본 논문에서는 RFIC 설계에 응용 가능한 인덕터의 Quality factor 및 Effective inductance를 비교 분석하기 위해 Octagonal 인덕터를 90nm CMOS 공정을 이용하여 제작하였다. 내부반경을 설계변수로 갖는 인덕터의 경우 내부반경이 증가함에 따라 Quality factor가 감소하고 Effective inductance의 값이 증가하였다. 회전수를 설계변수로 갖는 인덕터의 경우 금속의 회전수가 증가함에 따라 Quality factor의 값이 감소하고 Effective inductance의 값이 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 RFIC 회로 설계에 있어서 인덕터의 구조는 Q-factor 및 inductance 각각의 상대적 중요도에 따라 선택 되어져야 된다고 할 수 있다. In this paper, octagonal inductors for RFIC designs was fabricated with 90nm CMOS Technology to compare its quality factor and the effective inductance as functions of radius and number of turn. The quality factor decreases as the inner radius and the number of metal turned increase. However, the effective inductance increases with the increasing the inner radius and the number of metal turned. Therefore, the inductor structure should be decided according to the relative importance of Q-factor and inductance.

시뮬레이션 기법을 이용한 컨테이너터미널 운영규칙의 평가

This paper deals with the development of a simulation model for the container terminal, which consists of 3 berths, 8 container cranes, and 16 yard blocks with each yard crane and 90 yard trucks in order to evaluate the various operational rules.<br/> The proposed operational rules are 3 ship-dispatching rules, 3 berth allocation rules, 2 crane allocation rules, 2 yard allocation rules, and 2 yard truck allocation rules. These rules are simulated using 4 performance measures, such as ship time in the terminal, ship time in the port, the number of ships processed, and the number of containers handled.<br/> The simulation result is as follows: 1) there is no difference among 3 ship-dispatching rules, 2) berth allocation rules depend on performance measures, 3) dynamic crane allocation is better than fixed policy, 4) pooling yard allocation is better than short distance yard allocation rules, and 5) fixed yard truck allocation by berth is a little better than pooling policy.

카지노사업의 중심은 인적자원인 카지노딜러들이며 항상 고객과 접점되어 서비스를 하다보니 감정에 노출되어 있다. 종사원의 문제는 종사원의 자신의 문제가 아니라 기업의 성과에 관계가 있으므로 관련된 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 카지노종사자의 감정적 반응은 직무열의, 직무몰입 및 고객지향성에 간의 영향관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 종사원들의 긍부정적인 감정은 직무열의에 유의한 영향관계를 형성하고 있다. 종사원들의 직무수행에 발생한 감정은 종사원의 업무수행에 영향을 받는 것은 당연한 일이나 종사원들이 직무수행에 열의를 다할 수 있도록 산업적으로든 기업측면으로든 종사원의 감정노동에 관련한 여러 가지 활동을 지원을 하는 것이 종사원들이 직무열의를 하는데 많은 도움이 될 것으로 생각된다. 둘째, 카지노종사원의 직무열의는 직무몰입에 유의한 관계가 있을 것이다. 직무열의와 직무몰입간이 관계를 본다면 직무에 관련한 열의가 높은 사람은 직무몰입에 유의한 관계가 있다고 하는 것은 당연한 관계로 고찰할 수 있다. 따라서 이와 같은 관계에서 이론적 연구가 필요 없이 연구자의 관념적인 판단 및 가설설정의 연구를 직간접적으로 지지하고 있다. 셋째, 카지노종사원의 직무몰입은 고객지향성에 유의한 관계가 있을 것이다. 의 가설에 있어서 직무몰입과 고객지향성간의 관계는 현제의 고객이 미래의 고객행동과 귀결된다고 볼 때 종사원들의 직무몰입은 고객들에게 서비스 및 상품을 제공을 위한 고객지향성에 적극적이라고 볼 수 있다 카지노종사자의 감정적 반응은 직무열의, 직무몰입 및 고객지향성에 간의 영향관계를 파악함에 있어 선행변수인 감정적 반응은 서비스산업의 근간이 되는 인적지원의 감정적 행동을 파악하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 따라서 이같은 관점에서 많은 관계를 지속적으로 파악하여 연구하는 것이 중요하며 이와 관련된 많은 연구가 필요하다. The emotions that arise in the performance of the employees' work are natural to be affected by the performance of the employees, but it is necessary for the employees to support various activities related to the emotional labor of the employees, both industrially and businesses, It is thought that it will be helpful to do the job enthusiasm. Second, there is a significant relationship between job enthusiasm and job commitment. The relationship between job enthusiasm and job commitment shows that there is a significant relationship between job commitment and job enthusiasm. Therefore, it is directly or indirectly supporting the research of the researcher 's ideological judgment and hypothesis setting without the theoretical study in this relation. Third, there is a significant relationship between job involvement of casino employees and customer orientation. The relationship between job commitment and customer orientation in the hypothesis of the present study suggests that the present customer is the result of future customer behavior. Therefore, the job involvement of the employees can be seen as active in customer orientation for providing services and products to customers It is very important to understand the emotional response of the casino worker to the emotional response of the service industry, which is the predominant variable in understanding the relationship between job enthusiasm, job commitment and customer orientation. Therefore, it is important to continue to grasp and study many relationships from this viewpoint, and a lot of related research is needed.
RF 인덕터의 Underpass에 따른 품질 계수 및 항복전압 특성

In this paper, the effect of underpass structure on quality factor and breakdown voltage of octagonal inductors which were fabricated with 90 nm complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) technology for radio frequency integrated circuit (RFIC) was studied. It was found that quality factor and breakdown voltage of inductors with more than one metal layer for underpass showed improved properties compared to those with one metal layer. However, little change of quality factor and breakdown voltage was observed between the inductors with two and more than two metal layers for underpass. Therefore, underpasses with two metal layers are promising for RFIC designs of the octagonal inductors in 90 nm CMOS technology.

This study deals with analyzing the English abstracts from the korea management engineers society and other seven journals to identify the research trends in domestic industrial and management engineering. Topic modeling method based on LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation) was used to analyze abstract data from 2004 to 2015. The results are as follows. First, 20 key topics including quality management, optimization, and system modeling are identified. Second, studies of healthcare and financial engineering analysis show upward trend, but those of process control and design of manufacturing systems show downward trend. Third, in analysis of network, studies on system modeling, supply chain management, and data mining are shown as the subjects with high connection centrality and they are thought to be essential themes in domestic industrial and management engineering. Also, the subject for evaluation of HW/SW reliability can be seen as an important one which plays a key role in the domestic industrial and management engineering since it shows higher betweenness centrality than the other subjects.
