적외선 CVD 방법을 이용한 산화막 성장에 $NH_3$가 미치는 영향

$NH_3-O_2$의 열반응에 의해 산화막을 성장시키는 새로운 방법을 소개하고, 기존의 건식산화방법을 이용한 $SiO_2$박막의 특성을 비교 설명하였다. $NH_3$의 유량에 따라서 박막의 성장비가 증가하고, 성장된 막의 구성성분이 건식산화때와 같음을 확인하였다. C-V특성곡선에서도 $Q_{OX}$와 $Q_{SS}$가 거의같았고 히스테리시스현상도 없었다. 또한 n-MOS트랜지스터를 제작하고 측정한 결과 $I_D$-$V_{DS}$특성곡선이 건식산화와 비교하여 우수함을 확인했다. A new method was developed for growing oxidation film by thermal reaction of $NH_3$ and $O_2$. The growth rate increased with the increase of partial pressure of $NH_3$. Optical transparency of the growth film was 12% at the wave number 1100 $cm^{-1}$ compared with 17% by thermal dry oxidation method, and the quality was much better. In C-V characteristic curve, $Q_{OX}$ was almost equal to $Q_{SS}$ and no hysteresis phenomena was observed. n-MOS transistors fabricated with this new method showed $I_D$-$V_{DS}$ characteristics better than thermal dry oxidation method.

상담설교를 어떻게 준비할 것인가?

이 논문은 상담설교의 작성법에 대한 설명이다. 상담설교라는 것은 실제 강단에서 설교자에 의해 존재하고 있다. 다른 말로 하면, 상담설교는 설교자로 하여금 효과적인 설교를 세워가는 데 도움을 주며, 청중으로 하여금 삶에서의 문제들을 해결하는데 도움을 준다. 이런 이류로 이 논문에서의 제한적인 노력은 설교자에 의해 강단에서 상담설교를 준비하는 방법에 두고 있다. 상담과 설교는 서로 변증적 관계로 존재한다. 특별히 상담설교는 회중들의 삶을 의미 있게 만드는 설교행위라고 할 수 있다. 이 논문은 상담과 설교의 실제를 위해 의도되고 있으며 그 내용을 이해하는데 있다. 그러므로 이와 같은 실제적 방법은 설교의 상황에서 상담설교의 근본적 중요성을 지지한다고 볼 수 있다. In this article, we will try to explain the method of prepare for counseling sermon. Counseling sermon can exist the preacher in practical ways. In other words, it helps the preacher to formulate an effective preaching, and the congregation to resolve their problems in their life. For this reason, in this article a determined effort is made to emphasize the method of prepare for counseling sermon in the pulpit by preacher. Counseling and preaching are considered as being dialectically related to each other. Counseling sermon, particularly, is the act of the preacher that makes the congregational lifes with meaningful. This article is designed to produce an counseling sermon with the practical discipline and to understand knowledge of counseling and preaching. Therefore, this practical method supports the fundamental importance of counseling sermon in the context of preaching.

