        창업혁신과 글로벌 기업가정신에 관한 연구: 재일동포기업가 김희수(金熙秀)를 중심으로

        The paper examines the Start-up innovation and global entrepreneurship throughthe case of CEO Kim Hee-Soo of Korean-Japanese entrepreneurs. In particular, thispaper derives the entrepreneurial spirit of start-up innovation by Kim Hee-Soo byclassifying the innovation stage that occurs in the founding process into combinationseparation-destructive technology-decoupling. The research results are as follows. First, Kim Hee-Soo succeeded in identifyingthe flow of timing and money, such as the Ganai Boutique and real estate leasingbusiness, which provided innovative products and customer-oriented services based onnew combinations and disruptive innovations based on the flexibility and excellence ofminority entrepreneurs. Second, Kim Hee-Soo’s success was made possible through hisoutstanding entrepreneurial ability to connect with disconnected social network inJapan and Korean. Third, Kim Hee-soo succeeded in providing innovative products andcustomer services in Korea and Japan, education and social contribution projectsthrough the Korea-Japan social network, but since then, new projects have not beenestablished through decoupling. In conclusion, Kim Hee-Soo was the owner of globalentrepreneurship who succeeded in business based on Start-up innovation and achievedhuman resource development and social contribution through education business inKorea and Japan. Factors of business success or failure in CEO Kim Hee-Sooentrepreneur will be derived in future study. 본 논문은 재일동포기업가 김희수 회장의 창업사례를 통해 그의 창업혁신과 글로벌기업가정신을 규명하는데 있다. 특히 논문은 창업과정에서 발생하는 혁신의 발전단계를조합(융합)-분리의 연결-파괴적 기술-연결의 파괴(디커플링)로 연결하여 김희수 회장의창업혁신의 기업가 정신을 도출한다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 김희수 회장의 기업성공은 일본 내 주류기업보다는 마이너리티 기업가의 유연성과 탁월성을 바탕으로 새로운 결합과 파괴적 혁신을 통해 고객중심의 혁신적인 제품과고객서비스를 제공한 가나이 양품점과 부동산임대업 등 시대적 흐름과 자금의 흐름을 간파하여 창업한 사업 분야에서 성공한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 김희수회장의 기업성공은 일본 내 혹은 한국사회와의 단절된 사회적 관계(네트워크)를 연결하는 탁월한 기업가적 역량을 통해 가능했다. 셋째, 김희수 회장은 한일양국에서 혁신적인 제품과 고객서비스 제공, 한일 사회적 관계(네트워크)를 통한 교육사업과사회적 공헌사업에 성공했지만, 이후 연결의 파괴(디커플링)를 통한 신사업의 구축은 지속적으로 이루어지지 못했다. 결론적으로 김희수 회장은 일본사회에서 재일동포에 대한 차별과 배제가 심했던 당시사회적 약자로서 창업혁신을 바탕으로 기업에 성공하여 한일양국에서 교육 사업으로 인재양성과 사회적 공헌을 달성하기 위해 일생을 바친 글로벌 기업가정신의 소유자라고 할수 있을 것이다. 추후 연구는 이번에 다루지 못한 김희수 회장의 사업 성패요인을 분석하는 것이다.

