        먹장어 어묵 제조

        먹장어를 練製品原料로서 利用하기 위한 基礎資料를 얻고자 먹장어 어묵의 最適加工條件을 實驗한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 採肉한 肉에 대하여 澱粉은 5%, 食鹽은 3%, tripolyphosphate는 0.3%, 水洗回數는 6回, 1段加熱은 45∼50℃에서 1時間, 2段加熱은 90℃에서 30分間이 좋았다. 1段加熱 대신 자연응고 현상을 이용할 경우에는 25℃에서 1時間 자연응고 시킨 다음 90℃에서 30分間 加熱하는 것이 좋았다. In this study, the effects of some additives to the quality of fish jelly product such as salt tripolyphosphate and starch were examined. Besides, that of washing and stepwise heating procedure were also discussed. From the result of quality test by measuring jelly strength and sensory evaluation the product was quite palatable to common, and the addition of 3 percent of salt and 5 percent of starch resulted in the best jelly strength. It was markedly enforced when 0. 3 percent of tripolyphosphate was added. The suggestible processing method of hagfish jelly product is as follows : The meat is to be bleached by washing at least 6 times with tenfold tap water by volume of meat at 5-6℃ and then ground throughly with addition of 3 percent of salt, 5 percent of starch and 0.3 percent of tripolyphosphate. The ground meat is finally to be heated for 1 hour at 45 to 50 ℃ and then for 30 minutes at 90℃.

      • 문화적 역량 함양을 위한 교양교과목 운영 사례 연구 -성찰일지 분석을 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study was to induce team-based learning in developing and operati ng a liberal arts curriculum that can cultivate cultural competencies, and to provide the b asic data for future teaching strategies by identifying and analyzing the interaction betwe en instructors and learners through reflection journals. The data was collected through a reflection journal written by students who took the first year of the second semester of multicultural understanding liberal arts in the second year of 2015 in the four-year nursin g department at D University in G City from March 10 to June 10, 2015. In this study, fi ve components of cultural competency were cultivated through the operation of the liberal arts curriculum for cultural competence, and the team-based learning showed positive inte ractions with instructors as well as cooperative ability. 본 연구의 목적은 문화적 역량을 함양할 수 있는 교양교과목을 개발하여 팀기반 학습으로운영하고 성찰일지를 통해 교수자와 학습자간의 상호작용을 확인하여 내용분석함으로써 추후수업전략에 기초자료로 제공하고자 함이다. 자료수집은 2015년 3월 10일부터 6월 10일까지 G 시에 소재한 D대학의 4년제 간호학과에서 2015년 2학년 1학기 다문화 이해 교양교과목을 수강한 학생들이 작성한 성찰일지를 통해 이루어졌다. 본 연구 결과에서 문화적 역량 함양을위한 교양교과목의 운영을 통해 문화적 역량의 다섯가지 구성요소들이 함께 함양되었고, 팀기반 학습을 통해 협동능력 뿐만 아니라 교수자와도 적극적인 상호작용이 나타나는 것을 확인하였다.

        학교안전사고를 경험한 청소년이 지각한 스트레스가 우울에 미치는 영향에서 사회적 관계의 조절 효과

        본 연구는 학교안전사고를 경험한 청소년이 지각한 스트레스가 우울에 미치는 영향에서 사회적 관계의 조절 효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위하여 학교안전사고를 경험한 적이 있다고 응답한 중학교와 고등학교에 재학하는 206명을 대상으로 지각된 스트레스, 우울 그리고 또래 관계, 교사 관계, 부모 유대와 같은 사회적 관계를 묻는 질문지에 응답하도록 하였다. 연구 결과, 지각된 스트레스가 우울에 미치는 영향에서 또래 관계와 부모 유대가 각각 조절 효과를 보였다. 이를 통해 또래 관계와 부모 유대가 긍정적일수록 스트레스가 우울에 미치는 영향이 완화될 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 학교안전사고를 경험한 청소년이 지각한 스트레스가 우울로 발전하는 것을 예방하기 위한 개입의 방향을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다. This study investigated the moderating effects of social relatedness in the relationship between perceived stress and depression among adolescents experiencing school accidents. The study sample consisted of 206 adolescents who experienced school accident, and all participants completed self-report measures of perceived stress, depression and social relatedness including peer relationship, teacher relationship and parental bonding. The results showed that peer relationship and parental bonding significantly moderated the relation between stress and depression. Additionally, the influence of stress to depression was higher among adolescents who indicated negative peer relationship and low level of parental bonding. These findings suggest that peer relationship and parental bonding could be important factor as a buffering effect on stress and depression in adolescents who experienced school accidents.

