대학생의 사회부과 완벽주의가 학업지연행동에 미치는 영향: 정서조절양식의 매개효과

본 연구에서는 대학생의 사회부과 완벽주의와 학업지연행동, 정서조절양식의 관계를 분석하고, 사회부과 완벽주의와 학업지연행동의 관계에서 정서조절양식 하위유형의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울 및 경기도, 경북, 충북 소재의 대학교 재학생 482명을 대상으로 다차원적 완벽주의척도, 정서조절양식척도, 학업지연행동척도를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회부과 완벽주의는 회피-분산적 정서조절양식, 학업지연행동과 유의한 정적 상관이 있었으며, 능동적 정서조절양식과는 유의한 부적 상관이 있었다. 사회부과 완벽주의는 지지추구적 정서조절양식과 유의한 상관이 나타나지 않았다. 학업지연행동은 능동적 정서조절양식, 지지추구적 정서조절양식과 유의한 부적 상관을, 회피-분산적 정서조절양식과는 유의한 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 사회부과 완벽주의와 학업지연행동의 관계에서 능동적 정서조절양식과 회피-분산적 정서조절양식은 부분 매개효과가 나타났으며, 지지추구적 정서조절양식은 매개효과가 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 결과들을 바탕으로 연구의 제한점과 후속 연구를 위한 시사점, 연구의 의의에 대하여 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to verify the mediating effects of emotional regulation style in the relationship between socially prescribed perfectionism on academic procrastination in university students. The survey was conducted with 482 undergraduate students from Seoul, Gyeonggi, Chungbuk, and Gyeongbuk province and 455 responses were used in the final analysis of this study. And multidimensional perfectionism scale (H-MPS), Aiken procrastination inventory (API) and emotional regulation strategies checklist (ERSC) were used for measurements. Using the SPSS 22.0 package, Pearson’s correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data and examine mediating effects of emotional regulation style. The study results were summarized as follows; Fist, socially prescribed perfectionism showed significant positive correlation with academic procrastination and avoidantdistractive emotional regulation style. And socially prescribed perfectionism showed significant negative correlation with active emotional regulation style. But supportseeking emotional regulation style among three subtypes of emotional regulation style turned out insignificant correlation with socially prescribed perfectionism. Second, active emotional regulation style and avoidant-distractive emotional regulation style partially mediated the relationship between socially prescribed perfectionism and academic procrastination. Based on the results of this study, it discussed about the implications and limitations of the study and suggested future research.
분자량이 조절된 폴리카보실란으로부터 제조한 SiC Fiber의 특성분석

Polycarbosilane was synthesized by the Kumada rearrangement of polydimethylsilane in the presence of zeolite (ZSM-5) as a catalyst at $350^{\circ}C$. The prepared polycarbosilane had very low molecular weight ($M_w=500$), so that it was not suitable to fabricate SiC fiber by melt spinning. Further polymerization of PCS was conducted around $400^{\circ}C$ to obtain spinnable polycarbosilane. After polymerization, the polycarbosilanes were isolated by distillation according to the molecular weight distributions. The PCS with a controlled molecular weight distribution was spun into continuous polycarbosilane green fibers. The PCS green fiber was successfully transformed into silicon oxycarbide fiber. The room temperature strength of the SiC fiber was around 1.5 - 1.8 GPa. The oxidation behavior and the tensile strength after oxidation were also evaluated.
HA-coated Zirconia의 생물학적 활성도에 관한 연구

Hydroxyapatite(HA) has been extensively used as bone graft materials and tooth implant surface coating materials because of its biocompatibility and osteoconductive properties. However, as HA is intrinsically poor in mechanical properties, zirconia($ZrO_2$) was incorporated with HA as reinforcing phases for improvement of mechanical properties. The purpose of this study was to investigate the biological activities of HA-coated zirconia through the cell proliferation test, measurements of alkaline phosphatase activity, and histologic examination. Four kinds of tested blocks were prepared according to the pore size (300-500${\mu}m$/500-700${\mu}m$) and the porosity (70%/90%). Cell proliferation and alkaline phosphatase activity was measured at 1, 7, 14 days. The number of cells proliferate after 7, 14 days were significantly increased in all groups when compared with that of the first day, but there was no significant difference between the 4 groups at each time period. At the 7 day, alkaline phosphatase activities of cells cultured in 4 groups were higher than that of the first day, but there was no significant difference between the 4 groups at each time period. The human gingival fibroblast and MG 63 cell was used to evaluate the cell cytotoxicity using MTT test. The materials tested in the current study turned out to be non-cytotoxic. In histologic examination(SEM), at 1 day there were many cells attached on the surfaces of all kinds of tested blocks. The number of cells were increased over time. At the 14 day, there were more cells proliferated than 1 day and some of the pores of blocks were partially filled with the proliferated cells. The in vitro response of osteoblast-like cells to the HA-coated zirconia showed comparable effect on transformation comparable to hydroxyapatite.

