        본 논문은 컴포넌트 S/W의 저장, 관리, 유통 활성화를 위하여 컴포넌트 명세서를 규격화하고 규격화된 컴포넌트 명세서를 표준 메타언어인 XML 기반으로 모델링하는 것이다. 클래스 라이브러리의 한계점들을 극복하고 소프트웨어 재사용성을 향상시키기 위한 단위로 만들어진 컴포넌트 단위의 재사용 기법의 XML 기반의 컴포넌트 명세서로 인해 더욱 활성화 될 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 컴포넌트 메타데이터 및 리소스 정보, 외부 인터페이스들의 논리적 구조 및 시맨틱 표현 기법을 연구하고 컴포넌트 명세서 표현을 위한 메타데이터 모델을 근거로 컴포넌트 명세서를 효과적으로 생성할 수 있는 GUI 기반 명세서 기반 도구를 설계한다.

        비결정질 코발트 인산염 합성 및 NaBH<sub>4</sub> 가수분해를 통한 수소발생 촉매 활성 연구

        본 연구에서는 실온에서 간단히 염기의 양을 조절함으로서 세 가지 종류의 서로 다른 형태의 비결정질의 cobalt phosphate를 합성하였다. 합성된 샘플의 결정성과 형태를 X-Ray Diffraction (XRD)과, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM)를 통하여 확인하였으며, sodium borohydride의 수소발생 불균일 촉매로서 적용하였다. 촉매들 중에서 실온에서 합성한 비결정질의 cobalt phosphate 중에서 염기의 양이 가장 적은 10 nm 이하의 얇은 판상 형태의 촉매가 표면적이 넓어 가장 좋은 수소 발생 촉매활성을 보였다. Amorphous cobalt phosphates were synthesized with their distinct morphology by controlling the amount of base in the synthetic condition. The crystallinity and morphology of cobalt phosphates were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The prepared cobalt phosphates were applied as a heterogeneous catalyst for generating hydrogen gas from the hydrolysis reaction of sodium borohydride. We found that the catalyst prepared using the least amount of base condition at room temperature showed a plate shape with less than 10 nm thickness, which resulted in the best catalytic activity among all catalysts due to the large surface area.

        공유메모리 다중프로세서 시스템에서 자원을 공유하기 위한 시분할, 공간분할 그리고 gang 스케줄링과 같은 기존의 기법들은 시스템의 활용도를 개선하기 위하여 각 프로세서들의 병렬성에 대한 성능은 희생되었다. 본 논문에서는 LLPC라는 프로세서 할당 기법을 제안하였다. 이 기법은 시스템과 과부하 없이 각 application의 병렬성을 극대화함으로서 기존의 시분할과 gang 스케줄링을 개선할 수 있었다.

      • 웹콘텐츠마이닝을 통한 위치 기반 모바일 검색 및 예약 시스템

        기존의 모바일 콘텐츠 서비스는 방대한 웹콘텐츠를 활용할 수 있는 모바일 콘텐츠 서비스로 변환하는 기술 개발이 미흡하다. 아울러 모바일 콘텐츠 서비스가 콘텐츠와 Location based Context 서비스를 연동하지 못하는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웹콘텐츠 마이닝과 Location based Context 서비스를 연동하여 원스톱으로 개인화된 서비스를 제공하는 모바일 검색 및 예약 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 웹콘텐츠 마이닝은 웹문서에서 정형 및 비정형 부분을 구분하고 이들을 가공하여 XML 문서로 변환한다. Location based Context 서비스는 사용자 위치정보, 사용자 관심정보, 사용자 로그 등을 포함하는 사용자의 상황정보를 이용한다. Conventional mobile contents services don't use the techniques which can convert mobile contents from web contents. Moreover, mobile contents services don't integrate contents services and location based context services.Thus, this paper presents the mobile retrieval and reservation system which provides the one-stop personalized service by integrating web contents mining and location based context service. Web contents mining distinguishes the structured part and the unstructured part from Web documents and convert them into XML documents. Location based context service uses the user context information such as user location information, user profile, and user log.

        Glufosinate 중독 환자의 신경학적 예후 인자로서 APACHE II Score의 유용성

        Purpose: The incidence of glufosinate poisoning is gradually increasing, and it can be fatal if severe poisoning occurs. However, factors useful for predicting the post-discharge neurological prognosis of patients who have ingested glufosinate have yet to be identified. Our objective was to evaluate the utility of the acute physiology and chronic health evaluation (APACHE) II score measured in the emergency department for predicting the neurological prognosis. Methods: From April 2012 to August 2014, we conducted a retrospective study of patients who had ingested glufosinate. The outcome of the patients at discharge was defined by the Cerebral Performance Category Score (CPC). The patients were divided into a good prognosis group (CPC 1, 2) and a poor prognosis group (CPC 3, 4, 5), after which the APACHE II scores were compared. The Hosmer-Lemeshow test and the area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve from patients determined calibration and discrimination. Results: A total of 76 patients were enrolled (good prognosis group: 67 vs poor prognosis group: 9). The cut-off value for the APACHE II score was 12 and the area under the curve value was 0.891. The Hosmer and Lemeshow C statistic χ2 was 7.414 (p=0.387), indicating good calibration for APACHE II. Conclusion: The APACHE II score is useful at predicting the neurological prognosis of patients who have ingested glufosinate.

