유기오염물질 배출원 추적에 관한 연구

The monitoring technique for trace organic pollutants is developed to find the pollutant and solve the environmental accident by persuiting the effluent source. Twenty five samples of the inffluent, effluent and stream water were collected to apply the monitoring technique for trace organic pollutant in the Imjin liver. In Mumyung stream, the collected samples from pollutant source of the downstream are analyzed. The peak patterns of volatile organic compounds such as sulfur compounds, toluene and indene compounds agreed to the leather factory and the peak patterns of semivolatile organic compounds such as phosphate compounds agreed to the foundry. In Hyochon stream, the volatile organic compounds such as trichlorobenzene, naphthalene, benzene and toluene are detected in the main stream of the Shin stream. These peak patterns agreed to the effluent peaks of painting and textile manufacturing industries. Also, the peak patterns of semi-volatile organic compounds (phenol compounds and hydrocarbons of high boiling point) conformed to the furs manufacturing industry. In Sangpai stream, the collected samples from midstream of Sangpai stream are detected the trichlorobenzene and trihalomethans as volatile organic compounds. These characteristic organic pollutants are generally discharged from the textile & dyeing based on the established database. From these information, we found that the wastewater is discharged from two textile industries as the result of pursuit. The semi-volatile organic compounds, which are indole and phenol compounds, also accorded to the peak patterns of textile & dyeing.

제지폐수중의 다이옥신 배출 패턴 및 형성 메카니즘(I) - 염소표백공정(산성폐수) 전.후단을 중심으로 -

염소표백공정을 포함하고 있는 펄프 제지폐수 배출시설의 폐수 중 다이옥신류의 배출 특성 및 형성 메카니즘을 규명하기 위해 표백공정 전 후단에서 배출되는 산성 원폐수를 채취 분석하였다. 표백공정 전단 및 후단에서 배출되는 퓨란류(PCDFs)와 다이옥신류(PCDDs)는 약 2:3의 비율로 배출되었으며, 표백공정 전당에 비해 후단에서는 1,2,3,7,8 - 오염화다이옥신(PeCDD)을 제외한 2,3,7,8-치환이성체들의 배출농도가 증가된 것으로 조사되었다. 특히, 2,3,7,8-사염화퓨란(TCDF)은 0.0322ng/L에서 0.1580ng/L 약 5배, 팔염화다이옥신(OCDD)은 0.0794ng/L에서 0.5745ng/L로 7배 배출농도가 증가된 것으로 조사되었으며, 표백공정중 이들 이성체가 주로 형성 배출되어 전형적인 펄프 제지 제조시설의 다이옥신 배출패턴을 나타내고 있는 것으로 나타났다. One pulp manufacture facility was selected as surveying facilities to examine the discharged rate and generation mechanism of dioxin in bleaching stag wastewater. The analytical method was established in the wastewater and the sample was collected and analyzed. The outlet concentration of bleaching stage was increased 5 times for 2,3,7,8-TCDF and 7 times for OCDD, and the discharged ratio between PCDFs and PCDDs was surveyed about 2:3. The 2,3,7,8-TCDF and 2,3,7,8-TCDD were mainly detected in acid wastewater of bleaching stage that is known as the typical discharged patterns of chlorine bleaching stage.

