IP 망에서 액티브 패킷의 경로 설정 및 신뢰성 전송

액티브 패킷은 기존의 IP 패킷과는 달리 목적지가 아닌 중간의 액티브 노드에서 실행되어야 할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해서는 하나의 프로그램을 수행하기 위한 액티브 패킷들이 같은 액티브 노드를 경유해야함은 물론이고 모든 패킷들이 손실 없이 도착해야 정상적인 작업을 수행할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 하나의 액티브 프로그램을 수행하는데 필요한 액티브 패킷들이 손실 없이 같은 액티브 노드를 거쳐 실행될 수 있는 액티브 엔진을 제안한다. 제안한 액티브 엔진은 기존의 IP 망에 적용이 쉽고 송신자가 네트워크 내의 액티브 노드의 위치를 몰라도 액티브 패킷들이 같은 액티브 노드를 경유할 수 있으며 신뢰성 있는 액티브 패킷의 전송을 보장한다. 또한 시뮬레이션을 통하여 기존의 전송 프로토콜들과 성능을 비교ㆍ분석한 결과, 제안하는 액티브 엔진은 전송지연이 작고 처리율이 높다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. The active packets unlike traditional IP packets should be executed at each active node along their path. To execute the active program at each active node, the active packets for an active program should go through the same active nodes and all packets are delivered without any loss. This paper presents the new active engine for every active packet which execute an active program to be routed through the same intermediate active nodes and to be delivered reliably. Proposed active engine requires fewer changes to existing IP protocols and guarantees the reliable delivery of the active packets. Moreover, even if the sender does not have any information about the intermediate nodes every active packet is routed through the same intermediate active nodes. The simulation results show that proposed active engine achieves an efficient transmission with high data delivery and low communication overhead compared with the other existing transmission protocols.

Competency-based medical education (CBME) is an outcome-oriented curriculum model for medical education that organizes learning activities and assessment methods according to defined competencies as the learning outcomes of a given curriculum. CBME emerged to address the accountability of medical education in response to growing concerns about the patient safety in North America in the 1970s, and the number of medical schools adopting CBME has dramatically increased since 1990. In Korea, CBME has been under consideration as an alternative curriculum model to reform medical education since 2006. The purpose of this paper is three-fold: (1) to review the literature on CBME to identify the challenges and benefits reported in North America, (2) to summarize the process and experiences of planning and implementing CBME at Inje University College of Medicine, and finally (3) to provide recommendations for Korean medical schools to be better prepared for the successful adoption of CBME. In conclusion, one of the key factors for successful CBME implementation in Korea is how well an individual school can modify the current curriculum and rearrange the existing resources in a way that will enhance students' competencies while maximizing the strengths of the school's existing curriculum.

중학생의 정서조절능력이 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 중학생의 정서조절능력, 공격성, 스마트폰 중독의 관계를 살펴보고 정서조절능력과 스마트폰 중독의 관계에 대한 공격성의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 서울, 경기 및 충청 지역에 거주하는 중학생 총 803명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 살펴보았다. 분석결과를 살펴보면, 정서조절능력은 공격성의 하위변인인 외현적 공격성, 관계적 공격성, 스마트폰 중독과 모두 부적 상관, 공격성의 하위변인인 외현적 공격성, 관계적 공격성은 각각 스마트폰 중독과 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 이렇듯 변인들 간에 유의미한 상관을 나타내며 이론적 배경을 통한 연구모형의 적합도 지수가 양호하였다. 또한 회귀분석 결과 정서조절능력은 스마트폰 중독에 유의미한 부적 영향을 공격성의 하위변인인 외현적 공격성, 관계적 공격성은 각각 스마트폰 중독에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 구조방정식 검증 결과 공격성의 하위변인인 외현적 공격성과 스마트폰 중독의 경로가 통계적으로 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타나며, 정서조절능력과 스마트폰 중독의 관계에서 공격성의 하위변인인 관계적 공격성만이 매개효과를 나타내는 것으로 확인되었다. 남·녀 성별에 따른 연구모형의 타당성을 알아보기 위해 다집단 분석을 실시한 결과, 정서조절능력이 공격성의 하위변인인 외현적 공격성에 미치는 영향에서만 남학생이 여학생보다 크게 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과들을 통하여 본 연구의 의의를 논하였으며, 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 정리하여 마무리 하였다. This study aimed to investigate the relationships of middle school students emotion regulation ability, aggression, and smart phone addiction and to examine the mediating effect of aggression on the relation between emotion regulation ability and smart phone addiction. For this purpose, 803 middle school students in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Chungcheong area completed. The results of this study were as follows: first, emotion regulation ability showed negative correlation with overt aggression and relational aggression, which were the subtypes of aggression, and with smart phone addiction. Also, overt aggression and relational aggression presented positive correlation with smart phone addiction. Second, emotion regulation ability had significantly negative effect on smart phone addiction while each of overt aggression and relational aggression had significantly positive effect on smart phone addiction. Third, the mediating effect of overt aggression was not significant when the emotion regulation ability s mediated aggression to examine the effect on smart phone addiction; yet, the mediating effect of relational aggression was found significant. The effect of emotion regulation ability of the male students presented significant difference on overt aggression compared with the female ones; however, the other paths did not show any significant differences. Based on the findings, the emotion regulation ability s mediated aggression to examine the effect on smart phone addiction: the mediating effect of relational aggression was found significant.

Primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) is a slowly progressive autoimmune disease of the liver that is related to anti-mitochondria antibody and the disease is characterized by portal inflammation and immune-mediated destruction of the intrahepatic bile ducts. Several autoimmune diseases, such as hypothyroidism, Sjogren syndrome and systemic sclerosis (SSc), occur with increased frequency in patients with PBC. However, there are a few reports of a possible connection between systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) or autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) and PBC. A 52-year-old female was admitted with fatigue and dyspnea that she had suffered with for the past month. She had suffered from jaundice for 2 weeks before admission. Many of the clinical manifestations and laboratory findings suggested the diagnosis of PBC with SSc of the limited type and AIHA. She was treated with methylprednisolone pulse therapy and ursodeoxycholic acid. We consequently diagnosed her as having SLE, as she satisfied the 4 relative diagnostic criteria-arthritis, AIHA, positive antinuclear antibody and positive antiphospholipid antibodies.

This article examines why, how, and under what social context the phenomenon of conspicuous consumption occurs in North Korea. North Korea has eliminated the class structure of the feudal era that was established in the past and has been implementing a stratification process for decades, focusing on the classes that contributed to the socialist revolution. However, because it has strictly pursued a culture where “everyone lives similarly well,” the government has strived to maintain low prices for essential food items and encouraged a frugal consumption culture. What is noteworthy is that after the economic difficulties in the mid-1990s, the governments responsibility for ‘low prices’ was removed, and the government gradually provided a social structure that allowed individuals to earn money according to their abilities and a material culture that allowed them to consume according to their abilities. The role of has moved. The North Korean government faces the task of stabilizing the system from external threats and boosting the economy by promoting the domestic market. Even though it may seem like it only strengthens the national ideology, it encourages consumption among the people and manages the internal economy. People have come to value consumption as a sign of their ‘ability’ and how well they have adapted to the changed world, and this consumption culture shows that North Korea’s income imbalance and class differentiation have expanded further than in the past. Communist values and disciplines adapt to a certain extent to the environment North Korea faces, and within them, the conflicting forces of the market are already interconnected and coordinated. What is clear is that even if some of the newly emerging wealthy class, or donju, are discovered, there are limits to their ability to acquire social status, and because the existing power elite class is being reproduced and earning a relatively table income based on social status, the problem of class inequality still remains. The point is that it continues.

항공사 전략적 제휴의 성과와 성공요인에 관한 연구

The airlines strategic alliances are formulated to enhance a firm's image, to expand its market, to control the cost, to establish an advantageous edge in competition with other firms, and to overcome the barriers to the international markets. The purpose of this study is formulated between successful factors and performance of global strategic alliances and is offered basic data to devise a plan marketing strategies for airlines. To achieve above purpose, literature review regarding strategic special quality, investment special quality, management special quality and attitude formation of alliances is done and offered strategic alliances model to airlines. The result of this study is that Successful factors of strategic alliances have needed of embodiment of customer oriented alliances, cooperation strengthening of information technology, competitive power strengthening of GDS schedule display, active equivalence of the Cyber Market, service standardization and unification, and publicity strengthening of alliances.

‘븥- + -어’의 문법화에 대한 고찰

The purpose of this paper is for studying of the function and meaning of postposition ‘beuteo’(브터) focusing on the diachronic change of ‘beuteo’. Also, for grammatical characteristics of ‘beuteo’, we tried to understand its meaning and researched on how it was recognized by comparing ‘beuteo’ and its Chinese translation in Korean annotation of Chinese literature of middle age Korean. As a result, we found that ‘NP-eulbeuteo’(NP<span style="font-family:'새굴림';"></span>브터), ‘NP-robeuteo’(NP로브터), ‘NP-beuteo’(NP브터) in Korean annotation of Chinese literature appeared differently depending on whether corresponding Chinese were recognized as lexical morpheme or grammatical morpheme. In other words, ‘beuteo’, a conjugation of ‘beut-’ and postposition ‘beuteo’ co-existed in middle age Korean, and it is appropriate to exclude ‘beuteo’ combined with relationship-indicating postpositions ‘eul/reul(<span style="font-family:'새굴림';"></span>/<span style="font-family:'새굴림';"></span>)’ from the grammaticalization process of postposition ‘beuteo’ since it is a conjugated form of predicate that differs from grammaticalization of postposition ‘beuteo’. Also, I realized that ‘NP-lobeuteo’ can be understood in its relationship with ‘NP-rosyeo’(NP로셔), and I set the grammaticalization process of postposition ‘beuteo’ by reviewing their correlation. Furthermore, by focusing on the usage of Chinese preposition appeared in original Chinese document, I studied the corresponding relationship between Chinese preposition and Korean language, and based on this study, I summarized the meaning and function of ‘beuteo’, a middle age Korean postposition.

