교사의 문화신념과 교사효능감 군집에 따른 심리적소진의 차이

The purposes of this study are to examine if it would be possible to categorize teachers in clusters according to teacher’s cultural beliefs and efficacy and investigate any differences in teacher’s psychological burnout according to clusters. For this, the investigator carried out cluster analysis and multi-variate analysis of 439 teachers in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Honam, Chung-cheong, and Gyeongsang province. The results were as follows. First, there were four clusters according to teacher’s cultural beliefs and efficacy. Cluster 1 was named ‘Group of high cultural beliefs and low efficacy’; Cluster 2 was named ‘Group of low cultural beliefs and low efficacy’; Cluster 3 was named ‘Group of low cultural beliefs and high efficacy’; and Cluster 4 was named ‘Group of high cultural beliefs and high efficacy’. Second, significant differences were found in teacher’s psychological burnout according to the clusters. Teacher’s psychological burnout was the lowest in the ‘Group of high cultural beliefs and high efficacy’ and followed by ‘Group of low cultural beliefs and high efficacy’, ‘Group of high cultural beliefs and low efficacy’ and ‘Group of low cultural beliefs and low efficacy’. Third, there were significant differences among the clusters in gender, career, age and educational experiences with multicultural students. Finally, the study discussed its implications, limitations, and proposals for follow-up studies. 본 연구의 목적은 교사의 문화신념과 교사효능감에 따른 군집이 형성되는지를 탐색하고, 이러한 군집에 따른 교사의 심리적소진의 차이를 밝히는 것이다. 이를 위해, 서울, 경기, 호남, 충청, 경상 지역 남・여 교사 439명을 대상으로 군집분석 및 다변량분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사의 문화신념과 교사효능감의 하위요인에 따라 네 가지 군집의 유형이 나타났다. 군집 1은 ‘높은 문화신념 및 낮은 효능감 집단’; 군집 2는 ‘낮은 문화신념 및 낮은 효능감 집단’; 군집 3은 ‘낮은 문화신념 및 높은 효능감 집단’; 군집 4는 ‘높은 문화신념 및 높은 효능감 집단’이었다. 둘째, 4개 군집에 따른 교사의 심리적소진에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 교사의 심리적소진은 ‘높은 문화신념 및 높은 효능감 집단’에서 가장 낮게 나타났으며, ‘낮은 문화신념 및 높은 효능감 집단’, ‘높은 문화신념 및 낮은 효능감 집단’, ‘낮은 문화신념 및 낮은 효능감 집단’순이었다. 셋째, 교사의 성별과 교직경력, 연령 및 다문화 학생 지도 경험 여부에 따라 군집의 특성에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 의의와 한계 및 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the change process and type of how middle and high school students’ academic engagement changes over time and to explore factors that affect these changes. For this, data for a total of 4 years from the 1st year (1st year of middle school) to the 4th year (1st year of high school) of the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS, 2018) of first-year middle school students (total of 2,147 students: 1,150 male students, 997 female students) were used. A growth mixture model was used to explore the developmental and latent groups of academic engagement, and polynomial logistic regression analysis was used to explore the factors influencing academic engagement. The results of the study confirmed that three latent groups exist in terms of developmental changes in academic engagement. The three groups were divided into ‘high stable group(4.1%)’, ‘medium stable group(91.4%)’, and ‘low stable group(4.3%)’ in terms of academic engagement. Self-esteem, teacher relationship, parents’ positive parenting attitude, and subjective evaluation of achievement were identified as influential factors for each latent group. Over time, academic engagement gradually decreased slightly, the latent group type appeared to be maintained, and the influencing factors predicting this were also found to be different. Based on these research results, the educational implications and limitations of this study were discussed, and guidance for follow-up study was presented. Educational Impact and Implications : This study has empirical significance as it analyzed the development trajectory of middle and high school students’ academic engagement through a growth mixture model to explore potential groups, the heterogeneity of the groups, and their implications. In addition, it identified individual, school, parent, and academic factors that affect academic engagement, and through this, provided objective research data on the academic engagement of middle and high school students, for whom the importance of academics is gradually increasing.
현장친화적 관광영어교육과정의 직무필요과목 선정을 위한 재학생, 졸업생, 인사전문가의 요구 분석

