포스트 코로나 시대의 온라인 기반 스피치 교육 강화 우선순위 연구 : AHP분석을 중심으로

본 연구는 코로나19의 영향으로 확대된 온라인 기반 스피치 교육 효과를 강화하기 위한 주요 요인들을 살펴봄으로써 교육 현장에서 활용될 수 있는 온라인 기반 스피치 교육의 효율성 확대를 위한 주요 요인들을 도출하고자 한다. 이를 위해 스피치 교육 전 문가 30명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 의사결정과정에 사용 되는 분석방법의 하나인 AHP기법을 이용하여 주요 요인들의 우선순위를 최종적으로 찾고자 하였다. 우선순위 상위 요소를 분석한 결과, 온라인 기반 스피치 교육 강화를 위 한 3가지 요소 중에서 ‘교수 수업 전’ 측면이 가장 중요한 요소로 도출되었다. 이어 ‘교 수 수업 중’ 측면과 ‘교수 수업 후’ 측면 순으로 나타났다. 교수 수업 전 측면의 하위요 소 분석결과로는 학습자 요구분석에 기반한 커리큘럼과 프로그램 구성, 스피치 교육에 대한 명확한 목표 제시로 나타났다. 교수 수업 중 측면의 하위요소 순위는 교수자와 학 습자 간 양방향 강의가 우위에 선정되었고, 교수 수업 후 측면에서의 최상위는 학습자 질의에 대한 즉각적인 피드백이 가장 중요하게 나타났다. 본 연구는 온라인 기반 스피치 교육 강화와 활성화에 적용될 수 있는 상위, 하위 우 선순위 요소를 도출하였다는 점에서 의미가 있으며 향후 온라인 기반 스피치 교육 활성 화와 강화 부분에 있어서 다양하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. This study aims to investigate the priorities of the crucial factors in the online education for speech which has been expanded under the influence of covid 19, and to provide the methods which can be utilized in the educational environment to strengthen the quality and efficiency of online speech learning. The current study adopted the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), which is a research method used in a decision-making process, to gather data via the survey done by 30 speech education experts. The expert choice 11.0 was adopted to set the priorities of the collected data and frequency analysis was conducted with SPSS 24.0. The results show the top three factors in the following order: pre-lecture, mid-lecture, and post-lecture. A further analysis on the subcategories of the pre-lecture factor presents that it is prior to design a curriculum based on learner’s demand and to suggest a clear goal for speech education. Regarding the sub-categories for the mid-lecture, a mutual interaction between an instructor and a learner is considered as a priority; and for the post-lecture, immediate feedback for a learner’s question is selected as an important element. The present research carries a meaningful implication that it suggests the hierarchy of the factors in speech education done in an online space and examines strategies for stimulating education considering which factor needs to be more enhanced, which is expected to be applied in the field of online learning.

The aim of this study was to survey multiple birth data and to analyze the recent trends of multiple births and its consequences on perinatal problems in Korea from 1991 to 2008. Data were obtained from the Korean Statistical Information Service. The total number of multiple births showed increasing trends. The multiple birth rate was maintained within less than 10.0 for the decade from 1981 to 1990. However, it increased gradually to reach 27.5in 2008. The maternal age for multiple births was higher than for total live births. The mean birth weight of the total live births was 3.23 kg; for the multiple births it was 2.40 kg in 2008. The incidence of low birth weight infants (LBWI) among total live births was 3.8% in 2000 and 4.9% in 2008. For multiple births it was 49.2% and 53.0% during the same years. The incidence of preterm births among total live births was 3.8% in 2000 and 5.5% in 2008; for the multiple births it was 38.3% and 51.5% during the same years. The incidence of multiple births and its consequences on perinatal problems (preterm, LBWI, and advanced-maternal age) have been increased steadily over the last two decades in Korea.
「ていただく(基本形)」の機能 -「てください」の互換性に着目して-

「てもらう」の謙譲語である「ていただく」は、自分を低めながら、恩恵の与え手を高める敬語としての機能を持つ。しかし、以下のように一人称主語、二人称動作主、基本形で用いると、恩恵性が弱まり、「てください」のような働きかけ性を持つようになる。 (1)ここでしばらく待っていただきます。/待ってください。 (2)この工場を見学する際には、マスクをしていただきます。/してください。 本稿は、このように「ていただく(基本形)」が命令・指示の機能を持つことに注目し、主に「てください」との互換性を通して命令・指示としての特徴を示すものである。「ていただく(基本形)」の特徴は以下の二点が挙げられる。①「ていただく(基本形)」文は強制性を明示しない間接的な要求表現であるが、意志のモダリティの宣言の意味が付加されることにより、実質的には強制性を持つ命令文としての機能を有する。②「ていただく(基本形)」の具体的な意味機能は「命令・指示」、「予定告知」、「願望の表出」の三つである。そのうち、「命令・指示」の「ていただく(基本形)」文のみ「てください」と置き換えが可能であり、「予定告知」、「願望の表出」文は「てください」との置き換えがほぼ不可能である。すなわち、「ていただく(基本形)」文は一人称主語、特定な二人称動作主、達成の意志動詞、基本形の意志のモダリティの条件のもとで、聞き手に行為の遂行を求める「命令・指示」の機能を持つと言える。

Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the use of the respiratory rate oxygenation (ROX) index, ROX-heart rate (ROX-HR) index, and saturation of percutaneous oxygen/fraction of inspired oxygen ratio (SF ratio) to predict weaning from high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC) in patients with respiratory distress in a pediatric intensive care unit. Methods: A total of 107 children admitted to the pediatric intensive care unit were enrolled in the study between January 1, 2017, and December 31, 2021. Data on clinical and personal information, ROX index, ROX-HR index, and SF ratio were collected from nursing records. The data were analyzed using an independent t-test, χ<sup>2</sup> test, Mann-Whitney U test, and area under the curve (AUC). Results: Seventy-five (70.1%) patients were successfully weaned from HFNC, while 32 (29.9%) failed. Considering specificity and sensitivity, the optimal cut off points for predicting treatment success and failure of HFNC oxygen therapy were 6.88 and 10.16 (ROX index), 5.23 and 8.61 (ROX-HR index), and 198.75 and 353.15 (SF ratio), respectively. The measurement of time showed that the most significant AUC was 1 hour before HFNC interruption. Conclusion: The ROX index, ROX-HR index, and SF ratio appear to be promising tools for the early prediction of treatment success or failure in patients initiated on HFNC for acute hypoxemic respiratory failure. Nurses caring for critically ill pediatric patients should closely observe and periodically check their breathing patterns. It is important to continuously monitor three indexes to ensure that ventilation assistance therapy is started at the right time.
Generation of Infectious Transcripts from Korean Strain and Mild Mottle Strain of Potato Virus X

Full-length cDNAs of two different strains of Potato virus X (PVX-Kr and PVX-Mo) have been directly amplified by long template reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) using the 5’-end primer containing a SP6 or T7 RNA promoter sequence and the virus-specific 3’-end primer, and then constructed in plasmid vectors. Capped in vitro transcripts from cloned full-length cDNAs as well as those RTPCR amplicons proved to be infectious systemically on tobacco plants. Symptom expression on tobacco plants from PVX-Mo transcripts was faster and severer than that from PVX-Kr. In replication stability test of transcripts derived from PVX clones, progeny viruses showed stable replication according to sequencing through passages. This highly infectious transcript system from the full-length cDNA clones for PVX can be useful for recombinant molecules for functional analysis of viral proteins in plant-virus interaction study as well as for expression of foreign protein in planta.
