        국내 미기록 진균 5종 보고

        During a survey of the activities of fungi in steamed sweet potato, stored garlic, agricultural by-products for mushroom cultivation media, and pinewood chips from a pinewood nematode-infected tree, numerous fungal samples were isolated and identified. This study identified five species that have not been previously reported in Korea, namely Geomyces pannorum, Neopestalotiopsis javaensis, Penicillium allii, Penicillium chermesinum, and Ophiognomonia setacea. For all identified species, the cultural features of colonies formed on growth media, their morphological characteristics observed by a light microscope, and their molecular phylogenetic relationships based on nucleotide sequences of the internal transcribed spacer rDNA region or calmodulin gene were described.

        김유정의 <봄ㆍ봄>과 HD TV <봄, 봄봄>의 서사변용 연구

        우리는 다양한 매체변동에 의해 양산된 작품들에서 원작과는 또 다른 재미를 접하게 된다. 이런 의미에서 원작과 원작의 각색 작품들은 서로 공생관계에 있다고 볼 수 있을 것이다. 김유정의 단편 <봄ㆍ봄>은 ‘원 소스 멀티 유즈(One Source Multi Use), 즉 하나의 원형 콘텐츠를 이용해 다양한 장르로 변형 발전해 온 소설이다. 본고는 김유정소설<봄ㆍ봄>과 HD TV문학관<봄, 봄봄>의서사 비교 분석을 통해서사변용의다양한양상을살펴보았다. 두 작품은시ㆍ공간의변화에 따라 주제의식에 차이를 보이고 있었다. 작품의 주 서사인 예비 장인과 예비 사위의 성례를 둘러싼 갈등에는 큰 변화가 없었지만 시골 어느 농촌에서 제주도 목장으로 공간이 이동하면서 계절 배경 또한 봄에서 가을로 바뀌게 되었다. 이에 따라 작품의 제목인 <봄ㆍ봄>과 <봄, 봄봄>의 차이를 살필 수 있었다. <봄ㆍ봄>의 성례를 둘러싼 갈등이 매년 순환, 반복되면서 ‘나’에게 희망과 좌절을 안겼다면, <봄, 봄봄>은 ‘기다림’의 설렘을 통해 ‘병수’와 혜은의 결혼을 암시하고 있다. 더 나아가 몇 가지의 에피소드의 삽입을 통해 이를 강화하고 있다. 특히 나와 장인, 병수와 덕배 사이에 맺은 계약은 계약자체의 트릭으로 갈등과 웃음을 유발하고 있다. 이를 김유정 특유의 다중적 시점의 활용과 영상 서술의 특징인 보여주기 기법을 통해 입체적으로 보여주고 있다. 영상 서술의 또 다른 특징인 배경음악은 작품 전체의 주제를 드러내는 전략적 기법의 하나로 작동하기도 한다. 하나의 원천 소스 혹은 캐릭터를 어떤 방식으로, 어떻게 활용할 것인가의 문제는 이 시대의 중요한 키워드가 된 지 오래이다. 이 시기에 원 소스의 중요성은 부각될 수밖에 없다. 왜냐하면 ‘새로움’의 원천이 바로 ‘원 소스’, 원작에 있기 때문이다. 그런 의미에서 원 소스 멀티 유즈의 가능성을 충분히 지닌 김유정 문학에 대한 다양한 연구와 매체 변환의 시도는 충분히 매력적이라고 본다. From mass produced literary works by various medium changes, we encounter another interesting fact different from original work. In this sense, original work and its adaptations can be seen to coexist. <BomㆍBom> Kim Yu-Jeong"s short story is One Source Multi Use, meaning a novel developed to many genres using original contents. This piece of novel examines various aspects of narrative modifications through narration comparison analysis of Kim Yu-Jeong"s <BomㆍBom> and HD TV Literary House <Bom, BomBom>. Two work pieces show differences in thematic sense depending on time and space changes. There is no change in main narration of this piece, the confliction surrounding sacrament of father-in-law to-be and son-in-law to-be, but seasonal background too changes from spring to fall, as location changes to Jeju Island ranch. Accordingly, I could feel the differences between title of this piece <BomㆍBom> and <Bom, BomBom>. While repetitive circulation of confliction surrounding sacrament of <BomㆍBom> made me a desired and frustrated, <Bom, BomBom> implies the marriage of "Byung-soo" and "Hye-eun" through romance of "waiting." Furthermore, this is strengthened by insertion of a few episodes. In particular, the contract concluded between father-in-law and I, Byung-soo and Deok-bae brought about confliction and laughs by tricks of contract itself. This is shown in three dimensions through the use of Kim Yu-Jeong"s characteristic multiple viewpoints, and display method, which is a feature of visual narration. Background music, another feature of visual narration, serves as one of strategic techniques revealing the theme of entire scope of the work piece at times. The question of with what method and how one original source or character can be used, has long been a very important keyword of our time. The importance of original source naturally emerges because source of "freshness" comes from this "One Source" original work. In that sense, various researches and medium change attempt on Kim Yu-Jeong"s literature with full potential of One Source Multi Use can be quite compelling.

