The Book of Changes is the most valuable classic that contains Confucian view of the world and life including metaphysics, epistemology, and the theory of value. Zhu Xi(1130-1200), considered to be the best scholar throughout the history of the Book of Changes, complied various teachings and synthesized three standpoints of the thoughts in the Book of Changes-the XiangshuYi(象數易), the YiliYi(義理易), and the BushiYi(卜筮易)-into one integrated point of view. The purpose of this dissertation is to study how Zhu Xi has synthesized the image and number theory with the morality and rationality theory based upon the divination theory. Although greatly emphasized the importance of the Bushi(卜筮) with the image and number, Zhu Xi realized that the Book of Changes lacking the value of morality would be nothing but a petty artifice. Therefore, he adopted ethics. The ultimate purpose of the moral and rational principle is to bring the oneness of heaven and humanity. Since the divination without morality and rationality would be just a means of fortunetelling and the image and number principle without morality and rationality would be also a vacant idealism, it would be inevitable for both BushiYi and XiangshuYi to pursue the moral and rational principle. For that reason, Zhu Xi tried to strengthen rationality of the Book of Changes in accordance with the logic of the Bushi by adopting mathematical precision, and it successfully served as a stepping stone for the world full of morality. Furthermore, this let Zhu Xi aim the world of m(orality beyond the understanding the divination and enabled him to establish Neo-Confucianism from his standpoint of the Book of Changes. Finally, the key to approach the true quality of Zhu Xi`s the Book of the Changes would be to figure out the core part of his study which is to combine the morality and rationality with the image and number based upon the BushiYixue(卜筮易學).

We report the synthesis of cubic spinel $ZnCo_2$$O_4$thin films and the tunability of the conduction type by control of the oxygen partial pressure ratio. Zinc cobalt oxide films were grown on$ SiO_2$(200 nm)/Si substrates by reactive magnetron sputtering method using Zn and Co metal targets in a mixed Ar/$O_2$atmosphere. We found from X-ray diffraction measurements that the crystal structure of the zinc cobalt oxide films grown under an oxygen-rich condition (the $O_2$/Ar partial pressure ratio of 9/1) changes from wurtzite-type $Zn_{1-x}$ $Co_{X}$O to spinel-type $ZnCo_2$$O_4$with the increase of the Co/Zn sputtering ratio,$ D_{co}$ $D_{zn}$ . We noted that the above structural change accompanied by the variation of the majority electrical conduction type from n-type (electrons) to p-type (holes). For a fixed $D_{co}$ $D_{zn}$ / of 2.0 yielding homogeneous spinel-type $_2$O$ZnCo_4$films, the type of the majority carriers also varied, depending on the$ O_2$/Ar partial pressure ratio: p-type for an $O_2$-rich and n-type for an Ar-rich atmosphere. The maximum electron and hole concentrations for the Zn $Co_2$ $O_4$films were found to be 1.37${\times}$10$^{20}$ c $m^{-3}$ and 2.41${\times}$10$^{20}$ c $m^{-3}$ , respectively, with a mobility of about 0.2 $\textrm{cm}^2$/Vs and a high conductivity of about 1.8 Ω/$cm^{-1}$ /.

This paper is about examining dignified society in the philosophical perspective of eastern and western .To be specific, we will analyze dignified society through dignity of Mill utilitarianist humanity and righteousness of Confucian philosophy. Dignity is from dignitas in Latin .J.S. Mill mentioned dignity among western philosophers. According to Mill, we are not ruled by only the amount of pleasure because human has a sense of dignity. Mill accepts the principle of the fusion of interest, which is developed by two value,self-development and consideration for others. If humans just pursue only their own pleasure, it would be like animals. But with dignity people think about others and care them. Mill calls it “dignity.” Psychiatrist doctor si-hyung, lee suggests “dignity” as specific virtue. First virtue is self-control, holding back emotion and be having with rationality. Second one is magnanimity, taking the difference, The third is regard, which can be enjoyed with little careful concern. Two main pillars pf Confucian philosophy is humanity and righteousness, humanity is consideration for others and righteousness is the way to make the value be realized. Human has ability to know humanity and righteousness and practice. it. The Dignified society in Confucian philosophy is based on humanity and righteousness, becoming propriety and wisdom beautifully As following the circumstance. To make the Love and justice be realized properly, faithfulness is the most important virtue. The reason why emphasizing faithfulness is because the love without trust is empty, the justice without faith can be hypocrisy. To the disciples who ask the essentials of politics, Confucius said, “If the subjects don`t believe, The country can`t exist.” The dignified society is blooming with love and justice based on the moral principle, trust.
