      • 간호대학생이 지각한 간호사의 이미지가 임상실습만족도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : This Study was designed to identify that nurse image affects on satisfaction with clinical practice between image of nursing and satisfaction with clinical practice of nursing students. Methods : The participants were convenient sample 346 nursing students who agreed to the study. The data was collected from March 11 to June 2, 2017. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire satisfaction with clinical practice, nurse image. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis by using SPSS WIN 22.0 program. Results : Satisfaction with clinical practice was 2.71±0.54, nurse image was 2.48±.72. There was a significant relationship between nurse image and satisfaction with clinical practice of nursing student. The young age and female and no experience by visiting hospital were significantly in their satisfaction with clinical practice. The stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that nurse image was significant factor affecting on satisfaction with clinical practice. Conclusion : Clinical practice is essential in nursing students. We need to consider various factors with satisfaction clinical practice and enhance positive nurse image of nursing student in order to improve their satisfaction with clinical practice.

      • 골관절염 재가 여성노인의 건강증진행위 예측모형

        Purpose : The Purpose of this study was designed to develope and test the structural model that explains health promotion behaviors of Women elderly at home with osteoarthritis. Methods : Data was collected between November 3, 2013 and November 18, 2013 using self-administered from Women elderly at home with osteoarthritis in the province of Y-city Jeonnam. Among the 251 questionnaires were included in the data analysis using SPSS WIN 19.0 and AMOS 18.0 program. Results : The results are most of the fitness indices of the hypothetical model were found to be adequate except the following indices x2 266.963(p .001), =< x2/df 2.20, GFI = .903, AGFI .859, NFI .904, PGFI .618, RMSEA .065. Of the 17 hypothetical paths, 11 paths were sup = = = = = ported in the modified model. Conclusion : The results of this study showed that Health Promotion Behaviors was significantly influenced by perceived benefit, perceived self-efficacy, family support, depression. The predictor variables of the hypothetical model explained 68.0% of variance in health promotion behavior.

      • 전문대학 간호대학생의 임상실습 경험의 의미

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to examine the clinical practice experience of third- and fourth-year nursing students in junior colleges in an effort to shed light on the nature of the meaning of their experiences to have a profound understanding of it. Methods : The subjects in this study were 20 selected juniors and seniors who majored in nursing science in 10 junior colleges across the nation. The students had experience of practice in adult health nursing, women’s health nursing, child health nursing and gerontological nursing. In-depth interviews were conducted to gather data on their experiences of practice from July 21 to August 6, 2017. The collected data were analyzed by Colaizzi’s method. Results : 36 meanings were constructed, and 13 themes and six theme clusters were extracted: “Ambivalence about field practice,” “confused identity,” “lack of hands-on nursing experience and diversity,” “unfriendly environments for practice,” “being on the way to becoming a nurse,” and “practical education of higher quality is desperately needed.” Conclusion : Given the findings of the study, how to step up the development of clinical practice in junior colleges should carefully be considered, and the development and application of programs on clinical practice process are required to improve the qualifications of nursing college students as future professional nurses.

Purpose : This study looks nursing college targeting Gangwon-Do, G College of Nursing College Students 4th grade satisfaction, employment stress, was conducted to determine the relationship between job insecurity. Methods : 162 nursing college students by a convenience sample method were studied. Data were collected from June 3, to September 1, 2014 and analysed using SAS 9.4 Program. Results : First, the male college student looks of satisfaction was higher than college female college students. Second, the greater the age, this higher self-esteem. Third, the higher the stress, the anxiety was lower academic career. Fourth, the higher the majors were lower appearance satisfaction Complex. The higher the stress was lower academic majors satisfaction. Conclusion : When developing programs to relive employments stress, consideration should be given to self-es-teem, age, major satisfaction.

