        지구성 트레이닝시 고지방식이 에너지대사에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to present the most effective diet protocol(DP) in endurance training and also to elucidate the effect of HFAT on body composition, serum components, 15㎞ run record, and gas exchange ratio. Four high school long distance runners were chosen as subjects in this experiment. Endurance training and high fat diet(20% of proteins, 51% of lipids, and 29% of carbohydrates) were applied to these subjects for 20 days. Gas exchage ratio was tested through modified treadmill exercising test before and after the experiment. Body composition, serum components, and 15㎞ run records were analyzed through 15㎞ run performed with 10days of interval during endurance training given with high fat diet. As a result of 2 experiments for 20 days, these subjects showed decreases in the production of total body water through 15㎞ run. Serum insulin was decreased, whereas serum glucagon, serum triglyceride, and serum free fatty acids were increased before 15㎞ run. Serum glucagon was decreased, but serum insulin, serum glucose, serum triglyceride, and serum free fatty acids were increased after 15㎞ run. Also, respiratory quotient was decreased by an increase of oxygen intake and a decrease of carbon dioxide production. These results suggest that high fat diet was an effective diet protocol in accelerating 15㎞ run. Therefore, it was obvious that "Glucose-FFA cycle" is available during exercise and at rest.

        태권도원 정책발전을 위한 우선순위 탐색

        The purpose of this study is to analyze an application of Delphi and analytic hierarchy process method to exploration of priority for Taekwondowon policy development). In order to achieve this purpose, semi-structured open survey of the Delphi investigation was carried out by seven gurus and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) structure was established with agreed survey questions in the three round. Based on this, pair-wise comparison questionnaires were developed. The research targeted (Taewondo professor, doctor of physical education, public official, Taekwondo promotion foundation/ Taekwondowon staff). The data resulting from the investigation was revised, and opinions were collected using five-point (re-cut) scale. In conclusion, The results of the investigation recommend four policies and sixteen pertinent specifics on exploration of priority for Taekwondowon policy development : First, Priority for Taekwondowon policy pevelopment is divided into four classes(facility, education, tourism, public relations), the first importance of priority for Taekwondowon policy development in facilities has been recognized. Second, Relative priority for evaluation items was high in facility(build a rapid infrastructure, education(Kukkiwon relocation), tourism(Build a Smooth traffic infrastructure) and public relations(effective management of website). Third, The overall evaluation items of complex weights were high in infrastructure construction, Kukkiwon relocation, and Taekwondo social education institutions.

        트레드밀 운동 및 트레드밀 운동과 스포츠마사지 병행이 과체중 여대생의 혈중지질 및 자율신경계 변화에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to review the effect of treadmill exercise and sports massage on the change of serum lipids and autonomic nerve system targeting 24 overweight female college students who have BMI more than 25 kg/m². They were divided into three groups of eight members; Only treadmill exercise group(TG), treadmill exercise with sports massage group(TSG), and control group(CG). The exercises were performed 20 times and the result is as following; The change of HDL-C significantly increased after the experiment compared with before the exercise: TSG(p<.01) and TG(p<.05). The change of TC also significantly decreased after the experiment compared with before the exercise: TSG(p<.001) and TG(p<.05). The result of one-way ANOVA among the three groups is as following; HDL-C in the TSG(p<.01) and TG(p<.05) significantly increased compared with CG and TC also significantly decreased. The change of SN also significantly decreased after the experiment both in the supine; TSG(p<.001), TG(p<.01) and in the upright; TSG(p<.01), TG(p<.05) compared with before the experiment. The change of PSN also significantly increased after the experiment both in the supine and in the upright position; TSG(p<.001), TG(p<.01) compared with before the experiment. The result of one-way ANOVA among the three groups is as following; TSG and TG significantly increased(p<.05) after the experiment both in the supine and in the upright position compared with CG. There is little change in the CG after all the varied experiments compared with before the experiment. Accoring to the result of the study. it is considered that the exercise and the exercise along with the sport massage will be a good method of obesity care and the prevention of cadiovascular disease by improving the state of blood lipid and autonomic nerveous system.

