        PCA와 개선된 k-Nearest Neighbor를 이용한 모델 기반형 물체 인식

        주성분 분석법을 사용한 물체 인식 기술은 영상의 조명 변화가 있을 때 인식률이 떨어지는 경향이 있다. 본 논문에서는 실험영상이 학습영상에 대해 조명의 차이가 있는 경우에도 데이터 베이스안의 물체인지 가려내는 새로운 PCA 분석방법을 사용한 물체 인식 기술을 제안하는데 그 목적이 있다. 그리고 개선된 k-nearest neighbor를 이용하여 물체 인식률을 향상 시켰다. 본 논문에서 제안된 물체 인식 알고리즘은 히스토그램 이퀄라이제이션과 미디언 필터를 이용하여 영상을 전처리하고 그것을 학습시켜서 물체 공간을 생성한다. 이때 히스토그램 이퀄라이제이션를 사용하여 히스토그램을 펼침으로써 조명 변화에 영향을 감소시키는 결과를 나았고, 이것은 기본적인 주성분 분석방법과 휘도치 정규화를 한 방법 등과 비교해 본 결과 조명 변화의 영향을 최소화하여 좋은 인식률을 유지할 수 있었다. 그리고 모델 영상내의 각각의 물체의 대표 값을 만든다. 그런 후 테스트영상을 물체 공간에 투영 시켜서 나온 성분과 대표 값의 거리를 비교하여 인식하게 된다. 기존의 방식으로는 거리 계산오차가 많기 때문에 본 논문에서는 개선된 k-Nearest Neighbpr 이용하여 몇 개의 연속적인 입력영상에 대해 각 각의 모델 영상들을 인식의 단위로 이용하였다. Object recognition techniques using principal component analysis are disposed to be decreased recognition rate when lighting change of image happens. The purpose of this thesis is to propose an object recognition technique using new PCA analysis method that discriminates an object in database even in the case that the variation of illumination in training images exists. And the object recognition algorithm proposed here represents more enhanced recognition rate using improved k-Nearest Neighbor. In this thesis, we proposed an object recognition algorithm which creates object space by pre-processing and being learned image using histogram equalization and median filter. By spreading histogram of test image using histogram equalization, the effect to change of illumination is reduced. This method is stronger to change of illumination than basic PCA method and normalization, and almost removes effect of illumination, therefore almost maintains constant good recognition rate. And, it compares ingredient projected test image into object space with distance of representative value and recognizes after representative value of each object in model image is made. Each model images is used in recognition unit about some continual input image using improved k-Nearest Neighbor in this thesis because existing method have many errors about distance calculation.

        경찰공무원의 직무역량 강화를 위한 교육요구도 분석

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the educational needs of improvement tasks for the police educational training on the target of the police officers in Seoul in order to confirm the usefulness and applicability of the analysis of the educational need for the police officers’ Job competency enforcement. Methods: This study compared and analyzed the educational need by utilizing IPA matrix analysis and Borich needs analysis method simultaneously. Conclusion: This study suggests two dimensions of research implications as follows. First, from a methodological perspective, it is found that there is a high feasibility that various analysis methodologies for the educational need are to be applied to the field of police science. Second, from a policy perspective, the results of IPA analysis are somewhat different from those of Borich needs analysis but high was the importance of capability with regard to Ⓓinvestigation and intelligent crime, ⓑpolice ethics and police personality, ⓔcriminal and scientific investigation, ⓛcultures such as interpersonal relationship and civil petitioner response, etc. and ⓕtraffic accident and traffic safety. In particular, ⓑpolice ethics and police personality competence were found to be high for the educational need in both IPA analysis and Borich needs analysis, and thus, it is necessary to develop continuous education and various educational training programs to establish ethics awareness and morality of police officers. Also, as a result of Borich needs analysis, ⓙcomprehension capability about the laws related to police affairs such as criminal law and police law, etc. was found to have a high priority, which requires corresponding countermeasures. From the results of IPA analysis, the capability to understand the laws related to police affairs such as criminal law and police law, was analyzed to be a low-ranked area with relatively low importance and thus it can be said that the educational need was low. However, compared with other factors, it is found that this became an important task of educational training as the level of achievement compared with the recognition of importance was found to be remarkably low.

