        만성조현병 환자를 대상으로 한 스트레스관리 프로그램의 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a stress management program on perceived stress, interpersonal relationship, self-esteem, and problem-solving ability for chronic schizophrenic patients. Methods: The participants comprised 50 male patients recruited from G Metropolitan City, who were divided into two groups of 25 each. They were randomly assigned to test and control groups, respectively, through convenience sampling. A stress management program was provided to the test group in over 11 sessions for six weeks from July 1 to August 5, 2018. Data were analyzed using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Chisquare-test, Fisher’s exact test, and independent t-test with the SPSS/ WIN 24.0 Program. Results: There were significant changes in perceived stress score (t=−2.37, p=.013), interpersonal relations score (t=3.44, p=.001) in the experimental group before and after treatment. Self-esteem score (t=1.61, p=.059) and problem solving ability score (t=1.38, p=.091) was no significant difference in score between the test and control groups. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the stress management program was effective in reducing perceived stress levels and improving personal relationship ability in patients with chronic schizo-phrenia. The findings suggest that stress management programs can be utilized as an efficient nursing intervention to preventsocial isolation and personal relationship dissolution in patients with chronic schizophrenia by lowering their stress levels and improving their personal relationships.

        멸종위기 야생생물 금개구리 (Pelophylax chosenicus)의 난 발생 및 먹이 종류에 따른 올챙이의 성장 및 생존율 분석

        We studied the development of the endangered gold-spotted pond frog, Pelophylax chosenicus eggs and analyzed growth and survival rate of the tadpoles while feeding different feed to obtain the basic data on the its biological traits and reproduction. We observed the fertilized eggs of gold-spotted pond frog that naturally spawned in a breeding tank using a microscope. Fertilized eggs were sphere shape surrounded by colloid layers, clearly distinct with animal and plant poles. The fertilized eggs hatched 31 hours after fertilization and operculum complete at 175 hours after fertilization at water temperature of 27.0±1.0°C. As a result of growth and survival rate by different feed from 35 days after mouth open stage, vegetable feed (VF) group and tetra-min (T) group were significantly higher average weight gain rate (WG) (5843.9% and 5736.3%, respectively) and average specific growth rate (SGR) (11.67% and 11.62, respectively) compared with other groups (WG: 641.8~4625.2%, SGR: 5.72~11.01%). The vegetable (V) group showed the lowest growth rate (P<0.05). The average feed efficiency was 177.83% in the VF group, about 17 times higher than the V group. In addition, the average survival rate of the VF and T groups were the high at 97.5% and 100%, respectively, and the V group was the lowest at 32.5%. Therefore, the more efficient feeds for successful breeding is singly with VF or T.

        증강현실을 주제로 한 간호교육 : 주제범위 문헌고찰(2013∼2023년)

        Purpose : This scoping review aims to explore research on augmented reality in nursing student education within domestic academic journals or theses published between 2013 and 2023. The study analyzes augmented reality-based educational interventions and evaluations to establish effective educational strategies in nursing. Method : The research methodology of this study involves a qualitative research approach utilizing a literature review within the scope of the topic. Results : Examining 10 papers on augmented reality in nursing education published between 2013 and 2022, a significant upward trend in publications emerged starting from 2021, with both years seeing four papers each. The potential of augmented reality to enhance nursing education through interactive and innovative learning experiences is evident, suggesting the integration of real augmented reality encounters into the nursing curriculum. Conclusion : This review suggests the incorporation of augmented reality experiences in nursing education to enhance learning outcomes and students’ overall educational experiences. Implementing a curriculum that embraces augmented reality can offer nursing students valuable and interactive learning opportunities.

      • 수락산에 서식하는 계곡산개구리(Rana huanrenensis)의 산란 및 서식 환경에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 서울시 노원구 상계동에 위치한 수락산 일대에 서식하는 계곡산개구리(Rana huanrenensis)의 산란 및 서식 환경에 대해 2019년 3월부터 2019년 7월까지 조사하였다. 조사를 위 해 수락산 내에 위치한 계곡을 5m 간격으로 100개의 지점으로 나누었으며, 각 지점을 60cm×60cm 을 기준으로 해당 면적 이상일 경우 웅덩이, 이하일 경우 계곡, 물이 고여 있지 않을 경우 건천으로 구분하였다. 각 지점의 pH, 용존산소량, 수온과 대기온도 및 습도를 주 1회 측정하였으며, 지점에서 난괴가 확인될 경우 난괴의 장소(웅덩이, 계곡, 건천) 및 산란 환경(돌, 자갈, 낙엽)을 기록하였다. 연 구 결과, 수락산에 서식하는 계곡산개구리는 수온 9.94±0.18℃에서, 산란 장소는 웅덩이에, 산란 위 치는 돌에 산란하는 것을 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 통계분석 결과, 환경요인(pH, 용존산소량, 수온)과 계곡산개구리의 산란은 p-value<0.05 으로 유의하였으며, 환경요인이 계곡산개구리의 산란에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문은 추후 계곡산개구리의 서식지 환경에 대한 보전 및 서식 환경 조성에 기초적인 자료로 제공될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

      • 간호대학생의 에니어그램 성격유형에 따른스트레스 대처방식

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between stress coping behaviors and Enneagram personality types. The subject of the study is 342 college students who are attending 4-year nursing colleges in Seoul, Korea, and 198 students among them are qualified for the study. Typified statistical tools SPSS, chi-square, and ANOVA are used as analyzing methods in the study. The research results are as follows: 1. In nursing students, freshman class is the highest population in the study with 63 students(31.82 %), and the highest percentage of population does not have a religion(89 students, 44.95 %). 120 students (60.61 %) answered that their interpersonal relationships are good, and 105 students(53.03 %) are satisfied with the nursing major. 2. In Enneagram personality type, 9 type is the highest(42.42 %). 3. Problem focused coping type is the highest in stress coping behaviors(28.12(±20.16) points). 4. Problem focused coping behavior and social support coping behavior show significance. 5. Social support coping behavior shows significance, and 3 type scored the highest(17.67(±2.66) points). Further studies are suggested based on above results: First, in order to achieve more accurate results, the research of Enneagram and stress coping behavior with representative for sample Korean nursing students is necessary. Second, Development and verification the effect of stress coping program based on Enneagram personality types among nursing students are necessary.
