In this paper, PBTI characteristics of NMOSFETs with La incorporated HfSiON and HfON are compared in detail. The charge trapping model shows that threshold voltage shift (${\Delta}V_{\mathrm{T}}$) of NMOSFETs with HfLaON is greater than that of HfLaSiON. PBTI lifetime of HfLaSiON is also greater than that of HfLaON by about 2~3 orders of magnitude. Therefore, high charge trapping rate of HfLaON can be explained by higher trap density than HfLaSiON. The different de-trapping behavior under recovery stress can be explained by the stable energy for U-trap model, which is related to trap energy level at zero electric field in high-k dielectric. The trap energy level of two devices at zero electric field, which is extracted using Frenkel-poole emission model, is 1,658 eV for HfLaSiON and 1,730 eV for HfLaON, respectively. Moreover, the optical phonon energy of HfLaON extracted from the thermally activated gate current is greater than that of HfLaSiON.

A study on "Plant Processing Factory System" has been proceeded to develope" low-carbon green growth" since our government selected it as the green technologies in 2010. The plant factory has played a major role in growth industries connected to many other fields like low-carbon as well as lighting and automated system. This study is aimed to solve the problems on low productivity and health problem of plant workers caused by highly concentrated carbon dioxide and low temperature in each process in the plant factory. It is aimed to research data to understand the actual conditions of plant workers and improve the thermal environment.

Recently, residents living in high-density residential zones have been ever increasing, with floor area ratios growing higher following the industrial development and the enhancement of our living standards. Consequently, there is an insufficient number parking spaces. In order to solve the lack of parking spaces an increasing number of underground parking lots are being constructed. Nowadays, jet fan ventilation systems utilizing the airflow induced by jet fans are being widely used for the ventilation of large areas such as underground parking lots and tunnels. The purpose of this actual study is to present a jet fan that is designed to reduce electric power consumption and carbon dioxide emissions through the enhancement of its performance. The airflow characteristics of a jet fan that is widely used for the ventilation of underground parking lots and large spaces were realized during the experiments performed in this study. In order to enhance the performance of the existing jet fan, alternative cases were fabricated and their airflow characteristics, etc. were measured. In addition, the power consumption for each case was also measured, thereby predicting the correct amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. Case 1 (inside guide type) presented as an alternative for the basic case was found to be the most superior type. It was considered to be more effective when reducing the power consumption and carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 30% in comparison to the basic case. It is thought that a better performance than that of an existing jet fan can be realized by simply replacing its nozzle part with a new one..
태양광 패널 이용 및 안정도 판별에 기반한 가변 전압 DC-DC 플라이백 컨버터의 설계

본 논문은 태양광 패널을 이용한 가변 전압 DC-DC 플라이백 컨버터를 설계한다. 일사량에 따라 출력 전압, 전류가 가변하는 태양광 패널은 사용자의 전자기기의 정격에 맞는 전압과 전류로 변환해 줄 필요가 있다. 이에 따라 태양광 패널을 전원으로 이용한 DC-DC 플라이백 컨버터를 사용하였으며 PI제어기를 통해 전압과 전류에도 사용자가 원하는 정격 출력을 안정하게 얻을 수 있도록 하였다. PSIM과 MATLAB을 통해 모의실험을 진행하였으며 설계 범위 내에서의 다양한 전압 레퍼런스 값에서도 원하는 안정적인 전압값이 출력되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서, 전자기기가 대중화된 현대사회에서 태양광 패널을 통해 사용자가 원하는 출력을 실생활에서 적용한다면 안정적인 전압공급을 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

In this paper, we analyzed the mechanisms of gate leakage current for high performance MOSFETs with La-incorporated hafnium oxide. Barrier height and trap energy level are extracted using different temperature. The barrier height (1.115eV) of Schottky emission was similar to previously reported value and the trap energy level (1.133eV) of Frenkel-Poole emission was slightly low than reported value, which may be due to the La-incorporation.