중소기업 성장단계별 협업동기ㆍ유형에 관한 사례연구

At the national level, vitalizing interaction of small and mid-sized enterprises and building up the corporate ecosystem based on the creative economy are the key concerns more than ever. In accordance with the social interests, this research analyze the cases of the collaboration activities among SMEs by deducting motivation, type and model according to stages of growth of SMEs. In conclusion, we draw solution to improve collaboration of SMEs. The research is divided into two parts. In the first part, we conduct the theoretical review on collaboration. The other part is about case study of collaboration of SMEs in Korea aimed at drawing the characteristics by each stages of growth of SMEs which is deducted as the collaboration model in this research. By conducting this process, we draw the conclusion as below. First, the SMEs started collaboration activities at the beginning stage tend to seek collaboration partners to overcome their limited resource capacity. Since CEO is the key driver of collaboration, it pushes ahead strongly. However, the scope of the finding collaboration partner is limited in short-distance or CEO's network. Second, the SMEs started collaboration activities at the growth stage generally hold a set of activities of value chain that a firm operating in a specific industry performs. Therefore their motivation acts much on expanding market share, improving technology than survival value. Third, the SMEs started collaboration activities at the mature stage already occupy the leading position with having stable market share and profit. As the firm at the foremost position, their motivation is on digging a differentiated appealing point and enhancing their own brand image. As we explored above, various cases and types of collaboration activities among SMEs are the obvious evidence of social fever of emphasizing building corporate ecosystem based on creative economy showing importance of collaboration. compared to previous researches have limited in single case study showing collaboration process and mutual relationship of two enterprises, this research have differentiation on drawing a conclusion that macroscopic Collaborative ecosystem lifecycle by examining various cases drawing collaboration trends of SMEs and stage of development. 국가차원에서 중소기업간 교류활성화와 창조경제 기반의 기업생태계 구축에 관한 관심이 그 어느 때보다 높은 상황에서 본 연구는 그 대안으로 부각하고 있는 기업의 협업 활동 사례를 분석함으로써 중소기업의 성장단계별 협업 동기ㆍ유형ㆍ모형을 도출하고 협업 활성화를 위해 나아가야할 방안을 모색하였다. 연구는 크게 협업에 대한 이론적 검토와 국내 중소기업의 사례연구로 구분하여 진행하였으며, 중소기업의 성장단계에 따라 3단계로 구분된 협업모형 즉, 기업성장단계별 협업특성을 정리하였다. 이를 바탕으로 기업성장단계별 차별화된 협업 동기ㆍ유형ㆍ모형을 검증한바, 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업기에 협업 활동을 시작한 중소기업은 협소한 자사의 자원역량을 극복하기 위해 협업파트너를 모색하는 경향이 있으며, 협업을 추진하는 핵심주체가 CEO인 까닭에 강력하게 추진되는 경향이 있으나, 협업파트너를 모색하는 범위가 지역 내 근거리 혹은 CEO의 네트워크를 크게 벗어나지 못했다. 둘째, 성장기에 협업 활동을 시작한 중소기업은 자사가 이미 가치사슬 상 전 과정을 보유하고는 있으나 기업경쟁력 강화차원에서 협업을 시작하는 것으로 판단되어 진다. 따라서, 생존의 가치보다는 시장(Market)내 시장점유율 확대, 기술개선 등이 협업동기로 작용한다고 볼 수 있다. 셋째, 성숙기에 협업 활동을 시작한 중소기업은 이미 업계 내 수위를 다투고 있거나, 안정된 시장과 수익성을 확보하고 있지만, 업계를 리드 하는 리딩 기업으로써 차별화된 소구점 발굴 및 브랜드 이미지 강화 차원에서 협업동기를 찾을 수 있었다. 위와 같이 다양한 협업사례와 유형은 창조경제기반의 기업생태계 열풍과 함께 중소기업 전반에 걸쳐 확산되고 있는 협업의 중요성을 여실히 보여주는 결과라고 할 수 있으며, 기존의 협업연구가 주로 단일 사례를 바탕으로 협업프로세스 및 양자적 관계에 한정되었던 것에 반해 본 연구는 다수의 사례를 검토하여 중소기업의 협업 트렌드 및 발전단계를 파악함으로써 거시적 협업생태계 라이프사이클을 도출하고자 한 것에서 차이점을 갖는다.

많은 사람들이 예수 그리스도를 믿으면 우울증을 앓지 않는다고 생각한다. 그러나 그리스도인이 되는 것 그 자체가 우울증으로부터 면제를 보증 받는 것은 아니다. 사실 그리스도인은 자신이 우울증을 앓고 있다는 것과 그것이 죄라고 느끼는 두 가지의 짐을 지니고 있다. 따라서 여기에서는 우울증에 대한 성경적 관점을 이해하려고 노력할 것이다. 그리고 이 글에서 이에 대한 대답이 발견되어질 것이라 믿는다. 이 연구는 한국교회에서 우울증에 대한 실제적 통찰을 제시해주기 위해 이루어졌다. 어떤 교회들은 우울증에 대해 효과적으로 다루고 있지만 그렇지 않은 교회들도 많이있다. 결과적으로 교회들은 우울증을 호소하는 그리스도인들에게 나쁜 삶을 제공해주게 되었다. 결국, 이 글은 한국교회 지도자들에게 도움을 줄 것이라 기대한다. 교회가 바른인식으로 바르게 행할 때에 우울증을 앓고 있는 사람들에게 최상의 가능한 지원을 제공해주리라 본다. Some people think, that if you believe Jesus Christ shouldn`t be depressed. Being a Christian does not guarantee immunity from depression. In fact, a depressed Christian has a double burden, Not only is he depressed but he also feels guilty as a Christian. I will try to understand to depression by biblical perspective with this problems. I hope that some of the answers will be found in this article. It has been studied specifically to give practical advice to the depressed in the Korean church. Some churches are supportive in dealing with depression. Others are not. As a result, her can make life much worse for the depressed Christian. Finally, I hope this article will be of help to the Korean church leaders. The Church, working correctly, provides the best possible support for anyone with depression.

Background/Aims: Hepatitis B viral protein X (HBx) is implicated in the pathogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) as well as the elevation of heat shock proteins (HSPs) after hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. We thus investigated the anticancer effects of an HSP90 inhibitor 17-Dimethylaminoethylamino-17-demethoxygeldanamycin (17-DMAG) in HBx- transfected hepatocellular carcinoma cells. Methods: pcDNA-HBx was made by inserting the HBx gene derived from the HBV-infected patient into pcDNA3.1 using the restriction enzymes (XbaI/HindIII). HBx-expressing HepG2 cells were then generated by transfecting HepG2 cells with pcDNA containing HBx gene. To compare the anticancer effects of 17-DMAG between pcDNA-HBx transfected HepG2 cells and the control cells (pcDNA-transfected HepG2 cells), we performed various molecular studies, including Ez-cytox proliferation assay, Western blot analysis, and flow cytometry. Results: 17-DMAG inhibited the proliferation of pcDNA-HBx transfected HepG2 cells better than control cells (P<0.05). After treating with a various concentration of 17-DMAG (50-1,000 nM), pcDNA-HBx transfected HepG2 cells exhibited higher expression of pro-apoptotic proteins (c-caspase-3, c-caspase-8, and c-caspase-9) than did control cells (P<0.05). pcDNA-HBx transfected HepG2 cells showed higher activities of caspase-3, caspase-8, and caspase-9 than did control cells (P<0.05). Finally, we found that the expression of pro-apoptotic proteins (PARP and c-caspase-3) was considerably decreased by the use of a caspase inhibitor suggesting that 17-DMAG induces the cell death of HepG2 cells caspase-dependently. Conclusions: Our study strongly suggests that 17-DMAG has antiviral effects against HBV as well as anticancer effects against HepG2 cells. Thus, the application of 17-DMAG appears to be particularly advantageous to the HCC patients related with HBV infection. (J Liver Cancer 2017;17:126-135)