        추출 용매에 따른 톳 추출물의 수율 및 항균성 검정

        천연 보존료의 개발에 활용할 기초자료를 얻기 위하여, 제주도에서 많이 생산되고 있는 톳을 40℃에서 용매별, 농도별로 추출하여 자각의 추출 수율을 측정하고, 이 추출물들의 항균성을 검색하였다. 용매별 건조들의 추출 수율은 증류수인 경우 33%로서 가장 높았고, 나머지 헥산, 에틸에테르, 에탄올인 경우 1% 이하로 매우 적었다. 에탄을 농도별 건조톳의 추출 수율은 0%에서 50%까지는 거의 비슷하였으나 70%이상에서는 에탄을 농도가 증가할수록 급격히 감소하였다. 용매별 건조톳의 추출물들에 대하여 항균성을 검색한 결과 에탄올 추출물인 경우는 E. coli와 B. subtilis에 대하여, 에틸에테르와 헥산 추출물들인 겅우는 E.coli에 대하여 항균성을 보였다. 에탄올 농도 별 건조톳의 추출물들에 대한 항균성 검색 격과 70과 90% 추출물들이 E.coli와 B.subtilis에 대하여 뚜렷한 항균효과를 나타내었다. Extraction yields of Hizikia fusiforme with four kinds of solvents and 0∼90% ethanol solutions, and antimicrobial activities of the extracts against Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Alternaria sp. were investigated. Determination of extraction yield with several solvents showed the highest value, 33% (wt/wt), when distilled water was used. However, the extraction yields by hexane, ethyl ether and ethanol were less than 1% (wt/wt). When dried Hizikia fusiforme was extracted at various concentrations of ethanol, 0 to 50% solution gave similar yields and the extraction yields decreased rapidly as the ethanol concentrations increased above 70%. Ethanol-extract demonstrated antimicrobial activities against E. coli and B. subtilis, and ethyl ether- and hexane-extracts against E. coli. 70 and 90% ethanol-extracts had potent antimicrobial activities against E. coli, and B. subtilis.

        鶴棲 柳台佐의 삶과 문학

        Hakseo Ryu Yi-Jwa(1763~1837) was acted widely. He was the descendant of Pung san Ryu Family, Seoae Ryu Seong-Ryong. He rehabilitated the incline family and looked up to his parents’ teaching. His parent said ‘filial piety’ and Ryu Yi-Jwa kept these words. He changed ‘filial piety’ which was used in the head family to ‘harmony and respect’ which was same to ‘filial piety’. He hang ‘harmony and respect’ to house and tried to treasure the meaning of them. Ryu Yi-Jwa won King Jeongjo’s confidence deeply by acting as king’s student with Jeong Yak-yong. He wrote Hudangilgi by King Jeongjo’s side everyday and serviced in prince education center. These show that Ryu Yi-Jwa was needed for his writing talent and acted widely in government. His poems are the characteristic in emotional control and a concise expression. He did not decorate poems with glamorous expression and not overstate emotion. He wrote a given situation with a happily turned phrase and a clean style. To make a long story short, his poems’ characteristic is conciseness. Ryu Yi-Jwa was concerned with many publication such as Bunamjip which is the collection of writhigs of Che Je-Gong who was Ryu Yi-Jwa’s teacher. He acted as alcaide also. In time staying local, he pat on the back to study and reformed taxation and military service to the public. 鶴棲 柳台佐(1763~1837)는 정조대 활발히 활동한 인물이다. 그는 풍산류씨 서애 류성룡의 후손으로 서애가문에서 오랫동안 기다려 온 문과급제자였다. 그는 부모의 뜻을 받들어 선친의 말씀에서 ‘忠孝’와 ‘和敬’을 떠올리고, 당호를 ‘충효’와 일맥상통하는 ‘화경’으로 편액하고 늘 마음에 새기고자 하였다. 류이좌는 蔡濟恭의 문인으로 중앙정계에서 활동하며 정조의 두터운 신임을 받았다. 그는 注書로 임금 곁에서 매일 『堂後日記』를 기록하였고 이후 世子侍講院 弼善을 역임하는 등 文才를 인정받으며 왕실의 최측근으로중앙 정계에서 활발하게 활동하였다. 그의 시는 감정을 절제하고 표현을 간결하게 한 것이 특징이다. 그가 지은 시들은 화려한 수사로 치장되거나 감정이 과장되지 않았다. 다만 주어진 상황에 적절한 표현을 사용하여 담백한 필치로 그려냈을 뿐이다. 그의 시가 가진 특징을 한마디로 표현하면 절제미라고 할 수 있다. 류이좌는 채제공의 문집 『樊巖集』을 간행하는 등 다양한 출판 사업에도 관여하였다. 그는 지방관으로도 활약하였는데, 학문 활동을 진작시키는 데 기여하였고 세금, 군정 등의 문제를 개혁하여 백성들의 고초를 덜어주고자 애썼다.