Nowadays apartments in korea should be concerned about air change rate 0.7/h and installing sprinkler system according to a building equipment standard and the Fire Service Law at same time. To use this ceiling plenum ventilation system in a dwelling as part of a residential and commercial complex have to choose the pipe diameter of the air supplying outlet and branch duct as 150㎜ and CAV(constant air volume single duct system) or a mixed supply system. If the ceiling height is low or it is used in a public apartment supply duct next to the total heat exchanger and each room increases effective area of the air supplying outlet. Then the mixed supply system should be used.
상피성 난소암세포주에서 렙틴 (Leptin) 수용체의 발현여부 및 렙틴이 세포자멸사에 미치는 영향

목적: 본 연구는 정상 난소상피세포 및 상피성 난소암세포에서 렙틴 수용체를 확인하고 세포성장과 taxol에 의한 세포자멸사에 렙틴이 미치는 영향에 관하여 조사하고자 하였다. 방법: 4개의 상피성 난소암세포주 (SK-OV-3, R182, A2780, CP70)에서 렙틴 수용체의 존재를 확인하기 위하여 RT-PCR을 시행하였다. 동종의 암세포주에 대해 렙틴을 처치하고 cellTiter 96 Aqueous One Solution Cell Proliferation Assay Kit을 이용하여 세포 생존율 검사를 시행하였다. 난소암세포주에서 paclitaxel에 의해 유도된 세포자멸사에 대한 렙틴의 세포자멸사 억제효과를 caspase 3/7 활성도를 측정함으로써 파악하고자 하였다. 결과: 난소암세포주의 렙틴 수용체는 렙틴 수용체의 동형체 종류에 따라 다르게 발현되었다. 장형 수용체의 경우 실험한 4종 암세포주 모두에서 발현되었으나 단형 수용체는 CP70 세포주에서 수용체를 확인할 수 없었다. 모든 세포주에서 렙틴 치료 후 용량에 비례해서 세포 생존율이 증가하였으며, A2780 세포주에서 렙틴에 의한 세포자멸사 억제현상을 확인할 수 있었다. 결론: 정상 난소상피세포 및 일부 난소암세포주에는 장형 및 단형 렙틴 수용체가 모두 존재하였으며 이들 세포주를 렙틴으로 처치하는 경우 세포성장의 증가를 확인할 수 있었다. 이들 세포주에서 렙틴 처치에 의한 세포성장 증가는 부분적으로 렙틴의 세포자멸사 억제기능에 기인하는 것으로 판단된다. Objective: The potential role of leptin as an endocrine regulator is unknown in ovarian cancer. In the present study, we investigated the expression of letpin receptors in IOSE (Immortalized ovarian surface epithelium) and ovarian cancer cell lines, and potential role of leptin on the cell growth and taxol induced apoptosis. Methods: To check the presence of leptin receptors in 4 human epithelial ovarian cancer cell lines (SK-OV-3, R182, A2780 and CP70), RT-PCR was done. In the RT-PCR, 2 primers were used; primers for short form of leptin receptor and for long form of leptin receptor. Cancer cell lines were treated with leptin and the cell viability was measured using the cellTiter 96 Aqueous One Solution Cell Proliferation Assay Kit. The antiapoptotic effect of leptin against taxol induced apoptosis on ovarian cancer cell lines was evaluated by checking caspase 3/7 activity. Results: Leptin receptors on ovarian cancer cell lines were expressed differentially according to the type of isoform. There was long form leptin receptor on CP70, but no short form receptor. All other cell line showed both short and long form receptors. Leptin increased cell viability in all cell lines in a dose-dependent manner and reduced the number of apoptotic cells in A2780. Conclusions: There were leptin receptors in IOSE and some ovarian cancer cell lines. Chronic increase in leptin concentration may enhance the growth of ovarian cancers. In part, the increased cell growth after leptin treatment seemed to be due to the antiapoptotic effect of leptin.