공영방송 프로그램의 사회적 역할과 문화적 가치

이 논문은 공영방송 논쟁에서 배제되어 온 방송 프로그램의 문화적 측면으로 논점을 돌려서, 공영방송 논의에서 배제되어 온 수용자를 조명하기 위한 것이다. 방송 프로그램은 일반적인 산업 생산물과 달리 경제적 가치와 문화적 가치를 동시에 포함한다. 이러한 이중성은 방송환경을 둘러싼 다양한 이해집단에 의해 선별적으로 의미를 부여받아 왔다. 공영방송 프로그램의 문화적 가치는 규범형성(도구적 기능), 문화계발(재현), 시대적 감성을 공유하는 공론장, 사회문화의 문서적 기록물 측면에서 고찰해 볼 수 있다. 특히 방송 프로그램은 그 시대를 살아가는 사람들의 현실적이고 보편적인 가치를 담아내기 때문에 역사의 기록체로서 의미를 부여받을 수 있다. 뉴스, 다큐멘터리, 시사 프로그램이 공적 영역의 기록이라면 드라마를 포함한 오락 프로그램은 감성이 동원되는 정서, 간주관적 영역의 기록물이라고 할 수 있다. 방송 프로그램은 시장에서 소외된 계층, 소수자 및 지역에 대한 배려 등 상업방송이 간과하고 있는 부분에서 그 문화적 역할과 가치를 인식해야 할 것이다. This study aims to focus on cultural aspects-which have been overlooked in the debates over public broadcasting, and on such cultural users. Broadcast programs, unlike general industrial products, encompass both economic and cultural values. This two-faceted aspect has been selectively focused on by diverse interest groups of broadcasting. Cultural values of public broadcast programs can be examined from the aspects of norm formation, cultural development, a public sphere of sharing the emotions of the current times, and archives of social and cultural records. Notably, broadcast programs, which reflect the practical, general values of the current times` people, thereby serve as meaningful records. News, documentaries, and news programs constitute records in the public sector, while dramas and entertainment programs constitute subjective records of emotions in the private sector, thereby encompassing unconscious desires of contemporary people. Traditionally, public broadcasts made light of entertainment programs. However, amid a fierce competition of multimedia and multiple channels, public broadcasts should serve not only as an enlightenment tool, but also as an important entertainment tool. As broadcast programs are increasingly changing into an entertainment tool, public broadcasts could not be free from This trend, but public broadcast programs, importantly, should play their cultural role in the areas of marginalized members of our society, and minority people and regions which are overlooked by commercial broadcasts.

Lee Chong Il(Ock Pa, Muk Ahm) was a patriot who was at the head of national rights' regaining against the great Western power's policy of aggression at the late period of Chusun Dynasty. As a communications man, he felt keenly the necessity of reform during his business trip. After returning back, he took an active part in 'Dae Han Ja Gang Hoe', 'Dae Han Hyup Hoe', and published the First edition of Dae Han Jae Guck MinㆍJae Guk Shin Mun in 1906, and contributed to develop Han Gul at Guck Mun Institute. Especially in 1912, he contributed to sublimate the patriotic enlightenment movement into the independence movement organizing 'Chon Do Gyo Kuk Dan'. Furthermore in 1919 he took an active part in publishing and distributing job of 'Declaration of Independence', and it is evident that in 1922 his attempt of the second independence movement on the basis of 'Independence Declaration Paper' was an good example of his social activities.

대학 볼링선수의 훈련 중 스트레스에 관한 연구

본 연구는 훈련 중 대학 볼링선수들이 인지하는 스트레스를 규명하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 이러한 목적에 따라 편의표집법을 이용하여 232부의 자료를 수집하여 대학볼링선수들의 성별, 학년 및 운동경력에 따른 스트레스 요인과 스트레스대처의 차이를 분석하였다. 우선 대학 볼링선수들의 스트레스와 스트레스 대처의 요인구조의 적합성을 검증하기 위하여 SPSS18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 탐색 및 확인적 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였으며 특성에 따른 스트레스와 스트레스 대처의 차이는 AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 잠재평균분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 방법에 따른 분석결과 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 대학 볼링선수의 성별에 따라 스트레스의 요인 중 경기결과와 운동수행 및 경기 중 스트레스가 차이가 있으며 운동경력에서는 운동결과 스트레스가 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 학년에서는 스트레스의 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학 볼링선수의 성별에서는 스트레스 대처의 육체적 요인이 차이가 있으며 운동경력에서는 원인규명요인이 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 학년에 따라서는 스트레스 대처의 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. The study of training were carried out University of bowlers in order to investigate the stress. The research selected two hundred thirty-two Bowling players belonged to universities at random and asked them what is the most severe stressful factor to them, what is the best solution on it, and what is the interaction between the cause of stress and method of settlement to examine the above factors closely. For this purpose, this study researched them through a survey and the results are as follows: First, There was a difference between stress, depending on gender and athletic career college bowler. Second, There was a difference between stress countermeasures, depending on gender and athletic career college bowler.
