Basically, the order that is previously fixed in the production plan is prioritized than the unfixed order but the unfixed order is sometimes prioritized. Many studies on fast countermeasures, when the unfixed order besides fixed orders are urgently fixed or urgent order occurs, have been conducted, but decision-making of selecting priority of the urgent order is made without understanding of objective function and restrictions. In addition, in reality that is the subject of decision-making, variable, uncertain, or vague parts are written with inherent experts` supervision so it is hard to evaluate positive and negative effects objectively and lowers reliability of countermeasures. In case that the urgent order occurs due to unexpected traffic changes and especially such urgent orders flock at once, unless the priority is decided properly, then even previously fixed order would be cancelled and thus there may be the delivery deadline. The purpose of this study is to develop the urgent order priority decision-making model by using fuzzy theory in order to solve vague decision-making reasonably as a method for determining the effective order of priority of urgent order.

Phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL) from the maize pathogen Ustilago maydis was analysed immunologically to obtain insights into the structural relationships between plant PAL and fungal PAL and between PAL and histidine ammonia-lyase (HAL). Cross-reactivity was found among all the PAL proteins from different species tested, using antibodies raised against both plant and fungal PALs. Both anti-Alfalfa and anti-popular PAL antibodies strongly recognized plant PALs but only weakly recognized fungal PALs. Antibodies raised against U. maydis PAL only weakly recognized the Rhodotorula glutinis yeast PAL. The anti-U. maydis PAL antibodies showed low affinity for the plant PALs but they bound strongly to Pseudomonas bacterial HAL. Significant cross-reactivity between the two plant PAL antibodies and the bacterial HAL was also observed. Both the anti-Ustilago PAL and the anti-poplar PAL antibodies displayed similar enzyme inhibition patterns, including moderate inhibition of bacterial HAL activity. However, the bacterial HAL antibody inhibited only Ustilago PAL. The PAL and HAL antibodies tested showed no inhibition against yeast PAL. This is first report on the immunological relationships between PAL and HAL.

Cetecol has been known as a component of melanin in teliospores of the corn smut fungus Ustilago maydis. Its metabolic precursor has been assumed to be benzoic acid but it has not been proven yet. This study was carried out to verify the synthesis of benzoic acid and to chase its metabolic origin in U. maydis. For this aim, the catabolic process of phenylalanine was investigated by culturing the fungus in the complete medium containing L-14C-phenylalanine and 14C-trans-cinnamic acid. We detected trans-cinnamic acid, benzoic acid, 4-hydroxybenzoic acid and hydroxybenzoic acid derivatives from the extracts of the fungus cells and cultural filtrates by thin layered chromatography analysis. We also observed that the fungus could completely catabolize L-14C-phenylalanine and produce (14)CO2 in the air. Conclusively, this study provided an evidence that U. maydis could produce benzoic acid through catabolic process of phenylalanine.

During a survey of the activities of fungi in steamed sweet potato, stored garlic, agricultural by-products for mushroom cultivation media, and pinewood chips from a pinewood nematode-infected tree, numerous fungal samples were isolated and identified. This study identified five species that have not been previously reported in Korea, namely Geomyces pannorum, Neopestalotiopsis javaensis, Penicillium allii, Penicillium chermesinum, and Ophiognomonia setacea. For all identified species, the cultural features of colonies formed on growth media, their morphological characteristics observed by a light microscope, and their molecular phylogenetic relationships based on nucleotide sequences of the internal transcribed spacer rDNA region or calmodulin gene were described.

Reliable three-dimensional models of woven fabric composites had scarcely been proposed for their geometric complexity. Simplified models, mostly one- or two-dimensional, currently used are not considered effective enough because of their oversimplifications. In this paper, the equivalent thermal conductivities and elasticity properties of woven fabric composites are computed using homogenization technique. The computational results show that the strength and thermal conductivity linearly increase with fiber volume fraction and that the variations of undulation of fibers has little effect on equivalent material properties. Homogenization technique is proved useful in the study of woven fabric composites and may find a lot more applications in the area.

논자는 扁鵲에 대한 기록을 단순한 전설이나 이야기 수준이 아닌 醫案의 의미로 해석하여 편작 의안에 대한 올바른 이해와 한의학 발전에 미친 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 『韓非子』,『韓詩外傳』,『史記』에 기재된 편작 관련 내용에서 환자 치료와 관련된 내용을 비교하고, 동시대의 다른 문헌을 이용하여 재해석하였다. 『史記』 「편작전」에서 말하는 투시력은 편작의 맥진 능력을 사마천이 가진 뛰어난 맥진 능력을 내면을 통찰할 수 있는 투시라는 의미로 표현하여 만든 것이다. 제 1의안에서 확인할 수 있는 趙簡子의 인사불성 치료 내용은 편작이 脈理에 정통하였음을 보여주고 있다. 제 2의안에서 확인할 수 있는 虢世(太)子의 尸蹶(蹷)病 치료 내용은 경혈을 이용한 鍼과 熨과 湯 치료의 지식을 기록한 것이다. 제 3의안에서 확인할 수 있는 蔡(齊)桓公의 치료거부 내용은 腠理, 肌膚, 腸胃, 骨髓라는 부위를 이용하여 질병의 진행 과정과 이에 대응하는 湯熨, 鍼石, 火齊의 요법이 구체적으로 명시되어 있다. 편작 관련 내용으로 볼 때 그는 巫術을 행한 것이 아니라 醫術을 행한 의사였으며, 脈診의 발전에 공헌을 하였다. This study interprets the records of Bianque (醫案) as a medicine practice rather than a simple legend or story, and analyzes its effect on the development of oriental medicine. It also compares aspects of the Bianque related to patient treatment as described in 『韓非子』, 『韓詩外傳』, 『史記』, and reinterpreted using other contemporary literature. The clairvoyant power of 『史記』 「扁鵲傳」 was created by Sama-Cheon(司馬遷) exaggerating the pulse diagnosis with clairvoyance. The contents of the treatment of Sogan-Ja(趙簡子)’s confusion affairs in the first agenda, show that Bianque master the pulse diagnosis. The contents of the treatment of Kwek-Seja(虢世子)’s disease in the second agenda is a record of knowledge of acupuncture using acupuncture points. The content of refusal of treatment in the third agenda, 腠理, 肌膚, 腸胃, 骨髓 and the progression of the disease and the corresponding treatment of 湯熨, 鍼石, 火齊 are specified in detail. From the content of Bianque, he was not a martial art, but a doctor who practiced medicine, and contributed to the development of the pulse diagnosis.
폴리히드록시아미드 공중합체의 열 고리화 거동에 대한 연구

A series of polyhydroxyamide copolymers (Co-PHAs) containing 2,2-bis(3-amino-4-hydroxyphenyl)hexafluoropropane (BAHHFP) and/or bis(3-amino-4-hydroxyphenyl) sulfone (BAHS) were synthesized via a low-temperature solution polymerization method. The synthesized Co-PHAs were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). All the Co-PHAs were found to be soluble in organic solvents with or without LiCl. The chemical structures of the Co-PHAs were identified using FT-IR spectroscopic analysis. The DSC and TGA results showed that the inclusion of BAHHFP and/or BAHS in the Co-PHAs reduced the thermal cyclization temperatures as compared to DHB, which is due to the difference in the rotational energy of the diamine monomers.
