        예비창업자 및 스타트업의 정보이용행태 분석

        예비창업자 및 스타트업을 지원하고 활성화하기 위한 국가차원의 제도적·정책적 지원이 강화되고 있다. 그러나 이들은 창업준비 과정에서 필요한 정보의 부족으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 예비창업자 및 스타트업이 보다 체계적이고 견실한 창업 진행 과정을 거치도록 콘텐츠나 서비스 측면에서 지원하기 위해서는, 그들의 정보요구 및 정보이용행태를 면밀히 분석할 필요가 있다. 정보이용행태 분석은 도서관 정보서비스 기관에서 학술정보 이용자의 정보요구에 맞추어 해당 정보서비스의 개선을 위해 활용하는 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 예비창업자 및 스타트업을 대상으로 정보이용행태를 분석하였다. 정보이용행태를 조사하기 위한 대표적인 기법인 집단심층면접조사를 예비창업자와 스타트업을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 콘텐츠 분석을 통해 이들의 창업 진행 과정, 창업 정보 탐색 현황, 창업 정보원 활용 수준 및 인식을 조사하였다. 이들의 정보이용행태를 반영하여 창업지원 기관 및 프로그램의 콘텐츠와 서비스를 개선할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Nation-wide support is being strengthened to vitalize pre-entrepreneur and startup initiatives. However, it is found that they have been suffering from the lack of necessary information in preparation for the start-up operation. In order to support more proactive and robust start-up process in aspect of contents or service, it is necessary to carefully analyze their information needs and information seeking behaviors. Information seeking behavior analysis is a method for improving information services in accordance with the information needs of the information service users in libraries and information service institutes. This study analyzed information seeking behaviors of pre-entrepreneur and startup. Focus-group interview as the representative method of exploring information seeking behaviors was conducted. Content analysis was introduced to search the business-establishing process, information-seeking status, and utilization level of startup-related information resources and their perception. It is expected that contents and services for pre-entrepreneur and startup would be improved by reflecting their information seeking behaviors based on the results of this study.

        Comparing Two Diagnostic Laboratory Tests for Several Microdeletions Causing Mental Retardation Syndromes: Multiplex Ligation-Dependent Amplification vs Fluorescent In Situ Hybridization

        Background : Microdeletion syndromes not detectable by conventional cytogenetic analysis have been reported to occur in approximately 5% of patients with unexplained mental retardation (MR). Therefore, it is essential to ensure that patients with MR are screened for these microdeletion syndromes. Mental retardation syndrome multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification (MRS-MLPA) is a new technique for measuring sequence dosages that allows for the detection of copy number changes of several microdeletion syndromes (1p36 deletion syndrome, Williams syndrome, Smith- Magenis syndrome, Miller-Dieker syndrome, DiGeorge syndrome, Prader-Willi/Angelman syndrome, Alagille syndrome, Saethre-Chotzen syndrome, and Sotos syndrome) to be processed simultaneously, thus significantly reducing the amount of laboratory work. Methods : We assessed the performance of MLPA (MRC-Holland, The Netherlands) for the detection of microdeletion syndromes by comparing the results with those generated using FISH assays. MLPA analysis was carried out on 12 patients with microdeletion confirmed by FISH (three DiGeorge syndrome, four Williams syndrome, four Prader-Willi syndrome, and one Miller-Dieker syndrome). Results : The results of MLPA analysis showed a complete concordance with FISH in 12 patients with microdeletion syndromes. Conclusions : On the basis of these results, we conclude that MLPA is an accurate, reliable, and cost-effective alternative to FISH in the screening for microdeletion syndromes.         생분해성 고분자의 산업동향과 전망

        Biodegradable materials are defined as a functional materials which can be degraded via microorganism and finally they are converted into H2O and CO2. Biodegradable materials are highlighted as materials to solve the environmental regulation from petrochemical dependence and applied to many fields such as vehicles, electronics, architectures and commodities etc. Although biodegradable materials have begun to achieve some degree of commercial success, the industry is still in an embryonic stage. For bioplastics, the market will continue to evolve as products become more widely available and performance is improved closely with conventional polymers such as PE, PP, PET and PS. According to Freedonia Focus, the market prospect of natural polymer is expected to be about $ 1 billion at 2014 (CAGR = 6.5%). The market size of natural polymer is about $0.77 billion. For biodegradable material industry, market success will depend mostly on lowering production costs and performances to compete with conventional polymers.

        Evaluation of Two Commercial HLA-B27 Real-Time PCR Kits

        Background : The standard PCR with sequence-specific primers (SSP) is a widely used method of HLA-B27 typing in clinical practice. The aim of our study was to evaluate 2 Korean HLA-B27 kits with different real-time PCR chemistries. Methods : To validate the accuracy of real-time PCR kits, we selected 28 HLA-B27-positive samples and 33 HLA-B27-negative samples with a wide range of different HLA-B specificities typed by standard PCR-SSP. The 2 real-time PCR kits used were the AccuPower HLA-B27 real-time PCR kit (Bioneer, Korea) with TaqMan probes and the Real-QTM HLA-B*27 detection kit (BioSewoom, Korea) with SYBR Green I dye for melting curve analysis. Results : All 61 samples typed by PCR-SSP demonstrated a perfect concordance with the 2 realtime PCR assays. It was possible to clearly discriminate between HLA-B27-positive and -negative samples in both real-time assays. Conclusions : In summary, both real-time PCR assays for HLA-B27 were fast, reliable, well-adapted for routine laboratory testing, and attractive alternatives to the conventional PCR-SSP method.         스마트 의류의 기술동향

