        As cities have expanded, public transportation systems are focused on city urban railroad. However, subway is no more attractive due to its high construction cost. As a result, a new system - LRT(Light Rail Transit) is presented as an alternative system. One of the LRT - monorail system has been chosen by Daegu Metropolitan City Government for the urban railroad line 3, owing to its low construction cost and positive effect for city scopes. But monorail system has a complex problem on wiring, turn-out system. So engineers who design to apply monorail depot have to check into these matter. This paper introduces overseas cases of monorail depot for reference, outline of the planning structure in depot, go out depot line plan related to manless operating and result of simulation on depot operation. We hope this contents are helpful for engineers who are interested in the monorail depot.

        CMP 공정에서 슬러리와 웨이퍼 형상이 SiC 웨이퍼 표면품질에 미치는 영향

        The effect of slurry composition and wafer flatness on a material removal rate (MRR) and resulting surface roughness which are evaluation parameters to determine the CMP characteristics of the on-axis 6H-SiC substrate were systematically investigated. 2-inch SiC wafers were fabricated from the ingot grown by a conventional physical vapor transport (PVT) method were used for this study. The SiC substrate after the CMP process using slurry added oxidizers into slurry consisted of KOH-based colloidal silica and nano-size diamond particle exhibited the significant MRR value and a fine surface without any surface damages. SiC wafers with high bow value after the CMP process exhibited large variation in surface roughness value compared to wafer with low bow value. The CMPprocessed SiC wafer having a low bow value of 1im was observed to result in the Root-mean-square height (RMS) value of 2.747 A and the mean height (Ra) value of 2.147 A.

        기존의 탄도방정식[2]에서 여러조건을 제시하여 간략화된 대공화기 탄도방정식을 얻는다. 대공화기의 탄도궤적이므로 양력계수가 들어간 항의 값이 충분히 작다는 가정을 하였다. 또한 속도의 크기를 시간불변이라는 가정을 하였다. 이 탄도방정식은 기존의 방정식[1]에 비하여 밀도, 풍속, 항력계수 및 탄도계수가 식에 나타나 있어 일반적인 탄도방정식으로 이용가능하고 또한 미분방정식의 해를 구할 필요가 없다. 모의실험을 통하여 제시된 탄도방정식을 이용하여 풍속이 들어간 탄도궤적을 구한다.

        구순구개열환자에서 자가늑골을 이용한 일차성 골이식

        Alveolar bone grafting is an essential component of successful surgical rehabilitation in many common cleft deformities. Primary alveolar bone grafting is defined as alveolar bone grafting which takes place before eruption of the primary dentition or before 1 year of age. The major objective in primary alveolar bone grafting is to prevent significant maxillary segmental collapse and arch disturbances. If severe, this can make secondary rehabilitation difficult, costly, and protracted. Such early stabilization may eliminate or, at least, decrease the amount of orthodontic arch expansion required during the transitional dentition period. Furthermore, early obliteration of alveolus fistulae improves speech and dental hygiene. It is critical that abutting maxillary segmental alignment be achieved(generally when the patient is 8 to 10 months of age) before grafting. Otherwise, the amount of dissection necessary to develop mucosal flaps for bone graft coverage will be more extensive, thus risking increased scar formation with potential adverse effects on growth We report a preliminary result of 4 cases of primary alveolar bone graft using rib bone, performed by limited dissection and onlay graft technique at 8 to 10 months of age. They showed satisfactory clinical results especially in terms of growth up to now.

        씨름 들배지기 기술의 운동학적 특성분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the kinematic variables of Dul-baejiki, the most frequently used and crucial technique in Ssireum(Korean Traditional Westling) with 3dimensional analysis technique and show the kinematic characteristics of it. The subjects of this experiment were two best skilled players who have been playing in professional Ssireum team and whose weights are over 100kg(subject A) and under 100kg(subject B) each. Kinematic variables analyzed here include time, posture, and center of gravity. The mean values and the standard deviations for each variables were obtained and used as basic factors for examining characteristics of Dul-baejiki motion. From the data analysis discussion, the following conclusions were drawn: 1) Posture variables As the result of analysis using 3D analysis technique, posture variables for each subject are the following. Subject A(over 100kg) used this type of Dul-baejiki technique in which he first turned the partner to the right, then pulled in the partner tight to his own body and lifted him, and last kicked the partner's right knee with his own right knee. Subject B(under 100kg) used another type of Dulbaegegi technique in which, instead of turning and lifting, he moved quickly into the partner's legs and fell down the partner with his waist bounced, rather than kicking partner's leg.

The mean values and the standard deviations for each variables were variables were obtained and used as basic factors for examing characteristics of Dul-baejiki motion From the data analysis discussion, the following conclusions were drawn: 1) Temporal variables The average time elapsed(TE) by phases of Dul-baejuki motion are the following. For subject A(over 100kg), TE during 1st phase was 0.69 sec(53.5%), TE during 2nd phase was 0.44 sec(34.1%), TE during 3rd phase was 0.16 sec(12.4%). For subject B(under 100kg), TE during 1st phase was 0.69 sec(55.6%). TE during 2nd phase was 0.36 sec(29.1%), TE during 3rd phase was 0.19 sec(15.3%). In the TE by phases of both subjects, the longest TE was the 1st phase, next the 2nd phase, and then the 3rd phase. 2) Center of Gravity(COG) variables Frontal Plane for both subjects showed a continuous movement rightward from pulling phase to falling phase. For Sagital Plane, subject Q moved backward in pulling phase, but subject B moved 6 cm forward until falling phase and then moved backward. For Height, subject A was situated 87.3 cm ∼106.7 cm high from the mat from initial phase throughout falling phase, subject B was situated 75 cm ∼97.1 cm.