        이하 두정 X-선 계측사진을 이용한 골격형 안면 비대칭분석

        This study was performed to investigate the midline having the least difference between the right and left structure among the lines that had been used in the submentovertex analysis and secondarily to know the distribution of asymmetry and it's degree existed normal persons and asymmetric patients. The subjects consisted of 40 normal adult patients and 40 asymmetric adult patients. The computerized anaylses from submentovertex cepholometric radiograph were carried out. The results were as follows ; 1. The right and left difference of the perpendicular bisecting line between right and left foramen spinosum was larger than the other midlines in the anterior area and it was area where there was foramen spinosum. 2. The right and left difference of the perpendicular line through crista gali to the line between right and left foramen spinosum was smaller than the other midlines in the anterior area and it was increased gradually as in progressed posteriorly. 3. The right and left difference of the line between crista gali and anterior process of atlas was constant and smaller than the other midlines. 4. Asymmetry was a common finding in both normal and asymmetry group and left or right dominance of asymmetry was not statistically singnificant. 5. When the analyses were undertaken after submentovertex radiogram was divided into cranial base, upper face lower face, the more inferior part showed relative asymmetry than the more superior part.

        복막 투석 환자에서 복막염 시 한외여과에 미치는 인자에 대한 분석

        Ultrafiltration failure is frequently observed during peritonitis in PD patients but the mechanism of UF failure is uncertain. To determine how important the aquaporin mediated water transport on ultrafiltration failure at the time of peritonitis is, we designed this study. PETs(peritoneal equilibration tests) were performed during peritonitis in 14 CAPD patients and dialysate-to-plasma ratios of sodium at 60 minutes with 3.86% glucose dialysate(D1/Pl Na) were measured. We compared the results of D4/P4 Cr, D4/DO glucose and UF volumes at the time of stable peritoneal function with the values of at the time of recovery from peritonitis. During the peritonitis, the value of D4/P4 Cr and Dl/Pl Na were significantly higher than before (mean 0.867 vs 0.65, p$lt;0.001 and 0.897 vs 0.849, p= 0.002) but D4/DO glucose and ultrafiltration were significantly lower during peritonitis(mean 0.284 vs 0.381, p=0.008 and 150cc vs 310cc, p$lt;0.001). After recovery from the peritonitis, the values of D4/P4 Cr were close to those of preperitonitis values(mean 0.740 vs 0.641, p=0.073). According to the linear regression analysis, UF volume change during peritonitis was significantly correlated with a change of Dl/Pl Na(coefficients=-0.630, p$lt;0.05), but was not correlated with changes of D4/P4 Cr or D4/DO glucose. The levels of cytokines were significantly higher during peritonitis than preperitonitis period(TNF: mean 467 vs 10.34, p$lt;0.05, IL-6: 236.8 vs 61.6, p$lt;0.001, N=10). In conclusion, ultrafiltration failure during peritonitis seems to be associated with the impaired aqua-porin-mediated water transport mechanism rather than loss of osmotic gradients due to increased solute transport and glucose absorption.         지속성 외래 복막투석 환자에서 Vancomycin 복강 내 투여 후 발생한 화학성 복막염

        Background: Intraperitoneal(IP) vancomycin has been widely used for the treatment of peritonitis or exit-site infection associated with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD). However, some previous reports in the literature have suggested that IP administration of certain vancomycin may be associated with chemical peritonitis in CAPD patients. Methods: Between 1 February 1994 and 1 February 1997, 35 consecutive CAPD patients requiring treatment with intraperitoneal vancomycin for either exit-site infection or peritonitis in the Yeungnam University Hospital were recruited retrospectively into the study. We compared retrospectively the incidence of chemical peritonitis after using two different preparations of vancomycin from different pharmaceutical companies, namely vancocin CP^ⓡ and vancomycin^ⓡ. Results: Thirty-three cases(all 26 cases given vancocin CP^ⓡ and 7 out of the 9 cases given vancomycin^ⓡ) showed improvement. None of them developed fever, abdominal pain or cloudy dialysate. Out of the 9 cases given IP vancomycin^ⓡ, two who currently did not have abdominal pain and cloudy dialysis effluent develolped these symptom and sign at 5 and 6 hours after administration of IP vancomycin. The chemical peritonitis may be secondary to prolonged contact of the peritoneal membrane with one or more of the impurities present in vancomycin preparation. Conclusion: In summary, it is necessary for the nephrologists to be aware of the possible chemical peritonitis which can be caused by the impurities of certain brand of vancomycin.