      • 전상국 소설 <동행(同行)>의 다성적 특질 연구

        The unity in polyphonic literature is achieved when various descriptive strategy is revealed and the voices of characters are individualized. Bakhtin says that polyphony is the most important factor in a novel. In the case of monophonic literature in which everything is explained and defined by an author, there is only one-sided dialogue between characters themselves, characters and an author or a reader, an author and a reader. Thus, the meaning of monophonic literature is defined by the author's ideology, while the meaning of polyphonic literature is revealed by text itself and its environment. This study approaches understanding of Jeon sang kook, ‘the Dong Haeng(同行)’ through analysis of polyphonic characteristic. First, this study attempts to prove polyphonic characteristic of this novel by analyzing the descriptive strategy. With the analysis of description of characters and their behavior, ellipsis devised for discoursive technology, backgrounds, descriptive structure, it could be found that there are reversible roles between a police officer chasing and a murderer chased and tensed balance between the two characters, which resulted in reconciliation. Second, This study tries to explain the ideological plot of the novel and the self-consciousness of the characters. The fundamental narrative strategy of this work is for the deconstruction of binary oppositve(이항대립적) ideologies which is suggested in its title and which, thereby, results in the conclusion that they have to go together. This is expressed in the same way, that is, throughly consistent dialogic position. Bakhtin says that dialogic position which ideas and ideology essentially should have is prerequisite for the creation of ideologic images. This study aimed at showing how polyphony works an proving that ‘the Dong(同行)’ is a polyphonic novel.

        피부관리방법에 따른 안면 피부상태의 차이

        The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the facial treatment methods (cleansing, exfoliation, massage, pack/mask, use of cosmetics) and skin conditions of face(pores, pigmentation, wrinkles, skin color, erythema). First of all, facial treatment index was constructed by using a questionnaire that surveyed facial treatment methods of participants. Skin conditions of face were measured by using ROBO SKIN ANALYZER (CS50). The data were collected and measured from 345 female. In order to identify actual conditions of facial treatment, facial treatment index was analyzed. Facial treatment index of participants was cleansing (15.96), use of cosmetics (14.42), manual technique (12.08), exfoliation (11.36), pack/mask (8.54). The participants were divided according to facial treatment style. Facial treatment index of special treatment group (70.96) was higher than self treatment group (58.99). It was investigated the relationship facial treatment index and skin condition of face according to facial treatment group. Special treatment group showed significantly greater improvement in wrinkles. It was discussed various relations between facial treatment index and skin condition of face. The differences of facial treatment index according to skin condition of face were analyzed. Results showed that participants didn`t use facial treatment method suitable to one`s facial skin condition.