        스포츠마사지가 여성노인의 생리적 지수에 미치는 효과

        This study used the one-group pre-test post-test design and focused on changes in the cardiovascular system and blood sugar in the 12 elderly women. The sports massage operated once in 40 minutes, twice in a week and for 10 weeks. The results of this study are presented as follows: 1. Under the condition of NSM, significant increases were found in both heart rate and DP (p<.05) but no significant differences were found in the other variables. 2. The significant decreases in pulse pressure (p<.01) and systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, heart rate, double product, blood sugar (p<.001) were searched in SM. 3. A comparison between SM and NSM, after operating, all variables were significantly different (p<.001). In conclusion, sports massage can effect positively on the function decline of cardiovascular system and decrease in blood sugar for elderly women insufficiently exercised. Therefore, sports massage can be an alternative means for elderly people.

        요가 수행이 중년여성의 요부 근 활성도에 미치는 영향

        This study search that yoga performance of middle age women effect the waist muscle activation. In this study, examined exercise physiology effect of waist that yoga performance pre and post was measured change of muscle tension, muscle fatigue and muscle activation using muscle electromyogram. Yoga Group(n=14) participated in this study did exercise 60min and 3times/week during 8 weeks. The results of this study are as follow; YG reduces and increase more post-exercise than pre-exercise at RMS and MEF of wast muscle(p<.001). Conclusively, Could know that yoga performance is positive effect for the waist muscle activation and muscle tension and muscle fatigue. The yoga accomplishment affects effective in stability of the body and mind, and bodily function improvement, if the suitable resistance with the yoga accomplishment is continuous executes, The middle-aged women for the improvement and a health maintenance of muscular power is a possibility of doing to enjoy and is thought in good kinetic method one. 본 연구는 중년여성을 대상으로 하여 요가 수행 전․후 근전도 분석을 이용하여 근 긴장도, 근 피로도 등 요가수행이 요부 근 활성도의 변화에 미치는 운동생리학적 효과를 검토하였다. Yoga Group(YG)은 J시 생활체육협의회 요가 회원 14명을 선정하여 1회 60분, 1주일에 3회, 총 8주간 24회에 걸쳐 요가를 실시하였고, Control Group(CG)은 J시 소재 K아파트 부녀회원 중 규칙적인 운동을 하지 않는 14명을 선정하였으며 아무런 처치를 하지 않았다. 요가 수행 후 측정치를 비교 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 요부 RMS 변화는 YG의 경우 사후 결과, 사전에 비해 유의차 있게(p< .001) 감소한 반면, CG의 경우 거의 변화가 없었다. 요부 MEF 변화 역시 YG의 경우 사후 결과, 사전에 비해 유의차 있게(p< .001) 증가한 반면, CG의 경우 거의 변화가 없었다. 결론적으로 요가 수행이 근 긴장도, 근 피로도 등 요부 근 활성도의 변화에 전체적로 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 알 수 있다. 요가 수행은 심신의 안정과 신체 기능의 향상을 가져오고, 특히 지속적인 요가 수행을 실시한다면 근육상태의 개선과 건강유지를 위한 중년 여성들이 즐기면서 수행할 수 있는 운동의 대안으로 권유할 수 있는 좋은 운동방법이 될 것으로 사료된다.

