In this study, samples from the site where there occurred unbalanced current when cable routing were analyzed, and the simulation program for electric power system analysis, PSCAD/EMTDC, was used to calculate the current unbalance on cable routing. Based on electromagnetic finite element analysis(FEA), electromagnetic parameters enabled the interlocking with COMSOL for the calculation of allowable current ampacity and magnetic filed distribution. This then led to modeling unbalanced current between common modes using the unbalanced current analysis program, thereby comparing and discussing the results from both. The analyzed model is a common mode 2 parallel circuit, which is a basic model for cable routing, and by arranging cables in various ways, the arrangement with the least current unbalance was suggested, which would, in the future, prevent earth faults and extend life for the whole cable.

새로운 3차원 도립진자 시스템의 구현 및 퍼지제어에 관하여 논한다. 기존의 1차원 또는 2차원 도립진자 시스템과 달리, 3차원 도립진자 시스템은 상하 운동을 포함하는 인간의 도립진자 제어행위를 적절히 모사할 수 있는 새로운 시스템이다. 3차원 도립진자 시스템의 특성 분석과 퍼지제어기 설계를 위하여 3축 직교로봇과 도립진자를 포함하는 기구부의 동력학식을 유도한다. 로봇의 여유자유도와 제한된 작업영역을 고려하면서 도립진자의 요오(yaw) 및 피치(pitch)각을 제어하기 위한 퍼지제어기 설계 방법을 제안한다. 개발된 PC 기반의 다축제어보드를 이용한 실험 결과를 통하여 제안된 시스템의 성능을 검증한다. The fuzzy control and implementation of a new three-dimensional(3-D) inverted pendulum system are addressed. In comparison with conventional 1-D and 2-D systems, the 3-D inverted pendulum system is a proper benchmark system to simulate human's control action which includes the up and down motion to stabilize an inverted pendulum. To investigate the characteristics of the 3-D inverted pendulum system and to design of a fuzzy controller, we derive dynamic equations of the mechanism including a 3-axis cartesian robot and an inverted pendulum. We propose a design method of a fuzzy controller of the yaw and pitch angles of an inverted pendulum. In the design, the redundant degree-of-freedom(DOF) of the robot and the constrained workspace are taken into account. The performance of the proposed system is proved by experimental results using a developed PC-based Multi-Motion Control(MMC) board.


금강 수계 주요지류인 갑천과 미호천에서 잠정유해물질 오염원 확인 연구

BACKGROUND: Water quality is of concern to water utility operators, public health officials, and populations using the water. If any contaminant is released from a point of entry, it could be spread rapidly throughout the water stream. So the identification of the location of the points of entry and its release history are critical informations to establish the management strategy. METHODS AND RESULTS: Aniline, nonylphenol, pentachlorophenol and formaldehyde in 39 surface water samples were analysed using Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) methods. Formaldehyde, aniline and nonylphenol were mainly detected in the near sites where industrial waste water and domestic sewage were discharged into stream. But pentachlorophenol was detected in the downstream samples where pulp manufacturing plants were operated. CONCLUSION: Results indicate that pentachlorophenol found in main stream of Guem river was mainly introduced from pulp manufacture industries. Otherwise, formaldehyde, aniline and nonylphenol were mainly contaminated from the industrial waste water and domestic sewage.
GC-MS-SIM과 ³²P-postlabeling방법에 의한 염료와 안료를 제조하는 사업장 근로자들의 방광암 조기발견을 위한 Biomarker개발에 관한 연구

To develop the biomarker of non-invasive biomonitoring among workers who exposed benzidine-based dyes in its manufacturing and treating industries, we examined and evaluated the specific carcinogen-DNA adducts in exfoliated urothelial cells of 33 exposed workers. Samples were collected from urine of workers, and then isolated DNA from them. DNA adducts were analyzed using ³²P-postlabeling, along with Nuclease P₁. One adducts was predominated in those samples with 6 adducts present. It was formed in all exposed workers, but the others not. Its relative adducts level(RAL) was 73.2 × 10⁷, which was statistically significantly higher than any other adducts levels(p<0.05) . Analyzing regression between its RAL and employment period of workers, simple linear regression was positively increased with slop of 6.922(p<0.05, r²=0.548). And also, DNA adducts were analyzed using GC/MS-SIM, along with n-butanol extraction and trifluoroacetyl anhydride(TFA) derivatization. Standard material was synthetic N( deoxyguanosin-8-yl)-N -acetylbenzidine. The characteristics of sample and standard were observed on the same sites, such as M⁺(m/z 376) and M⁺(m/z 279) for benzidine-di-TFA and mono-TFA. And then, they were confirmed by analyzing with secondary ion mass(SIM). This study showed that benzidine-based dyes was formed one DNA adduct into significantly high levels in bladder of all exposed workers, its chemical formula was N-(deoxyguanosin-8-yl)-N acetylbenzidine. So we can do monitoring the workers with exfoliated urothelial cells of them by analyzing above DNA adduct as biomarker for preventing bladder cancer causing the exposure of the benzidine-based dyes.
스트레칭을 병행한 저항운동이 만성적 견관절 질환을 가진 중년여성의 관절가동범위, 악력 및 통증완화에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study was to examine how type of combined resistance exercise affects the range of motion(ROM), grip strength and pain. Subjects were 22 middle-aged women with shoulder disorder. The subjects were divided into stretching+elastic band exercise group(SB) and stretching-dumbbell exercise group(SD), who have trained in 6 weeks, respectively. And pain were measured by means of visual analogue scale(VAS). The results were as followed; First, in SD group, the significant improvement was founded on ROM of flexion, internal rotation in left and right shoulder, increase in right hand grip strength, and decrease in pain. Second, in SD group, the significant improvement was founded on flexion, extension in right shoulder, internal rotation in left shoulder, and internal rotation of dorsal trunk in left and right shoulder. Third, SB group has more improved on internal rotation of right shoulder, external rotation in left and right shoulder, and increase in left hand grip strength compared to SD group. The results suggested that it depend on type of exercise, to applying weight or non-weight should be concerned, especially early stage of rehabilitation.