        In pili torti, the affected Eair shaft is flattened and twisted through 180 degrees on its own axis. The involved hairs are dry, thin, brittle, and break off easily. Congenital pili torti may occur as an isolated phenomenon or may occur in association with other abnormalities. Acquired pili torti is usually associated with some sort of scarring process in the scalp itself. We present a case of congnital pili torti without any other abnormalities in a 14 year-old female. The pedigree of her fariiily was consistent with the inheritance of congenital pili torti as an autosomal dominant trait. (Kor J Dermatol 1995;33(5): 998-1001)

        Reticulate acropigmentation of Kitamura (RAPK) is an autosomal dominant dermatosis comprising of reticulate slightly clepessed pigmentation of the extensor surfaces of the hands and feet with palmar pits. It has been suggested that this may be the same disease as Dawling Degos disease (DDD), an autosomal dorninant condition which is characterized by a reticulate pigmentation of flexures, comedo-like lesicns and pitted scars. We present a case of RAPK in a 49-year-old female who had reticulate, brownish, slightly depressed pigmentation on the extremities with t,he involvement of flexures, the predilection sites of DDD.         Occult Intraperitoneal Bladder Injury after a Tension-Free Vaginal Tape Procedure

        Occult bladder injury may sometimes go unrecognized during tension-free vaginal tape (TVT) procedures. We report a case of occult intraperitoneal bladder injury that occurred during a TVT procedure. There was no sign of bladder perforation on the initial cystoscopy, which was performed just after the insertion of the trocar. Signs of general peritonitis appeared after the patient started to void the next day. A postoperative cystogram and cystoscopy showed an intraperitoneal bladder injury and a pinhead-sized ulcerative lesion in the right lateral wall of the bladder. We suspect that at the time of initial cystoscopy, the trocar passed through the submucosal area without violating the bladder mucosa. The occult bladder injury may have been caused after the initial cystoscopy by advancing the rough edge of the prolene tape during the extraction of the trocar. This report is the first description of such an occult bladder injury during a TVT procedure.

        전신홍반루푸스 치료 중 발생한 루푸스 장염

        Systemic lupus erythematosus is a multisystemic autoimmune inflammatory disease with a variety of presenting features and manifestations. Gastrointestinal complications are common in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, and lupus enteritis is a major cause of acute abdominal pain in the patients suffering with systemic lupus erythematosus. We report here on a 41-year-old-woman with systemic lupus erythematosus and who had developed an acute abdomen during treatment with systemic glucocorticoid and antimalarial drugs. Lupus enteritis was strongly suspected according to the clinical manifestations and the findings of the abdominal computerized tomography scan. She recovered after being treated with intravenous high dose glucocorticoid and conservative therapy. (Korean J Dermatol 2009;47(8):956~959)

        사람 태아 모낭과 표피에서 Prekeratin 및 Keratin의 분포에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구

        Authors attempted to examine the development of keratinocyte in the human fetal epiderrnis in term of the appearance of principal product of differentiation, the keratins. Immunohistochemical study (ABC method) using anti-prekeratin antibodies and anti-keratin antibodies was carried out on sampled skin from 9 human fetuses ranging in estirnated gestational age from 12 weeks to 27 weeks. As early as 12 weeks of embryonic life, the epidermis contained cytokeratin. At this stage of development, the embryonic epidermis consists of three-cell layer .' basal layer, intermediate layer, and periderm, all of them staining for prekeratin and keratin. A thick cornified layer developed at 24 weeks but was not stained for prekeratin and keratin. Hair germ of 12 week-fetus was recognized as bulges of basal cells that were stained for prekeratin and keratin. At 18 weeks of estimated gestational age, development has advanced to the bulbous hair peg stage at which point the primordia of nearly all the final structural components of follicles were established. In the final structureal cornponents of the follicles, outer root sheath and sebaceous gland were stained for prekeratin and keratin, whereas cortical and cuticular elements and inner root sheath were negative. There was no difference between immunostaining results for prekeratin and keratin except for the staining intensity. The appearance of these proteins early in development suggests their potential value in utero in the recognition of keratinization disorders. (Kor J Dermatol 28(l): 1 10, 1990)

        쿼드트리 알고리즘과 최저주파수대역을 이용한 워터마킹 기법

        In this paper, digital watermarking method using quad-tree algorithm and the lowest frequency band is proposed. The proposed algorithm searches the coefficient of the watermark by using quad-tree algorithm and inserts the watermark by the Cox's algorithm. The simulation of the proposed algorithm is implemented about the effect of various weight factors in Cox's algorithm, that of embedding watermark in each subband coefficient (HH, LH, HL), and that of embedding in the lowest frequency band (LL). As a simulation result, the bigger weight factors in Cox's algorithm show strong to noise. The watermarking performance of simultaneously embedding in HH, LH, and HL band is better than that of different cases. In addition, insertion the watermark to the LL band about 30~60% of all watermarks improves the watermarking performance in comparison with the case of not using the LL band.
