        The studies on the reaction of Urea·Formaldehyde(UF) resin with silk fabric were studied, and the final results summarized as below; 1. The pH and UF molar ratio for preparing liquid resin was found at pH 4-5 and UF molar ratio 1:2 and above. 2. The weight gains were increased with respect to increase in concentration of UF resin solution,while moisture regains were decreased. 3. The weight gains were signifcant high in case of wet pick up 70%. 4. The weight gains were increased with respect to increase in curing temperature and the amount of catalyst((NJI4)2SO4) found was 2.5% on the weight of Dimethylol urea and Hydrochloric acid was 1%, Tartaric acid was 10%. 5. The effect of different catalyst on wash fastness of UF resin was good where as in case of acidic catalyst was significantly high. 6. The weight gains with different catalyst was high where as in case of potential acid catalyst was significantly high. 7. The crease recovery are increased with the increase of the weight gain of silk fabric and also stiffness are increased.

        재한 외국인 정책담당기관의 지방분권에 관한 연구

        The Republic of Korea is to be multi-cultural nation as registration population was up to 2% in 2010. Immigrants who are economic and social minorities in almost country have different identities from each other. Therefore, it is necessary to study immigrant policy systematically with respect to social integration and immigration settlement. Firstly, I analyzed authority. projects. and budget by the laws on the immigrants and multi-cultural families. In addition, ordinances based on the laws were also viewed as overlapping and contradictory. There were many similarities between two fundamental laws. Although the charged ministry was changed, fiscal change among the related ministries was tardy. Wide variance of local budget each year limited policy autonomy. There was no difference among the related ordinances, but there were a few contradictions between the laws and the ordinances. Secondly, while the immigrant policies has been formed by central governments and the operation of this policy has been implemented by multiple agencies of central governments, agencies of central governments should be integrated then decentralized to local governments to prevent repetitious work done by different departments and enhance organization efficiency. When the agency will be integrated and decentralized in the earliest time possible, organization conflict and wasting budget can be reduced. To prepare for the decentralization. it is suggested that local governments reengineer appropriate departments as a governance structure and assign metropolitan council and local governments separate tasks.

        쥐에서 리바운드 안압계와 토노펜의 안압측정치 비교

        Purpose: To compare the rebound tonometer with the TonoPen for measuring the intraocular pressure (IOP) in rats Methods: Chronic IOP elevation models were induced unilaterally in nine Sprague-Dawley rats by applying an argon laser to the trabecular meshwork. IOP was measured before laser treatment and at one, two, and three days following laser treatment. Two independent operators collected five readings of the rebound tonometer and the TonoPen. Correlation analysis and comparison with the Bland & Altman method were performed. The intraclass correlation coefficient of each measurement and the difference between two independent operators were calculated. Results: The IOP values measured with the rebound tonometer were well correlated with those of the TonoPen (r=0.676, p<0.001); however, the mean difference expressed as the percent difference of the averages of two tonometers, was 27.5%. The IOP values measured with a rebound tonometer exhibited a significantly higher intraclass correlation coefficient (0.966; 95% CI, 0.945-0.980 vs 0.412; 95% CI, 0.264-0.581) and a lower difference between the two operators (3.10±2.17 mmHg vs 6.17±5.17 mmHg) than those of the TonoPen. Conclusions: Although the IOP values measured with the rebound tonometer were lower than those of the TonoPen, they were in good agreement and were less variable than those of the TonoPen.