북한사회 뇌물의 사회적 맥락

이 연구는 북한의 뇌물문화에 대한 문화기술지적 연구를 토대로 북한의 인민이 주고받는 뇌물의 맥락에 대해서 재개념화 한다. 북한에서 인민은 국가를 위해 자신의 역할을 다해야 하는 의무를 가진 동시에 사회주의 혜택을 향유할 권리를 가진다. 이들은 국가의 경제계획에 따라 배정된 직장에서 근무하며 어떤 조건에서든 맡겨진 의무를 책임지고 완수하여 전체인민에게 봉사해야 한다. 그리고 자신도 전체인민의 의무로부터 봉사를 받는다. 문제가 되는 것은 국가가 의무만 정해주고 의무를 수행할 여건은 마련해주지 않는다는 것이다. 인민은 당과 국가 앞에 지닌 의무를 수행하며 동시에 각자의 생활을 꾸려나갈 수 있는 방법으로 뇌물을 활용한다. 물론 북한에서도 뇌물은 규범적으로 사회주의 원칙에 어긋나는 비사회주의 행위이며 국가의 권위와 위신을 훼손시키는 위험한 범죄이다. 그러나 뇌물은 규범적으로 가지고 있던 의미를 벗어나 국가가 부여한 의무를 수행하면서 동시에 각자의 생활을 꾸려나갈 수 있도록 배려하는 연대의 의미를 갖는다. 본 연구는 90년대 중반 고난의 행군을 기점으로 변화하는 뇌물을 둘러싼 북한의 정책과 인민의 인식을 분석함으로써 뇌물 안에 담긴 사유의 이동을 분석하고자 한다. This study reconceptualizes the reciprocity of bribery exchanged by the people of North Korea based on cultural and technological intellectual research on North Korea’s bribery culture. In North Korea, the people have the right to enjoy socialist benefits while at the same time having the duty to do their part for the state. They must work in the workplaces assigned according to the state’s economic plan, and under all conditions, they must fulfill their obligations and serve the whole people. And he himself receives service from the duties of the whole people. The problem is that the state only sets obligations and does not provide conditions for fulfilling obligations. The people perform their duties before the party and the state and at the same time use bribes as a way to make their own lives. Of course, even in North Korea, bribery is a non-socialist phenomenon that is normatively contrary to socialist principles, and is a dangerous crime that undermines the authority and prestige of the state. However, bribery has the meaning of paying expenses that go beyond the normative meaning and pay attention to each person so that they can carry out their own lives while performing the duties imposed by the state. This study aims to analyze the shift of thoughts contained in bribery by analyzing North Korea’s policies and people’s perceptions of bribery changing from the mid-1990s march of suffering.

군소(Aplysia kurodai)에 분포하는 글루코사미노글리칸의 추출과 기능특성 : 1. 다당류 추출의 최적화와 글루코사미노글리칸의 정제

남해안에서 주로 여름철에 어획하여 부산 및 경남 지역을 위주로 소비하고 있는 군소에서 다당류 추출을 위한 최적조건을 검토하였다. 군소 다당류 추출을 위한 단백질 가수분해 효소로는 Flavourzyme 500 MG가 가장 효과적이었고, 추출한 다당류의 회수를 위한 가장 효율적인 추출물의 농도와 ethanol 첨가량은 각각 Brix 60과 5배량이었다. DEAESepharose 칼럼 크로마토그래피로 얻은 크로마토그램상의 전기전도도와 전기영동 이동도에 근거하여 0.5~0.75 M NaCl 상에서 용출되는 물질이 GAG임을 확인하였으며, heparan sulfate인 것으로 추정하였다. 다당추출물과 정제 GAG의 uronic acid 함량은 각각 1.0 g/100 g과 6.0 g/100 g이었고, GAG를 구성하는 성분으로 지표물질인 hexosamine의 함량은 당 추출물과 정제물에서 각각 5.6 g/100 g과 25.7 g/100g이었다. 정제물은 agarose 겔 전기영동 상에서 heparan sulfate로 추정되었으며, 분자량은 겔 크로마토그래피에서 29.6 kDa으로 나타났다. The optimum condition was investigated for the extraction of glycosaminoglycan (GAG) from sea hare, Aplysia kurodai. The most effective enzyme was Flavourzyme for extraction of glycosaminoglycan. The optimum incubation temperature and time for hydrolysis were 60℃ and 15 hr, respectively. The yield of precipitated polysaccharide depended on Brix and ethanol volume. The most effective concentration of Brix and ethanol were sixty and 5 volume of ethanol, respectively. Most GAG was eluted between 0.5 M and 0.75 M NaCl gradient on DEAE-Sepharose column, and identified by electroconductivity. The contents of hexuronic acid from polysaccharide extract and GAG were 1.0 g/100 g and 6.0 g/100 g, respectively. Hexosamine of polysaccharide and GAG as indicator of GAG component was 5.6 g/100 g and 25.7 g/100 g, respectively. GAG was identified as heparan sulfate compared with bands of other GAG on agarose gel electrophoresis, and its molecular weight was 29.6 kDa on Superdex 200 HR column.