Ceramic Fiber separator is the promising material for thermal battery system because it reduces the production cost and offers the potential to a new application compared to a pellet type electrolyte. The molten salt electrolytes for thermal battery were prepared by the impregnation of the commercial glass filters such as GF-A, C and F (Whatman, USA) with two types of molten-lithium salts, LiCl-KCl and LiK-LiBr-LiF. The wetting properties were evaluated by wetting balance test and wetting angle measurement. The wetting behaviors were strongly affected by the composition of the molten salts and the pore structure of the glass separators. The optimum wetting conditions for maximum loading and effective retention of the molten electrolyte were also studied.
커큐민 나노에멀젼의 특성에 미치는 바이오폴리머 유화제의 영향

본 연구에서는 여러 종류의 바이오폴리머를 이용하여 지용성 생리활성 물질인 커큐민 함유 나노에멀젼을 제조하였으며, 실제 저장 과정 중에 발생할 수 있는 여러 가지 외부환경적 스트레스에 대한 물리적 안정성을 평가하였다. 바이오폴리머의 종류 및 농도, 분산상과 연속상의 비율에 따라 다양한 입자크기의 나노에멀젼을 제조한 결과 단백질계 바이오폴리머(SC, WPI)를 이용하여 제조된 나노에멀젼이 좁은 분산도와 200 nm 이하의 입자크기를 나타내었으며 물리적으로 매우 안정한 상태를 보여 주었다. 또한 주위 환경에 대한 안정성을 검토한 결과, 2가 양이온인 CaCl<sub>2</sub> 용액과 혼합된 나노입자를 제외하고는 열처리, 냉·해동처리 처리, pH, NaCl 용액 등에 대하여 매우 높은 안정성을 보여 주었다. Curcumin is a natural polyphenolic phytochemical, which has a number of potential benefits in biological activities. However, curcumin has extremely low water solubility and low bioavailability, which makes it difficult to incorpo-rate into many food products. In this study, we investigated the effects of biopolymer emulsifier type and environ-mental stress on the physical stability of nanoemulsions containing curcumin. Nanoemulsion containing curcumin stabilized by sodium caseinate (SC), whey protein isolate (WPI), modified starch (MS), and gum arabic (GA) were prepared using microfludizer. The droplet size of nanoemulsions decreased significantly from 1028 nm to 169 nm as emulsifier concentration increased (p<0.05). The optimum concentration of emulsifiers for stable curcumin nanoemulsions were determined to be 1% of SC and 1% of WPI, respectively. The storage study showed that the nanoemulsions were physically stable for 5 weeks at 25℃. In addition, nanoemulsions were physically stable against heat, freeze-thaw, pH, and NaCl solution. However, extensive droplet aggregation occurred in protein-stabilized nanoemulsions at CaCl<sub>2</sub> solution, which was attributed to hydrophobic interaction between droplets.
압축성이 슬로싱 현상에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

The present study focused on the compressibility of partially filled fluids in a sloshing tank Filling ratios ranging from 18% to 26% were used to find compressible impact on a vertical wall. The model test was for 1/25 scale of a 138 K LNGC cargo tank. To investigate the two dimensional phenomenon of sloshing, a longitudinal slice model, was tested. A high speed camera was used to capture the flaw field, as well as the air pocket deformation. The pressure time history synchronized with the video images revealed the entire compressible process. Three typical impact phenomena were observed: hydraulic jump, flip through, and plunging breaker. In particular, the pressure time history and flaw pattern details for flip through and plunging breaker are presented.
