        소아암 치료 종료 후 청소년의 사회적응 자가 보고 설문지의측정 속성: 체계적 문헌고찰

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate measurement properties of self-report questionnaires measuring the social adjustment for youth after treatment of childhood cancer. Methods: Social adjustment measurement tools were identified through a two-stage systematic review. First, we searched for articles using self-report questionnaires to measure the social adjustment of youth after the treatment of childhood cancer. The appropriate tools were listed and categorized. Second, using methodological filters, we searched 5 electronic databases for articles examining the measurement properties of the tools when used with youth after the treatment of childhood cancer. The quality of these papers was then evaluated using the COnsensus-based Standards for the selection of health Measurement INstruments (COSMIN) checklist. Results: Eight tools were frequently used to measure social adjustment. Eight studies investigated the measurement properties of 4 of these tools. The PedsQL 4.0 and MMQL-AF had moderate to strong evidence in some domains, but the rest of the domains had a lack of evidence. The SF-36 and KIDSCREEN-27 were validated for only a few areas. Conclusion: We found a lack of evidence regarding the measurement properties of these tools. More research is required on the measurement properties of tools for use in this population.

        Effects of Deuterium Oxide on Formation of Volatiles in Linoleic Acid Model Systems at Different Temperatures and Oxygen Limitation Conditions

        Effects of 30, 60, and 90℃ treatments and oxygen limitation on formation of volatiles were determined for linoleic acid model systems containing deuterium oxide (D2O) and deuterium free water. The presence of D2O accelerated consumption of headspace oxygen, indicating that the rate of lipid oxidation increased in the presence of D2O. The presence of deuterium in headspace volatiles was indirectly determined based on comparison of the amount of the fragmented mass to charge ratio (m/z) (molecular weight, Mw), which was 73.1/72.1 for d1-pentane/pentane and 125.1/124.1 for d1-2,4 octadienal/2,4 octadienal. The ratio of 73.1/72.1 (m/z) for pentane was significantly (p<0.05) higher for samples containing D2O than for samples containing deuterium free water at 30, 60, and 90℃. Other volatiles did not follow the same pattern. 2,4-Octadienal in samples under unlimited oxygen conditions confirmed this trend, indicating that water was incorporated into volatiles during oxidation of linoleic acid under these conditions.

        기초자치단체의 기후변화 대응 정책 모의실험 - 침상・소비・산업 도시 사례를 중심으로 -

        The role of local governments is important in responding to climate changes because they are well aware of local conditions. Therefore, municipalities in Korea recently declared carbon-neutrality. However, it is only a political declaration. This may be due to the lack of policy resources of primary local governments in responding to such climate changes. This paper analyzed the feasibility of achieving carbon neutrality goals in Goyang, a bed town, Jung-gu, Seoul, a consuming city, and Yeosu, an industrial city, using system dynamics, then, suggested policy implications for each region. As a result, it was found that Goyang City and Jung-gu, Seoul could achieve their carbon neutral goals if they implement policies in the building, housing, renewable energy supply, and transportation sectors at a fairly strong level. On the other hand, Yeosu City revealed that it was unable to achieve carbon neutrality because it lacks sufficient authority to regulate the industrial sector of the city and lacks the capacity to develop industrial technology to reduce energy consumption. Therefore, the central government and Yeosu city need to cooperate to reduce industrial carbon emission. 지방정부는 기후변화의 실질적 대응 주체라는 점에서 기후변화 대응에서의 역할이 중요해지고 있다. 그렇지만 우리나라 지방자치단체의 기후변화 대응 수준은 정치적 선언에 그치고 있다. 이는 합리적인 정책 결정을 위한 가용 자원이 부족하기 때문일 수 있다. 이에 본 논문은 평균 도시, 침상 도시로서 고양시, 소비 도시로서 서울 중구, 산업 도시로서 여수시를 대상으로 정책 모의실험을 수행하였다. 이는 사례 도시별 탄소중립 달성가능성과 효과적인 정책 방향을 제시함으로써 가용 자원이 가장 적은 기초지자체가 과학적 분석에 기반한 정책 결정을 내리는데 기여하기 위함이다. 분석 결과, 고양시와 서울 중구는 건물・교통・재생가능에너지 공급 정책이 상당히 강한 수준으로 이행되었을 때, 탄소중립을 달성할 가능성이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 반면, 여수시는 기초지자체 권한 내 정책만으로는 탄소중립 달성이 어려우며, 산업 부문의 탄소배출을 줄이기 위해 중앙정부와의 협력이 필요함을 확인하였다.

