        지루성 피부염의 한의학적 문헌 고찰

        Objectives : The aim of this study is to analyze research of Korean medicine for the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis. Methods : We searched domestic journals with the title 'seborrheic, dermatitis, 脂漏, 面遊風, 白屑風, 紐?風'. We searched The Journal of Korean Medicine Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology and Dermatology, NDSL, RISS, KISS, The National Assembly Library and OASIS. Results : We selected 15 papers; 11 clinical trials, 4 systematic reviews. In clinical trial all studies showed positive effect, but less example used in the studies. Conclusions : Positive effect of Korean Medicine on seborrheic dermatitis is expected. But we find several limits in many papers, so we conclude that well-designed researches are needed.

        프로테오믹스를 이용한 당뇨망막병증 환자의 유리체 분석

        Purpose: This study analyzed protein alterations between the normal vitreous and the vitreous with proliferative diabetic retinopathy by proteomics to find the proteins which may elicit diabetic retinopathy. Methods: Two-dimensional electrophoresis was used to make the protein map. Image analysis between the spots on each gels by a proteomics based approach were used to reveal vitreous protein alterations which may elicit proliferative diabetic retinopathy. MALDI-TOF/ESI-TOF mass spectrometry also was used to identify altered protein spots on the gel. Results: Of the 110 different spots on each gels, 36 different proteins were identified and among them 23 proteins were altered in the vitreous with proliferative diabetic retinopathy compared with normal vitreous. Nineteen proteins including alpha-1-antitrypsin, Ig G and A, and complement C3 and C4 were increased in the vitreous with proliferative diabetic retinopathy and 4 proteins includng pigment epithelium derived factor were decreased compared to the normal vitreous. Conclusions: The authors found that pigment epithelium derived factor may be the key protein that induces the neovascularization in the vitreous with proliferative diabetic retinopathy. Increased levels of Ig G and A and C3 and C4 is thought to be related to the autoimmune inflammation in early diabetic microangiopathy. Furthermore, proteins such as alpha-1-antitrypsin may contribute to protective functions of the ischemic retinal cells.

        통합된 상용 툴을 이용한 전투기급 항공기 개념설계

        Automated design program using commercial process integration and optimization program was developed for conceptual design of fighter-class aircraft. Wind tunnel test data and performance analysis results were compared for the verification of analysis tool of this program, and the usefulness of the tool was found. After integration with radar cross section analysis tool, the correlation with configuration design variables of wing, tail and performance parameters was identified by design of experiment, and the optimized configuration for weight and RCS was derived from optimization of empty weight and average frontal RCS value. After parameter definition of fuselage, the program can be implemented for full aircraft configuration.

        저전력장거리 기술과 임베디드 보드를 이용한 치매 돌봄 스마트 신발 구현

        본 논문에서는 저전력장거리 기술과 임베디드 보드를 이용한 치매 돌봄 스마트 신발과 응용 소프트웨어를 구현하였다. Cortex-M3 보드와 로라 모듈로 구성된 통신 모듈은 신발 밑창의 홈에 내장 된다. 위치추적 응용 소프트웨어는 임베디드 보드에서 제공하는 신호와 GPS와 로라 망을 이용하여 보호자가 치매 환자의 위치 추적할 수 있다. 외부 환경에서 스마트 신발의 위치 추적 및 데이터 전송 동작이 성공적으로 확인되었다. 이러한 실험을 통해 본 논문에서 개발한 스마트 신발이 치매 환자의 돌봄을 위한 실종을 막는 안전장치로 응용 가능할 것으로 판단된다. In this paper smart shoes for dementia care using embedded boards and Low Power Wide Area technology and their application software are implemented. The communication board composed of Cortex-M3 board and LoRa module is embedded into groove made in outsole of smart shoes. Including the mold, the shoe outsole was manufactured by hand. By using application software and embedded board, caregiver can track the position of dementia patient using GPS and LoRa network. The location tracking and data transmission operations of smart shoes have been successfully verified in the outdoor environment. The smart shoes of this paper are applicable to a safety device to prevent the disappearance of demented patients through results of experiments and if bigdata is collected and analyzed by deep-learning, it may be helpful to analyze the predictive path of dementia patients or the pattern of dementia.

