An experimental study on the preparation of monolithic porous polymers by environmentally friend process in supercritical carbon dioxide has been carried out. Polymerization mixture composed of a cross-linking monomer, initiator and functional co-polymer was charged in the reactor with sapphire window. After the system was purged with a flow of CO₂ for 15 min, the reactor was pressurized with liquid CO₂ up to 100 bars. The reactor was isolated from and placed back to the system via quick connector for shaking until the mixture had become fully homogeneous. The reactor was then heated and pressurized to the required reaction conditions and left overnight. After cooling and CO₂ evacuation, the polymer was removed from the reactor as dry, white, continuous monoliths. The effect of experimental conditions on the physical properties of porous polymer was systematically examined, and it was found that monomer content had a major effect on the physical properties of the polymers.

A recycling process for the waste FRP from boats was developed. The recycling process is composed of decomposition of waste FRP with propylene glycol and synthesis of recycled unsaturated polyester resin from the decomposed liquid material. Prior to the decomposition, waste FRP was cut into 2cm × 5cm segments and mechanical impact was applied by press roller to give gaps between cumulated laminates. Propylene glycol effectively decomposed the waste FRP segments and glass fibers were easily separated from decomposed liquid material. Recycled unsaturated polyester resin could be made from the decomposed liquid material by reaction with maleic anhydride and phthalic anhydride.
근막이완법이 여자 배구선수들의 하지 근체력과 경기관련체력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 여자 고등학교 배구 선수를 대상으로 한 근막이완 요법의 효과를 조사하기 위한 것이다. 실험은 J 지역에 서 14 명의 여자 고등학교 선수를 대상으로 수행되었다. 실험 1은 근막 이완을 적용하지 않았고, 실험 2는 폼 롤러 근막 이완법, 실험 3은 마사지 건 적용, 실험 4는 스티그 근막 이완법을 적용하였다. 실험은 실험 사이에 이틀 간격으로 수행되었 고, 각 실험에서 무릎의 등장성수축 근육 강도, 유연성, 민첩성 및 균형성을 측정하였다. 실험결과 다음과 같은 결론이 도출되었다. 폼 롤러를 사용한 근막 이완 요법 군에서 민첩성이 크게 증가하였다(p<.05). 또한 마사지 건을 사용하여 근막 이완 치료한 군에서 동적균형성이 크게 증가하였다 (p<.05). 결론적으로, 스포츠 이벤트 전에 근막 완화 프로토콜은 민첩성과 동적 균형성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 진동 롤러는 근육에 부하와 압력을 증가시켜 민첩성에 영향을 미쳤다. 가벼운 진동으로 근육을 자극하는 마사지 건은 동적 균형성에 영향을 미쳤다. 근막 이완은 근육 을 자극할 수 있는 압력 또는 진동에 효과가 있었다고 판단된다. 다양한 스포츠 선수뿐만 아니라 배구 선수들이 현장에서 훈련할 때나, 부상 예방을 위하여 운동기능 수행, 운동시간, 강도, 속도, 개인의 차이를 고려하여 보다 실용적이고 체계적인 근막 완화 프로토콜을 적용해야 한다고 사료된다. This study was to investigate the effects of fascia relaxation application on isokinetic lower extremity muscular fitness, flexibility, agility, and balance in female high school volleyball players. this study was carried out with 14 high school female players in the J. Region. Experiment 1 did not apply fascia relaxation. Experiment 2 applied fascia relaxation with a foam roller. Experiment 3 applied fascia relaxation with a massage gun. Experiment 4 applied fascia relaxation with like Strig. The experiments were conducted at an interval of two days between the experiments, and there were experiment measured knee isokinetic muscular strength, flexibility, agility, and balance in each experiment. The following conclusions were derived from the experimental results: There was significantly increased agility in Fascia relaxation therapy using a foam roller (p<.05), dynamic balance The fascia relaxation therapy using a massage gun (p<.05). In conclusion, it was found that fascia relaxation protocol before sport event had positive effects on agility and dynamic balance. Especially, the foam roller increasing load and pressure on muscles made an affect agility. The massage gun stimulating the muscles with mild vibration made an affect dynamic balance. It was judged that fascia relaxation had effects with pressure or vibration that could stimulate the muscles. For various sports players as well as volleyball players training themselves in the field, too, it is judged that it would be necessary to apply a more practical and more systematic fascia relaxation protocol to the therapy, considering peculiarities, such as sports event, time, intensity, speed, and individual difference for the prevention of injuries.

Transformational and authentic leadership are known to create positive effects on follower's various outcomes, like job satisfaction and organizational commitment. We're mostly interested in testing positive effects of transformational and authentic leadership of cabin team leaders in airline industry, because their leadership tends to have strong and immediate impact on cabin crew's quality of customer services. We figured that cabin team leader's transformational and authentic leadership had positive effects on crew member's job satisfaction and organizational commitment. And, these positive relationships were at least partially mediated through crew member's self-efficacy and LMX. Based on these positive results, we discussed several theoretical and practical implications for developing effective leadership across cabin team leaders in airline services industry.

To investigate the effect of inorganic (GeO2) and organic (Ge-132) germanium treatment on Brasica juncea C. plant, growth characteristics and Ge contents were examined with various inorganic or organic germanium treatments (0, 5, 10, 25, 50, 75 and 100 mg L^-1), respectively. Brasica juncea C. growth did not much inhibited until Ge 10 mg L^-1 concentration under both Ge-132 and GeO_2 treatments as compared to control. On the other hand, at Ge concentration higher than 25 mg L^-1 concentration, Brasica juncea C. growth was inhibited under both Ge-132 and GeO_2 treatments. Under treatment of GeO_2, length of root and shoot slightly increased until 5 mg L^-1 concentration and dry weight slightly increased until 10 mg L-1 concentration. Under treatment of Ge-132, length of root and shoot slightly increased until 10 mg L^-1 concentration and dry weight slightly increased until 25 mg L^-1 concentration. Total Ge contents in Brasica juncea C. early seedlings with GeO_2treatment were a bit higher than those with Ge-132 treatment. Germanium was primarily accumulated in the roots (77%) with organic Ge (Ge-132) treatments, whereas Ge was primarily accumulated in the leaf (70%,respectively) with GeO_2 treatments. The Ge uptake rates in inorganic Ge treatments were slightly high than those in organic Ge treatments. Under inorganic Ge treatment with 2.5 mg L^-1, about 3% of Ge was accumulated into plant and distribution in leaf and root was 84.8% and 15.2%, respectively. Under organic Ge treatment with 2.5 mg L^-1, about 2.6% of Ge was accumulated into plant and distribution in leaf and root was 66.4% and 33.6%, respectively.

Recently, Emotional-Lighting that reflects various human conditions has appeared with the development of the LED. Also with the development of advanced technology, the Brain Computer Interface(BCI) has received much attention due to its technology that can grasp the emotions of the user. However, in order to provide user-oriented lighting environment, an intelligent system based on emotional recognition that understands human thoughts is needed. The present paper presents a customized Emotion-based lighting control system that analyzes the user"s emotion according to illuminance and control lighting based on EEG. On the basis of this system, Real-time EEG data are visualized and compared using the Dashboard of Node-RED which is a development tool platform.
