어성초 생육 시기 및 부위별 Quercetin과 Tannin 함량 비교

약용작물은 재배환경, 재배방법, 생육 시기 및 부위별로 약리성분 함량에 차이가 많은데, 이뇨, 진통, 지혈, 조직재생 및 혈관확장 등의 약리효과가 있다고 보고된 어성초를 생육 시기별, 부위별 및 퇴비 시용량별로 유효성분 함량을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 생육 시기별 quercetin 및 tannin 함량은 생육 초기인 4월 20일에 채취하였을 때 각각 0.72, 2.1%로 함량이 가장 높았으며, 개화기 전까지 감소하다가 개화기 이후로 증가하였다. 부위별 quercetin 및 tannin 함량은 꽃에서 2.06, 5.3%로 가장 높았으며, 잎, 줄기, 뿌리 중에서는 잎에서 각각 0.81 및 2.3%로 높았다. 퇴비 시용량별 어성초의 quercetin 및 tannin함량은 무처리구에서 각각 0.67 및 2.3%로 가장 높았고, 퇴비시용량이 증가할 수록 지상부 수량은 증가하였으나 유효성분 함량은 감소하였다. Concentration of quercetin and soluble tannin in Houttuynia cordata were determined at different growth stages as well as plant parts and application amounts of compost. Both contents of quercetin and tannin at growth stages were decreased before flowering time but slightly increased after flowering. The both contents of components in Houttuynia cordata collected on April 20 were shown to be markedly increased compared to those collected in May or June. The contents of quercetin and tannin at different organs were the highest in the flower. In the experiment of application amounts of compost, as application amounts is increased, fresh weight of aerial part was increased but the contents of quercetin and tannin were decreased. The contents of quercetin and tannin were the highest with 0.67% and 2.3%, respectively, in the compost non-treatment.

In the travers surveying the errors of closure in the closed travers is usually taking place because of the errors of measuring angle and distance. The transit rule or Compass rule method has been Commonly accepted as a good one. However, there is a better acceptable method that is instead of lower class of triangulation, in which the methood of least squre theory is used in order to try to adjust accurately.
철근콘크리트 압력용기에서 시공이음이 가스의 누설저항에 미치는 영향

In the nuclear power plant, the steel or polymer liner plates are adopted to prohibit the inner concrete surface from contacting with gas or liquid materials. If there is an accident, the plate may be damaged, and, in this case, concrete shall have the final responsibility to safety requirements. In this paper, an experimental research was carried out to investigate the effects of construction joint and wet and loading conditions on the permeability of concrete. The test results showed that, under a construction joint in the wet condition, leakage of gas pressure has been started from 1 kg/cm2. However, when there are no construction joints, it is initiated from 2 kg/cm2. In addition, under the air dried and unloading condition, regardless of with or without the presence of the construction joint, since the gas passage that exist in concrete is constant, leakage has a constant tendency to increase. Finally, under the loading condition, as described in Reference 1, since leakage is inversely proportional to the thickness of the wall, and, considering the wall thickness of the actual plant, it is found that there will not be no problem in the sealing of the gas.

In order to evaluate the accuracy of Stadia leveling by the Alidade methode, Standard distance and difference of elevation interval were preset. The elevation error was measured by moving target board and basic length. The result are summarized as follows. Reading error of upper and lower division of target scale for measuring distance is found out 0.157 on average. In case of using prefixed distance, the ratio of elavation error to slight distance ?H/S is about 1/568. This figure showed uniform change in general. However the ratio of elevation error to evaluation ?H/H showed irregularity. In case of not using prefixed distance, ?H/S also showed uniform change. It is also found that accuracy is increasing with basic length becomes longer. i. e. 1/292 at lm, 1/341 at 2m and 1/472 at 3m basic length(However ?H/H also showed irregularity). According to this method, the highest accuracy was obtained when the distance was measured directly and stadia leveling was set to make sight distance small.

Surveying distance tool, 50m and 100m, has been used largely Linen tape covering with bronze line of a kind of rope instead of a sort of tape till now, but recently it was fortunate to appear chemical fiber tape which had improved a defect of rope. In this theses, each three sample of linen tape covering with bronze line and chemical fiber tape had been made capacity test and it was known what eliminate the error that come out elongation by its tension and sagging by its self-load, and finally it was found that Travers Survey without use of steel tape is taken advantage of the method to increases the precision in fild work.

본 연구는 '98학년도 3월부터 전문대학에 설치, 운영이 가능하게 된 유아교육과 전공심화과정의 기본성격과 문제점들을 분석하고, 그 대안을 제시하고자 하였다. 그 결과를 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다: 수학연한 1년으로서 비 학위과정인 전공심화과정은 전문대학 유아교육과 졸업 유아교사들을 위한 바람직한 재교육의 한 방안으로서 필요하다. 그러나 현재, 이 심화과정 수료후의 수혜와 관련한 법적, 제도적 장치가 아직 마련되어 있지 않아 현재로서는 현직 유아교사들에게 매력 있는 방안이 되지 못할 것 같다. 따라서 수료자들의 수혜와 관련한 법적, 제도적 장치의 마련이 시급하다. 이에 첨가해서 현행 전공심화과정의 좀 더 구체적인 몇 가지 문제점들과 그 대안들을 제시하였다. The purposes of this study are to describe the definition of Advanced Course for the early childhood teachers who graduated from the department of early childhood education in Junior College, to analyze the problems of the course, and to suggest the alternatives of the problems. The findings are as follows: These early childhood teachers require this advanced course as a opportunity of reeducation to facilitate the teachers' ability to construct practical knowledge. But, this course doesn't seem to be an attractive alternative to the early childhood teachers who are teaching now, because the benefits for the teachers who finished the course have not been given yet. Therefore, it is urgently needed to provide them the reasonable benefits on the legal basis. And also, in this study some concrete problems of this course are pointed out and the alternatives for them are presented.

There are two ways in surveying distance, Direct Method and Indirect Method. In our Direct Chaining Surveying, we compared the degrees of accuracy, of chaining up and down Hill shown at various levels of slope 5˚, 10˚, 15˚, 20˚, 25˚ using Eslone tape. 1.Between 5˚ and 25˚ the accuracy of chaining up Hill marks about 1/1,300-1/540, while the accuracy chaining downs Hill marks about 1/340-1/700. and these accuracies change in a straight line. 2.The accuracy of chaining down Hill is higher than that of chaining up Hill. 3.At steep slope above 30˚ the accuracy of chaining up Hill shows almost the same as that of Stadia surveying.