        전해질 첨가제에 따른 graphite 음극의 SEI분석 및 전기 화학적 특성 고찰

        높은 에너지 밀도를 지닌 리튬 이온 전지는 현재 리튬 이온 전지에 상용화된 음극 활물질인 천연 흑연의 보다 높은 율 별 특성과 안정한 장수 명 특성을 요구하고 있다. 천연 흑연계 음극 활물질을 이용하여 리튬 전지 음극을 제작하여, SEI 피막의 형성 및 제어의 대표적인 전해질 첨가제인 VC (vinylene carbonate), VEC (vinyl ethylene carbonate), FEC (fluoroethylene carbonate)등의 다양한 첨가제를 사용하여 초기 반응에 의해 생성되는 SEI 피막을 분석하고 이에 따른 전기 화학 특성 변화를 측정하기 위하여 SEM, EVS (electorochemical voltage spectroscopy), 피막 분석, EIS (electrochemical impedance spectroscopy), FT-IR (Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy)등을 측정하여, 고온 수명 평가, 용량 유지율 및 성능 평가를 실시하여, $0^{\circ}C$ 수명특성 이후의 음극에 대한 분석을 비교 및 분석 평가 하였다. 초기 충전 시 profile에서 SEI의 형성에 의한 변화를 나타냈으며, EVS를 통하여 No-Additive가 약 0.9 V에서 SEI의 형성이 이루어지지만, VC, VEC, FEC의 경우 1 V 이상에서 형성반응이 이루어졌다. $60^{\circ}C$ 수명특성평가에서 초기 효율은 No-Additive가 가장 높게 나타나며 용량 유지율이 높게 나타났으나, cycle이 진행 될수록 충전 시 용량과 효율이 감소하여 VC, FEC보다 용량 유지율이 낮아졌고, VEC는 효율 및 용량 유지율 모두 성능이 가장 낮게 나타났다. SEM을 통하여 SEI의 변화를 확인할 수 없었지만, FT-IR을 통하여 SEI의 성분이 cycle이 진행이 될수록 첨가제에 의해 $2850-2900cm^{-1}$영역의 Alkyl carbonate ($RCO_2Li$) 계열의 성분이 더욱 견고하게 유지되는 것을 확인하였으며, EIS를 통하여 cycle이 진행될수록 저항은 증가하는 것으로 나타났고, 특히 No-Additive 및 VEC의 SEI에 의한 저항이 매우 커졌다는 것을 알 수 있었다. Lithium ion battery with high energy density is expanding its application area to electric automobile and electricity storage field beyond existing portable electric devices. Such expansion of an application field is demanding higher characteristic and stable long life characteristic of an anode material, the natural graphite that became commercialized in lithium ion battery. This thesis produced cathode by using natural graphite anode material, analyzed creation of the cathode SEI film created due to initial reaction by using electrolyte additives, VC (vinylene carbonate), VEC (vinyl ethylene carbonate), and FEC (fluoroethylene carbonate), and considered correlation with the accompanying electrochemical transformation. This study compared and analyzed the SEI film variation of natural graphite cathode according to the electrolyte additive with SEI that is formed at the time of initial filling and cathode of $60^{\circ}C$ life characteristic. At the time of initial filling, the profile showed changes due to the SEI formation, and SEI was formed in No-Additive in approximately 0.9 V through EVS, but for VC, VEC, and FEC, the formation reaction was created above 1 V. In $60^{\circ}C$ lifespan characteristic evaluation, the initial efficiency was highest in No-Additive and showed high contents percentage, but when cycle was progressed, the capacity maintenance rate decreased more than VC and FEC as the capacity and efficiency at the time of filling decreased, and VEC showed lowest performance in efficiency and capacity maintenance rate. Changes of SEI could not be verified through SEM, but it was identified that as the cycle of SEI ingredients was progressed through FT-IR, ingredients of Alkyl carbonate ($RCO_2Li$) affiliation of the $2850-2900cm^{-1}$ was maintained more solidly and the resistance increased as cycle was progressed through EIS, and specially, it was identified that the resistance due to No-Additive and SEI of VEC became very significant. Continuous loss of additives was verified through GC-MS, and the loss of additives from partial decomposition and remodeling of SEI formed the non-uniform surface of SEI and is judged to be the increase of resistance.

