        포도껍질 추출물을 이용한 모발의 염색 특성

        The purpose of this study is to examine the possibility of anthocyanin pigments of Grape skin. In order to achieve this purpose, anthocyanin concentration was analyzed by measuring absorbency from anthocyanin 540 nm of Grape skin and color changes were observed according to changes in temperature and pH through color measurement. hair dyeing of anthocyanin pigments was found to very good at 40℃ for 20 min. Unmordanted Hair dyeing was increased in dye intake (K/S) with increased dyeing temperature and hair color was changed from dark red to bright red. anthocyanin pigments were specially sensitive to pH and dye intake was decreased with increased pH. Higher acidity generally led to a stronger reddish tint, while higher alkalinity led to a decrease in red coloration and a stronger yellow tint. For hair dyeing, mordanting methods(pre-mordanting, simultaneous mordanting, or post-mordanting) should be selected in consideration of the characteristics of mordants (dye intake, lightless, chroma and color). Based only dye intake(K/S), while simultaneous mordanting was effective for FeSO4, MnSO4, AlK(SO4)2, CaCO3, Na2CO3, pre-mordanting was effective for MgSO4, CH3COOH, post-mordanting was effective for CuSO4, Co(NO3)2. The rate of colorfastness was decreased with repeating shampoo washing. From these results, we can confirm that the extracts from Grape skin may be useful in the materials of hair coloring dye.

        소성 처리된 굴 패각을 활용한 PLA/PBAT 복합필름의 항균 포장재 적용 연구

        In this study, poly(lactic acid) (PLA) and Poly(butylene-adipate-co-terephthalate) (PBAT) composite films containing calcined oyster shell powder (OSP) were evaluated for the applicability of antimicrobial packaging. PLA/ PBAT-OSP composite films were prepared using twin-screw extruder. The OSP composite was incorporated into PLA/ PBAT blend with different ratios (0, 1, 3, 5 and 10%) and the effect of OSP in the PLA/PBAT matrix was evaluated. The PLA/PBAT-OSP composite films were evaluated for properties using FT-IR, SEM, TGA, DSC, UTM, UV-vis, and Contact angle, as well as antimicrobial property was examined according to ISO 22196 – Antimicrobial Plastic Test. As OSP was added, it showed high antimicrobial activities for both Gram-positive (Staphylococcus aureus) and Gram-neg- ative (Escherichia coli) bacteria. On the other hand, it was found that mechanical properties decreased as OSP was added. For the application of PLA/PBAT-OSP composite films as an antimicrobial packaging material, it is necessary to improve the dispersibility of OSP in the PLA/PBAT composite films and their physical properties at the same time.

        지형을 고려한 해안습지 분류

        이 논문에서는 해안습지의 분류체계로 습지의 염분농도를 기준으로 해안담수습지, 해안염수습지 및 해안기수습지의 세 가지를 제안하고 이를 다시 세분하여 4단계로 구분하였다. 해안담수습지는 연안역 관리범위에 드는 수변습지와 해안사구 습지로 다시 세분하였다. 해안염수습지는 조하대, 해빈, 조간대(간석지)및 조상대의 염습지로 크게 구분하였다. 해안기수습지는 석호와 하구역 및 삼각주로 제안하였다. 이들은 다시 염분농도와 조차를 기준으로 세분하였다. 삼각주는 조수나 파랑에 비해 육상에서 운반되어 오는 하천퇴적물의 양이 더 중요한 인자로 작용하여 에스츄어리로부터 구분하였다. The purpose of this research is to propose a practical classification system for the Korean coastal wetlands. Coastal freshwater wetland, brackish water wetlands and salt water wetland belong to the first rank depending on salinity level within the classification system. Coastal riparian wetlands and dune wetlands belong to the freshwater wetland group. Coastal saline water wetlands include subtidal zone, beach, tidal flat, and supratidal salt marshes. Lastly, coastal brackish water wetlands group includes lagoon, estuary and delta. Delta can be classified into different group form estuary due to its characteristic geomorphology and riverine origin of its sediments.