        과학기술의 발전 분야의 발전 동향을 신속히 파악하기 위해 기술로드맵을 효율적으로 작성할 필요성이 제기되었다. 이를 위해 논문이나 특허를 이용한 계량정보적 접근이 많이 시도되고 있다. 하지만 의류학에서 이러한 계량정보분석은 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 스마트 의류에 대한 특허정보를 이용한 실증적 정보분석을 통해 스마트 의류의 최근 기술동향 및 향후 기술개발방향을 살펴보았다. 또한 기존의 기술동향 지수와 특허 패밀리로 표시되는 시장확보 지수를 활용하여 국가별, 핵심 분야별 기술개발력과 시장확보력에 대한 분석을 시도하였다. 분석 결과, 스마트 의류의 전체적인 기술개발은 2000년 이후 지속적으로 증가 추세를 나타냈으며, 포트폴리오 분석 결과, 매년 특허건수와 출원인 수가 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 것으로 파악되어 스마트 의류 관련 기술은 현재 발전단계에 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 특허점유율과 시장확보지수를 비교한 결과 전자/정보통신 기술분야가 가장 높게 나타나 상대적으로 선기술 확보 경쟁과 시장 확대 경쟁이 큰 분야로 판단된다. 본 연구에서 제시한 시장확보 지수를 포함한 기술의 경제적 가치 분석 방법은 핵심 기술의 현 위치와 향후 발전 방향을 파악하기 위한 프로세스에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. Advancement of science technology, combined with other technologies including smart clothing, enables value added product developments and market creation. Accordingly, it became necessary to identify technology trends promptly and to prepare future technology road map. For this purpose, many bibliometric analysis using thesis and patents have been made. However, few such attempts are made in clothing study. Thus, the study examined the latest technology trends and future technology development directions of smart clothing from empirical bibliometric analysis based on smart clothing patent documents. In addition, comparative analysis was made about the market leadership and technology development capability of core sectors by countries utilizing market reach index expressed as patent families and technology development index. The study revealed that overall smart clothing technology development trends has been continuously increasing since 2000. Also the results confirmed that it is in the development stage from the fact that each year the number of patents and patent applicants in portfolio analysis also has been increasing. In addition, comparative results of patent market share and market reach index, with the highest in electronics/ICT technology sectors, indicated that this is the technology sector with competitive acquisition of comparatively advanced technology and market expansion. The analysis methodology of economic value of technology including the presented market reach index in this report is expected to be utilized in the process to identify the current positioning of core technology and future development direction.

        공공기관 및 수출기업 글로벌 온라인 홍보전략

        다양한 인터넷언론, 종합편성, 트위터 등 수많은 정보생산 및 정보교환 매체(media)들이 등장하고 서로 다른 이해관계자들이 등장하면서 잘못된 정보가 급속히 확산되고 있어 적절한 대응을 하지 못한다면, 아무리 우량기업, 우수한 제품이라도 순식간에 위험한 상황에 놓이기 때문에 홍보가 중요한 것이다. 국내에서 글로벌 홍보가 필요한 경우 공공기관, 대기업 그리고 중소기업 등 크게 3가지 유형의 홈페이지가 존재하며, 최소한 이중 하나에 속한다. 특히 국가의 이미지 및 경쟁력을 홍보해야 하는 공공기관이나 제품의 이미지를 적극적으로 알려 글로벌 마케팅을 추진하는 기업이라면 온라인 홍보에 관심을 갖게 된다. 본 연구에서는 국내 공공기관 및 수출기업의 글로벌 경쟁력을 높이기 위해 국내에서 제작된 홈페이지의 현 실태를 분석, 해외 온라인 마케팅에 필요한 기초적 특징을 검토하고, 홍보전략 중기초적인 전략 방법을 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 해외 글로벌 홍보의 현주소를 유령형, 난파형, 백치 아다다형 홈페이지로 분류 정의하여 그 실태를 파악하였다. 2012년도 조상대상 99%는 백치 아다다, 67%가 난파선이며 마지막으로 유령 홈페이지가 1%였다. 글로벌 홍보마케팅에 필요한 기초적인 전략방법으로 전략적 기획 및 홍보교육, 검색엔진 최적화, 웹 표준준수, 웹 접근성 지원, 모바일 홈페이지 지원 등을 제시하여 효율적으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. A myriad of information production channels and medium including internet, social media, and multi media channels emerged, often with conflicting interests, disseminate unwanted and inaccurate information which could result in sudden severe public relations damage to the global companies with world class products if not dealt with in the professional way. Properly crafted and managed public relations thus should become the integral part of all organizations. In particular online public relations leadership becomes even more important to public organizations responsible for national branding and interests and to private sectors expanding into the global markets. The research aims to increase global competitiveness of the pubic and exporters by presenting the online leadership strategy 101. For this purpose, locally produced web sites are analysed both from technical and global marketing perspectives. From the research all web sites were classified into three types of ghost, wreck, and moron. The 2012 research showed that 99% was moron, followed by 67% wreck and 1% ghost. The research presents must strategies for global public relations and marketing. They include strategic planning, public relation training, white hat search engine optimization, web standards, web accessibility, mobile web site and the inbound marketing strategies.
