폭발위험장소의 구분은 인화성 물질을 취급하는 사업장에서 비용 및 안전 측면에서 매우 중요하다. 위험장소의 반경에 따라 전기기계․기구의 방폭기기 설치 여부가 결정되기 때문이다. 2017년 11월 6일부터 KS C IEC-60079-10-1:2015가 발행되어 새로운 기준으로 적용된다. 기존의 기준과 새로운 기준에 대한 차이를 이해하여 적용하는 것이 중요한 시점이다. 누출량 계산식에 누출계수 및 압축인자가 추가되었고 증발 풀 누출량 계산식, 누출공 크기 적용, 폭발위험장소의 모양이 추가 적용되었다. 안전계수 K값의 범위도 변경되었다. 또한 위험장소의 반경에는 기존기준은 가상체적에 환기횟수를 적용하였지만 개정기준은 누출 특성 값을 이용하여 산정된다. 본 연구에서는 환기 및 희석의 관점에서 기존 기준과의 차이점을 살펴보고 위험장소의 반경에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 기존 폭발위험장소를 선정한 기준과 개정기준을 기준으로 적용하여 비교 및 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 환기 및 희석이 잘 된다하더라도 실질적으로 위험반경에 영향이 없을 경우가 발생함을 알 수 있었다. Classification of explosion hazard areas is very important in terms of cost and safety in the workplace handling flammable materials. This is because the radius of the hazardous area determines whether or not the explosion-proof equipment is installed in the electrical machinery and apparatus. From November 6, 2017, KS C IEC-60079-10-1: 2015 will be issued and applied as a new standard. It is important to understand and apply the difference between the existing standard and the new standard. Leakage coefficients and compression factors were added to the leakage calculation formula, and the formula of evaporation pool leakage, application of leakage ball size, and shape of explosion hazard area were applied. The range of the safety factor K has also been changed. Also, in the radius of the hazardous area, the existing standard applies the number of ventilation to the virtual volume, but the revised standard is calculated by using the leakage characteristic value. In this study, we investigated the differences from existing standards in terms of ventilation and dilution and examined the effect on the radius of the hazard area. Comparisons and analyzes were carried out by applying revised standards to workplaces where existing explosion hazard locations were selected. The results showed that even if the ventilation and dilution were successful, the risk radius was not substantially affected.
화공안전분야 : 정전기 방전에너지에 따른 LPG/공기 혼합물의 폭박특성에 관한 실험적 연구

Experimental investigations were performed to examine the effects of different electrostatic discharge ignition energies on LPG/air mixture explosions in an explosion chamber. The chamber consisted of 500 mm in length, with a 100×100 mm2 cross section. Three different ignition energies were used: 0.30 mJ, 46 mJ and 98 mJ. Flame propagations were recorded by a high speed video camera. The results of flame speed and pressure obtained from the different ignition energies were discussed. It was found that as the energy increased, different flame initiations occurred. This caused the time interval in both the flame and pressure developments. It was also found that the flame speed and the pressure were less sensitive to both 0.30 mJ and 46 mJ, except for the ignition energy of 98 mJ.
희곡교육에 대한 교사 인식 변화와 교사 만족도 영향 요인 분석 연구

본 연구는 현재 희곡교육의 문제점을 파악하고자 177명의 현직교사를 대상으로 ``교사가 되기 전``과 ``교사가 된 후`` 희곡교육에 대한 인식조사를 실시하고, 희곡교육 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 교사가 되기 전과 후의 인식은 대부분 차이가 있었으나, 학교 급에 있어서는 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 경력에 따라서는 교수능력, 대학국어교육, 교과 내의 희곡 편수에 있어 차이가 나타났다. 만족도에 영향을 주는 요인으로는 교사가 되기 전에는 교육필요성, 교수방식, 대학국어교육, 학생의 즐거움이 유의하였고, 교사가 된 후에는 교수필요성, 내용충분성, 희곡교육 내용의 어려움 요소가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 현재 희곡교육의 문제점과 이를 위한 대안을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to find out problems and solutions in the Drama Education. To do this, 177 survey responses from current teachers were collected and recognition and satisfaction analysis was performed. From the result, there were a significant difference between before-teacher`s and after-teacher`s recognition in almost all items. However there were no differences between high school and middle school teachers. Factors affecting in the teacher`s satisfaction were the factors of need, fun, sufficient contents, and difficulty in Drama Education, but there were few different factors between the before and after teachers. Based on the result, we reorganized the problem and gave a solution to the direction of Drama Education.

난소절제에 의하여 유도된 생쥐 골다공증 모델을 이용하여 모싯잎 분말과 모싯잎 추출물의 골다공증에 대한 효과를 관찰하고자 농도별 모싯잎 분말과 모싯잎 추출물을 12주간 자유 섭취 또는 경구투여 하였다. 실험종료 후 micro-CT를 이용하여 경골의 골밀도, 구조적인 변수들 및 골 형성과 골흡수 관련 인자들인 혈청 내 osteocalcin 함량과 CTX-1의 변화를 관찰하였다. 모싯잎 분말 급여군과 모싯잎 추출물 투여군은 12주째에 실험적 골다공증 모델 생쥐의 혈청 내 골 형성 인자와 골 흡수 인자를 감소시켰으며, 골밀도 등골다공증 관련 치밀뼈와 해면뼈의 구조적 변수들을 개선한 것으로 보아 골다공증 예방에 매우 효과적인 기능성 식품으로 활용할 수 있으리라 생각된다. The objectives of this study were to investigate the effects of Ramie leaves (RL) on bone metabolism in ovariectomized (OVX) mice. Female mice weighing 20∼25 g each were assigned to six experimental groups: Sham-operated group (Sham group), OVX control group (OVX group), OVX mice fed calcium-free diet with 5% (RL5% group) or 10% (RL10% group) RL supplemented diet, and administered ramie extract (RLext group, 1,000 mg/kg, p.o.). After 12 weeks, all experimental groups demonstrated significantly increased bone mineral density and trabecular thickness, and the RL10% and RLext groups showed significantly increased bone volume/tissue volume and trabecular number. This study attempted to use a physiological analysis method to analyze the serum osteocalcin and C-telopeptide contents of type Ⅰ collagen (CTX-1). The osteocalcin concentration was significantly reduced in both the RL5% group (28.6%) and RL10% group (36.5%) compared to the OVX group. The CTX-1 concentration was significantly reduced in both the RL5% group (43.5%) and RL10% group (42.9%) compared to the OVX group. These results suggest that RL might improve the structural parameters of trabecular bone and bone mineral density, as well as reduce bone formation and bone resorption factors. Therefore, RL could be applied as a functional food material for prevention of osteoporosis.

This study was investigating the anti-obesity effects of diets with a mixture of cheese, red ginseng and fermented mature fruit of Rubus coreanus Miquel. We fed the experimental diets (SC5, SC10) supplemented with 5% or 10% cheese containing of fermented mixture, then orally administered the extract of fermented mixture (RB100, RB300) at a concentration of 100 or 300 mg/kg body weight to SD rats with high fat diet (HFD). The results were as follows: Sample cheese groups decreased visceral fat mass and adipocyte size of stomach compared to that of HFD group. Additionally, lipid droplets of liver in sample cheese groups were smaller than that in HFD group. The serum triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (tChol), glucose, leptin, and insulin levels in sample cheese group were lower than that in HFD group. But, the serum adiponectin and HDL-cholesterol (cHDL) levels were higher than that in HFD group. These results suggest that fermentation of red ginseng and Rubus coreanus mixed with cheese might be helpful in preventing obesity in high fat diet-fed rats.
