타이포그래피를 활용한 책표지 디자인에 관한 연구 -디지털 폰트와 캘리그래피를 중심으로-

디지털 기술과 아날로그 감성이 조화롭게 사용되면서 타이포그래피 분야에서는 디지털 기술의 디지털 폰트와 아날로그 감성의 캘리그래피가 결합한 새로운 형태가 등장하였으며, 2000년 이후 책표지 디자인 분야에서도 디지털 폰트와 캘리그래피가 결합된 타이포 그래피가 활용되는 사례를 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 취미·스포츠 분야와 여행·기행 분야에서 디지털 폰트와 캘리그래피가 결합된 타이포 그래피를 활용한 책표지 디자인 사례를 선정하여 책표지 디자인을 분석하고 디지털 폰트와 캘리그래피가 결합된 타이포그래피의 유형과 특징을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 책표지 디자인 사례에서 나타난 디지털 폰트와 캘리그래피가 결합된 타이포그래피의 유형을 살펴보면 강조 유형과 변화 유형으로 구분할 수 있다. 첫째, 강조 유형의 특징은 하나의 문장에서 캘리 그래피는 특정 단어나 문장을 강조하는데 활용하고 디지털 폰트는 강조하지 않은 나머지 문장에서 보조 역할로 활용한다. 둘째, 변화 유형의 특징은 디지털 폰트나 캘리그래피 중 하나를 배경 이미지로 반복시켜 변화를 주거나 특정 단어를 변화를 주어 일러스트레이션 역할로 배경에 활용한다. 본 연구는 책표지 디자인에서 디지털 기술의 디지털 폰트와 아날로그 감성의 캘리그래피가 결합된 타이포그래피를 다양한 표현 방법으로 조화롭고 효과적으로 활용하여 책표지 디자인이 발전하는데 기여하고자 한다. As digital technology and analog emotion are used in harmony, new form combining digital font of digital technology and calligraphy of analog emotion appeared in the field of typography and also in the field of book cover deign after 2000 have cases using typography combining digital font and calligraphy been seen. The study, by selecting cases of book cover design using typography combining digital front and calligraphy in the field of hobby, sports, travel and trip, analyzed book cover design and form and characteristics of typography combining digital font and calligraphy. Looking into type of typography combining digital font and calligraphy appearing in the cases of book cover design, it can be divided into emphasis type and variety type. First, characteristics of emphasis type is that calligraphy using to emphasize a particular word or sentence and digital font using to assist remaining sentences which weren`t emphasized in a sentence. Second, characteristics of change type is using as a role of illustration by repeating one of digital font or calligraphy as background image and changing a particular word. The study is to use typography combining digital font of digital technology and calligraphy of analog emotion by diverse expression methods and harmony and effect in book cover design and to contribute to develop book cover design.

In order for 20 women`s college students to relax a dysmenorrhea and a menstrual pain take what kind of method, examines from the present paper, the menstrual pain relaxation method which is general, confirms with health is beautiful and respects skin care room which the women prefer plentifully under providing boil the fundamental data which develops the arbitration law of menstrual pain and dysmenorrhea. The menstrual pain experience experienced research object person 352 people all the member all, appeared with 116 people (33.0%) which are ache of some was most occasionally in condition of menstrual pain. The relaxation method of menstrual pain with 128 people (36.4%) which the anodyne with 129 people (36.6%) which endure is most, take medicine will be investigated and being a pressing problem the relaxation method of dysmenorrhea, the possibility which will know was. Dysmenorrhea relaxation method and relaxation degree the fact that is effective from in the method which is various the anodyne takes medicine,hot pack use and massage. Respects the menstrual pain relaxation of the women`s college students and from skin care room warmly to manage the abdomen there being the menstrual pain could be relaxed, proposes.

