For the purpose of examing on the efficancy of the Boolwhangumjeonggisan and on the effect of the Boolwhangumjeonggisan, dropsy animals given water boil ding abstraction exgis power. What made an experiment, the motility of isolate ileume, anticathartic action, the action of gastric juice, tied pylous ulcer and inhibited vomitting. 1. Boolwhangumjeonggisan displayed great suppresion effect in regard to automatic movement of the motility of isolated of mice and displayed anti-acethylcholine action, antibarium chloride action. Thus, the origin of muscle relaxation for internal smooth muscle is admitted. 2. It displayed great rexation effect in regard to fraction of rat's stomach and displayed contentional effect in regard to a cetylcholine and barium chloride. 3. It decreased rat of barium sulfate transport through the small intestine of mice. 4. It recognized anti-cathartic action, rat suffered from leading diarrhea by caster oil. 5. Total activity, pepsin secretion decreased and increased the pH of stomach in Shay's method. 6. It recognized powerful prevention effect on tied pylous ulcer. 7. It inhibited vomitting by administration of CuSo4 in frog.

건축물이 초고층화 및 장스팬화 됨에 따라 일반 구조용 강재에 비해서 강도도 높고, 판의 두께도 두꺼워지고, 성능도 우수한 신강종이 요구된다. TMC 강재는 내진성능이 우수하며, 용접성이 뛰어나고, 판두께가 뚜꺼워도 설계기준강도를 저감할 필요가 없기 때문에 건축구조물에 널리 사용된다. 그러나 대구경 후육강관에 TMC 강재를 사용하기 위해서는 2차 가공으로 인한 물성 변화가 건축구조물 안정성에 영향을 미치는가를 검토해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 SAW로 용접한 SM520TMC 강관의 물성 열화도를 평가하였다. 이때 실험변수로는 강관 제조 프로세스와 강종으로 하였다. 실험결과 강관을 롤 벤딩이나 프레스 성형으로 제관하든지 또는 강종이 국산 SM620TMC이냐 일본산 SM520TMC 이든지에 상관없이 항복강도와 인장강도는 증가하였고, 연신율은 저하하였다. With building structures becoming higher and having longer spans, new structural steel with better strength, thicker plate, and performance may be required rather than conventional structural steel. TMC steel is widely used in building structures largely due to its excellent seismic performance, superior weldability, and design strength that is not affected by plate thickness. To make use of TMC steel in pipe structures with large diameter and heavy wall, however, the this study, the degradation of material properties in submerged are welded SM520TMC steel pipes and tubes was evaluated using variable fabrication process and material change. Degradation test results showed that the yield and ultimate strength increased and elongation decreased regardless of the mode of fabrication, i.e., through roll bending or press forming, or steel used, i.e., domestic SM520TMC steel or SM520TMC steel from Japan.

Paraquat intoxication is a fatal problem. Most of paraquat intoxications happen through oral administration. But there is no clinical data for parenteral paraquat intoxication, so we will describe its fatal progression and clinical course. A 52-year-old male injected paraquat solution on his thigh. Initial serum level of paraquat was 42.7 ug/mL and urgent hemoperfusion was performed and his serum level of paraquat was reduced by 5.2 ug/mL. But the patient expired due to respiratory failure and hypoxemia. Different from oral paraquat poisoning, serum level of the drug increases rapidly in intramuscular intoxication. So the paraquat in blood rapidly accumulates in tissue, especially lung parenchyme. We removed his paraquat in blood rapidly, but could not get rid of tissue concentration, so we lost him even with lowered serum paraquat level. Through this case, it is thought that the paraquat intoxication via intramuscular injection can make up a extremely poor prognosis even with very a little amount of paraquat. Stomach cancer is one of the most important cause of death. So recently, the first consideration Chinese Medicine Journal(after 1990th) to study on stomach cancer treatment(Herb medicine) and side effect on chemical therapy after side effect rate studied. According to the literally study of journal, the results run as follow. Herb medicine use in combination therapeutic method on stomach cancer decreased reaction.(G-I trouble, marrow and hematisis system) We expect that herb medicine treatment effects give to good advantage on stomach cancer.
