        B-fluoroethylacetate에 의한 hyperkalemia 발생 예

        In acidosis associated with mineral acids, acide- mia per se, results in predictable increases in serum K^+ concentration. In acidosis associated with nonmineral organic acids, serum K^+ concen- tration usually remains within the normal range in uncomplicated cases. The mechanism of this di- ffering effect of mineral and organic acidemias on transmembrane movement of K^+ remains undefined. We observed that serum K^+ was increased after ingestion of p-fluoroethylacetate 6.0gm for sucide.

      • 가시광선 광조사기와 plasma arc curing unit의 광중합 복합레진의 두께와 시간에 따른 중합률의 비교

        The light curing composite resins are now widely used as restorative materials, cavity linings, and luting agents. The depth and time of curing required for these resins were recommended by the manufacturer. In addition, to reduce polymerization shrinkage, incremental placement was recommended. This necessitates an extended curing time. Recently a curing light with high light intensity to reduce the total curing time was developed, which used plasma technology. Thy purpose of this study was to evaluate plasma are curing unit compared to conventional visible light curing unit. For evaluation of curing ability, the intensity of light and the degree of conversion were measured and compared. The light intensity was measured by radiometer. The degree of conversion of carbon double bonds to single bonds in the composite resin was measured by means of the Fourier transform infrared spectrometer. The cylindrical aluminum molds of 7.3mm diameter were used. The molds were 1mm, 2mm and 3mm in depth to produce resin samples of various thickness. Each sample was irradiated for curing time of 1sec, 2sec and 3sec in the plasma are curing unit and 15sec and 45sec in the visible light curing unit. The results obtained were as follows. 1. The light intensity was 568 mW/cm2 in visible light curing unit and was 1930 mW/cm2 in plasma are curing unit. 2. The degree of conversion of the plasma arc curing unit was higher than that of the visible light curing unit on the curing surface. 3. On the bottom of the resin specimen, the degree of conversion decreased significantly according to an increase in curing depth of the visible light curing unit and plasma arc curing unit(p<0.05). The degree of conversion is higher in visible light curing unit than in plasma arc curing unit at a depth of 1, 2 and 3mm respectively. 4. In the visible light curing unit, the degree on conversion increased significantly as light curing time increased as a depth of 3mm, except at 1mm and 2mm. In the plasma arc curing unit, the degree of conversion increased significantly as light curing time increased at a depth of 1, 2 and 3mm(p<0.05). From the above results, it was suggested that when light curing composite resin is irradiated by plasma arc curing unit, should be cured with 1 ­ 2mm by incremental placement and required extended light curing time.

        의료영상을 위한 중복비트 제거를 이용한 SPIHT 알고리즘의 개선에 관한 연구

        초기치에서 발생되어지는 비트의 소비를 저주파영역에서의 부호화하는 과정을 없애고, 각 대역별 임계값을 통해, 비 트정렬시 LIS에서 발생되어 질 수 있는 비트 소비를 줄일 수 있었다. 그리고 마지막 단계로 허프만 코딩을 적용하여 압축효율을 향상시켰다. 실험 결과를 통해, 특히 낮은 비트율에 대해서 비트율의 향상을 가져오게 되어 전송시에 있어 서 더욱 점진적이고 프로그레시브한 전송을 가능하게 되었다. This paper presents improvement of compression rate for SPIHT algorithm based on wavelet compression through redundancy bit removing. Proposed SPIHT algorithm uses a method to select of optimized threshold from feature of wavelet transform coefficients and removes sign bit only if coefficient is LL area. Finally Proposed SPIHT algorithm applies to Huffman coding. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm achieves more improvement bit rate and more fast progressive transmission with low bit rate.

      • 첨단 도로조사차량 ‘아라서’ 소개

        2010년 한 해 동안 국내에서 발생한 교통사고 는 226,878건으로써, 5,505명이 사망한 것으로 보고되었다. 이러한 수치는 2009년에 비해 5.7%가 감소한 것으로 분석되지만, (도로교통공단, 2011) 자동차 1만대당 사망자 수로 비교 했을때, OECD 평균(1.3명)보다 2배(2.6명) 가까이 높게 나타난 다. 교통사고 감소를 위한 노력은 정부 및 도로관 리기관에 특히 요구되며, 이러한 노력의 일부로써, 도로관리기관에서는 정기적인 도로안전점검과 사 고 잦은 구간을 대상으로 도로안전진단 등을 실시 한다.

        Scattering from arbitrary discontinuities in an optical wave guide can be analyzed by combining finite element method and the modal expansion technique. By introducing the boundary element method far the semi-infinite region, however, the number of nodal points can be reduceded considerably. In this paper, a numerical algorithm is developed, which utilizes FEM, BEM and the modal expansion method. The algorithm can be applied to arbitrary discontinuty problems. The validity of the algorithm is tested for the well-known step-discontinuity problem.

      • 河川水質解析에서 BFGS 技法에 의한 最適反應係數의 決定

        QUAL2E model was applied to assess the water quality variations for the downstream of the Han River. The varied flow analysis is performed in the reach of Paldang dam to Indogyo considering the effect of Jamsil submerged weir. A sensitivity analysis was made to determine the significant reaction coefficients and an optimization technique by BFGS method was used to estimate them. The calibration and verification were performed by using observed water quality data for the Han River. The calculated pollutant concentrations showed good agreements with the observed. The predictions of water quality in the river were made for the various discharge conditions and wastewater treatment alternatives.

      • 蛇行 河川에서 洪水波의 傳達 特性 解析

        Unsteady flow in a natural river which meanders through a wide flood plain is complicated by large differences in hydraulic resistance and cross sectional geometry of the river channel and the floodplain. The unsteady flow is further complicated by the tendency for a portion of the flow to short-circuit along the more direct route afforded by the flood plain rather than following the longer route along the meandering channel. A mathmetical model for routing floods in meandering river with floodplains is presented. The one-dimensional equations modified such that the flow in the meandering channel and floodplain are identified separately. The floodplain model has been used to simulate flow in an idealized meandering river with a flood plain. Flood peak attenuation and travel time are found to increase as flood-plain roughness and width increase and as channel sinuosity decrease. Attenuation increase and travel time decreases as the flood plain flow increases.

        The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate major factors influencing regional informatization. In order to present the region information elements by employing the factor analysis in the study, they have been divided into the three catagories such as the generation of information, the distribution of information, and the consumption of information. On the basis of the empirical analysis, the following result was derived. Followed by the factors of information distribution and information consumption, major elements in the field of information production are most important in regional informatization. Therefore, it is meaningful to recognize that strategic efforts to provide information-producing facilities such as telecommunicating infrastructures as well as to support information industries realize balanced regional informatization.

      • 우리나라 복합역사의 현황과 과제

        SAccording to the huge scale of the urban growth and expansion in Seoul since 1970, the railway stations have been developed to the civil railway station based on the private investment. There are two purposes of the paper. First, the study introduces the current status and the development process of the civil railway stations. Secondly, it predicts the direction of developing them on the basis of the current development paradigm of the railway stations. Based on the analysis of the current status and the development process of the civil railway stations, it is found out that most of the civil railway stations in Seoul continue deficit operation. Due to the long period of developing time and lots of land-use restrictions associated with the civil railway stations, the private investment does not want to engage in the development of the civil station any more recently. Thus, It is essential for balancing between the public regulations and the private revenues by allowing land-use deregulation of the civil railway stations Finally, as a policy implication, the result of the study emphasizes that the current civil railway station will be developed to the composite railway station by inviting the public investment as well as the private funds. Therefore, regulation reform should be accompanied by the paradigm shift of railway station development in the future.