        객체 인식 정확도 개선을 위한 이미지 초해상도 기술

        객체 검출 및 인식 과정은 컴퓨터비전 분야에서 매우 중요한 과업으로써, 관련 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 그러나 실제 객체 인식 과정에서는 학습된 이미지 데이터와 테스트 이미지 데이터간 해상도 차이로 인하여 인식기의 정확도 성능이 저하되는 문제가 종종 발생한다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 객체 인식 정확도 향상을 위한 이미지 초해상도 기법을 제안하여 객체 인식 및 초해상도 통합 프레임워크를 설계하고 개발하였다. 세부적으로는 11,231장의 차량 번호판 훈련용 이미지를 웹 크롤링, 인조데이터 생성 등을 통해 자체적으로 구축하고, 이를 활용하여 이미지 좌우 반전에 강인하도록 목적함수를 정의하여 이미지 초해상도 인공 신경망을 훈련시켰다. 제안 방법의 성능을 검증하기 위해 훈련된 이미지 초해상도 및 번호 인식기 1,999장의 테스트 이미지에 실험하였고, 이를 통해 제안한 초해상도 기법이 문자 인식 정확도 개선 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. The object detection and recognition process is a very important task in the field of computer vision, and related research is actively being conducted. However, in the actual object recognition process, the recognition accuracy is often degraded due to the resolution mismatch between the training image data and the test image data. To solve this problem, in this paper, we designed and developed an integrated object recognition and super-resolution framework by proposing an image super-resolution technique to improve object recognition accuracy. In detail, 11,231 license plate training images were built by ourselves through web-crawling and artificial-data-generation, and the image super-resolution artificial neural network was trained by defining an objective function to be robust to the image flip. To verify the performance of the proposed algorithm, we experimented with the trained image super-resolution and recognition on 1,999 test images, and it was confirmed that the proposed super-resolution technique has the effect of improving the accuracy of character recognition.

        Circular tubular connection fabricated by welding become to be a vulnerable structure for fatigue in servicing by the affect of the geometric shape. It is necessary to improve the safety with evaluating SCF(Stress Concentration Factor) for the connections of offshore structure. In order to offer basic data using in evaluation of SCF for welded connections with complex shape, in this study, we investigated relationship between shape factor and SCF in simple K-type cross section.

        목향(木香) 에탄올추출물의 항균효과(抗菌效果)

        Objective : The purpose of this study is to investigate the antibacterial activity of Saussurea lappa for the applications of herb-based extracts to both cosmetic and medicinal industries. Methods : Antibacterial activity of ethanol extract of Saussutes lappa (ESL) was assessed using agar diffusion and broth dilution methods, and determined by whether clear zone was formed around paper disc and in terms of the size (mm) of clear zone, Results : ESL provided activity against Staphylococcus aureus KCTC 1927 in concentration of 1 mg/ml with an clear zone of 16 mm, and showed an activity against Staphylococcus epidermids KCTC 1917 in concentration of 1 mg/ml with an clear zone of 18mm. Moreover, the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of ESL against S. sureus and S. epidermidls were 1 mg/ml for both bacterial species. However, ESL showed no growth inhibition against Pseudomonas aeruginosa KCTC 12513, Enterobactet aerogenes KCTC 2190, Escherichia coli KCTC 2571, Salmonella typhimurium KCTC 1925 and Propionibacterium acnes KCCM 41747. Conclusions : Antibacterial activity of ESL against Staphylococcus sureus and Staphylococcus epidermids causing eye and skin diseases was proved. The result suggest that ESL may be useful as a natural preservative on behalf of synthetic preservatives.

        침과 매선요법 복합시술의 유방 확대 효과 136례

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of combined treatment of needle-embedding therapy and acupuncture for breast augmentation. Methods: 136 patients had needle-embedding therapy and acupuncture combined treatments for breast augmentation. The treatments was performed once a week for 10 weeks. We measured bust circumference, underbust circumference, bust circumference and underbust circumference difference, treatments either before or after. Results: The mean of bust circumference was $77.75{\pm}4.93cm$ before the procedure and $80.25{\pm}5.01cm$ after the procedure, $2.50{\pm}1.95cm$ significantly increased. The mean of underbust circumference was $70.01{\pm}3.99cm$ before the procedure and $70.49{\pm}4.08cm$ after the procedure, $0.48{\pm}1.48cm$ significantly increased. the mean of bust circumference and underbust circumference difference was $7.74{\pm}2.24cm$ before the procedure and $9.76{\pm}2.55cm$ after the procedure, $2.01{\pm}1.72cm$ significantly increased. Conclusions: The combined treatment comprising needle-embedding therapy and acupuncture had a significant effect with regard to breast augmentation.