청소년 사역을 위한 신학적(theological) 해석학적(hermeneutical) 제안

Theology in youth ministry are not really two separate worlds. The object of theological approach in a christian education provides a vital clue to its role in Christian life and the teaching ministry. Theology has a specific focus upon didactic elements such as the kingdom of God. It is seldom the substance of our education in the local church. Youth teachers shared the teaching of Christ. Because of theology is central to the meaning of Jesus Christ. Therefore teaching and learning in youth ministry puts up realty signs of the kingdom in the midst of the shared world. These elements are not only to teach, but also to provide the learner with knowledge concerning and the right relationship with God. Youth ministry must be in dialogue with its biblical and theological content. In this thesis, an attempt was made to establish a dialogue between the biblical and theological, hermeneutical background. For this, both the biblical and theological basis for a teaching were explored. It is hoped that this work will help to us penetrate reality and better understand a teaching, as well as establishing some basic principles for it.

전인 치유의 장으로서의 교회

대부분의 그리스도인은 하나님이 나의 문제를 해결해 주시고 나의 아픔을 치유해 주실 것을 믿고 있지만 실제적으로 자신들의 삶에서 이 진리를 반신반의하고 있다. 그러나 하나님의 거룩한 말씀은 분명 치유하시는 하나님으로 묘사하고 있다. 우리는 그분의 의지에 따라 기도할 수 있으며 실존의 문제 해결을 요청할 수도 있다. 주님 역시 치유사역을 행하셨다. 많은 무리들이 따르자 저희 병을 다 고쳐주셨다(마12:15). 뿐만 아니라 그의 제자들에게 가라고 명하시면서 병자들을 고쳐주라고 하셨다. 제자들은 주님의 명령에 그대로 행하였다. 더욱이 이런치유의 사역은 교회를 향한 주님의 명령이었다. 그러므로 교회는 전인적 치유가 일어나는 곳이다. 이 시대의 목회자들은 치유 사역의 책임을 감당해야 한다. 그래서 이 시대의 그리스도인들이 주 되심을 고백하면서 한편으로는 세상적인 절망과 고통으로부터 놓임 받아 진정한 진리 안에서의 자유 함을 맛보는 삶을 살아가도록 도와야 한다. Most people believe God can heal but they are not sure it is His will. But we learn from God`s holy Word that it is clearly God`s will to heal. When we realize this, we can pray according to His will, and He says. Jesus healed all who came to Him. “Many followed him, and he healed all their sick”(Matthew 12:15). Jesus “healed all the sick”(Matthew 8:16). And Jesus commanded His disciples to go and heal the sick, which they did. Further, as previously learned, healing the sick is part of His Great Commission for the church age. Therefore, the church is place as a wholistic healing. Pastors take on more responsibility for healing ministry. The power and authority that pastor as therapists have relied upon gives way to equality as the wholistic healing.

Effect of 6-Aminonicotinamide on the Levels of Some Metabolites and Related Enzymes in Rabbit Serum

The effects of an antimetabolite, 6-aminonicotinamide (6-AN) on the levels of enzymes and metabolites in rabbit serum were investigated. The intraperitoneal administration of 6-AN (multiple doses of l5mg/kg body weight) gave tise to a remarkable increase in glucose and cholesterol levels but did not exert any appreciable influence on the concentration of albumin and total protein. Alkaline phosphatase activity was significantly reduced by administration of 6-AN, whereas creatine phophokinase, serum glutamic oxaloacetate transaminase and serum glutamic pyruvate transaminase activities were matkedly enhanced. Nevettheless, the levels of Ca, P, Na, K, Cl and Co were not affeded to any extent by 6-AN. Antimetabolited인 6-aminonicotinamide(6-AN)가 토끼의 혈청내 효소 및 대사 물질에 미치는 영향에 관하여 연구하였다. 복강투여시 (l5mg/kg의 체중) 포도당과 콜레스테놀농도는 현저이 증가하였으나 알부민고 총단백질량은 크게 변하지 않았다. Creatine phophokinase,glutamic oxaloacetate transaminase,glutamic pyruvate transaminase 및 alctate dehydrogensenase활성은 매우 증가하였으며 alkaline phosphatase와 Ca, P, Na, K, Cl 및 Co등의 수준은 영향을 받지 않았다.