      • 비전통적 학습자의 간호 전공선택동기가 전공만족도와 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : This study was conducted as a descriptive survey on non-traditional nursing students’ motives for major selection and to examine how the motives affect their major satisfaction and campus-life adaptation. Methods : Data were collected using a self-report questionnaire during the period from April 1 to 15, 2017, and the questionnaires from 137 nursing students were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 for Window Program. Results : The 108 subjects (78,8%) choosing nursing majors by intrinsic motives selected their majors in consideration of their aptitudes, interests, and talents. Based on their job prospect, recommendation or high school record as extrinsic motive, the 29 subjects (21.2%) selected nursing majors. There was a difference between the two groups in terms of pre-admission (x² 9.94, = p .007), age ( = x² 11.16, = p .004) and marital status ( = x² 4.20, = p .040). Although = the motive for major selections was not statistically significant to major satisfaction, the motive for the selection of the major was found to have a significant effect on their campus-life adaptation(p .022). The intrinsic mo = tive group showed 9.255 times more adaptation to campus-life and 4.418 times higher to academic adjustment than extrinsic motive group. Conclusion : Based on the results of this study, We suggest the development and application of customized individual counseling program and campus-life adaptation program which is based on motive for majors selection to help non-traditional nursing students adapt to university life after entering university.

      • 간호대학생의 임상수행능력, 임상실습만족도가 간호전문직 자아개념에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of clinical performance ability and clinical practice satisfaction on nursing professional self-concept of junior nursing students. Methods : Participants in this study were 162 junior nursing students and data were collected using structured questionnaires. The students had completed 2semesters of clinical practice. The data were analyzed using SAS 9.3 statistical program, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and Multiple Regression. Results : Clinical performance ability(β=.471, p<.001) and clinical practice satisfaction(β=.369, p<.001) showed significant positive correlation with nursing professional self-concept. And, clinical performance ability was the biggest prediction factor influencing nursing professional self-concept. Conclusion : In order to improve the nursing professional self-concept of nursing students, it is necessary to develop an intervention program and apply it to improve clinical performance ability.

      • 간호대학생의 자기인식 및 타인인식이 공감능력에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of self-awareness, other-awareness and empathy ability of nursing students. Methods : Participants in this study were 195 nursing students and data were collected using structured questionnaires. The data were collected from April 24 until 28, 2017. All data were analyzed using SPSS version 18.0 program, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and Multiple Regression. Results : The mean score of self-awareness, other-awareness and empathy ability of the participants were 3.43, 3.37 and 3.60. There were significant positive correlations between self-awareness and empathy ability(r .53, = p .005). and between other-awareness and empathy ability(r .25, <= p .005). showed < significant positive correlation with empathy ability. And, self-Awareness was the biggest prediction factor influencing empathy ability. Conclusion : This basic information may be used to structure intervention on empathy enhancement. These findings suggest that necessary to develop an intervention program and apply it to improve empathy.

      • 대학생활 관련 윤리적 민감성 : 일 대학을 중심으로

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to explore the levels of ethical sensitivity to college life in college students. Methods : The data was collected using questionnaires from a convenience sample of 625 college students. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, F-test, Scheffe post hoc analysis. Results : Mean score of ethical sensitivity was 3.92. There was a difference in some ethical sensitivity items according to gender, academic grade, religion, experience of ethics education, wanted jobs, and majors. Conclusion : This study suggests the necessity of improving ethical sensitivity in order to make ethical decisions after college graduation.

      • 플립러닝을 적용한 학습이 간호대학생의 의사소통능력, 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 효과

        Purpose : This is an experimental study with repeated measurements on a single group in order to understand the effects of adult nursing applying flipped learning on the communication competence and academic self-efficacy of nursing students. Methods : Data was collected from 55 students(2nd year) taking the adult nursing of H university in J city, from September to December 2017. The adult nursing applying flipped learning was performed for total 13 sessions(26 hours, two hours per session every week) except for the period of midterm and final exam. For data analysis, the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and paired t-test were used. Results : The communication competence showed the statistically significant increase after the flipped learning education. The academic self-efficacy was also increased after the flipped learning education, which was not statistically significant. Conclusion : Based on the results of this study, the flipped learning method could be effectively used for the improvement of communication competence and academic self-efficacy of nursing students.

      • 일개 간호대학 학생의 정치참여 영향요인 분석 : 정치관심도 정치효능감 및 매체 이용

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of political interest, political efficacy, and media usage on political participation of nursing students in a college of nursing. Methods : A total of 336 participants were surveyed in this study. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, and multiple regression using the SPSS 23.0 program. Results : The mean score on political efficacy was 32.19±5.62. Political participation showed a statistically significant positive correlation with political interest(r .55, = p .001), political efficacy(r .38, <= p .001) and media usage(r .22, <= p .020). The variables ex = plained the political participation by 30.0%. Conclusion : Political interest, political efficacy, and the use of media are positively correlated with the political participation of nursing students, so it is necessary to increase their participation through subjective perception change by implementing policies to actively utilize these factors