        재일동포기업 롯데의 글로벌 경영전략과 기업가정신

        Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to examine Japanese-Korean entrepreneur Lotte’s management strategy and entrepreneurship. This paper derives the management strategy and entrepreneurship of Lotte, ‘Shin, Kyuk-Ho’ who contributed to the development of the Japanese economy and the homeland economy after Korean-Japanese companies have successfully developed dynamic business as a minority company overcoming the adversity of discrimination and exclusion in Japanese society. Research design, data, and methodology: This paper assumes that social factors, economic factors, and political factors in the home country will influence the management strategy of the entrepreneur on the management activities and entrepreneurship of Korean-Japanese companies, and the relationship with the home country, which is a political factor, as a management strategy of Lotte. The analysis was focused on entrepreneurship, which is the personal characteristic of entrepreneurs. Results: The results of this analysis are as follows. First, from a social point of view, Japanese-Koreans chose the path of starting a business in a ‘niche market’ because the way to enter the mainstream Japanese society was limited and there were no opportunities for self-realization other than economic activities. Second, from a socio-cultural point of view, Lotte succeeded in starting a business by predicting the future scalability of its business, despite the Japanese cultural structure in which chewing gum itself is regarded as an immoral act. Third, from the economic management strategic point of view, Lotte implemented an aggressive management strategy of “Attack is the greatest defense” against discrimination in the Japanese industry and used a strategy to strengthen sales power in preparation for competition with other companies. Fourth, from a political point of view, Lotte started investing in the home country during the ‘Syng-Man Rhee’ regime in 1958, and with the birth of the ‘Park, Chung-Hee’ regime in 1961, established Korea Lotte and succeeded as a Lotte food products. Implications: In conclusion, Lotte Chairman ‘Shin, Kyuk-Ho’ is an entrepreneur who has practiced a visionary ability to see the trends of the times, an aggressive management style based on trust, a global management strategy that considers the Korean and Japanese societies, and the entrepreneurship that has led Investment and contribution to the home country. This implies the result of a complex action of the personal experiences, socio-cultural factors, and political factors of Japanese-Korean entrepreneurs.

        사회적경제 연계를 통한 대학에서 글로벌 서비스러닝 운영모델 고찰: 일본 3개 대학 사례를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the founding philosophy of Japanese universities and the establishment of volunteer activity centers, the introduction of service learning from service activities, and the service learning operating system. The methodology of this study was two sessions of interviews with Japanese university staff. First, Meijigakuin University has been conducting a service learning scheme called Volunteer Certificate Program for all grades from 2016. Second, Rikkyo University set up the volunteer activity center in 2003 with the help of Hanshinawaji in 1995, and the service learning education was carried out in 2016. Third, the International Christian University(ICU) developed service-learning education in 1999 and the Service-Learning Asia Network (SLAN) in 2003. In conclusion, it is thought that the service learning education of Japanese universities has been developing in connection with regular curricula, which are complemented by volunteer activities.

        한류에 대한 일본인의 의식조사

        The Korean wave (Hallyu) refers to the significant increase in international demand for outputs from South Korean entertainment, art and cultural sector, starting in the 1990s, in Asia and other parts of the world. It includes variety of genres such as drama and film, music (K-pop), and online game. The purpose of this study is to investigate the Japanese awareness about the Korean wave and to examine the socio-cultural impacts and economic effects of Hallyu in Japanese society. This study provides the demographic characteristics and several new findings based on the collected data from Shin-Okubo"s Koreatown. Finally, some policy implications and future study directions are presented.

        재일코리안 기념비 건립에 의한 민족정체성 확립과 문화공공외교 성과 고찰

        The purpose of this study is to analyse the performance of the ethnic identity base on establishment of 2·8 the declaration of independence monument and Korean War memorial monument of Japanese-Korean and cultural public diplomacy of Korean Government. The research method of this study is collecting 2·8 the independent movement morgue from The History Museum of J-Koreans, and field survey of interview. The findings of this study are as follows: First, the ethnic distinction movement of Japanese-Korean society was spreaded after the 1980, there was spiritual fetters in 2·8 independence movement and Korean war participation. Second, the 2·8 Declaration of Independence memorial built in 1982 that was inheriting 2・8 independence movement spirit by symbol for ethnic identity establishment in Japan. Third, the symbol of Korean War participation monument was Japanese-Korean"s ethnic identity and it was symbol tower of cultural public diplomacy that the Korean Government established because the Korean Government cooperates with Japanese-Koreans. In conclusion, the findings of the study suggest that the 2·8 independence movement declaration monument provided spiritual fetters that recover the ethnic identity in the face of nation distinction movement and Korean War participation monument can say as representative case of cultural public diplomacy.

        한일 전통시장정책의 전개과정에 관한 고찰 - 사회적경제의 관점에서 -

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the policy development process of Korean traditional market in terms of social economy and to draw out the differences and implications. Traditional markets are faced with low birthrates, low sales, low vacancies, and declining regions, and the concept of social economy has been introduced to solve this problem. This study examined the fundamental differences and causes of legal and institutional changes related to the Korean and Japanese traditional market activation policies. The results of this study are as follows. First, the traditional market policy of Japan was carried out by the urban planning policy of the space concept until the 1980's, but since the 1980's, it became the concept of social economy accepting the residents' consciousness. Second, the Korean traditional market policy has been striving to improve the law to realize the modernization policy of the distribution market until the 1980s. Third, the link between the traditional market policy of Korea and Japan and the social economy has been developed in conjunction with the decline of the city due to regional hollowing. Fourth, according to the socio-cultural environment, the traditional market policies of Korea and Japan show fundamental differences in merchant support demand and support role such as social relation capital, will to succeed the business. In conclusion, the traditional market policies of Korea and Japan have focused on market activation policies due to changes in distribution structure.