        맞춤형 영어 프로그램에 대한 만학도 들의 인식 및 요구 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 학습 소수자인 만학도 들을 위한 영어 프로그램을 개발하고 교수학습 방안에 대한 방향성을 제시하고자 영어 프로그램에 대한 만학도 들의 인식 및 요구를 분석하는 것이다. 2018년 4월 16일부터 6월 8일까지의 기간 동안 설문과 반구조화된 면담을 실시하여 자료를 수집하고 기초통계 및 질적 자료 분석방법을 활용하여 결과를 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 교양 영어학습의 만족도 및 읽기 학습시간이 낮게 나타났으며, 영어 듣기와 파닉스 학습에 대한 필요성이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 만학도 학습자들에게는 고령 학습자의 여러 장애 요인들 중 성향적 장애요인과 가족 및 생계에 대한 책임감을 느끼는 심리 정서적 장애 요인이 두드러지게 나타났다. 셋째, 문화 및 실용적 내용의 수업구성, 소그룹 자기주도 학습 방식 선호, 교수매체 활용에 대한 부담감 고려, 시력 및 기억력 저하 등으로 이를 감안한 적합한 교재 개발의 필요성, 운영시간의 유연성 등의 다양한 요구를 발견할 수 있었다. 따라서 고령학습자의 영어성취도를 높이기 위해서는 이와 같은 만학도 들의 요구를 반영한 맞춤형 영어 프로그램이 개발될 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the needs of mature university students in a general English course and to propose suggestions for designing an effective English program for adult learners. Questionnaires and semi-structured interviews were conducted to collect the data from April 16, 2018 to June 8, 2018 and they were analyzed by using basic statistical and qualitative data analysis methods. The results of the study are as follows; 1) it has shown low satisfaction with the general English program, less studying hours in English reading, and high demands on English listening and Phonics learning. 2) The significant factors of learning difficulties have been appeared as psychological and emotional disturbance factors related to responsibilities for the family and livelihood of students and dispositional learning obstacles as the elderly university students. 3) Various needs related to teaching methods and organizing an English program have been found; incorporation of English culture and practical contents, preferences of self-directed learning and small group activities, consideration for psychological pressure to use teaching methodologies and its medium, flexibility in operating time, and necessity of developing appropriate textbooks considering the deterioration of sight and failure of memory of older learners. There is a need to develop a customized English program that reflects these needs to improve the English achievement of older learners.

        1980년대 이후 숭실 문학인의 동향

        본고는 “숭실 문학의 어제, 오늘, 그리고 내일”이라는 개교 기념 학술발표를 맞아 1980년 이후 숭실 문인들의 동향을 살펴보고자 한다. 여기서는 숭실 출신의 문인들 중 윤지강, 김이정, 양영아, 장혜련 작가의 숭실과의 인연과 문학에 대해 논할 것이다. 세부적인 자료는 작가와의 대담을 통해 수집했으며, 작품 경향에 대한 논의는 작품 분석을 통해 전개하였다. 윤지강은 학창 시절부터 문학의 궁극이 미와 인식의 문제에 있다고 여겼다. 그의 이러한 문학관은 쓴다는 것 자체가 자신을 찾는 행위로 연결되었다. 지금까지 발표된 그의 전 작품들은 어떤 형태로든지 바로 ‘미와 인식’의 문제에 닿아있다. 김이정 문학은 한마디로 상처 중독된 인생 파노라마를 연상케 한다. 가족에게, 사랑하는 이에게 받은 상처로 인해 인물들은 몸부림친다. 그럼에도 좌절하지 않고 그들이 살아갈 수 있었던 견딤의 원동력은 내면에서 끊임없이 솟구치는 생에의 열정임을 확인할 수 있었다. 양영아의 문학은 ‘고백’을 통한 상처 치유하기의 여정이다. 여기서 고백이란 외부를 향하기보다는 오히려 자신을 추스르기 위한 성격이 더 강하다. 장혜련은 그의 문학을 통해 삶의 여정 탐색에 나서고 있다. 음울하고 어둡고, 소외된 곳의 삶을 그는 세밀하게 묘파해 내고 있다. 이들 네 명의 작가들은 각기 독특한 작품 세계를 구현하며 본격적인 활동을 시작하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 그들의 공통점은 바로 인간 실존에의 탐색이라는 점을 들 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the trend of Soongsil literary men since the 1980s to meet the symposium for the anniversary of the university foundation, ’‘Yesterday, today, and future of Soongsil literary men’. This study will deal with the writers of Yun, Ji Gang, Kim, I Jeong, Yang, Yeong A, and Jang, Hye Ryeon among the literary men from Soongsil university on the base of their relations with Soongsil and their works. The detailed things were collected by the conversation with the writers, and the discussion on their trend of works was unfolded by analysis on them. Yun, Ji Gang considered the ultimate purpose of literature was in the matter of beauty and recognition since her school days. This view of literacy has made her connect the writing itself to the action of finding herself. The whole works that he has presented are just connected with the subject of ‘beauty and recognition’ in any way. The works of Kim, I Jeong just remind us life panorama poisoned with hurt. The characters in her works are struggling with the hurt by their family members and lovers. We could confirm that the power which made them endure such hurt was just the enthusiasm for their lives soaring incessantly from inner world. The works of Yang, Yeong A consist of journey of healing hurt by ‘confession’. The confession in this has the meaning of recovering from hurt rather than towards outside. Jang, Hye Ryeon is on the journey to investigate the life through her works. She is just discovering and describing the lives of gloomy, dark, and alienated parts in detail. These four writers are establishing their own creative world of literacy and displaying active works. Nevertheless, there is a common point in those works and it is just the investigation of human existence.

