        자금정의 아토피피부염 치료 효과에 대한 환자군 연구

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the clinical data of atopic dermatitis patients and to report the therapeutic effect of Jageum-Jung. Methods We conducted a retrospective study on the effects of treatment on atopic dermatitis patients who took Jageum-Jung from August 1, 2017 to December 20, 2017. The patients visited three times during the treatment period. The SCORAD Index score was measured and analyzed. Results Atopic dermatitis patients were 2 adults and 5 children. Both 2 adults were male (100%). Among the children, 1 child was a male (20%) and 4 children were females (80%). For adults, average age was 29.5 years, average weight was 72.75 kg, average height was 1.76 m and average BMI was $23.49kg/m^2$. For children, average age was 6.2 years, average weight was 23.92 kg, average height was 1.2 m and average BMI was $16.08kg/m^2$. The atopic dermatitis patients' average SCORAD Index score was 18.04 at first visit, 11.46 at second visit, and 7.64 at third visit. The scores lowered significantly after every visit. Conclusions The SCORAD Index in atopic dermatitis patients who took Jageum-Jung significantly decreased and it is expected that Jageum-Jung will be clinically effective in the treatment of atopic dermatitis.

      • 초·중등교육에서의 학습객체 개념 활용 가능성 고찰

        현재 많은 기업 및 사이버대학에서는 표준화된 컨텐츠의 개발에 많은 시간과 자본을 투자하고 있다. 특히 SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Model)표준을 적용한 콘텐츠개발은 물론, 표준에 맞는 LCMS(Learning Content Management System)의 도입을 적극 추진하고 있다. 그러나, 성인학습 대상의 e-Learning 분야에서의 기대와 관심과는 다르게 초·중등교육 부문에서의 SCORM의 활용에 대한 견해는 대체로 부정적이며, 그 실효성에 의문이 제기되고 있기도 하다. 이에 SCORM의 핵심적인 개념인 학습객체 개념에 대해 조사하고 이러한 학습객체 개념이 초·중등 교육에 활용될 수 있는지에 대한 한계점과 가능성을 살펴봄으로써 SCORM에서의 학습객체가 갖는 교육학적 시사점을 모색해 보았다. Currently many companies and cyber-universities are investing large amount of time and efforts to develop a standard for Web-based learning contents. Among various standards proposed, SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Model) has been especially interested regarding web contents and LCMS(Learning Content Management System), In contrast with corporate and adult education, many seem to be skeptical that SCORM could be applied to K-12 education. In the study, opportunities and limitations of the concept for the learning object in 'SCORM' are examined through analyzing relevant studies and cases. In addition, this study examines the learning object in the pedagogical Perspective, and derives suggestions for applying them to K-12 education.

        수업 정보화를 위한 NoteBook 네트워크 교실의 구축과 활용에 관한 연구

        이 연구는 교육공학이 교육실제를 변화시키기 위해서는 현재 교육현장에서 제기되는 문제점을 도출하고, 그 문제가 처한 맥락을 고려하여 해결책을 도출하여야 한다는 가정을 바탕으로 우리나라 교육에서 교실 정보화와 관련하여 당면한 문제에 대한 한 가지 해결책을 모색하고 실제 적용을 통한 현실성을 확인하기 위한 것이다. 이 연구에서는 우리나라 수업정보화의 문제를 '40-50여명의 학생들이 컴퓨터를 추가로 설치할 공간도 없는 일반 교실에서 원하는 시간에 컴퓨터를 활용하려면 어떻게 해야하는가'로 규정하였다. 이에 대한 해결책으로 다른 나라에서 시도되고 있는 개별 학생에 대한 노트북 제공 방안을 수정하여 6-8대로 구성된 노트북 네트워크를 제안하였다. 이 방안을 바탕으로 2회의 현장 시범 연구가 실시되었으며, 그 결과 이 방안이 우리나라 교육현장에 적용 가능한 해결책으로 확인되었다. 그러나, 이 연구결과는 단기간에 이루어진 결과를 바탕으로 내려진 것이기 때문에 향후 노트북 네트워크의 활용에 관한 장기간의 연구를 통해 보충되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of the study was to examine feasibility of notebook-networked classroom in context of the Korean educational environment. In order to accomplish the purpose, a current problem was derived, which educational practitioners were being faced with now regarding the use of information and communication technology in education. It was assumed that in order to contribute toward the enhancement of educational practice, educational technologists should provide an answer for the problems being issued now in the current educational field. Thus, the study identified a problem korean educational technologists should tackle with : How could we build a classroom in order that 40-50 students could use communicational technologies whenever they need in spite of their current limited classroom where there's no room for desktop computers? Considering contextual factors seemed to influence on the problem a 'notebook-networked classroom' was proposed. It was composed of 6-8 networked notebooks so as to provide students with an access to each other computer and web documents on Internet. In order to examine the feasibility of the classroom in the real educational setting, two field tests were executed. Based on the results, the notebook-networked classroom was found to be feasible for the use of communicational technology in common classrooms without any modification. However, it was recommended that further studies should be conducted in order to be sure of the feasibility of the notebook-networked classroom.

        방사선의 선량변화가 수종의 정상세포와 종양세포주의 세포활성도와 apoptosis 유발에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : The study was aimed to detect the differences in the cell viability and the apoptosis induction after irradiation on normal and tumorigenic cells. Materials and Methods : The study. that was generated for two human normal cells(RHEK, HGF-l) and two human tumor cells(KB. HT-1080). was tested using MTT assay at 1 day and 3 day after irradiation and TUNEL assay under confocal laser scanning microscope at 1 day after irradiation. Single irradiation of 0.5. 1, 2. 4. and 8Gy were applied to the cells. The two fractions of 1. 2. 4. and 8Gy were separated with a 4-hour time interval. The irradiation was done with 5.38Gy/min dose rate using Cs-137 irradiator at room temperature. Results and Conclusions : 1. In 3-day group. the cell viability of HGF-1 cell was significantly decreased at 2. 4 and 8Gy irradiation, the cell viability of KB cell was significantly decreased at 8Gy irradiation and the cell viability of HT-I080 cell was significantly decreased at 4 and 8Gy irradiation. 2. There was significant difference between RHEK and KB cell line in the cell viability of 3-day group at 8Gy irradiation. There was significant difference between RHEK and HGF-1 cell line in the cell viability of 3-day group at 4 and 8Gy irradiation. 3. There was a significantly decreased cell viability in 3-day group than those in 1-day group at 2. 4 and 8Gy on HGF-1 cell. at 4 and 8Gy on HT-I080 cell. at 8Gy on KB cell. 4. We could detect DNA fragmented cells only on KB cell. Number of apoptotic cells of KB cell was significantly increased at 4 and 8Gy irradiation. However, there was no correlation between cell viability and apoptosis. 5. On all 4 cell lines, there were no differences between single and split irradiation method in cell viability and apoptosis.