      • 연안생태축 관리를 위한 생태계 건강성 평가시스템 개발 : 한려해상국립공원 남 해대교지구를 사례로

        해양생태축의 하나인 국립공원 연안해역을 대상으로 생태계 건강성평가 시스템을 개발하여 적용하고자 했다. 대상지의 생태적 기능을 부양하거나 생태적 기능에 압력으로 작용할 수 있는 지표를 선정하기 위해 무기환경, 생물환경, 인문·사회환경 3개 분야에서 9개 항목에 19개 지표를 선정하였다. 남해대교 전체의 생태계건강성 평가등급은 3등급으로 완충연안에 속했다. 8개 갯벌 중에서 생태계건강성이 가장 높은 곳은 2등급인 관음포 1개소였고, 월차 갯벌을 비롯한 6개소는 3등급으로 나타났으며, 갈화 갯벌은 집중관리연안에 해당하는 4등급으로 가장 등급이 낮았다. 이 평가에 활용된 지표들은 간단한 현장조사와 자료 조사만으로도 평가가 가능하기 때문에 자료가 부족한 현장에서 적용하기 쉽다는 장점이 있지만, 서식지의 특성이 뚜렷하게 다른 지역에는 적용하기 어려운 문제점이 있다. This study was conducted to develop a ecosystem health assessment system for coastal ecological axis management on Korea National Parks. And the developed assessment system was applied to Hallyeohaesang N.P. Value Indices were selected the 19 with physical, biological and humanites and social environment. Among the 8 sites, 2nd grade was appeared at 1 site (Gwaneumpo), 4th grade at 1 site (Galwha) and 3rd grade at the other 6 sites. The purpose of ecosystem health assessment in national parks is to develop scientific information on the current status and long term trends in the composition, structure and function of park ecosystems, and to determine how well current management practices are sustaining those ecosystems. The results of this study will reflect in the park conservation and polices.

        생태관광자원 디지털 스토리텔링을 적용한 모바일 어플리케이션 개발

        In line with fast settling trend of individual-centered ecotourism, application has been developed using the digital storytelling technique for tourists, already adapted to the mobile environment, to use mobile devices on the spot to learn about the area’s natural ecology, culture, and history information. Adobe’s mobile AIR, which can be simultaneously applied to various platforms, was used for application development. User interface was implemented for ease-of-use and sense of closeness for youth enabling usage by all age groups and interactive factors including 3D implementation were added to trigger interest from the user’s perspective. Finally, case studies were carried out and proposed for Dokdo Island, Upo wetland, and Jirisan Mountain. If problems arising from test operation are resolved in the future, we expect that this technology can become the digital storytelling technology standard based on mobile platform. 개인 중심의 생태관광이 빠르게 자리를 잡아가고 있는 추세에 맞춰, 모바일 환경에 적응된 관광객들이 현지에서 모바일 기기를 통해 그 지역의 자연생태, 문화, 역사 정보를 접할 수 있도록 디지털스토리텔링 기법을 이용하여 어플리케이션을 개발하였다. 어플리케이션 개발에는 다양한 플랫폼을 동시에 적용할 수 있는 어도비 사의 모바일 에어(mobile AIR)를 사용하였다. 유저인터페이스는 모든 연령대의 이용이 가능하도록 저연령층을 대상으로 친근감있고 사용하기 편리하도록 구성하였고, 사용자의 측면에서 흥미를 유발할 수 있는 3D 구현을 포함한 인터랙션적 요소를 가미하였다. 마지막으로 독도, 우포늪, 지리산을 대상으로 사례를 작성하여 제시하였다. 향후 시범 운영을 통해 드러난 문제점을 보완한다면, 생태관광분야에 있어서 모바일 기반의 디지털 스토리텔링 기술 표준을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

      • Fluorine Group 의 첨가에 따른 폴리이미드 박막의 Morphology 와 Water Sorption 거동

        Gravimetric technique was used to understand and classify the effect of fluorine group on water diffusion characteristics and morphology of polyimide thin films, two different families of copolyimides; flexible, BTDA-ODA and rigid, PMDA-PDA. The sorption kinetics of water in these films was well fitted to Fickian diffusion. In BTDA/6FDA-ODA polyimide thin films, the diffusion coefficient and total water uptakes were varied with increase of the mole fraction in fluorine group from 14.8x10^(-10)㎠/sec to 16.9x10^(-10)㎠/sec, 2.78 wt. % to 1.70 wt. %, respectively. And in PMDA/6FDA-ODA polyimide thin film, the diffusion coefficients and total water uptakes varied with increase of mole fraction in fluorine group from 7.3x10^(-10)㎠/sec to 12.8x10^(-10)㎠/sec, 4.33 wt. % to 3.18 wt. %, respectively. The effect of fluorine group on sorption kinetics is larger in rigid structure, PMDA-PDA than that does in flexible structure. BTDA-ODA polyimide morphology is not very affected by incorporation of fluorine group. But, rigid PMDA-PDA polyimide morphology was affected by the fluorine group, which increases the flexibility of polyimide structure. The diffusion coefficient and sorption kinetics were affected by the chemical structure of polyimide thin film.