        일본의 이민정책과 일계인의 모국귀환정책 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyse the characteristic of network of Japanese Diaspora and Nikkeijinn-town, the problem of attachment by selection of Japanese government’s immigration policy. This study also verifies the result through comparison of problem that appear by Korean-Chinese and Nikkeijin’s adaptation process. The research method of this study is analyzing the interview data with various information materials that published by Nikkeijin Collected from Yokohama, Hamamatsu, Nagoya city etc. The findings of this study are as follows: First, the Nikkeijin immigration policy of Japanese government was selected according to the ethnic border but now faces in discrimination under compulsion of the national border after return in Japan. Second, the network characteristic of Nikkeijin depended on the Japanese government’s immigration policy and the purpose of entry, Japanese Manufacturing industry’s demand etc. Third, the attachment problems of Nikkeijin happened by entry of low-skilled worker, lack of Japanese language capability in apartment life, children education issue of next generation etc. In conclusion, this study focuses on the effect of Japanese immigration policy to Nikkeijin’s adaptation process. The findings of this study may be large to testfire in Korean society proceeding to multicultural society. Hereafter, next research study may observe about the increasing reason of the church and the role on Nikkeijin society.

        재일한상기업 소프트뱅크의 글로벌 경영전략과 기업가정신

        The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between Japanese society and economic activity of Hansang Enterprise in Japan and to derive the global management strategy and entrepreneurship of Hansang Corporation focusing on SoftBank company. The results of this paper are as follows. First, the characteristics of SoftBank firm is that he found opportunities for self-realization in the field of limited economic activity and showed relatively flexibility and excellence in their fields. Second, SoftBank has revolutionized the field of internet information and has been recognized as an innovative global company in Japan through its challenging spirit, enthusiasm, and tremendous vision. Third, SoftBank has an excellent ability to mobilize resources for people around Japan based on Confucian-oriented entrepreneurship. In conclusion, CEO of SoftBank has a firm goal as entrepreneur, a foresight ability to keep the trends of the times, and an experience of discrimination and exclusion of founders. Based on this, he is regarded as possessing innovative ideas, agile behaviors, business mind and leadership that keep the competence to negotiate and mediate conflicts and friction within the company and excellent planning. 본 논문의 목적은 재일한상기업의 일본 사회와 경제활동의 관계성, 그리고 재일한상기업의 경영전략과 기업가정신을 고찰하는 데 있다. 본 논문은 대표적인 재일한상기업으로 알려져 있는 소프트뱅크를 사례로 기업의 경영전략과 기업가정신을 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 재일한상기업 소프트뱅크의 창업 동기와 경영전략의 특징은 제한적인 경제활동 분야에서 창업을 자아실현의 기회로 삼았고 상대적으로 자기 분야에서 유연성과 탁월성을 발휘할 수 있었다. 둘째, 재일동포 3세가 창업한 소프트뱅크는 인터넷 정보 분야에 혁명을 일으켰으며 도전정신과 열정, 그리고 거대한 비전을 통해 일본에서 혁신적인 글로벌 기업으로 평가받고 있다. 셋째, 소프트뱅크는 차별을 혁신으로 승화하여 일본 내 혹은 주변 사람에 대한 자원동원 능력이 뛰어난 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 소프트뱅크 손정의 대표는 기업가의 확고한 목표 설정과 시대적 흐름을 간파하는 미래에 대한 선견적인 예지능력, 그리고 창업자의 차별과 배제의 경험을 지니고 있다. 이를 바탕으로 그는 회사 내 갈등과 마찰에 대해 주위사람들을 설득시키는 협상능력과 조정능력, 뛰어난 기획력에 의해서 혁신적인 아이디어와 이를 구체적으로 비즈니스화 하는 민첩한 행동력, 창업의지력과 리더십을 소유하고 있는 것으로 평가된다.