        간호사의 근로환경, 외상 후 스트레스 증후군과 자아탄력성과의 융복합적 관계

        The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the working conditions, post-traumatic stress syndrome and the self-resilience of nurses, and find out the relationship between the post-traumatic stress syndrome and the self-resilience. Data were collected by questionnaire method among 220 General Hospital nurses at Gyeongnam G and J city. Data were analyzed by using SPSS 21.0 program WIN. The results of working conditions of the nurses majority were shift work 70.5%, currently working in the ward 54.6%. Scores were shown as Post-traumatic stress syndrome (28.20) and self resilience (39.98). There is a negative correlation (r =.226, p=.001) between the post-traumatic stress syndrome and the self-resilience. Based on the result, since working conditions of nurses caused psychological stress and nurses with high self-resilience eased the degree of post-traumatic stress, in terms of the personnel management of hospitals, a psychological intervention strategy should be considered. 본 연구는 간호사의 근로환경, 외상 후 스트레스 증후군과 자아탄력성을 확인하고, 외상 후 스트레스 증후군과 자아탄력성의 관계를 확인하고자 실시하였다. 자료수집은 경남 G시와 J시에 소재한 종합병원 간호사 220명을 연구 대상으로 하였으며, 설문지를 이용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과는 근무형태는 교대 근무가 70.5%, 현재 근무 중인 곳은 병동이 54.6%로 대부분을 차지하였다. 외상 후 스트레스 증후군은 28.20점, 자아탄력성은 39.98점으로 나타났다. 간호사의 외상 후 스트레스 증후군과 자아탄력성의 관계는 통계적으로 유의한 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다(r=.226, p=.001). 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호사의 근로환경은 외상 후 스트레스 증후군을 초래하고 자아탄력성이 높을수록 외상 후 스트레스 증후군의 정도가 낮아지므로 병원인력 관리차원에서 외상적 사건을 경험한 간호사를 위해 심리적 중재방안을 모색해야 할 것으로 보인다.

        상기도 근기능 운동: 체계적 문헌고찰

        Upper airway myofunctional exercise is a training technique for patients with obstructive sleep apnea involving isotonic and isometric exercises of the upper airway muscles involved in obstructive sleep apnea designed to strengthen upper airway myofunction and improve patients’ symptoms. The objective of this review was to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of upper airway myofunctional exercise. A literature search was conducted using 8 Korean databases, Medline, Embase, and the Cochrane Library. Of the 197 articles that were initially identified, 8 studies were included in this review. The results show that upper airway myofunctional exercise improved the apneahypopnea index in adult patients, and that it led to improvements in symptoms and upper airway myofunction when administered alone or after adenoidectomy in pediatric patients. On the basis of the current data, upper airway myofunctional exercise can be considered a safe and effective technique for patients with obstructive sleep apnea.

        Effects of α-Tocopherol on the Oxidative Stability and Incorporation of Deuterium in Volatiles from a Linoleic Acid-deuterium Model System

        The effects of α-tocopherol on the oxidative stability and incorporation of deuterium in volatiles were evaluated in linoleic acid-water model systems treated at 60oC by analyzing headspace oxygen depletion, formation of lipid hydroperoxides, and profiles of headspace volatiles. Deuterium oxide accelerated the rates of linoleic acid oxidation compared to samples in deuterium-free water. As the concentration of α-tocopherol increased from 0 to 1500 ppm, the consumption of headspace oxygen and the formation of volatiles decreased, whereas the contents of lipid hydroperoxides did not decrease in the linoleic acid-water system. The mass to charge ratios (m/z) of volatiles in linoleic aciddeuterium oxide were significantly higher than those with deuterium oxide-free water. Generally, the presence of α-tocopherol decreased the mass to charge ratios (m/z) of volatiles including pentanal, hexanal, t-2-heptenal, and 2-octenal, implying that α-tocopherol may be involved in the aldehyde formation from lipid oxidation.