      • 체질량지수와 인체구성 인자들과의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to elucidate the relationship between body mass index and body Composition ingredients, Body Composition ingredients were height, protein, mineral, intracellular fluid and extracellular fluid. Subjects were 101 male college students, Subjects were divided into three groups according to their BMI, LWG(low weight group, n=27) was consisted of students under BMI 20㎏/㎡. NWG(normal weight group, n=37) was consisted f students who have BMI 20 ~ 22.9㎏/㎡, OWG(Ove weight group, n=37) was consisted of students over BMI 23㎏/m2, Measurement instrument was bioelectrical-impedance analyzer, Statistical analysis methods were One-Way ANVOVA, Pearson Correlation. The results were as followed: 1. Height of NWG was higher than LWG OWG(p<.05), Normal weight has some positive effect on the growth of height, But low weight and over weight indicated the possibility that have negative effect on the growth of height. 2. The higher weight, the higher volumes of protein and mineral. But low weight indicated the possibility that have negative effect on the growth of muscle and bone. 3. The possibility that have positive effect on the maintainment of intracellular volume and energy metabolism of NWG was higher than LWC OWG And LWG indicated the possibility that have negative effect on the function of intracellular fluid and extracellular fluid.

        요가 수련과 BCAA 아미노산 섭취가 중년여성의 건강관련 체력 및 체형에 미치는 영향

        The object in this study is to examine the effect of yoga training on exercise physiology by investigation into the effects of yoga training and BCAA amino acid intake on physical strength and body shape in middle-aged women. The study target was the novice yoga members of J city exercise society who volunteered and understood the significance in this research. 16volunteers divided into 2 groups; 8 for yoga group, 8 for yoga and BCAA intake group. The 8 volunteers living in K apartment considered as control group were not taken any actions. We could get following results after the yoga training. In physical strength, a little increase observed in CG group. In YG and YBG group, however, there was a significant difference in the group compared to CG group. No significant difference observed between 3 groups in body shape changes but body shape changes detected in YG and YBG group members. Therefore, yoga positively affects at body shape in middle-aged women. Still, no significant difference found between YG and YBG. In conclusion, yoga training is the fine exercise to maintain physical strength and body shape because it is enjoyable and it affects positively at fitness ability for middle-aged women. 본 연구는 중년여성을 대상으로 요가 수행 및 요가 수행과 BCAA아미노산 복용이 건강관련체력과 체형에 미치는 효과를 검토하여 요가 수련의 운동생리적인 효과를 규명하는데 그 목적을 두고 실행하였다. 연구 대상은 J시 생활체육협의회 요가 회원 중 요가 경험이 없는 16명을 선정하여 Yoga Group 8명, Yoga와 BCAA아미노산 복용 Group 8명으로 나누어 실시하였다. Control Group은 J시 소재 K아파트 부녀회원 8명으로 아무런 처치를 하지 않았다. 요가 수행 후 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 건강관련체력은 CG의 경우 집단 내 평형성에서만 약간의 증가가 있었다. YG 및 YBG의 경우 근지구력, 유연성, 평형성 모두 집단 내에서 유의한 증가를 보였으며, CG에 비하여 집단 간에 유의한 차이한 차이가 있게 증가하였다. 또한 체형의 변화를 보면 상완, 허리, 대퇴부 모두 집단 간에는 유의한 차이가 없었지만 집단 내에서 YG 및 YBG이 유의한 차이가 있게 감소함으로써 요가수행이 체형의 변화에 긍정적으로 작용함을 알 수 있다. 그러나 YG와 YBG 사이에서는 집단 간 유연성을 제외하고는 유의한 차이를 발견할 수 없었다. 전체적인 결과를 볼 때 요가 수행은 신체 기능 향상에 유효한 영향을 미침으로써 건강한 체력 및 체형유지를 위해 중년 여성들이 즐기면서 수행할 수 있는 좋은 운동으로 사료된다.

