At the time of research, middle school students gave rise to lots of social problems. It might be remedied by the proper education and leisure in a way. It was the physical activity that they liked most to any other. But the lack of physical education and facility could not be adequate to their needs. So this research was carried out to employ the urban park in the physical education and leisure space. And the followings were the things which were connected with the solution. It was not what all kinds of park should be physical park but the park which had completed facilities or not could be used as it, because there was a physical park in the current urban park act. A self-governing body had to realize the lack of physical education space and facility so as to establish an ordinance. And the problems which could be occurred during school hours could be solved by grouping schools which lay adjacent to a park. So walking and shuttle bus could help it.
Leucine-C¹⁴에 依한 Puromycin이 白鼠顎下腺의 蛋白合成에 미치는 影響에 關한 自記放射法的硏究

Male Balb C/Strain were used in all experiment. They ranged in weight from 18 to 23 gm. Puromycin dihydrochloride was injected intraperitoneally in aqueous solution, in a concentration of 2mg. /ml. , which had been neutralized with naoh. Two doses of 80mg/kg body weight each were given on day 1 intervals. Following the last injection, 3 pairs each were sacrificed on days 4, 6, 10 and 15. Thirty minutes prior to sacrifice 49c/gm body weight of leucine-C" (Specific Activity 278mc/mM) were injected. For the light microscopic studies, tissue were fixed 2% paraformaldehyde and sections were stained with toluidine blue o. The purpose of the present study was to determine, by means of quantitative autoradiography, the effect of puromycin on the protein synthesis of submandibular gland cells. 1. Following administration of puromycin to mice for 10 days, many of the acinar cells are lack the normal basophilia, increase of the vacuoles and the nuclear pyknosis. 2. We have observed that the protein synthesis as expressed by the incorporation of leucine-C" into submandibular gland cells is suppressed during first 4 days after the puromycin injections, but was significantly suppressed by 10 days. The grain number in puromycin-treated animals increased to a level similar to that of the controls by 15 days. 3. It is concluded that the synthesis of overall cytoplasmic proteins is temporarily impaired after puro-?mycin injections in submandibular gland cells of mice.

Objectives: The fact that Primo vessel as a new circulatory system exists in the lymphatic vessels of the rabbits which were treated with sound wave vibration therapy is confirmed with the anatomy of rabbit. Isolated Primo vessel is investigated, particularly focused on morphological features. Methods: Before the anatomy, a rabbit in a cage box was laid on the sound wave vibrating apparatus and then is applied by various frequencies and intensities for 30 min with music that a rabbit likes. Results: Isolation and observation of Primo vessel was easier when the lymphatic circular system was applied at a certain frequency and intensity of 7 Hz and 50. The probability of observation for Primo vessel enhanced to 90%. Conclusions: The sound wave therapy by a vibration apparatus is considered necessary as major process to facilitate the reproducible isolation and observation of Primo vessel.
데이터 마이닝의 지도학습 기법 성능향상을 위한 불일치 패턴 모델

본 논문은 데이터 마이닝의 기법 증 가장 잘 알려진 지도학습 기법의 성능 향상을 위한 새로운 Hybrid 및 Combined 기법인 불일치 패턴 모델(오차 패턴 모델)에 대한 연구 논문이다. 불일치 패턴 모델이란 2개 이상의 기법 중 향후 더 레코드별로 더 잘 맞출 수 있는 기법을 메타 분류하는 불일치 패턴 모델을 개발하여, 최종적으로는 기존의 기법보다 더 좋은 분류 정확도 빛 예측 향상율을 기대하기 위한 기법을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 의사 결정나무 추론 기법인 C5.0과 C&RT 그리고 신경망 분석, 그리고 로지스틱 회귀분석과 같은 대표적인 데이터 마이닝의 지도학습 기법을 이용하여 불일치 패턴 모델을 생성하여 보고, 이틀이 기존 단일 기법과 기존의 Combined 모델인 Bagging, Boosting 그리고 Stacking 기법보다 성능이 우수함을 23개의 실제 데이터 및 공신력 있는 공개 데이터를 이용하여 증명하여 보였다. 또한 데이터의 특성에 따라서 불일치 패턴 모델의 성능의 변화 및 더 우수해 지는지를 알아보기 위한 연구도 같이 수행을 하여 본 모델의 활용성을 높이고자 하였다.
Complete genome sequence of Celluosilyticum lentocellum WCF-2 isolated from cow dung

사일리지 제조에 사용하기 위한 섬유소 분해균을 탐색하는 중 절대혐기성 세균인 WCF-2 균주를 선발하였다. WCF-2 균주는 16S rRNA 유전자 염기서열 유사도가 가장 높은(98.2%) 표준균주인 Cellulosilyticum lentocellum DSM $5427^T$ 보다 높은 섬유소 분해 활성을 나타내었다. WCF-2 균주의 전체 유전체 염기서열을 분석하고 이를 C. lentocellum DSM $5427^T$와 비교하였을 때 두 균주의 OrthoANI 값은 97.9%로 나타나 WCF-2를 C. lentocellum으로 동정하였다. WCF-2 균주의 유전체 크기는 4,779,774 bp이고 G + C 함량은 34.4%였으며 4,154개의 단백질 암호화 유전자 및 142개의 RNA 암호화 유전자를 보유하고 있었다. 또한 WCF-2 균주는 7개의 cellulase를 보유하고 있었으며 이 중 5개는 C. lentocellum DSM $5427^T$의 cellulase와 낮은 유사도를 나타내었다. An anaerobic bacterial strain WCF-2 was isolated from cow dung in finding cellulose-degrading bacteria for use as silage additives. Strain WCF-2 showed a higher cellulolytic activity than Cellulosilyticum lentocellum DSM $5427^T$, the closest relative of strain WCF-2 (98.2% of 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity). We sequenced the complete genome of strain WCF-2 and compared it with that of C. lentocellum DSM $5427^T$. The OrthoANI value between the two strains was 97.9% thus strain WCF-2 was identified as C. lentocellum. The genome size of strain WCF-2 was 4,779,774 bp with a G + C content of 34.4%, 4,154 coding genes (CDS), 54 pseudo genes, and 142 RNA genes. Strain WCF-2 harbored seven cellulase genes, five of which showed low similarities with those of C. lentocellum DSM $5427^T$.
