The absence of the SOC effective construction management process has caused many problems. Therefore, the needs of the effective construction management process has been raised. The purpose of the this research is to build the current model of construction management for Korea highway corporation and to derive inherent problems, and to suggest the direction of the effective construction management process. The construction management process of the Korea highway corporation was investigated and the as-is model bunt. Though the analysis of the as-is model, and the questionnaires and the interviews with participants of the SOC project, the problem of the current procurement process has been derived.

Shenming(神明) exists everywhere in the universe; it affects human beings to feel and contact ideal and peaceful state of Shen(神). Shenming theory(神明思想) in ${\ulcorner}$Hwang Ti Nei Ching${\lrcorner}$ (黃帝內經) was established by ancient Northeastern Asians who were trying to apply paradigm called TianRenHeYi theory(天人合-思想), unifying man and the Great Spirit(絶對精神) of the universe. Based on present, Shenming(神明) is an idea that can estimate will of Shen(神) which has a key to the future; such concept is founded by both human's mind and action that are designed to seek for the uncertain future. Very pure and devoted mind can sympathize with Shen(神) to accept Shenming(神明). Sehnming theory(神明思想) in ${\ulcorner}$Hwang Ti Nei Ching${\lrcorner}$ (黃帝內經) has a basic concept of living balanced life as a human by accepting Shenming(神明), the Spirit of Universe. Thus, it can be summarized into a phrase, 'Shenming(神明) is a process that human conjures his ultimate destiny called the Great Spirit(絶對精神) in himself.' If a man would be guided by Shenming(神明), the Spirit of Universe, he can live peacefully. Therefore, it is essential to study Shenming theory(神明思想) in ${\ulcorner}$Hwang Ti Nei Ching${\lrcorner}$ (黃帝內經) to aid present people's mental health.

잔가시고기(Pungitius kaibarae ssp.)를 주사 및 투과전자 현미경으로 관찰하였다. 잔가시고기 P. kibarae ssp. 정자의 전체 길이는 33.3um로 구형의 두부와 긴중편, 꼬리로 구성되어 있었다. 중편부에는 약 25개의 미토콘드리아가 중심립과 축사를 4층으로 둘러싸고 있었다. 잔가지고기 정자의 미세구조는 제외수정을 하는 경골어류의 일반적인 특징과 유사하였다. 잔가시고기 정자의 특징을 다음과 같다. 핵와는 매우 얕게 함입되어 있으며 두 중심립을 포함하고 있고 두 중심립 사이의 각도는 42°이었다. 미토콘드리아는 전체 약 25개이고 4층으로 중심립과 축사를 둘러싸고 있었다. 꼬리와 핵은 접선으로 연결되어 있고 꼬리에는 axonemal fins가 돌출되어 있었다. 미토콘드리아의 대칭적 배열과 axonemal fins, 핵과 꼬리의 접선 연결은 가시고기류 정자에서 공통적으로 나타나는 형질로 사료된다. Spermatozoa of Pungitius kaibarae ssp. were investigated by transmission and scanning electron microscopy. The spermatozoon of P. kaibarae ssp. was approximately 33.3㎛ in length and relatively simple cells composed of with a spherical head, a short midpiece and a tail as in most teleost fish. The nuclear fossa, which is very shallow, and contains two centrioles. The centrioles are orientated approximately 42" to each other. The mitochondria (25 or more in number) were arranged in four layers and surrounding the axoneme. The two axonemal fins are in the same plane with the two central microtubules, the doublets 3 and 8. The tail was positioned tangentially to the nucleus. The symmetrical position of the mitochondria, the two axonemal fins and the eccentrical position of the tail with regard to the nucleus were the common characters of stickleback spermatozoa. The ultrastructure of the spermatozoa of P. kaibarae ssp. was similar to the general pattern of primitive spermatozoa with external fertilization.
한국산 왜몰개 Aphyocypris chinensis 정자의 미세해부학적 구조(Pisces: Cyprinidae)

Spermatozoa of Aphyocypris chinensis was studied by transmission electron microscopy. The investiation revaled that, spermatozoa display a round head, a small midpiece and a long tail region. In the spermatozoa, the nucleus contains highly condensed homogeneous chromation with small electron lucent areas. The base of the nucleus is slightly invaginated laterally by the nuclear fossa which contains the proximal centriole. The two centrioles orientated at an obtus angle (130°) to each other. The midpiece encircles the flagellum and is completely separated from it by the cytoplasmic channel. The midpiece contains more than 12 mitochondria. The mitochondria are arranged in 4~5 layer and are asymmetrically distributed in the postnuclear cytoplasm. The mitochondria surround the proximal part of the flagellum. The flagellum has classical 9+2 axoneme and no lateral fins. The spermatozoa of A. chinensis are similar to those of other cyprinids having a spherical head with a shallow nuclear fossa, a short midpiece including the asymmetrical arrangement of mitochondria and the lateral insertion of flagellum. However, there are some differences in the orientation of centrioles and the number of the mitochondria. Aphocypris chinensis 정자의 구조는 잉어류 정자의 일반적인 구조와 비슷하나 핵의 구조, 중심립의 위치, 미토콘드리아의 수와 배열 그리고 편모의 구조에서 차이가 있었다. A. chinensis 정자의 핵와가 기부중심립을 포함하고 있는 것은 잉어류 정자의 공통된 특징으로 볼 수 있다. 섬유성물질에 의하여 원형질막과 연결된 중심립은 말단부중심립의 기저부 위치까지 cytoplasmic canal이 함입되어 있다. 이와 같은 구조는 잉어류의 공통된 특징으로 사료된다. 잉어류 정자의 미토콘드리아의 수를 구분해보면, 4개의 그룹 (1개, 2~5개, 6~10개, 11개 이상)으로 구분할 수 있다. A. chinensis는 잉어류 정자에서 지금까지 보고된 미토콘드리아의 수가 가장 많은 종이다. 잉어류 정자에서 나타나는 중편부와 미부에 분포하는 vesicles의 분포형태도 어류 정자의 미세해부학적 분류의 형질로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 편모의 위치가 핵의 측면으로 위치해 있는 것은 A. chinensis를 포함한 대부분 잉어류 정자의 공통된 특징으로 사료된다.

The spermatozoon of Squalidus chankaensis tsuchigae was approximately 32㎛ in length and a relatively simple cell composed of a nucleus, a short midpiece and a tail. The acrosome was absent as in most teleost fishes. The nucleus was spherical and contained the region of an electron lucent chromatin distinguished from the electron dense chromatin occupying most of the nucleus. The electron lucent chromatin showed the common feature of Squalidus. The nuclear fossa was located at the lateral side of the nucleus and contained the proximal centriole. The proximal and distal centrioles were oriented at approximately 130˚to each other. The tail was positioned tangentially to the nucleus. The asymmetrical distribution of the mitochondria and the eccentrical position of the tail with regard to the nucleus are the common character of cyprinid species. However, there are differences between S. gracilis majimae in arrangement and number of the mitochondria. In S. chankaensis tsuchigae, the mitochondria had two aspects of the ring or C-shape and the separate structure. From the aspects of sperm evolution the fused mitochondria of S. chankaensis tsuchigae spermatozoa are considered as the apomorphic character in comparison with the separate mito-chondria in S. gracilis majimae spermatozoa.

As a result of measuring the compressive strength and semi-adiabatic temperature rise of the mixed mortar, it was confirmed that the mortar mixed with the hydration heat reducing material is effective. On the other hand, the compressive strength showed similar strength to that of moderate heat Portland cement until the age 7 days, but after that, the tendency of the strength development to be delayed was confirmed.