        Mineralogy, geochemistry, and sources of clay minerals in sediments of the Ulleung Basin, East Sea (Sea of Japan)

        The provenance of sediments in the Ulleung Basin, East Sea (Sea of Japan), could be attributed to diverse sources, including the Tsushima Warm Current (TWC) and Korean coast. However, the contributions of these sources and their impacts on the composition of clay minerals, the distribution and composition of which can be used to decipher the paleoenvironment and provenance of sediments, remain obscure. Therefore, herein, we aimed to characterize the paleoenvironments and provenance of the sediments from the Ulleung Basin by analyzing their clay mineral compositions using X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopyenergy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. For analysis, sediment cores were obtained during an expedition from March 30 to April 10, 2021, aboard the Onnuri R/V, and these were assigned three provenances: Korean coast, TWC, and a mixture of both. Results showed that clay minerals are abundant in the surface sediments and are dominated by illite (mean = 49.1%). Clay mineral composition changes in a southwest to northeast direction. Sediments sourced from the TWC are poor in smectite and rich in illite. In contrast those assigned a mixed provenance are rich in illite and poor in kaolinite and chlorite. This change is particularly evident toward the Dokdo area (from SW to NE). Moreover, piston core samples from St. 8 and 10 also indicate the presence of plagioclase, microcline, and quartz. We found a rhodochrosite layer in St. 8 samples, at a depth of 3.96 and 4.00 m, which represents the transition from the Last Glacial Maximum (LGM) to the Holocene. Our results indicated that the input of smectite in the basin increased from the LGM to the present whereas that of other clay minerals decreased. The smectite originated mainly from the Korean coast and illite from the TWC. Kaolinite and chlorite in the sediments exhibited similar horizontal and vertical patterns, which are attributed to the interaction between climate, ocean currents, and sediment sources. Moreover, Al- and Fe-rich smectites were observed, compositional variations of which could be attributed to source differences. These results are indicative of other sources of smectites in addition to the three provenances highlighted. This study provides a detailed analysis of sediment sources and horizontal and vertical clay mineral composition changes and shows the difference between them. Sediment from the Ulleung Basin was affected by not only aeolian dust but other factors, such as various sediment sources, ocean circulation, and climate change.

        마이데이터 서비스 속성이 이용의도에 미치는 영향

        MyData service integrates and manages user's personal data such as finance, credit, etc, and is expected to provide useful information to the user as personal data in various fields are gradually integrated. Discovering factors that affect the intention to use of MyData service is a very important topic for understanding that service. To this end, in this study, the attributes of the MyData service were derived, and the derived service attributes were grouped together by using factor analysis. As a result, we found four factors such as "convenience", "usefulness", "security", and "control". After that, we established our research model to analyze the causal relationship between these four factors and the intention to use of MyData service. According to the analysis results, among the factors of the MyData service attribute, "convenience", "usefulness", and "control" had a significant effect, and "security" did not have a significant effect. In particular, it was confirmed that "control" had the greatest influence on the intention to use. This study suggests that MyData service provider need to make users recognize they are controlling their data and develop services that provide various benefits to users.

        黃連 추출물의 만성 역류성 식도염 유발 흰쥐에 대한 개선 효과

        Objective : Chronic acid reflux esophagitis (CARE), one of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is increasing worldwide. Coptidis rhizoma extract (CRE) is a traditional herb that cures a variety of diseases. This study was conducted to evaluate the protective effect of CR on rats with chronic acid reflux esophagitis. Methods : The antioxidant activities were evaluated through radical scavenging assays using 2,2-diphenyl-1- picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and 2,2'-azino-bis (3-ethylbenzothiazolin-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) radical scavenging assays. CARE was surgically induced in 5-week-old male SD rats by ligating the border between forestomach and glandular portion with a 2-0 silk tie and covering the duodenum using 18-Fr Nélaton catheter. To evaluate the esophageal protective effect of CRE, rats were divided into 3 groups: Nor (normal rats), Veh (chronic acid reflux esophagitis induced rats), CR (chronic acid reflux esophagitis induced rats treated with CRE 200 ㎎/㎏ body weight). Results : The administration of CRE significantly prevented the mucosal injury of the esophagus tissue and histological findings improved the esophageal lesion. It has been shown that inflammation is prevented by the increase of antioxidant-related factors (Nrf-2, HO-1, SOD, catalase, and GPx-1/2) through the antioxidant pathway of esophageal tissue. The administration of CRE reduced the increase of serum peroxynitrite (ONOO-) and markedly reduced the protein expression of inflammatory mediator such as NF-Bp65, p-IB, iNOS, and IL-6. Conclusions : Overall, these results suggest that CRE administration confirmed the protective effect of esophageal mucosa, suggesting that it is a potential treatment for chronic acid reflux esophagitis.
