수술실 간호사의 직장 내 괴롭힘과 직무만족이 행복감에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate workplace bullying, job satisfaction, and happiness among perioperative nurses. Methods: Participants were 194 nurses who worked in hospitals with over 100 beds and located in G city and J Province. Data collection was conducted from May 4 to June 4, 2020. Descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression were used with IBM SPSS Statistics 26 program for data analysis. Results: The mean score were, for workplace bullying, 1.87, for job satisfaction, 3.50, and for happiness, 3.87. Happiness of perioperative nurses was significantly influenced by job satisfaction (β=.52, p<.001), leisure time (β=.16, p=.008), and marital status (β=.13, p=.026). Conclusion: The results show that job satisfaction of perioperative nurses is important for happiness. Therefore, there is a need to develop programs to increase job satisfaction to improve happiness in perioperative nurses.

Acute invasive fungal sinusitis is an aggressive and often fatal infection. It is characterized by tissue invasion and can frequently spread beyond the paranasal sinuses. When fungal disease extends to the skull base, surgical debridement can be challenging. Traditionally, external approaches have been used for the management of disease in these areas. But recent advances in endoscopic skull base surgery have emerged as a successful surgical modality allowing for minimally invasive approaches with decreased morbidity and comparable treatment outcomes. We report our institution’s experience with endoscopic debridement of invasive fungal sinusitis extending beyond the skull base, safely performed with successful treatment outcome.

This study was initiated to find out the usage of cosmetics, the purchase behaviors, and the awareness of the Full Ingredient Labeling System of Cosmetics targeting female college students. First, the respondents who had more concerns about cosmetics, read the instructions in the handbook for the product and checked the date of manufacture more thoroughly. The second of which is that the more concerns the respondents had with regards to their choice of skin products, the more concerns they had about the ingredients found in the products. The third of which is that as the respondents who had on skin products and had more concerns, they were aware of the Full Ingredient Labeling System of Cosmetics and checked the ingredients in the cosmetics them self. This survey`s aim was to find out the differences between the usage of cosmetics, the purchase behaviors of the respondents, and their awareness of the Full Ingredient Labeling System of Cosmetics, on the basis of which, there is significance that this study makes it possible to provide fundamental data for constructing a practical system.
치과위생사의 직무만족과 이직가능성에 영향을 미치는 직무관련특성 요인

본 연구에서는 치과위생사의 직무관련특성이 직무만족과 이직가능성에 미치는 영향요인을 알아보기 위해 서울, 인천, 경기 지역에 위치한 치과(병)의원을 편의 추출하여 이곳에 근무하는 297명의 치과위생사를 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 조사대상자의 일반적 특성과 직무관련특성을 알아본 결과 연령은 25~30세 미만이 가장 많았고, 미혼이 75.8%였다. 근무기관으로는 51.5%가 치과의원에 근무하고 있었으며 급여수준은 130~150만원이 23.4%로 가장 많았다. 인센티브제도는 55.3%가 없었고 44.7%가 있다고 응답하였다. 2. 일반적 특성과 직무관련특성에 따른 직무만족과 이직 가능성의 차이를 알아본 결과 연령 25~30세 이하와 미혼, 치과병원에서 근무하는 경우, 인센티브제도가 없는 경우 가 직무만족이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 이직가능성은 기혼인 경우 네트워크 형태의 공동개원인 경우와 인센티브제도가 있는 경우 이직가능성이 높게 나타났다. 3. 직무관련특성과 직무만족, 이직가능성의 관련요인을 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석을 시행한 결과 네트워크 형태인 공동개원인 경우 만족도가 낮아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무환경에서 원활한 환자순환과 의사소통이 잘 될수록 직무만족도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이직가능성으로는 근무기관이 대학병원인 경우 이직가능성이 높았으며 직원복지가 좋고 업무시간이 적절한 경우와 원활한 환자순환이 이루어질수록 이직가능성이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이상과 같이 치과위생사의 직무관련특성이 직무만족과 이직가능성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아본 결과 직무만족도에서는 근무기관과 직무환경, 이직가능성에서는 근무기관과 직무만족, 직무환경이라는 관련요인이 밝혀졌다. 따라서 직무만족도를 높이고 이직가능성을 낮추기 위해서는 치과 병·의원과 치과위생사 모두 근무기관의 환경을 효율적으로 개선하고자 하는 노력이 필요하다고 생각한다. The purpose of this study was to examine the job-related characteristics of dental hygienists affecting their job satisfaction and turnover possibility. The subjects in this study were 297 dental hygienists who worked in dental hospitals and clinics in the metropolitan area. The dental hygienists who worked for three to less than five years, who were unmarried and who didn`t benefit from any incentive systems expressed a greater satisfaction, and those who were married, whose workplaces were established jointly with other dental institutions in the form of a network and whose workplaces offered incentives were more likely to change their employment. As for influential factors for job satisfaction and turnover possibility, the respondents whose workplaces were established jointly with other dental institutions were less satisfied, and a larger number of patients and better communication led to higher satisfaction. Those who worked in general hospitals were more likely to change their employment, and better welfare benefits, more appropriate length of working hours and a larger number of patients led to lower turnover responsibility. The findings of the study ascertained that working environments were one of the factors to impact on job satisfaction and turnover possibility, and both of hospitals and dental hygienists should make an effort to improve working environments.

Myoepithelioma is a rare benign neoplasm that mostly arises in the major salivary glands and sometimes in the minor salivary glands, which account only for less than 1% of all salivary glands neoplasms. However, its extra-salivary involvement is even rarer and only a few cases of nasal cavity myoepithelioma were reported in the English-language literature so far. In this case report, we present a 40-year-old female with unilateral nasal obstruction diagnosed as myoepithelioma of the nasal septum and treated with endoscopic sinus surgery.

To investigate the general features of caregiving relatives, and the inpatient's satisfaction with caregiving from their relative cagivers, we analyzed 312 questionnaires from patients admitted in University or General hospitals, Taejeon. The data was collected from 27 January, 1997 though 15 February, 1997. The studied inpatients were 55.8% for female, 44.2% for male and the mean age of those were 43 years old. By family structure of those, two generation family was 56.1%, three generation family was 14.1%, and live alone or just with spouse was 23.1%. 72.4% of caregivers were female, 51.0% were aged 21 to 40 and 43.9% of those were employed in work. The relationship between inpatients and caregivers were 38.7% for spouse, 31. 7% for sons and daughters. Most of relative caregivers stay with patients at the hospital and rest of those don't do because of patients' mild condition(41.3%) or their occupation(34.9%). This result showed there are some patients wish for caregiving from family or others. Large numer of caregivers discomfort with having meal, sleeping place at the hospital but most of patients are satisfacted with caregiving of daily life such as bathing, changing cloths, washing face. Also patients wish for more therapeutic care from their cagivers. As this condition, supporting facilities for caregivers would be reconsidered in the view of hospital satisfaction As this findings suggest that a introduction of supportive caregiving system and depth studies are needed to reconsider the physical, psychological, socioeconomic burden of family with inpatient and to decrease caregiver's burden.
