Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate nursing students’ perceptions on child abuse. Methods : The participants for this study were 192 nursing students at Region D. After explaining the purpose of the study, participants who signed the consent form were asked to complete a self-descriptive questionnaire. Results : Average score were 3.85 for perception of the act of child abuse, 3.85 for perception of the cause of child abuse, 2.37 for perception of the reporting system of child abuse, 2.96 for perception of the reporting behavior of child abuse and 4.21 for perception of ways to improve child abuse. Conclusion : The findings from this research provide baseline information for understanding nursing students’ perceptions on child abuse, and may help in the development of appropriate education programs that will enable nursing students to report child abuse.

Purpose : This study was attempted to investigate healthcare associated infection of nursing students. Methods : A survey was conducted using structured questionnaire. A total of 172 nursing students in Yong-in area college were collected. Results : Among the areas of healthcare associated infection, the areas with low recognition scores were ‘Wash hands well for at least 15 second’ and ‘Wash hands before wearing gloves’. ‘Do not separate the connection between the catheter and the urine bag except for inevitable cleaning’ and ‘The sterilization period of apparatus should set and disinfect again’. The recognition of healthcare associated infection in the 4th grades was significantly higher than that of first grades. The recognition of healthcare associated infections who had more than 6 times of handwashing per day was significantly higher than that of students who had less than 5 times. Conclusion : From the above, the recognition of healthcare associated infections varies depending on the grade, number of handwashing during the day so it is thought that it can be better to take these variables into account when educating healthcare associated infections of nursing students.

Purpose : The Purpose of this study was designed to develope and test the structural model that explains health promotion behaviors of Women elderly at home with osteoarthritis. Methods : Data was collected between November 3, 2013 and November 18, 2013 using self-administered from Women elderly at home with osteoarthritis in the province of Y-city Jeonnam. Among the 251 questionnaires were included in the data analysis using SPSS WIN 19.0 and AMOS 18.0 program. Results : The results are most of the fitness indices of the hypothetical model were found to be adequate except the following indices x2 266.963(p .001), =< x2/df 2.20, GFI = .903, AGFI .859, NFI .904, PGFI .618, RMSEA .065. Of the 17 hypothetical paths, 11 paths were sup = = = = = ported in the modified model. Conclusion : The results of this study showed that Health Promotion Behaviors was significantly influenced by perceived benefit, perceived self-efficacy, family support, depression. The predictor variables of the hypothetical model explained 68.0% of variance in health promotion behavior.

Purpose : This study was done to identify the impact of perception, attitudes and anxiety toward dementia among nursing students on the attitude of elderly with dementia. Methods : Participants were 134 nursing students, Data were collected through structured questionnaires from October 15 to November 09, 2018. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression using the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Results : Perception and attitudes toward dementia affected attitude of elderly with dementia. Perception and attitudes toward dementia explained 43.6%(F 10.19, p .001) of the variance in attitude of eld =< erly with dementia. Conclusion : Findings from this study indicate the need to evaluate and improve the awareness education program for nursing students to developed to foster a positive attitude the elderly with dementia
임상실습을 경험한 간호대학생의 전공만족도 실습만족도, 셀프리더십이 의사소통능력에 미치는 영향

Purpose : This study is a descriptive survey study to identify a relationship with a majority satisfaction, practice satisfaction, self-leadership and communication capabilities of nursing students experienced clinical practice and identify factors that affect the communication capabilities. Methods : This study conducted from November to December, 2018 in 200 third and fourth graders of three universities in Gyeonggi-do and Gangwon-do. Technical statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, Stepwise multiple regression Respectively. Results : Communication capabilities were correlated with practice satisfaction. The factors affecting communication capabilities of nursing students were majority satisfaction, practice satisfaction, and their explanatory power was 12.5%. The variables that have the greatest influence on the communication capabilities of nursing students are confirmed by the practice satisfaction. Conclusion : The courses organized and best practice environment, improve the practical experience in organic cooperation of hospitals and practices are necessary for effective clinical practice in order to improve communication skills of nursing students.
임상실습을 경험한 간호대학생의 의사소통능력에 영향을 미치는 요인

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting communication ability of nursing students’ clinical practice stress, empathy and self-esteem. Methods : This study was conducted from June 1 to June 30, 2018 in 261 third and fourth graders of four universities in Gyeonggi-do. Technical statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, Stepwise multiple regression Respectively. Results : The results of the study showed that communication ability was 3.67(±0.46), empathy was 3.40(±0.35), clinical practice stress was 3.11(±0.59) and self-esteem was 3.09(±0.53) respectively. Clinical practice stress was positively correlated with empathy(r .15, = p .013), self-esteem(r -.22, == p .001) There was a significant negative correlation with com = munication ability(r -.20, = p .001). Empathy was positively correlated with self-esteem(r .14, == p .001) and < communication ability(r .25, = p .001). Self-esteem was positively correlated with communication ability(r .51, <= p .001). Multiple regression analysis showed that the regression fit F value was 33.22, which was statistically < significant(p .001), and the explanatory power of the model was 29.7%. Self-esteem was the greatest predictor < of communication ability. Conclusion : It is necessary to develop educational programs to reduce emotional stress and improve empathy and self-esteem in order to improve communication ability of nursing students.
입소시설 노인의 가족지지 자아존중감 및 자가간호역량 간의 관계

