Although the 1997 Raw Data of the National Wealth Statistical Survey (South Korea) is timely 20-year-old data, it is meaningful as a benchmarking in the capital stock estimations of Korea, which is estimated by PIM (permanent inventory method). In the case of machinery/equipment, it is the data that can analyze in depth the changes in the industrial structure of Korea. In the case of ASL (average service life) which has economic concept, since the change of ASL is not so large, ASL yielded by the Raw Data of the 1997 National Wealth Statistical Survey is meaningful as reference value for the ASL estimated by the Bank of Korea and the National Statistical Office. As you know Japan has changed its service life due to changes in its industrial structure. However, many of its assets are still used for the years indicated in Showa (before 1989). The same trend with other countries such as Japan. However, the United States is constantly devoted to assessing the useful ASL and value of assets by distinguishing between the Hulten-Wykoff models and those not. Korea has also benchmarked the useful ASL of the United States and Japan when it conducted its own survey every 10 years by due diligence until 1997. In this study, the ‘constraint’ Iowa curve estimation by the Raw Data of the 1997 National Wealth Statistical Survey is based on the age records of the assets and the maximum age of the assets appropriately derived. And then we made modified Iowa curve by smoothing. From this modified one, we suggested ASL by asset. After 1997, the vintage disposal data directly were collected by the National Statistical Office with Oh Hyun Seung, Cho Jin Hyung, in order to estimate the useful ASL. Since then, the B/S team of the Economic and Statistics Bureau of the Bank of Korea has been working on a new concept of content training.

해마다 반복되는 일본수상의 야수꾸니신사 참배는 한국정부의 심리를 자극하기에 더없이 적합한 외교소식이다. 아시아의 정상이라고 할 수 있는 두 나라 사이의 적대감은 단순히 60년이 지난 식민지시대의 역사로만 보기는 힘들다. 두 나라의 관계는 한국은 물론 일본의 경제성장을 위하여 고의적으로 소외시킨 식민지시대 후 외교수립의 영향을 보여주고 있다. 이 논문의 목적은 빈번히 무시되지만 명백하게 두 나라의 관계를 구체화한 한일기본조약의 역사를 밝히기 위해서이다. With every Yasukuni Shrine visit by a Japanese Prime Minister, one can expect that the Korean government will jump up and down to condemn Japan. The blatant antagonism between the two powerhouses in Asia, lingering around more than sixty years after the end of the colonial period, is unmistakably more than interplay of their colonial history. It is an illumination of a largely unsettled post-colonial diplomacy that was executed in the name of economic advancement. The purpose of this paper is to shed lights on a largely ignored subject matter that unambiguously shaped the peculiar relationship between Korea and Japan.

The quality of childhood English teachers are emerging, and what the most important for the teachers in charge of classes is detailed and clear guidelines about how to use the detailed contents and compositions of textbooks, and teaching methods and teaching materials in order to realize educational process in the right direction. In accordance with such an idea, in the theoretical background, I looked into childhood and elementary school English teachers, teachers' manual and CD-ROM, the standards of evaluation of the teachers' manuals. In accordance with the purpose and the needs of these research, this study conducted analyses of teachers's guide for English teachers and electric writings(CD) in private childhood English educational institutions based on notes for compiling elementary school textbooks and qualification standards. Based on the results of such comparative analyses, it provided suggestions for guides for English teachers developed by private early childhood English educational institutions.

키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용한 PTSD(Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) 연구 동향 탐색

본 연구는 외상 후 스트레스 장애(PTSD)에 대한 미국의 연구동향을 분석하여 향후 국내 PTSD 연구에 기초자료를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 키워드 네트워크 분석방법을 통해 2012년부터 2016년까지 5년 동안 미국 APA 산하의 Psychological Trauma: Theory, Research, Practice, and Policy와 Psychological Services’에 게재된 307편의 논문을 분석하였다. 먼저, 평정영역에 따라 발행된 논문들의 특성들에 대하여 빈도분석을 실시하였으며, 이에 대한 결과 및 차이점들을 제시하였다. 둘째, 연결정도중심성 분석을 실시한 결과 treatment outcome(치료성과), combat(전투), alcohol(알코올) 순으로 높은 연결정도중심성을 보였다. 셋째, 네트워크 커뮤니티 분석 실시결과 외상 및 대처 행동에 관한 군집군과 PTSD 증상에 대한 치료개입 및 성과에 관한 군집 군으로 분류할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 논의 및 시사점을 제시하였다.

A Study on the Computed Mortality Method in Life Analysis

공공사업이나 자동화 생산시스템 등에 있어서 설비 자산이 차지하는 비중은 매우 크며 이러한 설비들의 경제적 설비 대체 분석을 위하여 설비에 대한 수명분석이 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 설비들의 폐기 자료가 불충분한 경우의 수명분석에서 Iowa형 생존곡선을 기초로 한 CM 방법을 제시하였다. 기존의 SPR 방법이 평균 수명만을 추정하는데 비하여 제시된 CM 방법은 설비의 수명분포를 추정함으로써 평균 수명뿐만 아니라 폐기 자료의 폐기곡선과 폐기율을 추정할 수 있어 설비 교체 분석 시 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

In general, estimates of average service lives and of mortality functions are less well-based than most types of economic statistics published by statistical offices. Therefore, hypotheses about service lives of tangible assets and their distribution are most difficult aspects to tackle. In this paper, estimates of service lives based on directly observed data on domestic industrial property and retirement rates are presented.