        가족 서사로 본 박경리 소설 연구

        This report is intended to analyze Park-Kyung Ri`s early short stories from a family narration viewpoint. The family narration in terms of the socialization of the family is important in understanding the ideological basis which supported the society. The characteristic of Park-Kyung Ri`s early short stories is the disorganization of the family best plotted and revealed in them. The incomplete form of the family. well brought out by postwar novels, has a sort of symbolic meaning, in which the writer viewed the postwar life. The focus of the family narration is on the maternal family`s life caused by the death of the paternal line, not on the paternal family in the patriarchal system. The maternal family narration deals with mother`s love, which is different from the paternal perspective. While an androcentric narration admires a self-sacrificial mother`s affection in the patriarchal ideology. Park-Kyung Ri`s searching for a reasonable. egoistic mother`s love. But the woman who plays a man`s role is faced with double pressure. In other words, she faces sex discrimination and economic difficulty in supporting the family. In a situation like this. the daughters have a miserable childhood suffering from the loss of their father and separation anxiety with their mother. Later this has an psychological repression effect on them, which causes mental disorder and further makes them isolate themselves from the society. The writer doesn`t tempts to compromise with the irrational reality as a characteristic of maternal family narration. The matter of family socialization has to widen its scope to the analysis of the family`s relation with the reality. In this respect, the writer denies the compromise with irrational reality by means of isolation from the reality, not by immediate restoration of the family, and therefore can keep a distance from the reality. Thus, the writer makes a new trend of the maternal family narration that in irrational society and disorganization of family. makes a point of the pursuit of family lives in intrinsic nature.

      • 차세대 지상파 DTV 전송방식 시스템을 위한 Enhanced-xVSB 개발

        This paper described an Enhanced-xVSB system for improving mobile/pedestrian reception performance to the ATSC DTV 8-VSB transmission standard. E-xVSB system can transmit a mixture of normal (8-VSB) stream and enhanced (robust) stream. The robust stream has a higher thresh이d of visibility (TOV) compared to the standard stream, and legacy receivers ignore the robust packets. Thus, Enhanced-xVSB system is fully backward compatible with a current ATSC standard. For mobile and portable reception support, E-xVSB system adopts a reduced constellation method as well as enhanced trellis-coded modulation scheme. E-xVSB system supports a variety of enhanced modulation schemes: Pseudo-2VSB, Enhanced-4VSB, modified Enhanced-8VSB and Hybrid-VSB. Proposed E-xVSB system performs well under serious dynamic multipath reception environment.