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify the correlations among family support, self-esteem and self-care agency of elderly in welfare facility and their relation to provide information for nursing intervention in order to improve health behavior of elderly in welfare facility. Methods : The participants for this study were 132 elders, over 65 at Region D and C. After explaining the purpose of the study, participants who signed the consent form were asked to complete family support, self-esteem and self-care agency measurement instrument questionnaire. Results : Average score were 2.55±0.46 for the family support, 2.64±0.25 for the self-esteem, 3.24±0.53 for the self-care agency. The relation of family support, self-esteem, self-care agency showed a significant positive correlation between family support and self-esteem(r .83, = p .001), between family support < and self-care agency(r .72, = p .001), between self-esteem and self-care agency(r .76, <= p .001). < Conclusion : The higher the family support and self-esteem of elderly people, the higher the self-care capacity of elderly people. Therefore, the elderly should increase their self-care capacity by introducing nursing strategies that can increase family support and self-esteem.
팀기반 시뮬레이션 학습이 간호대학생의 비판적 사고, 의사소통명확성, 임상수행능력과 자기효능감에 미치는 효과

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to understand the effects of team-based simulation training on critical thinking, clarity of communication, clinical performance ability, and self-efficacy of nursing students. Methods : This study was conducted from October 2016 to December 2016 for 74 students who take ‘Basic Nursing Practice’. In this study, statistical analysis was conducted with SPSS 21.0 for windows and as X2-test or independent t-test. Results : Experimental groups participating in team based simulation training will improve the critical thinking process compared to the control group(t=3.87, p<.001). The experimental group participating in the team-based simulation study will have better clinical performance than the control group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(t=7.29, p<.001). Conclusion : The results showed that the critical thinking process was improved in the experimental group, the critical thinking tendency was decreased in the control group, and the improvement in clinical performance was improved in both groups. However, the improvement of communication ability and self-efficacy was found to be improved in both experimental group and control group, but there was no difference between experimental group and control group after mediation.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of SBAR application simulation on critical thinking, clarity of communication, clinical performance ability and self-efficacy of nursing students. Methods : This study was conducted on 53 students who received basic nursing classes from October, 2016 to November, 2016, and the second survey was conducted for students who had practiced Adult Nursing in April, 2017 And 53 persons. In this study, spss win 23.0 general characteristics were used as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The homogeneity test for the general characteristics of experimental group and control group was tested by χ 2-test, t-test, Fisher’s exact test, The reliability of the instrument was assessed using the Cronbach’s αcoefficient. The reliability of the instrument was assessed using the Repeated Measure ANOVA. Results : The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant difference in the interaction between the time and the group(F 6.28, = p .015). There was no statistically significant difference between the groups in terms of the in = teraction between the time and the group(F 1.40, = p .242), and there was a significant difference between the = groups in terms of time and the degree of self-efficacy(F 15.63, = p .001). = Conclusion : The results showed that SBAR applied simulation learning has a positive impact on critical thinking and self-efficacy of nursing college students over time but could not verify its effect on communication clarity. This requires that continuing research on clarity of communication be made to nursing students. Training on SBAR should be continuous.
간호대학생의 의사소통능력과 문제해결능력이 자기주도적 학습능력에 미치는 영향

Purpose : This study was conducted in order to determine the relationship of communication, problem solving, self-directed learning of nursing college students. Methods : The participants was 107 students in D city. Data was collected from April 3, 2017 to April 21 using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using SPSS/WIN 22.0 using ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and Multiple linear regression analysis. Results : The level of communication was average of 3.40 point out, problem solving was average of 3.40 point out, self-directed learning was average of 3.23 point out. The factors affecting the performance of self-directed learning have been shown to be Choice motive. self-directed learning was positively correlated with problem solving ablility(r .66, = p .001), communication(r .74, <= p .001). communication was positively correlated with problem solving ablil < ity(r .73, = p .001). Multiple regression analysis showed that the regression fit F value was 1.88, which was < statistically significant(p .034), and the explanatory power of the model was 35%. Choice motive was the = greatest predictor of self-directed learning. Conclusion : It is expected to be utilized as an academic basic, data for the development that can improve the communication ability, problem solving ability, and self-directed learning ability of the nursing college students by analyzing the level of the target person.
