This paper introduces the design and development of wind turbine embedded on highway median strip. Recently, many studies are being made to apply to small wind turbine in city. Especially, wind resource originated by running cars is expected to generate a small amount of electricity continuously. In this paper, in order to predict a induced wind field and wind speed by a moving car with 80~110km/h speed, CFD method was used. According to the study, we determined location of wind turbine. To avoid to be made turbulence and use bi-directional flow, the wind turbine was applied to the twist-sabonius blade. Fly-wheel was also applied to keep a regular turning force. In this paper results, this wind turbine system is expected to produce electricity to turn on safety lamp, the heat ray on road and several electrical goods on the road).

This paper introduces the study of hood-type wind turbine embedded on highway median strip. Recently, many studies are being made to apply to small wind turbine in city. This study is wind turbine producing electricity generated from the wind by running cars. In order to analyze wind generated by running cars, we measured experiments using running cars and buses. Also, using CFD and interpreter program, we analysis wind turbines performance and applied to the twist-sabonius blade. This wind turbine attached to safety lamp on the road is produced to use electricity generated through the wind tunnel experiment. In this paper results, this wind turbine system is expected to produce the power source installed the heat ray and safety lamps on the road.

oststroke depression is very common and has been reported in as many as 40∼50% of poststroke patients. The fluoxetine is one of the most frequently prescribed drugs for the treatment of poststroke depression. This serotonin selective reuptake inhibitor, known as generally safe and well tolerated drug, has been recently reported to induce mania. We report a case of fluoxetine-induced mania. A 64 year-old male, who has taken 10 mg of fluoxetine daily due to poststroke depression, presented elevated mood, hyperactivity, regressed behavior, excessive planning, sleep deterioration, and talkativeness abruptly. We were suspicious of fluoxetine- induced manic state and discontinued immediately fluoxetine without prescription of mood stabilizer. His symptoms had been ceased over two weeks.
Suppression of MicroRNA let-7a Expression by Agmatine Regulates Neural Stem Cell Differentiation

Purpose: Neural stem cells (NSCs) effectively reverse some severe central nervous system (CNS) disorders, due to their ability to differentiate into neurons. Agmatine, a biogenic amine, has cellular protective effects and contributes to cellular proliferation and differentiation in the CNS. Recent studies have elucidated the function of microRNA let-7a (let-7a) as a regulator of cell differentiationwith roles in regulating genes associated with CNS neurogenesis. Materials and Methods: This study aimed to investigate whether agmatine modulates the expression of crucial regulators of NSC differentiation including DCX, TLX, c-Myc, and ERK by controlling let-7a expression. Results: Our data suggest that high levels of let-7a promoted the expression of TLX and c-Myc, as well as repressed DCX and ERK expression. In addition, agmatine attenuated expression of TLX and increased expression of ERK by negatively regulating let-7a. Conclusion: Our study therefore enhances the present understanding of the therapeutic potential of NSCs in CNS disorders.
