항정신병약물 치료 후 인지기능 변화 차이 연구 : 장기 지속형 주사제와경구제 비교의 예비 연구

Objectives : This study investigated whether long-acting injectable (LAI) paliperidone is different from its oral form in terms of the effect on cognitive function in schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders. Methods : We reviewed the medical records of patients in Seoul National University Bundang Hospital who were diagnosed as having schizophrenia and/or other psychotic disorders based on DSM-5 from 2016 to 2017. Seven patients were treated with oral paliperidone and 11 were treated with paliperidone palmitate. All patients underwent clinical and neuropsychological assessment, including the Korean version of the MATRICS Consensus Cognitive Battery (MCCB) at their first visit or within one month of their initial treatment. MCCB was repeated within three to 12 months after the initial assessment. Results : There was no significant difference between the two groups in most cognitive domains including speed of processing, attention and vigilance, working memory, verbal learning, visual learning and reasoning and problem solving domain. However, patients treated with paliperidone palmitate showed better improvement in social cognition domain than those taking oral paliperidone. The standardized values of social cognition domain scores had significantly improved over time in patients under paliperidone palmitate, demonstrating a significant time-by-group interaction. Conclusion : Our results show that long-acting injectable paliperidone could be helpful in some aspects of improving cognitive function in schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders. Further studies with other antipsychotics are necessary to generalize the results.

This paper aims to provide an adequate theoretical interpretation of the South Korean government’s North Korea policy led by Kim Dae Jung with a particular focus on his attempts to promote inter-Korean trade under political hostility. It finds the so-called ‘Jŏngkyŏng Bulli’ initiative and permission of inter-Korean contact through multiple channels as key elements that facilitated uninterrupted growth of trade between the two Koreas while the military confrontation still prevailed. As a preliminary analytical framework to explain the substantial changes in inter-Korean relations during the Kim Dae Jung presidency, this paper proposes complex interdependence model as an ideal type of relationship. The model reflects a key pattern of changes in international relations, typified by transnational interaction and asymmetrical reciprocity, and these notions also create a backdrop that generated the Kim Dae Jung policy in establishing improved economic exchanges with the DPRK.
위상형 CGH(computer generated hologram)를 이용한 비구면 파면 및 Bessel beam 제작

We have designed and fabricated computer generated holograms(CGH) to generate ashepheric wavefront and Bessel beam. Designed CGH is recorded onto the photopolymer which is used as a volume hologram material mating CGHOE(computer generated holographic optical element). To investigate properties of fabricated CGHOE, intensities of Bessel beam are measured as a function of propagation(z-axis) and transverse (x-axis) distances.
Factors Influencing Siderophore Production by Plant Growth Promoting Rhizopseudomonas Strains

본 논문에서는 철 이외에 사이데로포 생성에 관여하는 요인을 연구하였다. 약산성(pH6)에서 세포의 양은 감소하는 반면에 세포당 사이데로포의 생성은 증가하였다. 사이데로포 생성의 적정온도는 7NSK2 균주가 $12^{\circ}C$이고 ANP15은 $19^{\circ}C$였다. 배지의 C : N 비율에 따른 사이데로포 생성력을 보면 C : N율이 낮은 배지에서는 사이데로포 생성과 세포생장은 감소됐다. 서로 다른 배지에서 사이데로포 생성을 조사한 바에 의하면 citrate를 탄소원으로 했을 경우 세포의 철 흡수능력이 증가했으며 사이데로포 생성도 감소되었다. 그러나 Glucose나 Succiuate에 비해서 citrate 배치의 세포량에는 별 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 이상의 결과로 보아 환경요인으로 작용할 수 있는 pH나 온도, 탄소원 등은 철분 외에도 사이데로포의 생성에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 확인하게 되었다. This study demonstrates the influence of environmental conditions, other than iron, on pyoverdin production by fluorescent Pseudomosonas. In slightly acidic pH conditions(pH 6), cell yield was reduced while the siderophore production per cell yield was increased. The optimum temperatures for the siderophore production and cell yield was $19^{\circ}C$ and $28^{\circ}C$ for 7NSK2 and $12^{\circ}C$ and $19^{\circ}C$ for ANP15. The carbon and nitrogen balance showed that at low C : N ratio of the growth medium (higher nitrogen concentration), both cell yield and siderophore production was reduced. Use of different carbon sources revealed that citrate as a carbon source facilitated iron uptake and resulted in a significant reduction in siderophore production. However, at the late exponential phase, the iron content in the cell biomass was not significantly different from those grown in glucose or succinate. From these results it can be suggested that the environmental factors other than iron may also influence siderophore production by fluorescent pseudomonas.
전기적 스위칭이 가능한 고분자 분산형 액정 제작 및 동적 홀로그램 기록 특성

전기적으로 굴절율 변조값을 조절할 수 있는 부피형 홀로그램 매질(HPDLC)을 제작하였다. HPDLC는 4가 acrylate monomer를 기초로 한 전폴리머(prepolymer)와 액정 혼합물 E7 등으로 구성되어져 있다. 제작된 매질의 광학적 특성을 조사하기 위해 액정 농도, 전기장의 세기에 따른 회전효율을 측정하고, 홀로그래피 방법으로 상을 기록한 후 재생된 상을 전기적으로 조절할 수 있음을 보였다. We report on the results of holographic transmission grating that can be controlled by the applied AC electric field. We have fabricated a polymer-dispersed liquid crystal material that composed of multifunctional acrylate monomer blended with the liquid crystal mixture E7. To investigate an electro-optic properties of fabricated HPDLC, diffraction efficienties (DE) are measured as a fuction of applied electric field and density of liquid crystal. Maximum DE of about 70% is obtained about 30 wt% of LC concentration at a zero field. We have also shown that optical image was recorded in the tllm, and then the reconstructive image was switchable with the applied electric fields. ields.
