        • 쥐의 뇨 중에서 Pyrovalerone의 새로운 대사체들의 여러 가지 유도체화를 통한 구조해석

          Pyrovalerone의 새 대사체 확인연구를 수행하였다. 쥐의 뇨 중에서 pyrovalerone의 3개의 새로운 대사체들을 여러 가지 유도체화를 통해 gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)를 이용하여 해석하였다. 거의 모든 대사체들은 효소로 가수분해 후에 산성상태의 뇨에서 추출이 되었고 이들은 산 기능기를 갖는 것들이었다. 한 대사체는 염기성을 갖고 포합되지 않은 상태로 대사되었다. 이들 대사체들은 기술된 추출법에 의해 약물 검사시 이용될 수 있다. Identification of the new metabolites of pyrovalerone was described. Three new metabolites of pyrovalerone in rat urine were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The structural elucidation of the metabalites was carried out by interpretation of the mass spectra of their various derivatives. Almost all of the metabolites were extracted in the acidic urine after enzyme hydrolysis and these metabolites had the carboxyl group. A metabolite was extracted as a unconjugated basic compound in the urine. The metabolites can be screened by the described extraction method.

          Telematics is spotlighted as the future industry and anticipated the rapid growth. But it is not showing the expected development because of technical and economical blocks. So that there would happen a setback in setting the u-Transportation strategy which is the advanced national transportation system by the year 2020. In this paper, the stat of arts about related technology are introduced, which could give a solution in the technical and economical demerits and design the revitalization in ITS based on Telematics. And also the present application condition in RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) which would be the Blue Ocean in the Ubiquitous construction industry is researched and the commercialization scheme is studied. 미래산업으로 각광 받으며 빠른 성장을 보일 것으로 예상되었던 텔레메틱스는 기술적, 경제적인 원인으로 인하여 기대되는 발전을 보여주지 못하고 있어 2020년을 목표로 하고 있는 국가교통시스템의 고도화인 u-Transportation 수립에도 차질을 빚을 수 있다. 이에 본 논문은 기술적, 경제적 단점을 해소하고 텔레메틱스 기반의 ITS 활성화를 도모할 수 있는 기술진보 현황을 제시하고 유비쿼터스 건설부분의 블루오션(Blue Ocean)이 될 수 있는 RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification)의 활용 현황을 살펴보고 사업화 방안에 대해 고찰하였다.

          헤드스페이스-가스크로마토그래피-질량분석법에 의한 체모 중 포름알데하이드 측정법 연구

          A gas chromatography/mass spectrometric method was developed for the determination of formaldehyde in hair. 0.3mg of hair was placed in 10ml headspace vial. 1.5mM pentafluorophenylhydrazine solution (pH 2) in 0.03 M phosphoric acid and $20\;{\mu}l$ of 500 mg/l $acetone-d_6$ as internal standard were added in vial and sealed tightly with cap. The solution was heated for 30 min at $90^{\circ}C$ in heating block. The extraction, the derivatization and the evaporation were performed simultaneously. After heating of the solution, 0.5 ml of headspace was taken up and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Low limit of detection (LaD) and Low limit of quantitation (LOQ) of formaldehyde were 0.5 and 1.5 ng/g, respectively. The method was used to analyze formaldehyde in rat hair after oral exposure. The developed method may be valuable to be used to analyze formaldehyde in human hair.

          전자담배 액상 및 기체상 중 유해물질 고찰

          Objectives: Electronic cigarettes are battery powered devices that convert a nicotine-containing liquid into an inhalable vapor. The device aerosolizes nicotine so that it is readily entrained into the respiratory tract, from where it enters the bloodstream. Information on the safety of E-cigarettes is required. Methods: Seventeen articles on studies analyzing toxic substances in the liquid and gas phases of electronic cigarettes were reviewed. Results: Tobacco-specific nitrosamines, bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, formaldehyde and acetaldehyde, known to be carcinogenic agents in humans or animals, were detected in the liquid and gas phases. In addition, diethyl phthalate, acetone, ethanol, cresol, xylene, propylene, styrene, triethylene glycol, tetraethylene glycol, pentaethylene glycol cis-3-hexen-1-ol, methyl cinnamate and undecane were identified in the liquid and gas phases of E-cigarettes. Propylene glycol, glycerin, 1-methoxy-2-propanol, 1-hydroxy-2- propanone, acetic acid, 1-menthone, 2,3-butanediol, menthol, carvone, maple lactone, benzyl alcohol, 2-methyl-2-pentanoic acid, ethyl mantel, ethyl cinnamate, myosamine, benzoic acid, 2,3-bipyridine, cotinine, hexadecanoic acid, and 1'1-oxybis-2-propanol were detected in the vapors of E-cigarettes. Conclusion: The hazardous compounds identified in the liquid and gas phases of E-cigarettes should be controlled for the lowest concentrations in the raw materials and production procedures.

          The renewed global interest in nuclear power has arisen from the need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and to provide sufficient electricity for a growing global population before the accident at Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear power plant in Japan. In spite of the safety issues of nuclear power plants raised by the ongoing Japanese nuclear crisis, many countries with nuclear power plants (NPPs) are still implementing license extensions of 10~20 years, and even consideration is being given to the concept of life-beyond-60, a further period of license extension from 60 to 80 years. To solving the materials aging problem is integral to its success. To evaluate the plant aging phenomena, a lot of background information such as materials and environment of the parts of the reactor and plant systems is needed by the experts. Information on degradation mechanisms is also used. In this paper, a materials degradation evaluation program called OnMDE-SYS (On-line Materials Degradation Evaluation System) is introduced. The developed program provides a variety of information on the materials and stressors as well as operational experience to the experts. It is also anticipated that the experts can perform materials degradation assessment on the web directly by referring to domestic and international information about the degradation of a nuclear power plants through OnMDE-SYS.

        • 대사체들의 거울상체비를 이용한 불법 약물남용과 치료용 약 사용의 구별

          Amphetamine과 methamphetamine의 거울상이성질체들을 N-MTPA [${\alpha}$-methoxy-${\alpha}$-(trifluoromethyl)phenylacetyl] 유도체들로 바꾸어 capillary gas-chromatography를 이용하여 분리하였고 levorphanol과 dextrophan은 chiral phase column을 이용하여 분리하였다. 이들 이성질체들은 비대칭 삼차원의 단백질 구조를 가진 효소들의 영향을 받게 되어 서로 다른 대사속도를 갖었다. 이들 대사체들의 거울상체간의 조성비는 대사체가 불법약물의 직접 사용에서 나왔는지 아니면 다른 치료약의 사용에서 나왔는지를 구별할 때 이용되어졌다. 또한 치료약의 독특한 대사체의 검출도 추가적인 증거가 될수 있었다. The enantiomers of amphetamine and methamphetamine were separated through conversion to the N-MTPA derivatives. Also levorphanol and dextrophan were separated by chiral phase column. The enantiomers of amphetamine and methamphetamine after oral administration of famprofazone were excreted at different rates under the influence of enzymes that were chiral three dimensional protein structures. In differentiating the use of medicines from direct use of illicit drugs, the evaluation of the enantiomeric composition of the compound was very valuable. This determination was assisted by determination of a unique metabolic product.
