오늘의 미술교육은 제6차 교육과정의 수업시수 단축,제7차 교육과정의 고2,3학년 선택교과로 전환,규제와 간섭 중심의 미술교육정책과 행정,다수의 사대 미술교육과의 일반미술과로 전환,2003년 평가 방식 전환정책 발표와 2007년 평가방식 전환과 평가기록 방법 변경의 훈령 개정고시 등 바쁜 변화를 동반하고 있다. 이러한 변화에 대한 대안은 교과교육의 정당성을 강화하면서 미술교육에 대한 인식전환과 함께 교사의 전문성을 갖추어야 한다. 또한 21세기의 문화 중심시대에 부응하는 교육과정과 교수-학습의 방법론을 개발하여 새로운 변화에 대응해야 하며 기본 시수 확보를 위한 노력과 물리적 시설과 공간 확보가 따라야 한다. 학교현장의 역동적인 수업을 통한 미술교육의 진흥을 위해서는 정부의 정책이나 교육과정,교과서,교사 등 여러 문제도 원만하게 해결해야 한다. 교사 양성기관인 교ㆍ사대의 개혁과 변화도 수반되어야 하고 또한 미술교육학의 학문적 연구 성과도 현장교육의 변화를 유도할 수 있어야 한다. Korean Art Education has suffered many drastic changes: the shortening of teaching hours in the 6th National Curriculum for Korean Art Education at Secondary School; a transfer from a required course to an elective course for sophomore and junior students of Korean high schools, control-and-intervention-centered Art education policies and administration, in the 7th National Curriculum for Korean Art Education at Secondary School; the turnaround of the art education department in the teachers' college into art department which belongs to college of arts, announcement of the change in evaluation methods in 2003; and the notification of revision in the change of evaluation methods and the methods of recording evaluation in 2007. The alternatives to these changes are the change of general recognition about National Art Education as well as the establishment of teachers' expertise, along with strengthening of the justification. Besides, development of a new curriculum for National Art Education and teaching-learning methods is required to meet the needs of the culture-centered 21th century. Efforts to secure the basic teaching hours and to secure the facilities and space is to follow the above mentioned conditions. To improve the National Art Education through a dynamic execution of art education at school, smooth solution of the problems concerning the governmental policies, the National Art Education Curriculum, textbooks, and art eduction teachers is necessary. Reformation of primary school teachers' university and secondary school teachers' college should be done while the academic achievements of Art Education Research are used to induce the change in the on-the-job education in the primary and secondary schools.
급성관상동맥증후군 배제진단법으로 Ischemia Modified Albumin를포함한 삼중예측법 (triple prediction test)의 유용성

Purpose: In emergency departments (ED), the treatment of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) should be rapid and result from comprehensive diagnostic evaluation. There are increasing needs for supplies in the ED both for monitoring patients and for follow-up diagnostic measures to rule out ACS. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of a triple prediction test including Ischemia-modified albumin (IMA) as a tool for promptly ruling out ACS in lower-risk patients in ED. Methods: Between September 2005 and July 2006, we analyzed patients with acute chest pain who were older than 28 years, who visited the ED within 3 hours from the last onset of chest pain, and who had normal or non-diagnostic electrocardiograms (ECG). The triple prediction test was defined as a nondiagnostic ECG, negative cardiac markers (creatine kinase-MB, troponin I), and a lower cutoff value for IMA. Results: We analyzed 149 patients (male: female=105 : 44) whose mean age was 57.9±12.1 years. Thirty-two patients fell into IMA-negative group and 117 patients were in the IMA-positive group was 117 patients. There was no difference in sex, age, serum albumin level and medical history between groups. The area under the ROC curve was 0.640. At an IMA cutoff value of 85 U/ml, patients without ACS were negative (below the cutoff value) 4.0 times more than patients with ACS by ROC curve analysis. Conclusion: In ruling out ACS, triple predictive test including cardiac markers, ECG, and IMA had insufficient efficacy in the ED. Further studies warranted to reveal IMA is a clinical useful diagnostic test to rule out ACS.
