingresilience but role stress will make a negative impact on raising raisingresilience”, and Hypothesis II, “Self identity will make a positive impact onraising happiness but Role stress will make a negative impact on raising happiness”were supported. Also, Hypothesis Ⅲ and Ⅳ, “There will be differences of resilience according to level of self identity and role stress”, Hypothesis Ⅴ and Ⅵ, “There will be differences of happiness according to level of self identity and role stress”, and Hypothes Ⅷ, “There will be differences of happiness according to interaction of self identity and role stress” were supported. This findings show that building of self identity andmitigation of role stress can raise consumers’ resilience and happiness. Therefore, in order to achieve the goal of raising activation of consumptionand the quality of consumers’ life, it is necessary to pay attention to consumers’self identity and role stress and prepare the solution to improve consumer' s resilience and happiness by education and programs that estabilish consumers’self identity and reduce role stress. Finally, the limitations of the study and future research directions were discussed.

경찰조직에서 공유 리더십의 활성화 방안에 대한 고찰

Pearce and Conger(2003) described shared leadership as a dynamic, interactive influence process among individuals in groups for which the objective is to lead one another to the achievement of group or or anizational goals or both. The objective of this study is to propose a system for activating shared leadership within bureaucratic police or anization. The purpose of this study is to suggest the measures to activate shared leadership within the typically bureaucratic police or anization. The detailed purpose of this study is, first, to explains the concept and characteristics of shared leadership that police or anizations need to actively promote today, second, to analyzes previous studies on shared leadership, and third, to propose the measures to activate shared leadership in the police or anization. In order to achieve research purpose, domestic and foreign previous study on shared leadership were mainly analyzed. Concerning the measures to improve the shared leadership of police officers, structural activation plans, establishment of the basis for shared leadership, member-related activation plans, and continuous research on shared leadership were suggested.

행복과 공감이 삶의 의미와 만족에 미치는 영향

This study aimed to investigate the effect of happiness and empathy onthe meaning and satisfaction of life for men and women in 10s and 20s. The research model we propose is to increase the meaning and satisfaction of people's lives through happiness and empathy. For the study, a survey was conducted using questionnaires for 233 adolescent living in Daejeon andChungnam. And reliability and validity were examined through statistical analysis, and happiness and empathy through descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and two-way ANOVA using SAS9.4 program. The relationship and difference between level, meaning of life, and satisfactionwere confirmed. According to the results of the study, first, happy adolescent had a higher meaning of life than those who did not, and the difference was also confirmed to be significant. Second, adolescent with high level of empathyhad higher meaning of life than those with low level of empathy, and the difference was also significant. Third, happy adolescent were more satisfiedwith their lives than those who did not, and the difference was significant. Fourth, adolescent with high levels of empathy were more satisfied with life than those with low levels of empathy, and the difference was significant. Finally, there are interaction effects of happiness and empathy to meaning, especially, interation effect to pursuit of meaning was significant. These research results scientifically confirm that raising the level of happiness and empathy is an effective way to increase the meaning andsatisfaction of adolescent's lives, and various positive experiences andpractical strategies to experience happiness and empathize with adolescents in an educational environment. This necessary basis was provided. Finally, the implications and limitations of the study and the future direction of the study were discussed.

회복탄력성 척도 개발 및 타당화

In order to organize new concepts of resilience that help people overcome trials and adversity and realize their potential to enjoy individual growth andhappiness, the purpose of this study is develop a scale of resilience based onthe newly established concept of resilience, and examine the possibility of generalization. This study proposed a four-factor resilience scale in whichself-confidence was added to a three-factor resilience scale composed of self-regulation ability, interpersonal ability, and positivity, examined the reliability and validity of the scale, and conducted a validation study to increase generalizability. After conducting a nationwide survey of men andwomen in their teens to 60s and data collecting, the reliability of the scale was examined as Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, and the factor structure was reviewed through exploratory factor analysis to extract 53 to 32 questions. Subsequently, a confirmatory factor analysis was performed using AMOSto confirm that the resilience model composed of four sub-factors was suitable. The newly developed four-factor resilience scale through this study is valuable in that it not only opened a way to more properly measure resilience through conceptual elaboration, but also provided a basis for further research on resilience.
