In this paper, Multi Mode Receiver Module is designed in one H/W module for Multi-mode Digital Broadcasting. Multi mode means Digital TV, Mobile TV and Digital Radio on the Broadcasting. and T-DMB, DAB(+), ISDB-T and DVB-T standard. Our Module can receive various broadcasting signal such as ISDB-T, DVB-T and DAB. The Multi mode Receiver Module & demuxer was implemented using the one SoC Chip has good performances to receive the multi mode signals as well as standard interface such as SPI, to connect the main CPU Unit.

국내 공공도서관 조례의 통합모형 연구 - 6대 도시 광역자치단체를 중심으로 -

이 논문의 목적은 국내 6대 광역자치단체를 대상으로 공공도서관 조례의 제정법리, 현황과 문제점을 분석하여 바람직한 통합모형을 제시하는데 있다. 통합조례(안)은 목적, 명칭 및 위치, 업무, 관장, 정원, 분관 등의 설치, 하부조직, 사용, 양도$\cdot$전대의 금지, 자료 및 시설물의 변상, 입관제한, 자료위탁, 도서관 및 독서진흥위원회의 구성과 운영, 도서관 및 독서진흥기금, 도서관 등에 대한 지원, 독서진흥, 시행규칙, 부칙으로 구성하였다. 그러나 지방자치단체에 따라 적용 불가능한 조항도 있을 것이므로 당해 지역의 제반 여건과 특수성을 고려하여 취사선택하거나 수정$\cdot$보완함으로써 시대상황에 적합한 조례를 제정해야 할 것이다 Bylaw Is essential to assuring continuity and preventing disagreements and misunderstanding. But library bylaws of the wide-area self-governing cities in Korea are complicated In structure and violated the law according to administrative authorities. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to suggest an integrated bylaw model including goal of bylaw operations of library : the library director officers : branch libraries : substructure, use rules : assigned materials promotion committee of library promotion fund ; amendment procedures, etc.
