해외대학의 한국학 프로그램을 위한 태권도의 역할

Establishing the Taekwondo, symbol of Korea, as the educational program in foreign universities may undoubtedly make great contribution to the development of Koreanology. Besides, it's expected to the value of establishing Taekwondo educational program and Taekwondo subject in foreign distinguished universities. The research bases on the above-mentioned significant value.The aim of the research is to make Taekwondo as one part of the Koreanology to spread the Korean culture to all over the world. The Korean Taekwondo masters will be given the opportunities to go abroad and spread the Korean culture to all over the world through it. It could be a excellent way of stirring up the pride of Korean, if they spread Taekwondo history, spirit, philosophy and use korean particularly during Taekwondo education process. Consequently, Taekwondo history, spirit and philosophy need to be added into the Taekwondo education curriculum for Koreanology education. Taekwondo history will be significant to understand the Korean culture, while Taekwondo spirit will be valuable to understanding Korean manners and improving the quality of life. Taekwondo spirit in current education needs to be promoted to the one people all over the world are in sympathy with. Especially for Belt, Dobok and martial art of the technical motions, as they are the brand of the Korean image, they could be wonderful tool for spreading korean image.It could be one of the outstanding programs motivating to lead the spiritual world and expanding Koreanology education program, and the value of Taekwondo will be spread to all over the world. 한국의 문화상징인 태권도를 교육 프로그램화 하여 외국의 대학에 설치하는 것은 장기적으로 한국학 발전에도 크게 기여할 수 있음은 물론, 외국의 명문대학에 태권도 교육프로그램 및 태권도학과를 설치하게 되는 커다란 가치를 기대할 수 있을 것이라는 전제하에 이 연구를 실시하였다.이 연구의 최종목적은 한국학 범주에 태권도 영역을 포함시킴으로써 우리나라의 문화를 세계에 전파하는데 크게 기여하고자 한다. 그를 통해서 우리나라 태권도 교육자의 해외파견 기회를 얻을 수 있으며, 우리나라 문화를 전 세계에 알리는데 크게 기여하게 될 것이다. 특히 태권도 교육에 있어서 우리나라 태권도의 역사와 정신 및 철학을 알리며, 모든 수련과정에서 한국어를 사용하게 됨에 따라 한국인의 자긍심을 일깨울 수 있는 가장 훌륭한 도구로써 활용할 수 있을 것이다.따라서 한국학 교육을 위해 태권도 교육과정 안에 역사, 정신, 철학 프로그램을 포함시킴으로써, 태권도 역사는 한국의 문화적 흐름을 이해하는데 커다란 의미를 가져다 줄 것이며, 또한 태권도 정신은 우리의 예의규범을 이해하고 인간 삶의 질을 향상시키는데 크게 기여할 것이므로 그 가치가 크다고 하겠다. 따라서 현재 태권도 교육에서 사용되고 있는 태권도 정신은 세계인이 모두 공감하는 정신성에로의 개발을 위한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다. 특히 우리의 전통철학으로서 띠와 도복, 그리고 기술동작에 따른 철학적 무도성은 한국학 교육과 함께 한국의 이미지를 대표하는 브랜드로서 그들에게 한국의 정신적 이미지를 공유하게 하는 훌륭한 도구가 될 수 있을 것이다.그것은 우리의 정신세계가 세계를 이끌어 가는 동기가 될 수 있다는 자부심과 함께 태권도의 국제화와 함께 한국학 프로그램의 영역 확대에 크게 기여할 것이며, 그를 통해 태권도의 가치를 세계에 확장 시키는 가장 훌륭한 방안이 될 것이다.

택중침자(澤中鍼刺) 및 간교(간交)(GV28)사혈(瀉血)이 간기능(肝機能)에 미치는 영향(影響)

Effects of acupuncture at Taekjung and Ungyo(GV28) bloodletting on serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT) activity, glutamic pyruvic transaminase activity(GPT), total Protein, Albumin, Alkalin Phosphatase(ALP), γ-GT, lactic dehydrogenase (LDH), total cholesterol and triglyceride were determined. 1) In the Ungyo bloodletting group, GOT, GPT, ALP, γ-GT and LDH activity showed a tendency to decrease compared to those of CCl4 only group and Taekjung acupuncture group. 2) Serum albumin content showed a tendency decrease by treatment of CCl4 and to increase by treatment of Ungyo bloodletting. 3) The values of serum total protein, total cholesterol and triglyceride showed no significant difference among all the treatment groups. 4) All the biological values showed no significant difference between the CCl4 only group and Taekjung acupuncture group except the values of albumin. Results from this study indicate that the Ungyo bloodletting showed the possibility of liver function recovery in liver-harmed rats by CCl4.

육상운동 프로그램이 여자 중학생의 건강관련체력과 복부지방 및 골밀도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of the current study was to investigate the effects of athletics exercise program on the health-related fitness, abdominal fat area and bone mineral density in middle school girls. 20 subjects were divided into control(n=10) and athletics exercise(n=10) groups. The athletics exercise program was conducted 60 minutes/day, 4 days a week for 12 weeks. The results were summarized as follows: Cardiovascular endurance were significantly decreased within athletics exercise group. Muscular endurance, Lumbar 1, Lumbar 4, left femoral neck and left total femoral were significantly increased within athletics exercise group. Total fat area and Lumbar 1 showed significant differences in the interaction effect. Cardiovascular endurance, Lumbar 1, left femoral neck and left total femoral showed significant differences in the between periods. In summary, when considering the above results, we concluded that athletics exercise could improve health-related fitness, abdominal fat area and bone mineral density in middle school girls.

XPS를 이용한 TiN / Cu의 Grain boundary diffusion 연구

TiN을 Cu의 확산방지막으로 사용하기 위해 많은 연구가 되어왔는데, 이 연구에서는 특히 X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)를 이용하여 TiN박막에서의 Cu의 확산현상을 연구하였다. TiN 박막은 일반적으로 columnar grain을 형성하면서 성장을 하는데, 녹는점의 1/3에 해당하는 비교적 낮은 온도에서는 grain들의 경계를 따라 Cu가 확산함을 확인하였다. Atomic force microscopy(AFM)를 이용하여 grain의 모양을 관찰하였고, 이 grain boundary를 통한 확산 현상을 연구하기 위하여, modified surface accumulation method를 이용하였다. 연구 결과, TiN박막에서의 Cu의 grain boundary diffusion의 활성화 에너지 Q_b는 0.23 eV, Diffusivity D_(bo)는 5.5×10^(-12) ㎠/sec의 값을 얻었다. TiN has been investigated as a good candidate for a diffusion barrier of Cu. Therefore, in this study, the grain boundary diffusion of Cu in TiN film was investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). In general, TiN has a columnar grain structure. In the relatively lower temperature, less than 1/3 of the melting point, it was observed that Cu diffused into TiN mainly along the grain boundaries of TiN. The grain size of TiN was measured by atomic force microscope (AFM). In order to estimate the grain boundary diffusion constants, we used the modified surface accumulation method. The activation energy, Q_b was 0.23 eV, and the diffusivity, D_(bo) was 5.5×10^(-12) ㎠/sec.