        대학생의 창업교육 만족도와 창업지원제도인식, 창업멘토링이 창업의지에 미치는 영향: 창업효능감을 조절효과로

        The purpose of this study is to examine how the start-up education, start-up support system, and start-up mentoring directly and indirectly conducted in universities affects entrepreneurial Intention, and to present programs and directions that can increase the possibility of start-up for college students. This study analyzed the effects of college students' satisfaction with university entrepreneurship education, awareness of the entrepreneurship support system, and entrepreneurship mentoring on entrepreneurial will, and then analyzed how entrepreneurship efficacy affects entrepreneurial will as a moderating effect. The recognition of the start-up support system was divided into the government start-up support policy and the university start-up support project, and start-up mentoring was divided into mentoring function (problem-solving function, networking function, communication function, motivation function) and mentor trust (cognitive trust, emotional trust). Regression analysis was performed on satisfaction with college entrepreneurship education, perception of entrepreneurship support system, entrepreneurship mentoring as independent variables, and willingness to entrepreneurship as dependent variables. In addition, entrepreneurship efficacy was designated as a moderating variable and analyzed. As a result of the study, first, it was found that satisfaction with start-up education had a positive (+) effect on college students' willingness to start a business. Second, among the start-up support systems, university start-up support projects were found to have a positive (+) effect on college students' willingness to start a business. Third, as a result of verifying whether entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a moderating effect on the relationship between college start-up support projects and college students' willingness to start a business while recognizing the start-up support system, it was found to have a moderating effect. The following implications can be derived based on the analysis results of this study. First, efforts to improve start-up education will be needed to increase the satisfaction of start-up education. Second, Through the operation of the start-up counseling center in the university, it will be possible to recognize the education system supported by the university, the university start-up support project that can carry out the indirect experience of start-up, and the government start-up support policy that supports funds. Third, It will be necessary to open a program that can provide start-up mentoring through connection with mentors in the start-up field, such as professors, employees, and senior start-ups in universities. Fourth, It is necessary to develop thorough education on the preparation process of start-ups, start-up special lectures where senior start-ups can indirectly experience the failure of start-ups, and programs for customized start-up education according to college students' major and individual tendencies. 본 연구는 대학에서 직・간접적으로 수행하고 있는 창업교육, 창업지원제도, 창업멘토링의 매개가 창업의지에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보고 창업효능감의 조절효과와 대학생의 창업 가능성을 높일 수 있는 프로그램 개발과 방향성을 제시하는 데 있다. 본 연구는 대학생의 대학 창업교육 만족도, 창업지원제도인식, 창업멘토링이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에서 창업효능감이 창업의지에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 대해 분석하였다. 창업지원제도인식은 정부창업지원정책과 대학창업지원사업으로 창업멘토링은 멘토링 기능(문제해결 기능, 네트워킹 기능, 의사소통 기능, 동기부여 기능)과 멘토 신뢰(인지적 신뢰, 정서적 신뢰)로 구분하였으며, 독립변수인 대학 창업교육 만족도, 창업지원제도인식, 창업멘토링과 종속변수인 창업의지 사이에서 창업효능감을 조절변수로 지정하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 창업교육 만족도는 대학생의 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창업지원제도 중 대학창업지원사업은 대학생의 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 창업효능감이 창업지원제도인식 중 대학창업지원사업과 대학생의 창업의지의 관계에 있어 조절작용을 하는지 검증한 결과, 창업효능감은 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 토대로 다음의 시사점을 도출할 수 있다. 첫째, 창업교육의 만족도를 높일 수 있도록 창업교육에 대한 꾸준한 개선 노력이 필요할 것이다. 둘째, 대학생들의 창업의지를 극대화하고 실전창업으로 확산될 수 있도록 대학 내외 창업 관련 정보 제공, 창업아이템을 실체화 시킬 수 있는 프로그램의 연계, 창업아이템 검증, 창업멘토링 제공, 상시상담이 가능한 창업상담창구 구축 및 운영이 필요할 것이다. 대학 내 창업상담창구 운영을 통해 대학에서 지원하는 교육제도 및 창업의 간접경험을 수행할 수 있는 대학창업지원사업과 자금을 지원하는 정부창업지원정책을 인식할 수 있을 것이다. 셋째, 대학 내 교수, 직원, 선배창업자 등 창업 분야의 멘토와의 연결을 통해 창업멘토링을 제공할 수 있는 프로그램 개설이 필요할 것이다. 넷째, 창업의 준비과정에 대한 철저한 교육과 선배창업자의 창업실패경험을 간접적으로 체험할 수 있는 창업특강, 대학생의 전공별, 개인별 성향에 따른 맞춤형 창업교육의 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

        2000년 이후 중립화통일론의 특징

        2000년 6.15 남북정상회담과 더불어 중립화통일론이 집중적으로 제기되고 있다. 이 와 관련하여 2000년 이후에 제기된 중립화통일론의 특징에 대하여 알아보고자 하였 다. 이를 위해, 시대적 배경과 관련한 특징, 중립화의 모델, 중립화 보장국, 중립화통 일에 대한 주체와 관련하여 현정권 해체냐, 존립이냐의 문제, 중립화통일을 위한 전제 조건(여건조성), 중립화통일을 위한 중간단계로 총선거를 통하느냐, 국가연합의 과도기 적 단계를 거치느냐의 문제, 중립화통일의 정부형태를 단일국가로 하느냐, 연방국가로 하느냐의 문제, 중립화통일의 정치체제, 중립화통일의 과정과 관련하여 선통일 후중립 화냐, 선중립화 후통일이냐의 문제에 대하여 분석해 보고자 하였다.