        발 반사마사지가 여성 노인의 심혈관계 기능 및 혈당에 미치는 효과

        The identical objects were ten old women's participated in the study. Foot reflexology treatments operated 40minutes one time, twice a week and for 10 weeks. The changes of blood glucose and a cardiovascular function were measured. We reached a conclusion. Pulse pressure(p<.01), systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, heart rate, Double Product(DP), and blood glucose(p<.001) were significantly decrease after the foot reflexology treatments. When compare between two conditions, FM was decrease in all the factors more than NFM. Therefore, in conclusion, Foot reflexology treatments can be useful alternative tool of exercise for old women because it effects positively on old women’s cardiovascular system and changes of blood glucose. 본 연구는 노인여성 10명을 대상으로 단일군 사전-사후 설계를 적용하여 1차 측정 후 아무런 처치를 하지 않고 10주 후에 각 변인을 사전 측정하였으며, 다시 10주간의 발 반사마사지 처치 후 각 변인을 사후 측정하였다. 발 반사마사지를 1회 40분, 주 2회 씩 10주 간 총 20회 실시 후 노인여성의 심혈관계 기능과 혈당의 변화를 측정하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 사전 측정 시 거의 변화가 없었으나 맥압(p< .01)을 비롯하여 최고혈압, 최저혈압, 심박수, 심부담도 및 혈당(p< .001)등 모든 요인에서 발 반사마사지 처치 시 유의한 차이가 있게 감소함을 볼 수 있다. 또한 수행 후 두 조건 간의 비교에서도 FM이 가 NFM에 비해 맥압 및 심부담도(p< .01)을 비롯하여 최고혈압, 최저혈압, 심박수, 및 혈당(p< .001)등 모든 요인에서 유의한 차이가 있게 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 발 반사마사지는 노인여성의 신체 움직임 부족 등으로 인하여 야기 될 수 있는 심혈관계 기능 및 혈당의 변화에 전체적으로 긍정적인 영향을 끼쳐 운동을 하기 힘든 노인들의 운동의 대안으로서 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

        요가 수행이 CLBP(Chronic Low Back Pain) 중년여성의 복직근과 척추기립근 체열 및 요통 자각도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 CLBP 중년여성을 대상으로 요가수행이 요통환자의 복직근과 척추기립근 체열 변화 및 그에 따른 요통의 감소 정도를 검토하여 요통 재활 프로그램으로써의 요가의 효용성을 검토하였다. CLBP 중년여성을 대상으로 1회 60분, 1주일에 3회, 총 12주간 36회에 걸쳐 요가를 수행하였다. 요가수행 전과 36회의 수행이 모두 끝난 직후 적외선 영상체열 검사를 통하여 복직근 및 척추기립근의 좌, 우 체열 차이의 변화와 요통의 주관적 통증지수 등에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 자료처리는 통계프로그램인 SPSS 12.0을 이용하였으며, 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. YG의 경우 복직근(p<.001)과 척추기립근(p<.01) 체열의 좌, 우 온도차이 및 요통 자각도(p<.001) 모두 유의한 차이가 있게 감소하였다. CG의 경우 사전 사후 거의 변화가 없었다. 결론적으로 요가는 복직근과 척추기립근에 영향을 미침으로 좌, 우 balance를 향상시키고 요추부에 안정성을 제공하여 만성요통환자의 통증예방과 감소를 위한 프로그램으로 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. To examine the effect of yoga performance as the rehabilitation program for low back pain, we analysed the body heat changes of rectus abdominis & erector spinae and the level of decreased low back pain in CLBP middle-aged women. Middle-aged women in chronic low back pain performed Yoga 36times in 60minutes at once, 3times a week for 12 weeks. We analyzed the changes of body heat between left and right rectus abdominis and iliocostalis lumborum and the effect of low back pain RPE before and after completing 36times of yoga training through DITI(Digital Infraed Thermographic Image). The Data was calculated by Using a SPSS program ver. 12.0 for statistical research. In YG, the body heat difference between left and right rectus abdominis(p<.001) and iliocostalis lumborum(p<.01) and low back pain RPE(p<.001) were decreased significantly. No changes were found in CG. Yoga is composed of low back flexion and extension exercise and diverse stretching motions that impact on rectus abdominis and iliocostalis lumborum. Over there, yoga improves left and right balance and build low back stability. Therefore, the yoga program can be used to diminish and prevent low back pain.