The construction of a curriculum for the development of talented people with field-friendly competitiveness necessary for industrial sites is an essential part of achieving the educational goals of colleges. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop an educational curriculum for two-year tourism business English majors In addition, this study aimed to analyze and compare the needs of educational beneficiaries in the major fields such as students, graduates, and human resources mangers, and those in industry to perform basic skills required for employment and post-employment. First, what skills are most needed when English tourist business students want to enter the tourism industry after graduation? Second, what skills do graduates find most necessary in the tourism industry? Third, what are the most important criteria for hiring new recruits in the industry? A total of ninety-one students, thirty-nine graduates, and forty-two personnel specialists from related companies were surveyed. The results were compared and analyzed using the average score, percentage, and weight values after data coding. The analysis revealed that students, graduates, and members of the three groups of human resource professionals in the industry recognized common communication skills and interpersonal skills as the main job-based skills. The results of this study are expected to provide key criteria for the development of curriculum development and guidance for employment for colleges, the preparation for employment for students with those particular majors, and for the employment of new hires. 산업현장에서 필요한 현장 친화적 경쟁력을 갖춘 인재양성을 위한 교육과정의 구성은 전문대학의교육목표를 달성하는데 있어서 필수적인 부분이다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 2년제 관광비즈니스 영어전공의 교육과정 개발을 위하여, 나아가 그들의 취업, 취업 이후, 취업 시 필요한 기초능력의 수행을위하여 재학생, 졸업생, 인사담당관리자 등 해당 전공영역의 교육수혜자와 산업계 관계자들을 대상으로 요구를 분석, 비교해보고자 하였다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 위해 다음 세 가지의 연구문제를 설정하였다. 첫째, 관광비즈니스 영어전공 학생들이 졸업 후 관광산업현장에 신입사원으로 입사하고자 할때, 가장 필요한 어떠한 능력인가? 둘째, 취업 후 졸업생들은 어떠한 능력이 관광산업현장에서 가장필요한 능력이라고 여기는가? 셋째, 산업체 인사담당자들이 신입사원 채용 시 가장 중요한 채용 판단기준은 무엇인가? 재학생 91명, 졸업생 39명, 관련업체의 인사전문가 42명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 응답결과는 데이터 코딩 과정을 거친 후, 평균점수, 백분율, 가중치값을 활용하여 비교, 분석하였다. 분석결과, 재학생, 졸업생, 산업체 인사전문가 세집단의 구성원들이 인지하고 있는 주요 직업기초능력으로서 공통적으로 의사소통능력과 대인관계능력으로 여기고 있다는 것이 드러났다. 이와같은 연구의 결과는 향후 대학에게는 교육과정 개발 시와 취업 지도 시, 해당 전공 학생들에게는 취업 준비 시, 산업체는 신입사용 고용 시 필요한 주요 판단기준을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 본다.
군(軍) 집단상담 프로그램 연구 동향 분석 : 2005~2020년 국내 학위논문 및 학술지를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to investigate the tendency of military group counseling program research and provide the data that improve the quality of future program development and research. A total of 76 research subjects for the ‘military group counseling program’ from January 1, 2005 to May 31, 2021 were selected and analyzed by constructing a framework for theoretical analysis based on previous studies. As a result, ‘Between 2015 and 2019’, the largest number of studies were conducted, and the largest number of studies were composed of ‘the Army group and soldiers’. As for the group design, the ‘experimental·control’ group design was the largest with 56 cases. The most number of group members was‘10 to 15 members’, ‘6-10 sessions’ for group sessions, and ‘once a week’ for group sessions, ‘120 minutes to less than 150 minutes’ per session. Also, the most salient program was based on ‘counseling theory and technique’ in the program category. Among the types of dependent variables, the most prominent were related to ‘psychological·emotional’. Based on these results, discussed the meanings and limitations of this study, and suggested the guidelines for follow-up studies.
중학생 L2 학습자의 문장 암기 유형에 따른 영어능력 향상 연구—교과서 본문 암기를 중심으로

This study aimed to investigate the impact of various sentence memorization methods on the improvement of English proficiency in second language (L2) learners. 24 students participated in the study, and over the course of 4 weeks, scores for comparative analysis were obtained using various methods such as silent reading, sentence writing, memorization through personal speech, and recording and listening to one’s own voice. Different content was used for each topic, and the 24 students alternated between memorization methods each week, experimenting with all the techniques provided. Memorization through personal speaking was found to be the most effective method. Next, writing sentences, listening to recordings of one’s own voice, and silent reading were ranked in order of effectiveness. Interestingly, the reason why the score for the self-speech method was lower despite using the same voice proves that the higher the frequency of the voice, the more helpful it is in memorization. Conversely, the low-frequency nature of recorded speech resulted in reduced learning effectiveness due to reliance on auditory filtering. This study highlights the importance of choosing an appropriate memorization method for learners who want better results in foreign language learning.
병사의 군 생활 스트레스와 군 생활 적응의 관계에서 내재적 입대동기와 탄력성의 다중매개효과

본 연구는 병사의 군 생활 스트레스와 군 생활 적응의 관계에서 내재적 입대동기와 탄력성의 다중매개효과를 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 병사 339명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며,SPSS 23.0와 AMOS 21.0을 활용하여 변인 간 구조적 관계 및 매개효과를 분석하였다. 이에 따른연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 군 생활 적응, 내재적 입대동기, 탄력성은 상호 간 유의한정적 상관을, 세 변인 모두 군 생활 스트레스와는 유의한 부적 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 확인적 요인분석을 통해 측정모형의 타당성을 확보하였으며 구조방정식 검증을 통해 연구모형의 적합성을 확인하였다. 셋째, 병사의 군 생활 스트레스는 군 생활 적응에 부적 영향을 미쳤으며, 내재적 입대동기와탄력성 모두 이를 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 매개변인의 상대적 크기를 비교하기 위해팬텀변수를 활용하여 분석한 결과, 탄력성의 매개효과가 상대적으로 더 크게 나타났다. 이와 같은결과에 따른 논의 및 한계점과 함께 후속 연구를 위한 안내를 제시하였다.
