1 인칭 메타버스 게임의 HUD UI 와 공간 UI 가 사용자 경험에 미치는 효과

사용자 경험적 관점은 가상현실의 핵심 가치이다. 최근 가상현실 게임 시장의 발전 가능성이 높아지고 있다는 점에 기반하여, 본 연구에서는 게임 사용자의 경험 차이를 측정하기 위해 가상현실 게임 내 UI 요소 중 핵심 UI 와 정보량을 다르게 제공하였다. 25 명을 대상으로 1 인칭 아케이드 가상현실 게임 내 표시되는 핵심 UI 요소와 정보량에 따른 사용자 경험 차이를 피험자내 설계로 실험하였다. HUD UI 가 공간 UI 와 비교하여 직관성, 이해 가능성에서 유의미한 결과가 나타났다. 또한 시각적 단서가 있을 때가 없을 때와 비교하여 직관성, 정확성, 완성도에서 유의미한 결과가 나타났다. 이 결과는 1 인칭 아케이드 가상현실 게임에서 사용성 평가 이론과 미디어 풍요성 이론을 고려해야 한다는 점을 설명하며, 이는 향후 가상현실 게임 디자인이 효과적으로 이루어지기 위한 방안을 제시한다.
Ultrasonic Fatigue Test Method for Stress Ratio Control

Ultrasonic Fatigue Testing (UFT) is an accelerated fatigue test, typically at 20 kHz, which significantly shortens the application period of newly developed processes and materials in various mechanical parts and materials fields. In this paper, the system technology for controlling the stress ratio in ultrasonic fatigue testing is to be explained. This fatigue stress ratio control test is important for fatigue testing of aviation and power plant turbine parts, and is also an important method for crack propagation testing. Basically, an ultrasonic fatigue tester designed by applying the resonance analysis results to a 20KN tensile tester was attached to set the average stress and then enabled it at various stress ratios. Also, as a method of setting the corrected fatigue stress, the method of measuring the strain gauge at the center of the specimen and the method of simultaneously measuring the amplitude of the end of the specimen are described. Therefore, the results of this paper are intended to explain the construction of an ultrasonic fatigue tester optimized to suit various fatigue conditions and environments.
지역사회 방문간호사의 가정방문 안전관리를 위한 실무교육 요구 분석

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the concrete educational needs of visiting nurses working in a community health setting in Korea. Methods: We conducted four focus group interviews from October 7 to October 18, 2021. Twenty-five visiting nurses who worked in public health centers were recruited through purposive sampling. A qualitative content analysis was used to analyze the interview data. Results: The demands of educational contents for visiting nurse safety management practical training were: (1) coping with physical and verbal violence, (2) coping with sexual violence, (3) infection control for infectious diseases with a high prevalence in the community, and (4) preventing and coping with animal bites during home visits. In addition, visiting nurses suggested training programs that comprised: (1) case-based learning, (2) short video clips, and (3) recurrent integrated education. Conclusion: Safety management training programs for visiting nurses should be implemented to the extent that they add no burden on their workload and are easily accessible at any time. In addition, training programs should be based on actual cases and be focused on contents that can be applied in home visit situations. A practical safety management training program should be developed based on the educational needs of visiting nurses, as identified through this study.

본 연구의 목적은 다문화 가정에 대한 관심을 높이고, 문화적인 갈등을 해소하며 포용적인 사회 구조를 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구는 ESG를 기반으로 한 다문화 교육을 발전시키고 메타버스 게임 환경을 활용하여 연령이나 국적에 구애받지 않고 메타버스에서 다른 문화의 음식, 문화, 언어 등을 배우고 교류할 수 있는 프로그램을 설계하였다. 이를 통해 다문화 청소년은 자신의 문화적 정체성을 확립하고 자존감을 키울 수 있으며, 한문화 가정의 청소년도 다른 나라의 문화를 쉽게 접할 수 있는 기회를 얻어 다문화 학생과의 상호존중도 기대할 수 있다. 또한, 다문화 가정을 위한 시스템의 증가와 함께 이들을 위한 논의와 제도가 확대될 필요가 있음을 제언하였다.

The C-terminal domain of RNA polymerase II is an unusual series of repeated residues appended to the C-terminus of the largest subunit and serves as a flexible binding scaffold for numerous nuclear factors. The binding of these factors is determined by the phosphorylation patterns on the repeats in the domain. In this study, we generated a synthetic antibody library by replacing the third heavy chain complementarity-determining region of an anti-HER2 (human epidermal growth factor receptor 2) antibody (trastuzumab) with artificial sequences of 7–18 amino-acid residues. From this library, antibodies were selected that were specific to serine phosphopeptides that represent typical phosphorylation patterns on the functional unit (YSPTSPS)2 of the RNA polymerase II C-terminal domain (CTD). Antibody clones pCTD-1stS2 and pCTD-2ndS2 showed specificity for peptides with phosphoserine at the second residues of the first or second heptamer repeat, respectively. Additional clones specifically reacted to peptides with phosphoserine at the fifth serine of the first repeat (pCTD-1stS5), the seventh residue of the first repeat and fifth residue of the second repeat (pCTD-S7S5) or the seventh residue of either the first or second repeat (pCTD-S7). All of these antibody clones successfully reacted to RNA polymerase II in immunoblot analysis. Interestingly, pCTD-2ndS2 precipitated predominately RNA polymerase II from the exonic regions of genes in genome-wide chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing analysis, which suggests that the phosphoserine at the second residue of the second repeat of the functional unit (YSPTSPS)2 is a mediator of exon definition.

The elastic modulus and Poissons ratio have been measured by the tensile test with the attachment of gauge sensors. However, the simpler dynamic method has been developed by using the acoustic resonance frequency, which is much easier and more accurate than the conventional tensile test. The typical dynamic methods are (i) the Ultrasonic pulse echo method, (ii) the Resonance frequency method, and (iii) the Impulse Excitation Method. Although both the Ultrasonic echo method and the resonance frequency method have widely been used, the Impulse Excitation Method has come into the spotlight due to its simplicity and accuracy, which has also been prescribed in ASTM E1876. In this study, the practical control system has been implemented with the numerical analysis algorithm for the Impulse Excitation Method. With this technique, the dynamic elastic modulus and Poissons ratio have been measured and evaluated for structural materials such as Al7075-T6, STS304, STS420_J2, SCM440, STS630 and Ti6Al4V. Therefore, the reliability was verified through comparative evaluation of the results of the static test method and the dynamic test method for six structural materials.
