Parylene polymer thin film shows excellent homogeneous coverage chracteristics when it was deposited onto very complex three dimensional solid matters, such as deep hole and micro crack. The parylene deposition process can be conducted at room temperature although most of chemical vapor deposition processes request relatively high processing temperature. Therefore, the parylene coating process does not induce any thermal problems. Parylene thin film is transparent and has extremly high chemical stability. For example, it shows high chemical stability with high reactive chemical solutions such as strong acid, strong alkali and acetone. The bio-stability of this material gives good chances to use for a packaging of biomedical devices and electronic devices such as display. In this review article, principle of deposition process, properties and application fields of parylene polymer thin film are introduced.

The Serial Securities and the Social Welfare, as the national policy aimed at securing generals' lives, are the policies or systems for the stabilization in lift; especially of law-incomers and workers, for which the povernment has to establish the Social Security System. No wonder the Social Insurance System is a part of the Social Security System and the most important. The Social Insurance System, along with Public Assistance, is underlying the Social Security System. Social Security System includes medical insurance, industrial accident Compensation insurance, national pention insurance and employment insurance. The study is on 'The Oriental Medical Insurance and the Industrial Accident Compensation in the Social Security System' . The rate of industrial accident in Korea marks the highest rank in the world. for laborer, industrial accident do not merely mean the loss of health but the question of the right to live in terms of their loss of opportunity of life. The industrial accident compensation system should be established as the es post facto remedy system to guarantee the injured worker and his/her family's life. The oriental medical insurance system which began to operate in 1987 in Korea is based on unionism and divided into 3 parts; one part for the worker, a second part for the community inhabitants, and a third part for the public service personnel and private school personnel. Today the medical problem must be the most important social assignment to be considered. The medical system of contemporary industrial society has began greatly stood out in relief as a part of social welfare not emphasized on gainings of physicians. Accordingly systematization of the oriental medical insurance was strongly Pursued and it was developed to to the extent of entire nation insurance. Though the history of it is very short, most of the people are getting benefit from the insurance system by the social security system method. This study develops the Oriental Medical Insurance, the Workmen's Accident Compensation Insurance, the Pension System in relation to the industrial accident compensation of Employees, along with the ideas and principles of social insurance.
합리적인 중간이자공제방식에 관한 연구 - 변제충당원리를 중심으로 -

현재 대법원 판례는 중간이자공제방식으로 복식호프만식과 라이프니쯔식을 병용하는 것을 허용하고 있는데, 각 중간이자공제방식의 타당성에 관하여는 종래에 주로 사회적·현실적인 측면에서 논의가 있어 왔다. 이 글의 목적은 변제충당의 원리를 중심으로 어떤 중간이자공제방식이 타당한지 수리적으로 검토하여 보는 데에 있다. 중간이자공제는 이를 통한 현가액과 그에 대한 이자를 장래에 발생하는 손해로 변제하는 것과 구조적으로 유사하므로, 어떤 중간이자공제방식이 타당한지 검토함에 있어서는 그 중간이자공제방식이 채무변제에 적용되는 변제 충당원리를 준수하였는지를 감안하여야 한다. 한편, 우리 민법 제479조 제1항에서는 비용, 이자, 원본의 순서대로의 변제충당을 규정하고 있다. 따라서 우리 민법 제379조에서 단리 5%의 이자가 가산됨을 규정함에도 정기금의 경우에는 원칙적으로 라이프니쯔식으로 중간이자공제를 하되, 예외적으로 병역의무 이행을 마치지 않은 남자의 일실수익의 경우에 라이프니쯔식과 복식호프만식을 결합하여 중간이자공제를 하는 것이, 일시금의 경우 복식호프만식으로 중간이자공제를 하는 것이 계산상 보다 타당하다. Korean Supreme Court has been allowing both hoffmann and Leibniz method as legitimate ways for calculating future loss into present value, and there has been discussions about which calculating method is the more adequate one, primarily in the perspective of social reality. This article"s purpose is to find out which is more mathematically reasonable calculating method in terms of appropriation of performance. Calculating future loss into present value is structurally similar to performing present value"s principal and interest with future loss, therefore when calculating future loss into present value, the rule regulating appropriation of performance should be kept. Meanwhile, Korean Civil Act Article 479(1) regulates that performance should be appropriated in the order of the expenses, the interest, and the principal. As a result, although Korean Civil Act Article 379 regulates simple interest of 5% per year, it is mathematically plausible to follow Leibniz method when calculating the future loss of periodical payments in general, whilst exceptionally using combination of hoffmann and Leibniz method has mathematical plausibility when it comes to calculating the future loss of earnings for males who have not finished their military services, and it is also mathematically plausible to follow hoffmann method when calculating the future loss of lump-sum payment.
전자기장 복합변조방식 스케일 제거장치의 공동주택 급탕 및 난방수 열교환기에 대한 실증시험

Performance tests were carried out of in terms of pressure drop and heat transfer of an electromagnetic induction complex modulation type scale remover. An electrical scale remover(ESR) was installed on inlet pipe of the heat exchanger for heating water in the apartment house and the operation was performed for 9 months or longer. Experimental results showed that the pressure drop was reduced by about 20% more and the thermal performance of the heat exchanger was increased by more than 10% compared with that before installation.

Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is the most common skin cancer. Ultraviolet radiation exposure and genetic predisposition are known to be the most important etiological factors. Multiple BCC is often associated with genetic familial conditions such as BCC syndrome, basal cell nevus syndrome. We present a case of 54-year-old female who had multiple BCC that had reoccurred. She was completely cured after receiving radio-chemotherapy for leukemia 16 years ago. She had multiple lesions (scalp, left thigh, right popliteal fossa, and right buttock), and had underwent wide excisions of all lesions. All biopsies revealed BCC. Six years later, she had also multiple lesions; left forehead, frontal vertex scalp, parietal vertex scalp, right occipital scalp, and lower abdomen. We performed wide excision. Histopathological examination revealed BCC. She had no signs of any BCC associated syndrome. We report a rare case of nonsyndromic multiple BCC that reoccurred at the new site.