두개천골요법을 이용한 스트레스성 탈모의 두피관리 효용성에 관한 고찰

In recent days, so many people have been exposed in mental stress, which was not experienced in the past, and also suffered the pain due to the heavy duty and bad working environment, fierce survival competition, social confliction. etc. Consequently many people have once experienced the hair loss, called by recent illness. In this research, it is the purpose to investigate principally the effectiveness of the stress alopecia care, which is treated as the alternative medicine in order to improve and maintain the health of scalp. Therefore, it focuses on the basic knowledge and necessity of alopecia care as a treatment in order to promote the health of scalp. The research was reported that the body`s atony was activated by effectively reducing blood pressure, pulse, breath rate, craniosacral rhythm, which was the physiological variables, after being operated in scalp`s treatment. Scalp massage can smoothen the blood circulation by stretching the fatigued muscles and promoting concentration and memory by supplying the fresh air and deep breathing. Consequently the craniosacral therapy could be a natural and fundamental healing by activating the blood circulation and stretching muscles and recovering the fatigues.

For the reduction of menstrual pain, treatment and taking medicine will be able to reduce the temporary ache but the grievous pain will be able to occur with the side effect in medicine, if menstrual pain without side effect for health of the woman which is comfortable mind is possible, it will be able to minimize. Consequently for this study that wearing the underwear which irradiates a space energy reduce menstrual pain, the fundamental data which relaxes the various complex condition will be able to provide and effectiveness of space energy will be able to reduce menstrual pain. Research result, when the underwear which irradiates a space energy wore, the menstrual pain was decreased, the underwear satisfaction increased.

This study inverstigated the contamination of trace metals on edible visceras ; tongue, intestine, lung, testis, gira, blood, liver, stomach, and kidney. The edible visceras were selected at random from ten markets in Seoul. The edible visceras underwent freeze drying prior to analysis. The contents of arsenic, cadmium, cobalt, chromium, copper, magnases, molybdenum, lead, and zinc were detected by ICP(Inductively Coupled Plasma Spectrophotometry). The results showed that the levels of trace metals in all the samples fall within the tolerance limit and cadmium in lung tended to be high(>0.1 ppm). Therefore, we may study and investigate continuously on the food contamination of heavy metals for the public health.

Multidrug resistance (MDR) of cancer cells is, at least in part, associated with the overexpression of P-gly-coprotein (P-gp). Many studies hve demonstrated that natural compounds obtained from fruits, vegetables, teas and medicinal plants may modulate P-gp activity. The objective of the present investigation was to examine the effect of seven natural compounds on the P-gp activity in human uterine sarcoma cell line, MES-SA/DX5. Daunomycin uptake was significantly increased by biochanin A and silymarin (p<0.0001) whereas it was reduced by morin (p<0.01). The efflux of daunomycin from the cells was significantly inhibited by biochanin A, morin, cephalotaxine, berberine (p<0.05) and silymarin (p<0.0001). Biochanin A, berberine and silymarin significantly decreased IC_(50) value of daunomycin (p<0.05) while morin increased it (p<0.05). These results suggest that some natural compounds such as biochanin A and silymarin may inhibit P-gp funciton and can by developed as MDR reversing agents to improve the efficacy of chemotherapeutic drugs when administered concomitantly.

인체혈장 중 에탐부톨의 HPLC 분석법의 검증 및 단일용량 투여에 의한 약물동태 연구

An HPLC method was employed for the determination of ethambutol in human plasma. After addition of internal standard (IS, octylamine, 2 μg/mL) and alkalinization of the plasma with 5 M sodium hydroxide, the drug and IS were extracted into the mixture of chloroform and diethyl ether (40:60, v/v). Following a 15-min vortex-mixing and a 10-min centrifugation, the organic phase was spiked with 100 pL of phenylethylisocyanate (2000 μg/mL) for chemical derivatization, mixed for 5 min and evaporated to dryness under a stream of nitrogen. The residue was reconstituted with 100 μL of mobile phase and 20 pL was injected into Cl8 column with a mobile phase consisting of methanol:water (70:30, v/v). The samples were detected utilizing an ultraviolet detector at 200 nm. The method was specific and validated with a limit of 0.15 μg/mL. Infra- and inter-day precision and accuracy were acceptable for all quality control samples including the lower limit of quantification. The applicability of this method was demonstrated by analysis of human plasma after oral administration of a single 1200-mg dose to 20 healthy subjects. From the plasma ethambutol concentration vs. time curves, the mean AUC was 9.61 ± 1.64 μg hr/mL. and Cmax of 2.68 μg/mL reached 2.73 hr after administration. The mean biological half-life of ethambutol was 3.46 ± 1.21 hr. Based on the results, this simple and validated assay could readily be used in any pharmacokinetic studies using humans.
